SUBSTANCE: described alkaline washing and disinfecting foamy agent contains an alkali metal hydroxide based on a nonionic surfactant and water. Alkyldimethylamine oxide is used as the main nonionic surfactant. The agent additionally includes a foam-enhancing surfactant in the form of a sodium salt of a sulphonated linear hydrocarbon and sodium hypochloride solution with active chlorine concentration of 180 g/l. The agent has the following ratio of ingredients, wt % (with respect to pure substances): alkali metal hydroxide 15-20, alkyldimethylamine oxide 5-10, sodium salt of a sulphonated linear hydrocarbon 3-5, sodium hypochloride solution with active chlorine concentration of 180 g/l 20-50, water - the balance. The alkali metal hydroxide used in the alkaline cleaning agent can be sodium hydroxide or a mixture of sodium hydroxide with potassium hydroxide in an arbitrary ratio.

EFFECT: higher washing and disinfecting capacity of the agent owing to improved foaming and use of sodium hypochlorite.

The invention relates to the field of chemistry, namely to the technical detergents used in the food industry, processing industry and social sphere for cleaning and disinfecting floors, walls of industrial premises, equipment, pipelines, tanks and conveyor belts.

Known detergent and sanitizer foam that contains an alkali metal hydroxide, the principal nonionic surfactant and water (patent RU 2165961, IPC C11D 3/48, 11.06.1997).

This detergent is taken as a prototype, as the closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result.

The disadvantage of the prototype are the low washing and disinfecting ability of funds when used for cleaning grease of complex composition.

The technical result from the use of the invention is to improve the cleaning and disinfection capacity of the facility by increasing the foaming and disinfecting properties of the product.

Alkaline detergent and disinfectant foam created on the basis of sodium hypochlorite is known as one of the means with the highest antibacterial activity, showing their quality by hypochlorite ion, which kills the microorganisms rapidly and at very low concentrations.

Comparison of the claimed technical solution to the prior art known from scientific, technical and patent documentation on the priority date in the main and adjacent sections revealed no means having characteristics identical to all characteristics contained in proposed by the applicant claims, including the description of the appointment. I.e., the set of essential features of the claimed solution was not previously known and is not identical to any known technical solutions, therefore, it meets the condition of patentability "novelty".

This technical solution is industrially applicable, as in the description of the application and the title of the invention indicated his appointment, it can be carried out industrially and used for cleaning and disinfecting food processing equipment, feasible and reproducibly, and the distinctive features of the device allow to obtain the specified technical result, i.e. they are significant.

The invention in the form as it is characterized in each of the claims, can be carried out using means and methods described in the patent RU 2129591 that has become publicly available before the priority date of the invention.

Therefore, the claimed technical solution meets the condition of patentability "industrial applicability".

�besides the conformity of the invention the condition of patentability "industrial applicability" is confirmed by the following examples of implementation of technical solutions.

The analysis of the known technical solutions in this field of technology showed that the proposed technical solution is not necessary for the expert explicitly from the prior art, since it is not identified solutions that have the signs consistent with the distinctive features of the invention, and is not confirmed by the known influence of the distinctive features specified in the application materials the technical result. I.e., the claimed solution has features that are missing in the known technical solutions, and the use of these characteristics in the stated essential features gives you the opportunity to obtain a new technical result - improving antibacterial properties and performance by improving the efficiency of the ratio of detergent composition and concentration of sodium hypochlorite in liquid form ingredients together, therefore, the proposed technical solution can be obtained only by creativity and not obvious to a person skilled in this field, i.e., involves an inventive step compared to the existing level of technology.

For optimal results during cleaning and disinf�functions of food processing equipment it is recommended to use water with a temperature of 20-60°C and the detergent concentration of 0.5-5% depending on the degree of contamination of the object.

Dosing of dry ingredients comes to platform technology scales.

Method of preparation: in a container equipped with a stirrer, served the calculated quantity of water then in this capacity load caustic soda in accordance with the recipe. Consequently, the composition of example 1 on the foam meets the requirements of cleaning agents used for effective cleaning due to the stable retention of the composition on vertical surfaces when the outer foam cleaning of floors, walls, equipment.

Consequently, the composition of example 1 on the foam meets the requirements of cleaning agents used for effective cleaning due to the stable retention of the composition on vertical surfaces when the outer foam cleaning of floors, walls, equipment.

Consequently, the composition of example 1 on the foam meets the requirements of cleaning agents used for effective cleaning due to the stable retention of the composition on vertical surfaces when the outer foam cleaning of floors, walls, equipment.

The use of this invention will expand the operational capabilities by increasing foam for stable retention of the composition on vertical surfaces when the outer foam cleaning of floors, walls, inventory, equipment. Moreover, the presence of one of two types of alkali - sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide gives a synergistic effect, making this detergent can be used in low concentrations while maintaining high cleaning effect.

Use dezinfitsiruyuschee - sodium hypochlorite in a preset interval - allows you to provide a disinfecting effect against wide range of pathogens, microorganisms and fungi.

SUBSTANCE: agent contains a non-ionic surfactant, a corrosion inhibitor, hydrochloric acid and water, and is characterised by that the composition includes sulphuric acid and carbamide A, the non-ionic surfactant used being alkyldimethylamine oxide and neonol, wherein the agent has the following ratio of components, wt %: hydrochloric acid 30-40, sulphuric acid 15-25, carbamide A 5-10, alkyldimethylamine oxide 1-5, neonol 1-5, corrosion inhibitor 0.5-2, water - the balance.

EFFECT: easier usage owing to high cleaning efficiency by optimising the combination of mixtures of inorganic acids with corrosion inhibitors.
