SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recumbent bicycle. This bicycle comprises frame with seat provided with backrest at rear wheel and front pivot drive wheel, drive wheel fork being fitted in the frame bearings and provided with handle bar. Said frame is provided with extensions on sides of front pivot wheel, shaft running in bearings of the latter and provided with con rods, pedals and drive sprocket. This shaft extends through bore in drive wheel hub. Horizontal countershaft with sprockets on ends is fitted on the frame, nearby said handle bar. Drive sprocket is engaged by the chain with one of countershaft sprockets while countershaft other sprocket is engaged via chain with front wheel hub sprocket. Countershaft is composed of planetary bush with flange for sprocket to be secured thereto to turn about axle parallel with handle bar pivot axis. Turn of planetary bush on axle parallel with the fork pivot pin is engaged with handle bar lever with pin and with lever with fork surrounding said pin. Planetary bush turn angle equals half the turn angle of front wheel fork turn.
EFFECT: lower handle bar control force.
The invention relates to vehicle with muscle drive, namely to the bike recumbents with landing support on the backrest.
Known Bicycle comprising a frame mounted on the rear drive wheel and front swivel wheel the hub of which is provided with a bearing mounted on the axis with a through hole, which is fixed in the rotary plug, the axis of which is fixed in bearings of the frame and provided with a wheel at the end. Thus to the frame in bearings attached to the shaft with cranks and pedals on the ends so that the shaft passes through the hole of the axle to move in it when turning the steering wheel. Wherein the shaft is connected the chain and freewheel clutch with the rotation of the rear wheels. The frame consists of a back frame with the seat and the front frame with the wheel connected by a hinge with a horizontal axis and a shock absorber (see the patent of Russia №2391244).
However, this bike chain prevents the rotation of the front wheel, and for tap it sideways and additional efforts are needed on the steering wheel.
The closest is a Bicycle consisting of a frame with a seat with a backrest mounted on the rear wheel and the front swivel wheel drive, a plug which is fixed in bearings of the frame and provided with a wheel, and the frame is equipped with cones on each side of the front swivel wheels, bearings,�which installed shaft with cranks and pedals and a drive sprocket, and the shaft passes through a hole in the sleeve of the front wheels and on the frame near the steering wheel fixed in bearings without the possibility of rotation around the vertical axis of the horizontal intermediate shaft with the sprocket on the end and a change-over mechanism, and a drive sprocket connected by a chain with one of the sprockets of the intermediate shaft, another sprocket which is connected by a chain with the sprocket bushings for front wheels (see application US 2006/0001232).
The disadvantage of this bike are great efforts on the steering wheel due to excessive twisting of the chain at the extreme position of rotation of the wheel. And the chain with this looping left with an asterisk.
The aim of the present invention to reduce the effort of turning the steering wheel. This object is achieved in that the bike recumbent consists of a frame with a seat with a backrest mounted on the rear wheel and the front swivel wheel drive, a plug which is fixed in bearings of the frame and provided with a wheel, and the frame is equipped with cones on each side of the front swivel wheels, bearings which are installed shaft with cranks and pedals and the drive sprocket, and the shaft passes through a hole in the sleeve of the front wheel and on the frame about a horizontal fixed steering intermediate shaft with the sprocket on the end, and the drive sprocket is connected by a chain with one of the sprockets of the intermediate shaft �berating sprocket which is connected by a chain with the sprocket bushings for front wheels.
What is new is that the intermediate shaft is made in the form of planetary bushing to the flange and which is attached a sprocket rotatably around an axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the steering wheel, the planetary rotation of the sleeve on an axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the fork, is associated with the steering lever with the finger and the arm with a fork, covering the finger, and the angle of rotation of hub gears is equal to the half angle of the front wheel fork.

