FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: machine for impactite mining. The miner comprises a resonant motor transferring torque to an auger, a pickup unit pivotally attached to a carriage frame, and a pulley block to lift the auger. A rocker with a steam boiler being mounted on one arm and a compressed air cylinder - on the other, is suspended as the counterbalance to the auger.

The invention relates to devices intended for mining.

The aim of the invention is the creation of the unit for the extraction of impactites.

On Earth there are about 200 craters formed as a result of the fall of celestial bodies. In Russia, the largest such Popigai crater is located in the North of the Krasnoyarsk territory, the impactites of which are extremely strong. Experts believe that their strength is 2.4 times higher than conventional diamonds [1].

These impactites necessary in the manufacture of composite materials, such as wear-resistant bearings.

Mining operations typically use methods where the use of chemical and high-explosive substances that pollute the environment and destroy the diamonds [2].

In contrast, we previously proposed diamond mining processor, which used the flow of water vapor in podborove space to unzip a diamond-bearing kimberlite as a result of extreme temperatures [3].

Given that the Popigai crater is also located in the area of stable permafrost, this method, we propose to use here, but the harvester is adapted for drilling wells, not suitable for the extraction of impactites in breccia hollows.

Instead of con�conformable borax here we propose the drill, where we have used resonant engine that uses the energy of a polymer hydrogel [4], is able at a certain temperature rise of the water in which it is located, collapsable to increase your volume to 500 times that, with appropriate selection of the experimental sequence of pulses can facilitate the necessary destruction breccias [5].

To this end, we presented the drill, suspended from the hoist, a water tank, a rocker with a rocker, which is suspended from one side of the steam boiler and the cylinder with compressed air, and the drill is associated with a flywheel which has two discs, the upper disc has teeth, and the lower disk mounted cylinders, filled with a polymer hydrogel that with increasing temperature, capable, collapsable increasing in volume, to hit the head of the pusher handle.

Heating the water in the cylinders is due to the fact that under the lower disk is installed in the casing adjacent to the lower disk of the flywheel, due to which cause heating of the polymer hydrogel.

Bogie frame remotely controlled in those moments when you establish a break in the work on the splitting of the breccia and the cart has the ability to move from one plot to another.

The drill is provided with a planet carrier with a steam chamber located above the surface where between cutters set�go jets, used to steam in podborove space.

When you were driving the drill is raised, the torque can be transmitted through the transmission and a power Converter on the gearbox, generator, clutch and control system of the trolley.

Fig.1-5 presents the drill 1, suspended from the pulley block 2, a water tank 3, the rocker 4 rocker, which counterbalance borax 1, which is suspended from one side of the steam boiler 5 and the compressed air tank 6; a flywheel of the engine 7, the steam pipe 8, the inverter pulses of energy 9, gear 10, a generator 11, a battery 12, a clutch 13, the control system 14 by moving the harvester from signals automated control system (ACS), video camera 15, an illumination lights 16, the pick-up rock 17, the frame 18 of the truck, the wheels are 19 truck, the nozzle 20 of the duct 21, the telescopic lift 22 pick-up 17, the heater 23 inside the steam boiler 5, drove 24 borax, lead wire�pnic 25 carrier, steam chamber 26 of the bore, providing a pair of breccia on the surface, and ascent and descent of the drill provides a bearing 25 located on the planet carrier of the drill (Fig.4).

Fig.3 shows a fragment of the engine, the flywheel 27, consisting of two parallel installed, interconnected disks with a gap 28 between them, impaled on a vertical axis 29 parallel to the axis of the drill, while the upper disk 30 has teeth 31 extending into the gap 28, and the lower disk 32 mounted cylinders 33, filled with water and inside the cylinders by the pistons with the lower head 34 and outside of the upper cylinder 35 head, performing the function of the pusher in the teeth 31, and the pistons is provided with a spring 36,attached to the bottom of the lower head 34 of the piston, and at the top to the top to the bottom of cylinder 37, which through the existing hole with compression rings are able to pass the rod 38 of the piston, wherein between the bottom 39 of the bottom of the cylinder 34 and lower head of the piston in the stacked weight polymer hydrogel 40, and the lower head 34 is provided with openings 41 through which is free to leak water in the cylinder. Upon reaching a certain critical temperature of water in the hydrogel cylinder, collapsable increasing in volume, compresses the spring 36 and strikes the top of the head 35 of the piston� (pusher) on the tooth 31, located on the upper disk 30. At this point below the lower piston head in front of the cylinder is pushed hard finger 42 mounted on the movable mechanism of the bracket 43 of the flywheel 27, sensing with pneumatic blow of the tooth 31, not allowing the cylinder to move in the opposite direction. The flywheel 27 acquires a torque which passes through the mounted on it a gear 44 mounted near the vertical axis 29 of the drill gear 45 located on the planet carrier 24 of the drill. After that the water temperature in the cylinder decreases, the volume of the hydrogel decreases, the spring 36 withdraws the pusher 35 in still dodane position. The finger 42 on a signal from ACS using a mechanism that is installed on the bracket, descends down to make room for the subsequent passage of the cylinder, after which the cycle repeats.

