FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: versions of a water-soluble detergent, which contains a nonionic surfactant, sodium polyacrylate and an active component which includes an alkali metal salt and a carbamide are disclosed. According to the invention, the alkali metal salt in the active component is sodium sulphate, wherein components of the detergent are taken in the following ratio, wt %: nonionic surfactant 2.7-3.4, sodium polyacrylate 0.1-0.2, sodium sulphate 86.0-88.6, carbamide 8.6-10.4, as well as other versions of components in certain amounts.

EFFECT: high environmental safety of the detergent.

The invention relates to the field of chemistry, namely to water-soluble cleaning agents designed to clean various kinds of surfaces from organic contaminants such as oil, petroleum products, lubricants, industrial and domestic fats and oils.

The invention can be used for mechanized cleaning process equipment - storage equipment, chemical equipment, rail and tanker trucks, as well as metal steel, profile before painting and galvanic treatment.

The invention can also be applied for cleaning oil-contaminated soil, as well as in emergency situations to eliminate the spillage of petroleum products and their derivatives.

Currently there are a number of formulations of water-soluble detergents used in the form of aqueous solutions for cleaning various surfaces from contamination of organic nature.

Known detergent [RU 2387704] containing surface-active agents (surfactants - neonol and sintimid, caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) and an active component containing a mixture of inorganic salts is sodium metasilicate, water glass with silica module 2, 7, the silicate with silica modulus 4, polyphosphate sodium, soda ash (sodium carbonate), sodium sulfate.

This comp�in has good cleaning ability in respect to organic contaminants, including regarding contaminants that are in hard to reach places and micro-cracks.

However, when the funds are not achieved bundle of spent emulsions with the ability to reuse the clarified working solution.

A significant drawback of the tool is that it contains a relatively large amount of alkaline-active agents (sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate), causing the pH of the detergent solution, lying in the alkaline region, which degrades the environmental security technology of its use.

Known water-soluble detergents, which along with high washing ability is a balance emulsifying - demulsifying properties, and thus a rapid stratification of waste emulsions and the ability to reuse detergent solution [see, e.g., EN 2132367, EN 2456340].

So water-soluble detergent, as described in EN 2456340, contains a mixture of nonionic surfactants (sintana and OP-10), a demulsifier, an alkali and an active component comprising a mixture of salts of alkaline metals such as sodium carbonate, sodium phosphate and ammonium sulfate.

When using such a tool enables a rapid stratification of waste emulsion, which allows re-use�to use clarified working solution for pollution control.

However, due to the presence in the composition of relatively large quantities of alkali aqueous solution has a pH value lying in the alkaline region, which impairs its environmental safety.

Known water-soluble detergent [RU 2132367], each of the alternatives which is selected as the closest analogue, respectively, first, second and third variant of the claimed invention.

This tool contains a nonionic surfactant, polyelectrolyte, which is used, in particular, sodium polyacrylate, as well as the active component of three types, each of which includes at least one salt of an alkali metal.

So the active component of the tool may contain sodium carbonate and urea.

The composition of the tool with the above active component is selected as the closest analogue to the first embodiment of the present disclosure.

Alternative active component of the tool may contain sodium carbonate, sodium metasilicate and urea.

The composition of the tool with the above active component is selected as the closest analogue to the second variant of the claimed invention.

Alternative active component dealt with�of estva may contain sodium carbonate and sodium metasilicate.

The composition of the tool with the above active component is selected as the closest analogue to the third variant of the claimed invention.

The reporting tool has a high detergency with respect to organic pollution of various kinds, due to the balance of emulsifying and demulsifying properties ensures the reusability of an aqueous solution of this funds.

However, although the composition does not contain a strong alkaline agent such as alkali in its composition use of significant quantities of sodium carbonate, whereby the pH of the aqueous solution of this product lies in the alkaline region, making it environmentally unsafe and requires neutralization of spent aqueous solutions of this tool before it is discharged to the treatment plant.

The objective of the claimed invention according to the first, second and third embodiments of the invention is to improve the environmental safety of detergent.

The task according to the first embodiment of the invention is solved in that in a water-soluble detergent containing nonionic surfactant, sodium polyacrylate and an active component, comprising the alkali metal salt and urea, according to the invention as a salt.�ment of active metal component contains sodium sulfate, with ingredients taken in the following ratio, wt. %:

The task of the third embodiment of the invention is solved in that in a water-soluble detergent containing nonionic surfactant, sodium polyacrylate and an active component comprising a mixture of alkali metal salts according to the invention as alkali metal salts of the active component contains sodium sulfate, sodium phosphate odnozameshchenny and sodium phosphate dibasic, with ingredients taken in the following ratio, wt. %:

The composition of the inventive water-soluble detergent on the first, second and third�in embodiments of the invention was selected by the authors in experimental studies. The authors managed to create a composition of water-soluble detergent in first, second and third embodiments of the invention, the aqueous solution which effectively removes organic contaminants from the surfaces of various kinds, rapidly exfoliates the formation of organic phase and aqueous phase, which can be reused for wash-off of contaminants. What is fundamentally important is that the aqueous solution of the inventive detergent in first, second and third embodiments of the invention has a pH value close to neutral.

