Method of development of solid mineral fields using excavating milling machine and scrapers

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method of development of solid mineral fields using the excavating milling machine and scrapers comprises the use of the excavating milling machine for rock loosening with placement of milled rock mass into the dug-out trench from which it is taken by the scraper which follows the excavating milling machine continuously without stopping. The scraper scoops the rock mass to the ladle by means of the loading tray which fills the front part of the ladle with rock mass and then moves using a rake wall, and the released front part of the ladle is filled with rock mass again. Hydraulic cylinders of the tray control mechanism lift the loading tray with rock mass for final filling of the ladle front part. The ladle is unloaded through the formed slot between the ladle bottom and the loading tray lifted in guides by means of the back wall which moves to the front part of the ladle with the rake wall.

EFFECT: method improves the operational reliability and productivity when performing stripping and mining works on the fields formed by dense and hard rocks using excavating milling machines and scrapers.

The invention relates to mining and can be used when performing Stripping and mining at deposits composed of dense and semi-bedrocks, with the use of excavation and milling machines and scrapers.

The known method of using milling combines complete with dump trucks, harvester preserue breed and the conveyor delivers the mountain mass in the body from the dump [1].

The disadvantages of this method are significant time-downtime milling harvester when replacing the dump trucks and downtime of the dump truck under loading and in anticipation of loading.

Known way of doing the Stripping and mining operations with the use of surface miner type milling and scrapers [2]. In this method, rock, loosened milling combine, a conveyor is discharged into the trench from which carry out the scoop with scraper, followed the harvester the harvester.

This method does not use all the functionality of expensive milling combine. In addition, the use of scrapers traditional design does not provide download scraper buckets with a high filling ratio. This reduces the efficiency of mining operations.

The closest in technical essence is the working equipment scrapie�RA, comprising a traction frame, a bucket with a bottom, side and rear walls, rowing movable wall of the control mechanism mounted on the external sides of the side walls of the curved guide rails, each having upper and lower branches with dead-end plots, spring-loaded transferable dogs that are installed in places of interface of the upper and lower branches of the guides, and installed in the rails with carriages brackets [3].

The design parameters of the scraper does not provide management efficiency, operational reliability, and functionality - the filling of the bucket.

The technical result is to increase reliability and performance by increasing the capacity and fullness of the bucket by extending the functionality of positioning the bucket capacity of the rock mass.

The technical result is achieved in that in the method of development of deposits of solid minerals with the use of excavation and milling machines and scrapers, including the use of excavation and milling machine for loosening rocks, with the placement of milled rock mass in open trench from which to engage the notch scraper, following after excavation and milling machine without stopping the use of rowing wall d�I move the rock mass in the rear of the scraper bowl, scraper scoops mountain mass in the bucket using the loading tray, which shall fill the front bucket of a mass of rock and then moving it using the rowing wall, freed the front part of the bucket again is filled with a mass of rock, and the hydraulic cylinders control gear tray, lift the tray with a mass of rock for the final fill of the front of the bucket, the upper rollers mounted on the lugs of the boot tray included in the interaction with the guides and the protrusions of the rotary spring-loaded levers through the slots by means of rods of hydraulic cylinders control gear tray, with the lower rollers of the hopper out of engagement with the abutments, mounted on pivoting spring levers, and the unloading of the bucket is carried out through the crack between the bottom of the bucket and raised in the guide tray through the rear wall, which moves in front of the bucket with rowing wall.

The scraper comprising a traction frame, a bucket with a bottom, side and back wall, rowing the wall with a control mechanism mounted on the external sides of the side walls of the curved guide rails, each having upper and lower branches with dead-end plots, podpruzhineny� transferable dogs, installed in places of interface of the upper and lower branches of the curved rails, and installed in curvilinear rails with carriages brackets, the side walls of the bucket are rigidly connected to the traction frame, wherein the scraper bowl is provided with a feed chute with control gear tray, guides fixed on the outer edges of the side walls of the bucket, the upper rollers mounted on the lugs of the boot tray, periodically included in the interaction with the guides and the protrusions of the rotary spring-loaded levers through the slots by means of rods of hydraulic cylinders control gear tray, the lower rollers of the hopper periodically come out of engagement with the abutments, mounted on pivoting spring loaded arms.

The possibility of the formation of the desired sequence of actions proposed means allows to solve the task, determines the novelty, industrial applicability and inventive step of the development.

The essence of the proposed method of development of deposits of solid minerals with the use of excavation and milling machines and scrapers is illustrated by drawings.