Heating the water in the cylinders is due to the fact that under the lower disk 32 mounted in the casing 46 through which is passed steam coming from the boiler 5 to the cage 24 of the drill the steam pipe 8, which is mounted so that the water in the cylinders, passing by the casing, is gradually heated, reaching a critical level at the moment of passing of the flywheel 27 over resistant finger 42.

Process steps are the following: first, the electric heater 23 bringing the water in the boiler 5 to the boil; steam through the steam line 8 provides the rotation of the flywheel 7, and through the carrier 24 and the drill; steam enters the steam chamber 26 and in podborove space 47. The rotation of the drill ceases, he with the help of chain block 2 is lifted up, forming a space above the surface of the breccia, where the filling of microcracks steam, which instantly turning to ice, resultsthat breccia array. After that, the drill is lowered and is rotationally driven, and a steam boiler 5 is replenished with water from located above it of the tank 3 with water. Opposed to drill - rocker 4 via the chain block 2 raises the drill, and then the cycle repeats. Bur after a few such cycles go up, but in podborove space 47 is injected from the cylinder 6, the compressed air in the air duct 21 and the nozzles 20, which sweeps away the old breed 48 in the pick-up 17 pivotally mounted on the frame 18 of the truck. Waste rock, trapped in the baler after lifting telescopic Jack 22 is poured into the bucket forklift 49, drove up to the combine, to ensure the safety of it in terms of probable snowfall.

In the period when the drill is not rotating, and the engine operation continues, the torque through the transmission 50 is transmitted to the energy Converter 9, with him on the gearbox 10, and then to the generator 11, connected to the battery 12, the clutch 13 and to the control system 14, the cat�Paradise on command from ACS via a drive shaft 51 drives the front 52, average 53 and 54 rear axles of the truck, which moves to a new plot.

The harvester is equipped with the necessary heat insulation and, when necessary, supplied with water, compressed air and charged batteries.

SUBSTANCE: in order to enlarge the range of simultaneous processing and versions of control of a cutting force in the processing zone, formation of destruction zones is performed considering strength characteristics of rock as to width of the processed surface at variation of functional and technological parameters and their rational combination under conditions of selective development of deposits with complex structures. Strength characteristics of rock are fixed by mine rock strength recording sensors connected through a system block to a control system of operation of hydraulic cylinders, and drum balance is provided by distributed offset of hydraulic cylinders. Pressure of working liquid in piston cavities of the hydraulic cylinders is designed for a force required for rotation of turning levers.

EFFECT: increasing productivity, improving reliability and enlarging technological efficiency of destruction of rocks of different strength and coherence degree by controlling a cutting force in a zone of processing and formation in a surface layer of the processed massif of destruction zones considering strength characteristics of rock at selective development of deposits with complex structures by means of open-pit surface miners.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method to form a trajectory of excavator bucket motion is carried out with the help of an operation of putting a handle with the bucket into backward motion in the vertical plane in a system of coordinates connected to a boom. At the same time the axis of handle rocking in the specified system of coordinates is fixed. The operation of trajectory curvature control is carried out by change of the distance between the bucket and the axis of handle rocking. At the same time the handle rocking axis fixed in the system of coordinates connected to the boom is moved in the system of coordinates connected with the handle along the circumference arc, the centre of which is at the end of the handle. The proposed method is realised by working equipment comprising a boom, a handle with a bucket rigidly installed on it, a rope mechanism of bucket lift and a discharge mechanism. Besides, the discharge mechanism comprises a yoke, which forms rotating couples with the boom and the handle, and a hydraulic cylinder, the stem and body of which are connected hingedly with the yoke and handle accordingly.

EFFECT: simplified design of a discharge mechanism, at the same time possibility is provided to adjust bucket movement trajectory.

Combined tool for measurement of specific resistance includes both antennas of induction/propagation and antennas of side specific resistance arranged in grooves on well pipe. The method consists in communicating horizons with a carrying flexible link, in securing capacities to the flexible link; also these capacities can freely travel; in connecting the capacities with a flexible pulling link, in equipping it with a balloon, and in loading capacities at final horizons. FIELD: rock loading systems, particularly to load rock in dump-trucks with the use of mine excavator.