Bike recumbent frame includes a seat 1, mounted on the rear wheel 2 and the front swivel wheel 3. The frame consists of two half-frames 4 and 5, connected by a joint 6 with a horizontal axis. To the frame 4 by a hinge 7 is attached to the absorber 8, the hinge 9 is attached to the frame 5. To the frame 5 in bearings 10 attached to the axis 11 of the rotary plug 12 and is provided with a wheel 13 at the upper end. The plug is provided with feathers 14 and 15, covering the wheel 3.
The stylus 14 by a screw 16 is attached to the nut 17, is wound on the axle 18 with a through hole along it. Another feather 15 of the fork 12 is attached by screws 19 to the eyelet 20 with a hole, thrown to the axis 18. The axle 18 has to�nce a shoulder 21, which is provided with slots. Between the nut 17 and lug 18 are clamped two bearings 22 mounted in the sleeve 23 of the front wheel 3. To the frame 5 on the sides of the front wheel 3 attached to the two stem 24 and 25 whose ends are fixed on the bearings 26 and 27. In the bearings installed in the shaft of the carriage 28, is provided at the ends of the rods 29 and 30 with pedals 31 and 32. The shaft of the carriage 28 is associated with the rotation of the front wheel 3 driven by a sprocket 33 by a chain 34, the planetary sleeve 35 with a sprocket 36 fixed to the flange hub gears screws 35 sprocket 37 and chain 38 and sprocket 39 that is attached to the sleeve 23 of the front wheel 3. Sprocket 39 may be connected with the sleeve 23 of the ratchet 40.
Idle branch circuits 34 and 38 can be tensioned with spring loaded rollers in a known manner.
The connecting rods 29 and 30 are mounted on the shaft 28 by nuts 41 and 42. The seat 1 is provided with a guide 43 is inserted in the clamp 44 attached to the frame 4. The seat 1 is also attached to the yoke 45 mounted on the guide 46 is attached to the frame 4. This allows you to move the seat 1 and to fix the clamps 44 and 45 to the length of the driver's feet.
The axis 47 of the planetary bushing 35 secured in the plug 48 with the axis 49 parallel to the axis 11 of the front wheel fork 3. The axis 49 is mounted in bearings 50 in the housing 51, which is connected to the bracket 52 with the frame 5. Rotation of the plug 48 with the planetary bushing 35 is associated with the turning of the steering� 13 of the lever 53 by a pin 54 on the end meshing with the plug 55 of a lever 56 that is attached to the steering wheel 13. Moreover, the angle of rotation of the planetary sleeve 35 on the axis 49 is equal to the half angle of the steering wheel 13. What is the minimum deformation of the chains 34 and 38 when turning.
Works bike as follows. The driver pedals 31 and 32 and through the connecting rods 29 and 30, the shaft 28, the drive sprocket 33, chain 34, the planetary bushing 35 with the sprockets 36 and 37, the chain 38 and sprocket 39 will cause rotation of the front wheel 3.
Stated the bike allows you to quickly disassemble it into two halves by removing horizontal axis of the hinge and one of the hinge axis of the shock absorber. Chains do not interfere with the rotation of the front wheels.

SUBSTANCE: self-aligning system of pulley and drive belt comprises drive belt, pulley, frame and aligning flange. Belt comprises multiple ledges, each having aligning groove separating the ledge in first and second segments. Pulley can engage with the belt inner surface. Aforesaid frame outer round ring and can revolve. This system comprises multiple ring teeth extending radially and axially from said ring. Said teeth are located between adjacent ledges of the belt. Aligning flange extends radially between adjacent ring teeth and can be fitted in aligning groove and extends radially not further from rotational axis than ring teeth.

