SUBSTANCE: octane-increasing gasoline additive based on toluidine and alcohol comprises synergetic compound of mixture of meta- and ortho-toluidines, isobutyl alcohol and vegetable oil condensation product, diethanol amine and boracic acid at mole ratio of vegetable oil, diethanol amine and boracic acid components of 0.75 - 1:3:0.5 - 1 and the following ratio of components, wt %: meta-toluidine - 49-54, ortho-toluidine - 24-27, isobutyl alcohol - 16-22, condensation product - 3-5. The gasoline-based compound contains an octane booster that includes the above additive in quantity of 1-3 vol %.

EFFECT: developing octane booster and using additive with high antiknock properties in composition of gasoline-based compound, creating synergetic compound, production of qualitative additive that does not contain metalorganic additives and MMA.

The present invention relates to the field of oil refining and petrochemical industry, specifically to the composition of the octane of a gasoline additive and composition containing the additive for use in internal combustion engines. Supplement to gasoline based on aromatic amines and alcohols includes, wt.%: 49-54 - meta toluidine, 24-27 - ortho-toluidine, 16-22 - isobutyl alcohol, 3-5 - condensation product of a vegetable oil, diethanolamine and boric acid at a molar ratio of 0,75-1,0:3:0,5-1.

Composition on the basis of gasoline contains the above additive in an amount of 1-3%.

The present invention relates to an additive that increases the anti-knock resistance combustible hydrocarbon fuels-gasoline, particularly motor gasoline. It is known that gasoline direct distillation consist of stable hydrocarbons. They can be stored in Anthranilic without noticeable colabrative. However, the use of such gasoline in internal combustion engines causes detonation, which contributes to premature wear, reduce power, increase fuel consumption and incomplete combustion.

Current requirements for motor gasoline significantly limit the ability of improving the antiknock properties of the fuel, since it prohibits the use of metal�organicheskih additives and limit the content in the gasolines of high octane aromatic hydrocarbons. All present at the Russian market actinopodidae additives ("Cascade", "Cascade", "BVD-premium") in a composition containing N-methylaniline (MMA), which does not allow according to GOST P5 1105-97 to get gasoline Regular-92 environmental class 5 and GOST R5 1866-2002 gasoline Premium-95.

From 01.01.2016, the MMA is banned in all grades of gasoline. In this regard, the development of octane additives that do not contain MMA, is relevant. Closest to the claimed technical solution is additive to gasoline that contains, mass.%: 16 is a mixture toluidines, 1,5 - CROTONALDEHYDE, the 2.0 - acetaldehyde and 0.5 - Feroz (derived dicyclopentadienyl iron), ethyl alcohol up to 100 (Patent RU 2161639 C1, publ. 10.01.2001, taken as a prototype).

However, this additive because of the content metallorganic cannot be used to increase the octane number of petrol.

The proposed additive is designed to create a synergistic compositions that do not contain methylaniline, ORGANOMETALLIC compounds and exhibiting high antiknock activity, allowing to produce gasoline of high class. In the known patent RF 2161639 the mixture itself toluidines (without specifying the percentage of isomers) and ethyl alcohol shows a high anti-knock effect, but only in the presence of iron-containing additive and Feroz con�entrale - 5 wt.%. In the claimed technical solution stated simply, the ratio of meta - and ortho-toluidines to obtain the desired synergistic effect. The presence of the additive isobutyl alcohol can improve the solubility of the borate and leads to a synergistic increase in the octane number.

In the known patent RU 2355733 C1 (publ. 20.05.2009), EN 2355734 C1 (publ. 20.05.2009), EN 2355735 C1 (publ. 20.05.2009), EN 2400528 C1 (publ. 27.09.2010) condensation products of vegetable oils, diethanolamine and boric acid are used as anti-corrosive, detergent additives to gasoline, as well as to reduce the pressure of saturated vapors of gasoline and losses of gasoline from evaporating.

Despite the fact that the knock resistance of petrol and its evaporation are closely related, but the exact patterns of such influence was not detected. The use of these compounds to increase the octane number of gasoline or its resistance to detonation is unknown. In addition, in all the above patents the resulting borate had an amine number of about 60-80 mg HCl/g and in the analysis according to GOST 6307 on the content of water-soluble alkali test positive, which is unacceptable when used in the gasoline composition. In addition, borates patent RU 2355733 and EN 2355734 have high rates of pitch and sulphur. The object of the present invention is to provide additives to increase the octane number and the use of additives with a high anti-knock properties in the composition based on the gasoline, creating a synergistic composition, as well as obtaining high-quality Supplement that does not contain ORGANOMETALLIC additives and MMA, which used borates have an amine number of 30 mg HCl/g, which gives a negative reaction to the content of water-soluble alkalis, unlike the above-mentioned known compositions of gasoline.