SUBSTANCE: system comprises hopper with outlet orifice and outlet orifice closing means. The system also has at least two modules arranged at mine face so that the modules may be moved and filled with rock by mine excavator. Each hopper has volume corresponding to load capacity of dump-trucks to be used. Outlet orifice closing means is made as pinned gate. Pedal is pivotally installed on frame slide at acute angle to slide base and may be rotated towards dump-truck driving direction. The pedal may rotate in vertical plane and is installed so that rear dump-truck wheels may be moved over the pedal. Pedal and free end of the gate are pivotally connected one to another through two control-rods and form articulated parallelogram. Hinge, which connects gate with control-rods, is fastened to counterweights by two flexible members and angle pulley so that counterweights may be displaced in vertical plane along frame posts. The hopper is provided with damping means brought into cooperation with the gate.

EFFECT: provision of continuous loading and undisturbed mine excavator operation.

FIELD: transport engineering; quarry dump-trucks.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for lifting and lowering dump-trucks, namely, to complexes for lifting and lower dump-trucks at opencast mining. Proposed device for lifting dump-truck to flank of opencast contains, in addition to lifting line, lowering line parallel to lifting line, both lines being coupled by drive sprockets in head and middle parts of both lines. Each gripping device for gripping and transporting of dump-trucks up and down is made in form twin levers with rollers hinge-connected two leaf-and-roller chains and arranged in between to provide movement of roller along guides. Platform is secured on levers to arranged rear wheels of dumps-truck on lifting line and front wheels, on lowering line. Platform is arranged with clearances over tracks and on lifting line it is provided with curvilinear stop from side of tension sprocket for engagement with rear wheel of dump-truck, and on lowering line it is provided with two stops for arrangement of front wheels of dump-truck between the stops. Tracks on inclined sections are arranged to move front wheels on lifting line and rear wheels on lowering line at horizontal position of dump-trucks. Lips are arranged in opencast and on its flank in zones of entry of dump-trucks on lifting line and lowering line over tension and drive sprockets, and guides for traction chains and rollers of levers are made curvilinear to provide free getting of dump-truck wheels onto tracks.

EFFECT: provisions of lifting of loaded dump-trucks to flank of opencast and simultaneous lowering of empty-trucks into opencast at continuous transportation and reduced to minimum metal usage and energy consumption when carrying out said operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for lifting and lowering dump-trucks when carrying out opencast mining. Proposed device for lifting dump-truck to flank of opencast contains, in addition of lifting line, a lowering line, both lines are parallel, being mechanically coupled by drive sprockets in head and middle parts of both lines. Each device for gripping and transporting of dump-trucks up and down is made in form twin levers with rollers hinge-connected to two leaf-and-roller chains and arranged in between for turning twin levers in vertical plane and moving rollers along guides arranged under guides for running rollers of traction chains. Twin levers are interconnected by platform to arrange front wheels of dump0truck. Platforms are arranged with clearances over tracks and are provided with curvilinear stop on lifting line from side of tension sprocket for engagement with front wheels of dump-truck and are made on lowering line with two stops to arranged front wheels of dump-truck between said stops. Cavities with inclined bottom to said of tension sprocket and wall square to surface of track are arranged on surface of lifting line track at definite step. Each platform of lifting line is furnished with shoe hinge-secured on platform symmetrically to longitudinal axis of lifting line for engagement of free end of shoe with surface of track at normal operation and, at break of traction chains, engagement of free end with wall of cavity, and free end of curvilinear form, with stop of platform.

EFFECT: provision of lifting loaded dump-trucks to flank of opencast and simultaneous lowering of empty-dump trucks into opencast with possibility of holding loaded dump-truck on lifting line in case of breaks of traction chains.

FIELD: quarry vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for lifting and lowering dump-trucks at opencast mining. Device is provided with dump-truck lowering line parallel to lifting line with drive sprockets in head and middle parts of both lines for mechanical engagement of said lines. Each gripping and up and down transporting device for dump-trucks is made ion form of twin levers with rollers of free ends hinge-connected to two leaf and-roller chains and arranged between said chains for turning twin levers in vertical plane and shifting rollers along guides arranged under guides for running rollers of traction chains. Twin levers are interconnected by platform for front wheels of dump-truck. Said platform are arranged with clearances over tracks, each being provided with curvilinear stop from side of tension sprockets on lifting line for engagement with front wheels of dump-truck and with two stops on lowering line for arranged of front wheels of dump-truck between said stops. Lips are made in quarry and on its flank in zones of entry of dump trucks on lifting and lowering lines over tension and drive sprockets. Guides for traction chains and lever rollers are made curvilinear to provide free getting of dump-trucks on track. Mechanical couplings of drive sprockets of both lines are made in form of reduction gear and toothed pair coupled with electric motor.

EFFECT: provision of lifting of loaded dump-trucks from quarry to opencast flank with simultaneous lowering of empty dump-trucks into quarry at continuous transportation, brought to minimum consumption of metal and energy at carrying out said operations.

