The invention relates to a disk brake, particularly for commercial vehicles, comprising a support, a bracket, a locking device to secure the bracket to be movable on the support, the seal, which is fixed in the recess on the locking device, and a pre-tensioning device for pre-tensioning of the seal in the recess.

Fig.1 shows a partial sectional view of such a disc brake. You can see the brake bracket 1, which covers the brake disc and fixed to a fixed support 2 with the possibility of axial movement, namely by means of two fixing devices, and these locking devices have one fixed indirectly or directly on the support 2 and extending from the brake disc guide finger 3, which indirectly or directly in contact with the brake bracket 1 on a type of moving support in the hole. In the area between the brake bracket 1 and the support 2 is provided covering the type bellows seal 4.

Fig.2 shows a conventional solution for placement of the seal 4. Accordingly, it is fixed with one hand on the guide finger 3 and on the other hand - brake on the bracket, preferably in its guide hole. Each fixing region is covering caliceal�depended. In particular, the free fastening on the outer perimeter of the guide fingers should be sealed to provide a sliding function of the brake caliper on the guide finger. For this purpose a ring cord, which is elastic and pulls the pre-seal only in the radial direction. Inward sealing thickening is made in the form of an annular groove of the notch of the guide finger. With this implemented positioning. The guide finger 3 is mounted with a force and form closure in the area of the shoulder support 2 and fixed by means of screws 5 with a cylindrical head, Ms. the Fig.1.

To ensure the positioning and the necessary pre-tension for fixing the seal in the radial direction, according to the conventional solution of Fig.2, free ring installed above the reference region in the recess, the retaining cuff, serving as the seal. The ring is a separate additional detail.

Following a regular decision with a separate additional detail in the form of wearing a lock ring disclosed in DE-OS 102008018468. The retaining ring acts radially inwards.

The above solutions have the disadvantage that for fixing passing Annularly sealing of the necessary additional element. The basis of this invention, therefore, is based on the task to improve the disk brake mechanism of the type mentioned at the beginning so that the seal has been improved, both economically and functionally. Also in this respect should improve itself and seal.

According to the invention the task is for a disk brake mechanism of the type mentioned at the beginning is solved due to the fact that the pre-loading device is actuated for placing the locking device.

In other words, according to the invention is provided "automation", and the housing locking device�and missing to pre-tension the seal in the recess. Thus, it appears a separate step of mounting works for pre-tensioning that has economic and functional advantages.

According to the invention the locking device is preferably placed on a support, wherein the preloading device formed on the support. Obviously, however, included a form of execution in which the pre-loading device is formed integrally with the support.

Locking device according to the invention can in principle be made arbitrarily. Preferably, it is about the guide finger. Further, preferably acting as a fixing device, the guide finger is fixed on a support using the bolt, and this preferably is achieved in combination with the force and form a circuit through one of which the joint region of the shoulder. This has the advantage that when screwing is not turning the guide finger with unfavorable distortion of the seal area. Another advantage is obtained through the direct formation of the pre-loading device on the support by contact with the seal, thereby also supporting the region of dire�of governors of the finger is protected from environmental influences.

And the preloading device, in turn, can be, in principle, designed in an arbitrary manner. According to the invention, however, preferably, it pulled the seal as the excavation depth and breadth of this trend. This increases the effective sealing surface.

Further, according to the invention the recess is preferably rectangular or U-shaped contour. In this case, the pre-tension causes a pressure seal in the depth to the bottom of the rectangle, or "U", while the pre-tensioning in the transverse direction causes the clamp to seal the side borders of the rectangle or "U".

According to the invention, further, preferably the recess Annularly covers the locking device. Thus can be achieved in a particularly reliable sealing of the area in which the sliding shift of the seat relative to the support.

According to one especially preferred form of execution of the invention provides that the pre-loading device has a control surface, which presses on the seal. This form of execution can be implemented especially easily.

The control surface is in this case preferably is ring-shaped and has a conical or astrobiology circuit. T�to this form of execution can be provided in particular, the reliable establishment of the pre-tensioning forces in depth, and in the transverse direction.

To further enhance the effect of tightness according to the invention can be provided that the gasket is in contact with at least one working edge of the seal and/or a thickening to the bottom of the groove.