To solve this problem is proposed octane additive to gasoline-based toluidines and alcohol that contains a synergistic composition of a mixture of meta - and ortho-toluidines, isobutyl alcohol and the condensation product of vegetable oil, diethanolamine and boric acid at a molar ratio of vegetable oil, diethanolamine and boric acid 0.75 to 1:3:0.5 to 1 in the following ratio of components, wt.%: meta-toluidine - 49-54, ortho-toluidine - 24-27, isobutyl alcohol - 16-22, condensation product is 3-5.

It is also proposed to�position on the basis of gasoline containing the above additive in an amount of 1-3% by volume. The difference between the claimed technical solution is the content in the additive ISO-butanol and the condensation product of vegetable oil, diethanolamine, boric acid and the ratio of the components.

The substance used in the additive are the products of industrial production. Ortho - and meta-toluidine was used by THE 6-09-2949-88 with a mass fraction of the basic substance is not less than 99%. Isobutyl alcohol - according to GOST 6016.

Offer octane additive prepared according to wasteless technology using standard equipment by mixing the components to obtain a homogeneous solution.

The results of the tests are shown in Tables 2 and 3 show high efficiency of the proposed octane additives and allow you to get gasoline for grade 5 without MMA.

In addition, to illustrate what technical solutions were also prepared samples of the additive and the additive containing the borate according to the patent RU 2400528, the composition of which is given in table 4.

Functional and performance properties of the prepared samples are presented in table 5. The influence of additives on detonation resistance was evaluated according to the ASTM D 2700-95 (GOST 511-82) to install FMP-85 increase in octane number of the reference mixture "70 of isooctane and n-heptane", taken in the ratio of 70:30 (by volume). The greater the increase in the octane number, the higher anti-knock properties of the additive.

For samples tested growth rate from 4.1 to 4.3 in comparison with the reference mixture (additive for comparison).

Sample # 1 was tested in the composition of gasoline. Physico-chemical parameters are presented in table 6.

SUBSTANCE: oily wastes are heated and subjected to primary separation with the extraction of oil-contaminated water and mechanical impurities. The received partially dewatered oily wastes are mixed up with a diluter and subjected to repeated separation with the production of an oil concentrate and additional quantity of oil-contaminated water and mechanical impurities. The oil concentrate is subjected to fractioning together with vapours of gasoline and diesel fraction stabilisation as well as with vapours of thermal conversion, in result a sulphurous hydrocarbon gas, an unstable gasoline fraction, the diluter, an unstable diesel fraction and bottom fractions are obtained. The sulphurous hydrocarbon gas is treated from hydrogen sulphide with the receipt of a fuel gas and commercial sulphur. The unstable gasoline fraction is stabilised with the receipt of commercial gasoline and stabilisation vapours. The unstable diesel fraction is subjected to catalytic stabilisation by hydrogenation and stabilised with the receipt of commercial marine fuels and stabilisation vapours. The bottom fractions are subjected to thermal conversion with the receipt of vapours and heavy residue used as a power-generating fuel. Oil-contaminated water is treated with the receipt of partially clean water and oily wastes, which are sent for mixing up with a raw material, as well as oil-contaminated mechanical impurities, which are processed in the mixture with the oil-contaminated mechanical impurities received at previous stages into road-building materials.

EFFECT: method allows continuous treatment excluding the output of a non-commercial product, improvement of the quality of the commercial product, improvement of industrial and environmental safety, improved labour conditions; the method may be used in the oil refining industry for non-waste processing of emulsion and emulsion suspended oily wastes.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes fuel for boiler house consisting of carbon-containing compounds of organic and mineral origin, including as part of its composition mixture of oil slam and sodium carboxylate as carbon-containing compound in ratio1:(1-3), and coal dust as carbon-containing compound of mineral origin, with the following component ratio, wt %: mixture of oil slam and sodium carboxylate 40-50; coal dust - the remaining part.

EFFECT: fuel for boiler house possesses high stability, low corrosion activity, ash content and viscosity, as well as high heat-generating ability.