FIELD: mining industry, particularly open cast mining.

SUBSTANCE: method involves loading tanks at lower horizon during tank unloading at upper horizon and lowering empty tanks from upper horizon during loaded tank lifting from lower horizon; providing additional sites for tank loading at lower horizon and corresponding additional sites for tank unloading at upper horizon; laying cable in zigzag manner so that the cable passes along loading and unloading sites and creates pulling branches; connecting tank with aerostat to each pulling branch. Tanks located at upper and lower horizons are fastened to next nearest branch so that distances between loading and unloading sited along the branches are equal one to another. Device for above method realization is also disclosed.

FIELD: mining industry; quarry lifts for dump trucks.

SUBSTANCE: proposed lift contains line with closed leaf-and-roll chain. Devices for gripping and transporting of dump trucks are arranged on chain at definite pitch. According to invention, each gripping and transporting device for dump trucks is made in form of twin levers with rolls on free ends hinge-connected to two leaf-and-roll chains and arranged between said chains. Twin levers are installed for turning in vertical plane and moving rolls along guides arranged under guides for running rolls of traction chains. Twin levers are interconnected by platform installed with clearance over way for moving rear wheels of dump trucks and with possibility of arranged on front wheels of dump truck on said platform. Each platform is provided with curvilinear stop side of tension sprocket for engagement with front wheels of dump truck. In quarry and on its flank in zones of entering of dump trucks moving rearwards lips are installed, and in middle part of lift, traction chains are provided with additional drive sprockets. Catchers of broken traction chains are installed at equal step on inclined section of lift. Each catcher is made form of U-shaped shoe arranged over traction chain secured on upper part of guide traction chain for running rolls by means of brackets. Height of shoe increases in direction of movement of traction chain. Bus is secured on guide for twin lever rolls under traction chain. Wedge is freely fitted on traction chain inside shoe for thrusting against front wall of shoe at normal operation of lift and for jumping between shoe and traction chain at change of direction of movement of traction chain after its break.

FIELD: quarry transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to complexes for lifting and lowering dump trucks into quarry at opencast mining. Proposed complex consists of inclined section and adjoining horizontal sections in upper and lower parts of complex. Line for lowering dump trucks into quarry is arranged in parallel to dump truck lifting line. Both lines are mechanically coupled by drive sprockets in head and middle parts of both lines, gear ratio being 1. Each device for gripping and transporting dump truck upwards and downwards is made in form of twin levers hinge connected to two leaf and roll chains, levers being arranged between chains. Said twin levers are connected by platform for fitting rear wheels of dump truck on lifting line and front wheels, on lowering lines. Said platform are arranged with clearances over tracks. Each platform is provided with curvilinear stop for wheels. Devices for catching torn off pull chains are arranged on inclined section at equal pitch. Each said chain catching device is made in form of U-shaped shoe secured by brackets in upper part of guide for running rolls of pull chain and arranged over pull chain with its height increasing in direction of pull chain movement. Bus is installed under pull chain within minimum clearance of guide for twin lever rolls, and wedge is freely fitted inside shoe on pull chain for thrusting against front wall of shoe at normal operation of complex and for wedging between shoe and pull chain at change of direction of movement of broken pull chain. Additional sprockets are installed on lifting and lowering lines for engagement with upper runs of pull chains. Axles of said sprockets are mechanically intercoupled by gear pair, gear ratio 1.

EFFECT: provision of continuous transportation, brought to minimum metal usage and consumption of power when lifting and lowering dump trucks.

FIELD: opencast mining; quarry transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems of quarry transport, namely, to device for lifting and lowering of dump trucks into quarries at opencast mining. In proposed device line for lowering dump trucks into quarry is arranged in parallel to dump lifting line, and drive sprockets in head and middle parts of both lines are provided which are mechanically intercoupled. Each dump truck gripping and handling device is made in form of twin levers with rolls on free ends hinge-attached to two plate-and-roll chains. Twin levers are interconnected by platform for front wheels of dump truck. Each platform of lifting line is provided with two hollow guides of rectangular cross section rigidly attached symmetrically and normally to surface of run. With possibility of free arrangement and displacement of rectangular cross section rods for engagement of lower ends of rods with surface of run at normal operation of device and with wall of cavity in case of tear off of pull chains.

EFFECT: provision of holding of loaded dump trucks on lifting line at breakage of pull chain.

FIELD: mine winding plants, particularly to lift skips and cages from deep mines and pits.

SUBSTANCE: tractive tool is made as flexible flat band having trapezoid shape and constant thickness. Flexible flat band width varies in accordance with predetermined algorithm. The band has minimal width in area of band connection with lifting tank.

EFFECT: possibility to increase winding plant capacity for reduced tractive tool weight value.