The equipment for implementing the proposed method includes excavation and milling machine 1, scraper 2, which includes traction frame 3, bucket 4 with a bottom 5, side walls 6 and rear wall 7, rowing wall 8 with the control mechanism 9, which can be positioned in the front 10 and rear 11 parts of the bucket. Curved guide rails 12 are mounted on the outer edges 13 of the side walls 6. Each of the curved rails 12 has a top 14 and bottom 15 branches with dead-end areas 16, 17. Spring-loaded non-transferable dogs 18, 19 are installed in places of interface of the upper 14 and lower 15 branches curved rails 12. The brackets 20 are installed with the help of the sliders 21 in the curved guide 12. The side walls 6 of the bucket 4 22 rigidly connected to the traction frame 3. Bucket 4 scraper 2 is provided with a feed chute 23 with the control gear tray 24, n�DIN-rails 25, mounted on the outer edges 13 of the side walls 6 of the bucket 4. The upper rollers 26 mounted on the lugs 27 of the hopper 23, interact with guide protrusions 25 and 28 of the rotary spring-loaded lever 29 through the slots 30 by means of the rods of hydraulic cylinders 31 32 control gear tray 24. Lower rollers 33 hopper 23 interact with the stops 34 mounted on pivoting spring levers 29. The scraper 2 is positioned in an open trench 35 after excavation and milling machine 1. Unloading of the bucket 4 is provided via the opening 36 between the bottom 5 of the bucket and raised in the guide rails 25 tray 23.

Method of development of deposits of solid minerals with the use of excavation and milling machines and scrapers is as follows.

Excavation and milling machine 1 produces loosening of the breed with the placement of milled rock mass in open trench 35, which engage in the recess scraper 2, following after excavation and milling machine 1 without stopping. The side walls 6 of the bucket 4 of the scraper 22 are rigidly connected to the traction frame 3. Scraper 2 scoops mountain mass in the ladle 4 using the loading tray 23, which performs the filling of the front part 10 of the bucket 4 a mass of rock and then moving it using the rowing �tenki 8 in the rear portion 11 of the bucket 4, roaming control mechanism 9. Rowing wall 8 is rigidly connected to the brackets 20, which by means of the sliders 21 are moved through the lower branches 15 curved rails 12 mounted on the outer edges 13 of the side walls 6, from dead-end sections 16 to the stub sections 17 through a spring-loaded iron-dog 19. Released the front part 10 of the bucket 4 is again filled with a mass of rock. The cylinders 32 of the control gear tray 24 raise the tray 23 with a mass of rock for the final fill of the front part 10 of the bucket 4. Scraper 2 carries out the transportation of rock mass to a discharge. For unloading of the bucket 4 scraper 2 lifting hopper 23. The upper rollers 26 mounted on the lugs 27 of the boot tray, included in the interaction with the guides 25 and the protrusions 28 of the rotary spring-loaded lever 29 through the slots 30 by means of the rods of hydraulic cylinders 31 32 control gear tray 24, the lower rollers 33 hopper 23 out of engagement with the stops 34 mounted on pivoting spring levers 29. Unloading of the bucket is formed through the gap 36 between the bottom 5 of the bucket 4 and raised in the guide rails 25 tray 23 through the rear wall 7, which moves in the front part 10 of the bucket with rowing STE�coy 8. Rowing wall 8 connected to the brackets 20 and the carriage 21 is moved along the upper branches 14 of the curved guide rails 12 mounted on the outer edges 13 of the side walls 6, from dead-end sections 17 to the stub portions 16 via the spring-loaded iron-dog 18.

The method improves the reliability and performance of Stripping and mining at deposits composed of dense and semi-bedrocks, with the use of excavation and milling machines and scrapers.

Inside the bucket auger an auger-drill element for loading of minerals into the lifting cylindrical ladle is installed.

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to open development of mineral fields, more exactly to open development of the long steep dipping fields with internal dumping. Method when borrow pit length is divided to turns, from them first turn is developed to design depth with external dumping, and second turn is developed using internal dumping, locating overburden to the developed space of the first turn with common formation of the dumping tiers with progress of mining towards end through full depth. At that the work zone through height is divided to two parts, bottom part opening and development are performed by longitudinal inclined layers with lifting 20-25% towards end using the wheel loaders and vehicles able to move over these steep grades, height of the bottom part is determined as per mathematical equation. The top part of the work zone is developed using the transverse development system and sliding access tracks, their width is accepted based on the condition of their use for dumping of the exploded rocks upon their widening and simultaneous assurance of two-way passage of vehicles ensuring the cargo movement between the bottom and top shelves, the longitudinal inclined layers of the bottom part of the work zone are developed by separate formed in series from top to bottom near-vertical-horizontal layers with maximum height, determined considering trajectory of the loader bucket movement, during development of each successive near-vertical-horizontal layer the rocks are preliminary loosened, the loader excavates it and loaded in vehicles located at horizontal sites at minimum distance to the mine working.

