Said lugs are arranged around said load-bearing element for connection with lugs of floating elements. Floating elements are incorporated with floating platforms. Said suspension interacts with central load-bearing element composed of a spider with central bore or a rectangular frame.

The invention relates to floating tools designed for specific purposes, namely to pontoons, floating docks, rafts, docks and other floating structures, in particular to equipment for anchoring and anchoring floating platforms, including the mounting and guide devices for chains, cables, ropes and similar elements.

The closest in technical essence to the proposed invention is selected as a prototype device for fastening and tensioning the anchor ropes and chains floating platforms containing a fixing unit, located under the bottom floating platform (U.S. patent No. 6899050, publ. 31.05.2005.

The disadvantages of the prototype are the low operational capabilities of the devices due to the necessity of using the services of divers when securing the anchor ropes and chains to the floating platforms and tension.

The technical result achieved by the invention is to enhance the operational capabilities at the expense of ease of maintenance, namely convenience and ease of attachment and ease the tension anchor ropes and chains from the surface of the floating platform.

The technical result is achieved in that the device for mounting and ease the tension anchor ropes and chains floating�sneeze platforms containing a fixing unit, the latter is made in the form of four interconnected through a Central supporting element of eyelets located around the latter and intended for connection with the lugs of the floating elements included in the composition of the floating platforms, and tools suspension anchor ropes and chains that interact with the Central supporting element made in the form of a cross with a hole in the center or rectangular frames.

A device for mounting and ease the tension anchor ropes and chains floating platforms includes a fixing unit 1, in the form of four interconnected through the Central about�ornago element 2 lugs 3, around last (2) and intended for connection with the lugs 4 (see Fig. 5) of the floating element 5 comprising the floating platforms, and tools 6 suspension anchor ropes and chains (not shown in the figures) that interact with the Central supporting member 2. Each eye 3 can be made in the form of earrings 7, and a means 6 of the suspension anchor ropes and chains can be made in the form of a metallic rod 8 (see Fig. 1) resting on the Central support element 2, the latter may be in the form of a cross 9 (see Fig. 1, 2 and 3) with a hole 10 in the center. The yoke 9 may be provided with a curved tube 11 is inserted in the hole 10 can be rotated. Each earring 7 may be movably mounted relative to the yoke 9, and at least each of the ends 12 of the yoke 9 in the cross section can be made U-shaped.

The Central supporting element 2 can be made in the form of a rectangular frame 13 (see Fig. 5) or in the form of a rectangular tube 14 (see Fig. 4), rigidly connected with earrings 7, with earrings 7 can be pairwise made in a single part 15, and pairs 16 and 17 are rigidly connected to a rectangular pipe 14.

When assembling the floating �elements 5, forming a floating platform, each earring 7 covers the appropriate eyelets 4 of the floating elements 5. In the holes of the lugs 3 and 4 are inserted fasteners (not shown in the figures). For example, the anchor chain may be pre-threaded into a curved tube 11 or via a rectangular frame 13, or rectangular pipe 14. She further connected to the means 6 suspension interacting with the Central supporting member 2, or with a metal rod 8, based on, e.g., a crossbar 9. If each of the ends 12 of the yoke 9 in a transverse cross-sectional shape is U-shaped, yoke 9 can put on top of matching earrings 7 in the last turn already on the water when all assembled floating platform. Curved tube 11 in the center of the joint 9 is free to rotate, guided by the direction of pull of the anchor chain. A smooth curve guarantee free sliding of the chain in a curved tube 11 without jumps links.

This solution by performing the fixing node 1, in the form of four lugs 3 that are connected by a Central supporting element 2 and connected to the lugs 4 of the floating elements 5, and means 6 suspension anchor ropes and chains that interact with the Central supporting member 2, allows you to conveniently carry out the clamping and tensioning of the anchor �issues and chains from the surface of the floating platform.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floating barges used to install a superstructure for marine platforms, more specifically, to systems and methods of stabilisation of vertical rocking caused by wave impact at the barge system in process of superstructure installation. One or more damping plates may be connected in the position below the water surface with one or more barges for changing the period of barge movement relative to the period of wave motion for better stabilisation of the barge and resistance to vertical rocking. The damping plate may be connected between barges or at the end or side of the barge. Each barge may contain a damping plate, and damping plates may be connected to each other with the possibility of disconnection.