Proposed recumbent bicycle comprises frame with seat mounted at front rotary wheel and rear wheel, fork with handle-bar fitted in frame bearings. Shaft with drive sprocket runs in frame bearings and is engaged with one of driven wheel sprockets. Driven wheel has set of sprockets, free running coupling and shifting lever. Shaft with drive sprocket is equipped with two crank-and-rocker mechanisms arranged on opposite sides of said shaft cranks of which are opposed while pedal is secured to every con-rod. Rockers are articulated by one end with con-rod and, by opposite end, with yoke with eccentric or screw. Yoke is squeezed at guide tube coupled by bracket with bicycle frame. Shaft with drive sprocket arrange between front and rear wheels, nearby front wheel.
EFFECT: simplified design, fast adjustments.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to single-axle vehicles with steering device driving both wheels. Wheel chassis consists of two wheels 1 with rims 2 with hubs and treads 3. Wheels 1 are provided with individual drive. Pairs of axles 5, 6 are articulated by levers 4 to make antiparallel link mechanism inside appropriate rims 2 for steering purposes. Balancer is mounted on wheel axles 12. Driver seat 9 is arranged at one end of said balancer and gyro counterweight (not shown) is arranged at opposite end. Balancer is composed of two three-rod linkages 7 coupled by levers 4 to make antiparallel link mechanism. Linkage 7 has two rods 8 articulated with axles 5, 6 and third telescopic lever 10 articulated with assembly 11 composed of four joints to allow free revolution of near ends of axles 12. In straight movement, wheels 1 run parallel. In turns, wheels 1 run at angle to each other.
EFFECT: better cornering ability.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to all-wheel drive bicycles. Coaxial drive pulleys 18, 21 drive via toothed drive belts 19, 22 pulleys 20, 23 of rear and front wheels 3, 4, respectively. Both strands of toothed belt 22 are twisted at their central part by rollers 24-27 through quarter of turn. Axis of fork bar 6 features inclination (a) to cross the intersection between tire 5 and bottom strand 22. Front wheel 4 is inclined sideways to make lengthwise axis of bicycle symmetry cross pulley 23.
EFFECT: increased angle of front wheel turn.

SUBSTANCE: pendulum fork 8 of rear wheel 7 is coupled with frame 1 by hinge 18 and spring shock-absorber 9. Vertical force of arms is directly transmitted to pendulum fork 8 bypassing shock-absorbed 9 due to linkage of vertical rod 10 with fork 8 and its arrangement under seat. Note here that handle bar 6 is arranged on vertical rod 10 and coupled with front fork 5 by tie rods 11. In compliance with another version, shock-absorber 9 may be arranged ahead of tie rod 10.

Two deflecting rollers 56, 57 are fitted on common spring-loaded axle 54, 60 for both runs of chains 38 and located nearby frames hinge joint. In bicycle working position, axle 54 fits in hole 52. In folding the bicycle, axle 54 is turned downward to enter hole 51. Retainer 61 retains chain 38.

Flexible plate 21 prevents the end of crank 18 equipped with horizontal roller from reaching "dead point" position. Removable seat 10 is fitted with the help of seat stay 24, split fastener, inclined regulator slide 25 and shock absorber 26 of variable-rigidity ensured by varying shock absorber inclination on fastening its lower end in different openings of bracket 27. Releasable luggage frame 43 may be arranged on detachable stays 39 of support wheels 13.

Abrupt lowering of wheels 36 prevents overturn at cross-wind burst. Disks are secured to wheels 36 to engage with rear wheel tire 3. With wheels 36 lifted in downhill, said wheels accumulate energy by means of disks to be given up in climbing to provide for stability due to wheeling and gyro moment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to velomobiles ergonomic parameters of which can be adjusted to suit height of rider. Proposed velomobile contains frame 1, front driving wheel 2 and rear steering wheel 3, handlebar 4, seat 5 and backrest 6. Mudguard 8 is fitted on fork 7 of front wheel on which carriage 9 with drive sprocket and pedals is installed with possibility of changing its position over arc of circumference. Wheel 3 is installed on frame 1 by means of fork 13 and vertical hinge joint 14 whose bushing is rigidly secured on frame and shaft, in top of fork. Handlebar 4 is coupled with wheel 3 by means of steering mechanism with tie-rod 15 and front steering arm 16 and rear steering arm hinge-coupled with tie-rod 15. Handlebar is coupled with vertical part of steering arm 16, and second end of rear steering arm is rigidly coupled with lower end of shaft of hinge joint 14. Vertical part of steering arm 16 is installed on frame by means of rigidly secured steering column (bushing) 18. Handlebar can be tilted forward by friction mechanism 19 by means of which it is coupled with vertical part of steering arm. Telescopic post 20 is provided to change height of handlebar. Seat and backrest are secured on frame by adjuster 25 with setting holes for detachable fastening of lower ends of seat beam 21 and backrest post 24 to change ergonomic parameters. End of rear part of beam 21 is hinge coupled with middle part of post 24 which can be tilted forward at folding. Trough-like beam of adjuster 25 is secured on frame in the rear by means of horizontal hinge joint 26 and at front by means of spring 27. Seat is secured in seat beam by means of runners 29 with longitudinal horizontal slots for additional re-placing of seat along axis of velomobile, and runners are secured inn front by hinge joints, and runners are secured in front by hinge joints, and in the rear by means of springs. Supporting wheels 30 are installed at sides of front wheel with clearance relative to rolling surface. Velomobile is provided with foldable luggage carrier 35, headrest 37, buffer 38 with fairing 40 turnable for folding, and tent 42 stowed in bag.