EFFECT: technical result is decreased additional sides spacing to arrange the opening mine working, and reduced distance of overburden transportation from the work zone of the borrow pit to the internal dumping.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises the construction of three artificial elements: impervious screen, a protective berm, a protective coating. And the impervious screen is created by drilling of inclined wells of large diameter in the winter period from the upper site of the ledge nonworking edge side most affected to thawing, parallel to the slope surface at its full height followed by filling them with ice rock stones, chilled fresh water and freezing with natural cold, and the protective berm is erected over the mouth parts of the wells, starting from the upper edge of the ledge of the tapered section of calculated height, using layered freezing of overburden rocks, which in the summer period, including the surface of the ledge slope, to prevent thawing, covered with the protective coating, which is made in the form of removable flexible moisture-heat- and light-reflecting mat, removed with the onset of winter, the thickness of which is determined based on the mathematics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of open mining of mineral deposits with creation of a dump. The method includes separation of career space by zones, height and pit perimeter, cutting of ledges and horizons on which overburden and mining works with removal of rocks by truck or by rail into dumps and via ore chutes to reloading points are conducted, and dumps are built up using the cyclic action facilities. Meanwhile a convex form of a working edge is formed, gradually being fitted into the edge differentiated by steepness on a final contour which is built up in view of minimum disturbance of walls of slopes and a edge according to the technology with minimum consumption of explosives (E) with removal and dumping of rock into a main dump located near a zone of overburden works outside a contour of a steep edge of a pit of the 1st phase; initially temporary dumps are used with self-transportation of rocks outside a pit, and with their partial re excavation, provide the minimum shoulder of tramming of rocks and ore using the crushing reloading points and conveyors from inclined planes on the top horizons to the steep and vertical at completion of a pit. And with deepening of mining operations the overburden zone is divided into two sites and rock is moved by combined transport from two sides into a dump under construction parallel to a edge slope in view of deformation of its separate sites, and rock dumping on a dump after crushing is carried out by line transport facilities using the mobile console, the minimum shoulder of tramming of rock and ore and costs of development of mountain weight on the first and the subsequent stages (turns) are ensured, and the first two layers of a dump are dumped according to cyclic and line TsPT technologies using motor transport or loaders (at re-excavation of rocks) that provides stability and robustness of the dump front according the developed technology of dumping, at the final stage the third layer is dumped, and the fourth layer of dump if necessary, according to its calculated volume and height and limit depth of a pit.

EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of field development during construction of a dump with large volume and height at decrease of costs of stripping and improvement of safety of dumping.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: after performance of drilling and blasting operations in an overburden bench during layer-by-layer excavation of the blasted rock to an extended bench and a final blade circuit on the formation roof of the mineral deposit within excavation heading throughout the length of the slab there left is a layer of the rock with negative temperature. This allows developing a zone of stable freezing, warming it up and strengthening it by action of solar insolation during development of the upper part of the breakdown. The rest rock layer is excavated to a final blade circuit after disposal of the upper part of breakdown throughout the length of the excavation slab.

EFFECT: reduction of influence of repeated freezing on productivity of a drag line and provision of its stable operation during excavation of blasted rocks of an overburden slab.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method involves positioning of an automated complex for deep development relative to the working face considering the direction of ore bodies settings. Control of mine rock parameters is performed by means of control sensors of physical and mechanical characteristics of mine rocks for adjustment of a mine rock cutting force considering rotation speed of a working element and movement speed of the working element in a vertical plane throughout the cutting depth and cutting direction by means of hydromechanisms of telescopic retraction and a turning mechanism of the head section. Width of capture of the ore body plane in a horizontal direction is provided by means of the positioning mechanism of the complex relative to guides; with that, information on circuits of destructed mine rock is sent from control sensors of mine rock circuits to a system control unit.

EFFECT: increasing productivity, improving reliability and enlarging technological efficiency of destruction of rocks of different strength and coherence degree by controlling a cutting force in a zone of processing and formation in a surface layer of the processed massif of destruction zones considering strength characteristics of rock.

SUBSTANCE: method involves driving of permanent and working trenches, installation of downhole and main transport pipelines, extraction of a mineral deposit with wedge-shaped producing blocks. Driving of a working trench is performed by means of a parallel cut throughout the length of an open-pit field, and direction of a mine work front line is offset in a circumferential direction, the centre of which is a stationary rotary station of transport pipelines with radius R equal to maximum width of excavation cut to observe parallelism of the axis of transport pipelines to the mine work front line. FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a scraper of box type (1), a scraper hoist (2), head (3) and tail (4) traction ropes, diverting blocks (5) for traction ropes, a loading ramp (6). The scraper comprises side walls (7) and a rear wall (8), in its lower part inclined at the angle to the horizon. On the rear inclined wall of the scraper at the angle (10) of fixation of a tail traction rope to the scraper on brackets (11, 12) fixed on the walls a shaft (14) of cylindrical shape is installed with the possibility of rotation on the horizontal axis (13), and its lower edge is arranged with displacement downwards relatively to the lower edge of the rear wall of the scraper and is distanced from it along the horizontal line towards the tail traction rope. Brackets on the rear wall are fixed with the help of a board (15) with the possibility of its displacement in the vertical plane along the wall and fixation on it with the help of fastening elements (16). The shaft axis is installed in horizontally aligned slots (17) of brackets with the possibility of their displacement and fixation.

SUBSTANCE: bucket of cableway excavator has two separate rotary levers connected with possibility of being rotated with rear wall of the bucket and connected to a pair of shortened inclined hoisting chains. Each rotary lever can rotate relative to the axis which passes transversely to the bucket and in general parallel to rear wall and is located below the outline of rear wall. Rotary levers have such shape so that relative movement of bucket and rotary levers to the angle more than 90° can be possible; at that, bucket can be moved from vertical position to the shift angle more than 0° to horizontal.