Further, preferably, the seal has a thickening on the adjacent to the bottom of the groove side. Such thickening was against the desired effect of tightness is particularly advantageous.

The seal according to the invention, furthermore, preferably has the shape of a sleeve. In particular, it is designed as a corrugated cover to provide the necessary change in length based mobility staples. The bellow is made preferably of elastomer.

For fastening to the bracket, then, according to the invention the seal preferably has a thickening, which is pressed into the notch on the bracket. This form of execution is also particularly advantageous, since it does not require additional structural elements.

Pressed into the hole of the bracket thickening according to the invention preferably at least one working edge of the seal adjacent to the bottom of the groove and/or at least one working edge of the seal adjacent to the side wall of the recess. This form of execution is also a case�it to ensure the desired effect of tightness.

In addition to the described above, the disk brake mechanism, the invention proposes a seal for such a disk brake mechanism. This seal is made accordingly to the above options.

Hereinafter the invention is explained in more detail based on a preferred example of execution with the involvement of the accompanying drawings with additional details.

As explained above, Fig.1 shows a disc brake, containing the brake bracket 1, a support 2, two guide fingers 3, 3, two seals 4, 4 and the two screws 5, 5 socket head. Inside of the brake caliper there is not further explained clamping mechanism, which is implemented in a known manner in the disk brake mechanisms trucks with the eccentric rotating lever.

Fig.2 shows in detail the fastening of the seal 4. ACC�SSS this, the seal 4 is inserted into the annular groove 6, which Annularly encompasses the guide finger 3. Fig.4 shows an example of execution of the invention, namely the normal state above the center axis and are secured to the condition below average axis. The guide finger 3 to that shown in the drawing example performance has a rectangular cross-section annular groove 9, which arise�Leno seal 10. Here it should be noted that the annular groove according to the invention can also be formed using the ledge/stage, and as it also happens, the locking. The seal 10 is here designed as a bellow. Elastic corrugated casing is made of elastomer. Pressed into the annular groove 9 a of the seal 10 has two annular working edges 11, 12 of the seal, which is adjacent to the bottom of the annular groove 9. Annular working edges of the seal, however, can also be replaced by a circumferential thickening, which increases the compactness. On the opposite bottom of the annular groove 9 formed on the side seal 10 annular circumferential thickening 13.

At the other end of the seal 10 has an annular circumferential thickening 14 with two circle district working edges 15 and 16 of the seal. Thickening 14 has an approximately rectangular cross-section and inserted into a rectangular annular groove 17 of the bracket 1. Both working edge of the seal adjacent to the bottom and, consequently, to the side wall of the annular groove 17.

Notch 8 converges conically with the formation of the surface 18 of the office. If the guide finger 3 is inserted into the recess 8 and fastened by a screw 5 with a cylindrical head, the surface 18 of the control provides the pretension of the seal 10 within the annular groove 12 "automatic�Ki", namely, in the depth of the annular groove 9 and cross her direction. In the example of execution represented in the drawing, it turns out the pretension in the radial direction of the guide finger 3 and axially, Ms. the forces F and FaFig.5. To do this pretension does not require additional structural elements and the additional step of installation. Rather, the pre-tension is obtained simply by mounting the guide finger 3 on the support 2.

Using a predetermined value of the angle of the surface 18 of the control is very easy to control axial and radial pre-tension to deform the seal. Preferably, the angle of deviation α in the range from 25° to 30°, particularly preferably of 30°. In this case, the control surface 18 need not be formed conical. She can pass and mastrubieren, i.e. arcuate.

The rectangular shape of the annular groove 9 of the guide finger 3 is particularly favorable. 11. Disc brake according to claim 1 or 9, characterized in that the seal (10) in the shape of a sleeve.

13. Disc brake IU�of aNISM according to claim 1 or 9, characterized in that the seal (10) for fastening to the bracket (1) has a thickening (14), which is included in the recess (17) to the bracket.