The push cycle incorporates a support-and-drive foot-plate with two guides wherein foot-step platform (8) can move coupled by push rod (18) with the lower chain drive circuit (20). Idling of platform (8) is ensured by an elastic element, i.e. spring (27). Steering column is hinged to the frame by mean of cylindrical hinge (5) with transverse-horizontal axis of rotation allowing changing the foot-step and guides inclination.

Seat is attached to frame rear part, while fork (12) seats in bearings (10) with two wings (14, 15) and steer, located at bottom and top parts, respectively. One wing (14) is secured by split joint (16) to nut (17) screwed on axle (18) with hole. Another wing (15) is secured by split joint (19) to eye (2) with hole fitted on axle (18) with hole and has flange (21) on its end. Hub (23) of front wheel (3) is fitted on axle (18) with hole in bearing (22) mounted between nut (17) and eye (18). Two tubes (26, 27) with bearings (28, 29) on its ends are secured to front part of frame (5) of the sides of front wheel (3). Said tubes receive shaft (3) with con rods (31, 32) and pedals 33 on ends. Shaft (30) passes through axle (18) with hole. Shaft (3) is coupled with rear wheel via chain gear (40).

Frame 1 comprises guides 2, 3 accommodating carriages 4, 5 with pedals 6, 7 that may be locked, and carriage 22 with seat 23. Rear drive wheels 8, 9 are provided with tapered blocks 14, 18 that have helical flutes with variable radius for cables 20, 21 coupled with carriages 4, 5. Backrest 25 thrusting on roller 26 secured to frame 1 is articulated with seat 24. To shift gears, seat 23 is moved along guides 2, 3. Note here that cables 20, 21, winding or unwinding, move to helical flute sections with required radius and appropriate gear ratio. To allow boat-racing motion to load hand, back and belly muscles, retainer 32 of seat 23 is disengaged from guides 2, 3.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bicycles with drive incorporating reciprocating foot levers. Carriage 1 with seat 4 are arranged on frame 1. Shaft 15 is arranged above handlebar 12 on frame bracket 13 to support pedal levers 16, 17 coupled by chain 24 with cable with drive wheel 8. Levers 16, 17 envelop front wheel 9 to be located at medium part of wheel 9. Each lever 16, 17 is articulated to shaft 15 to decline sideways. Plates 33, 34 are attached to front wheel fork to thrust against levers 16, 17 on turning front wheel 9. Roller 7 is attached to the frame whereon backrest 6 rests articulated to seat 4.
EFFECT: comfortable low fit reducing air drag and increasing front wheel diametre to facilitate cross country capacity.
SUBSTANCE: bicycle relates to bicycles with backrests. Frame 1 gas guide 2 accommodating carriage 3 of seat 6. Bicycle carriage 22 with drive sprocket 23 is secured to carriage 3 by adapter 21. Chain 28 is passed via pulley 29 coupled with the frame by flexible link and roller 30 secured on the frame nearby front wheel 14. Carriage 3 is provided with retainer 34 to interact with one of the holes of guide 2. With seat unlocked, boat racing motion is possible with additional loading of muscles of arms, back and prelum.
EFFECT: possibility to provide streamlined position in pedaling.