The use in the composition of water-soluble detergent in first, second and third embodiments of the invention non-ionic surfactant provides good surface wettability and high solubilizers effect in relation to water-insoluble hydrocarbon contaminants with moderate foaming properties.

Use in the detergent composition according to the first, second and third embodiments of the invention specified surfactants in the above quantitative limits provides the required washing capacity of funds and does not lead to the formation of trudnorazreshimoj emulsion detergent to wash the product.

While nonionic surfactants in the claimed range of concentrations provides the universality of the action of the detergent �about with regard to a wide range of laundered hydrocarbons (from light oil to heavy oil residues).

As nonionic surfactants according to the first, second and third embodiments of the invention can be used compounds containing an organic hydrophobic group and one hydrophilic residue, for example the condensation products of ALKYLPHENOLS, or higher fatty alcohols of ethylene oxide, the condensation products of propylene glycol and ethylene oxide or propylene oxide, and other similar compounds. It is preferable to use nonionic surfactants susceptible to bioremediation, in particular, such as nonylphenolethoxylate with the number of oxide groups from 9 to 12 (neonol), a mixture of ethoxylated monoalkylphenols based on the trimmers propylene, intamicy.

Introduction in the detergent according to the first, second and third embodiments of the invention sodium polyacrylate in an amount of from 0.1 to 0.2 wt.% provides for the purification of high emulsifying effect and prevent resorption of the bone graft contamination laundered on the surface, while at the stage of separation of the spent emulsion has no negative influence on the speed and completeness of separation of the aqueous and organic phases.

Preferred is a detergent composition according to the first, second and third embodiments of the invention to use sodium with M. M. 50000-120000.

Use in the detergent composition according to the first, second and third embodiments of the Fig� " s active component, each of which has the above qualitative and quantitative composition, allowed in conjunction with nonionic surfactants and sodium polyacrylate, taken in the above ranges of concentrations, to balance the properties of the detergent so that its aqueous solution has a pH close to the neutral value of 7.0 to 8.1).

Specified neutral pH is achieved through the use in the composition of the active component according to the first embodiment of the invention, sodium sulfate and urea in the above range of concentrations, according to the second embodiment of the invention, sodium sulfate, sodium phosphate onesemester, sodium phosphate dibasic, and urea, in the third embodiment of the invention, sodium sulfate, sodium phosphate onesemester and sodium phosphate dibasic.

Each of these components is not active with an alkaline agent, these mineral salts are sodium sulfate and sodium phosphate (one - and dibasic) responsible for the reduced surface tension of the aqueous solution of the proposed drug that increases washing capacity. Thus, despite the fact that the aqueous solution is alkaline-active, it has a high washing capacity with respect to organic pollution.

Thus at the expense of selected qualitative and quantitative�th part of the means obtained after washing of the organic contaminants in aqueous solution emulsion capable of rapid and complete phase separation with the possibility of re reusable separated water solution in the cleaning cycles.

In addition, included in the composition of the active component components perform some additional functions. So part of the active component on the first and second embodiments of the invention, the urea enhances demulsifying effect in the waste emulsion and the temperature rise of the cloud point of the detergent solution, which expands the technological capabilities of the process of surface cleaning. Included in the composition of the active component on the second and third embodiments of the invention, sodium phosphates additionally perform the function of inhibiting corrosion which is important at wash metal surfaces.

This despite the fact that the aqueous solution is alkaline-active, it has a high washing capacity with respect to organic contaminants, formed after cleaning them of dirt emulsion capable of rapid and complete phase separation with the possibility of re reusable separated aqueous solution of the cleaning cycles, which leads to the possibility of a substantial reduction in the volume of discharged waste water in industrial processes, using the inventive detergent.

Thus, the technical result of the invention according to the first, second and third variation is p�increase of ecological safety of the claimed detergent due to the neutral nature of the aqueous solution of the proposed drug, and also due to the fact that the aqueous solution of the considered detergent can be used in several cleaning cycles, which greatly reduces the load on the ecosystem. Thus the inventive means by the first, second and third embodiments of the invention effectively removes organic contaminants from surfaces of various kinds.

The detergent is prepared by simple mixing of the components.

For the preparation of detergent dry detergent dissolved in water in the ratio 1:(24-48).

The possibility of realization of the invention according to the first embodiment of the invention shown in the following examples.

Example 1

The washing ability of the solution op�delali gasometrical on residual pollution control on metal plates coated with a hydrocarbon contaminant by well-known methods (see, for example, EN 2132267).

The degree of purification was 95.4%.

Formed in the process of cleaning the emulsion was poured into a measuring cylinder and allowed to bundle the organic and aqueous phases. After 60 h visually observed complete delamination of the emulsion. To verify the completeness of the separation of phases was carried out determination of the residual concentration of impurities in the aqueous phase on the branch standard OST 38013-78-85 "Determining the content of oil products in waste waters".

Residual concentration was 0.2 mg/L.

There have been 10 cleaning cycles, each of which used separated from the organic phase cleaning solution from the previous cycle. While the above characteristics of the solution after 10 test cycles has not changed.