14. Disc brake according to claim 13, characterized in that a part of the recess (17) on bracket (1) thickening (14) is adjacent at least one working edge (16) of the seal to the bottom of the groove and/or at least one working edge (15) of the seal to the side wall of the recess.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device are intended for producing tubular articles, e.g. corrugated tubes, from thermoplastic material. Proposed device comprises extruder head with mandrel moved to vary extrusion head cross section, plunger to extrude preset amount of plastic material through said head, and drawing unit to draw tubular plastic article from said head. Drawing unit, plunger and mandrel are driven to allow drawing unit and plunger to move in compliance with speed profiles independently adjusted along the entire travel of drawing unit and plunger. Mandrel is moved in compliance with profile of positions independently adjusted along the travel of drawing unit of plunger. Note here that said travel should proceed during interval equal to that of drawing unit and plunger move. This allows adjusting tubular article wall over its entire length and to high accuracy. Proposed method comprises extruding and drawing of billet from plasticised plastic material and controlling both processes in compliance with speed profiles for all operating components.

SUBSTANCE: bellows consists of set of axially symmetrical movable elements pressure tight interconnected. The set of movable elements corresponds to a successively alternating two laminar elements one of which is made as an elastic membrane, while another is made as a rigid non-deformed plate with a central orifices in it. SUBSTANCE: in procedure there are used work-pieces of square shape. At connection the work-pieces are subjected to ultra-sonic oscillations. Further, there are made cuts along perimetre of processing, making an accurate shape of bellows. The first insulator, the first electrode with the first inducer and a hold-down disk are installed on a base of the facility. Also a movable part consists of a pusher connected to a flange; a circular knife and a spring are mounted on the flange through an adjusting ring. Further, the movable part consists of a stop whereon there is positioned a cartridge with an ultra-sonic converter and of the second insulator whereon there is mounted the second electrode with the second inducer and a thermocouple. A guiding sleeve and the ultra-sonic converter with a concentrator are mounted on the base in the facility for manufacture of bellows by means of connection of work-pieces along external diametre. A thermocouple and the first electrode with the first inducer are secured to the concentrator through the first insulator. A guiding cartridge is arranged on the sleeve. Also the movable part consists of the pusher connected with a mandrel through the adjusting ring. A flange with a spring is positioned on the mandrel with the circular knife attached to the flange and to the stop with the secured thereon guiding bushing; the second electrode with the second inducer is installed through the second insulator.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for compensating deformations and vibrations of pipeline systems of high pressure in all branches of industry. The facility consists of two similar unloaded bellows compensators 1 and 2 rigidly coupled with branch 3. Compensators 1 and 2 consist of similar end bellows 4 and 6 of smaller diametre rigidly tied with middle bellows 5 of bigger diametre by means of two intermediate flanges 7 and 8; and are rigidly connected to end flanges 9 and 10. The bellow contains series-joined membranes, profiled by concentric ring sections with possibility of approaching and parting, where each membrane is joined to one of the neighbouring membranes through an outside weld seam, and with the other - through an inside weld seam. Corrugation of composite membranes is made in form of a single complete wave. The wave can have different configurations. SUBSTANCE: membranes are delivered for assembly with the surface of requested purity, as thermally treated and with the same geometrical dimensions. Between connected membranes in the area of welded joint location reinforcing rings are installed with the thickness of 1-2.5 of membrane material thickness. The jacket has lengthwise ribs arranged at the inner section surface to support this section, that is, to facilitate the stiffness and to allow the air to leak outside from said bulged fillet fitted in the piston groove. SUBSTANCE: casing comprises rubber flexible housing that forms a bellow between the small ring and large ring. The linear joints are made along the generatrix from the small ring to the large ring. The joints have thickenings from both sides and are provided with a lock pair. The thickness of the wall of the section between the joints is less than the thickness of the joints. The wall is made with a single thickness, and the section forms a common peripheral member. FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: welded bellows incorporate membranes with shaped concentric and annular sections, that are consecutively coupled so that to allow approaching and moving apart, each of the said membranes being connected with one adjoining membrane by outer weld and the with the other one by inner weld. Composite membranes crimp is made in the form of one hollow wave that can have various shapes. This invention offers examples of the crimp end faces made perpendicular to the bellows axis or at an angle to its axis, along the curvature of wave d of radius r smaller than the main wave radius R. Radii ratio are also given herein.
