FIELD: cosmetology.

SUBSTANCE: cosmetic product contains an aqueous solution of trace elements in amounts close to the daily demand of the human body, succinic acid which provides a high level of energy production (ATP), and also a bioregulatory complex obtained from hair follicles of calves, which stimulates proliferation of dormant cells of hair follicles.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of cosmetic product for complete prevention of hair loss caused by a wider range of reasons, and for partial or complete restoration of hair.

The invention relates to means for effectively stimulate the growth of hair on the head to prevent baldness.

Known remedy to stimulate hair growth on the head, used in the form of a solution by applying it to the surface of the scalp in the area of hairline that represents an aqueous solution of biologically active substances in small concentrations, which are vitamins A, B1B2, D, E, PP (French Application No. 2282856, CL A61K 7/06, 1976).

The disadvantage of this tool is the low efficiency. Although hair growth increases, this tool does not solve the problem of hair loss. The problem of baldness, especially related to genetic causes, remains unresolved.

Closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a cosmetic to stimulate the growth of hair on the head, used in the form of a solution by applying it to the surface of the scalp in the area of hairline that represents an aqueous solution of biologically active trace elements in low concentrations, such as copper, zinc, indium, silicon, cobalt, manganese and chromium (patent RF №2012328, 1994). It is known that the trace elements necessary for the functioning of many enzymes involved in the metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, proteins generating energy in cells perform antioxidant functions, etc. (Kovalsky V. V. Geochemical environment and life, M., 1982; Nozdruhina L. P. the Biological role of trace elements in human and animal organism, 1977; Kolomeitseva M., G. D. Gabovich trace elements in medicine, Moscow, 1970). As follows from literature, the daily requirement of trace elements listed above, is: copper - 2-3 mg, zinc - 10-15 mg, manganese - 2-3 mg, cobalt - 0,04-0,07 mg, chromium - 0.1-0.2 mg, silicon - 3-5 mg. However, in the patent of Russian Federation №2012328 number of trace elements in the solution of a therapeutic agent that is taken on the basis of their content in the human body, not a daily requirement, which is not true and, in particular, leads to excessive amounts of silicon and copper in the means of stimulating hair growth, that can adversely affect human health when it is prolonged use.

On the other hand, low activity cellular respiration and energy production in the form of ATP in the cells of the hair follicle is not able to move properly the biochemical processes that stimulate the growth of hair on the head.

The object of the invention is to significantly improve the efficiency of cosmetic products to prevent baldness, is caused by a wider range of reasons for partial or full recovery of hair. This is achieved due to the fact that cosmetic �the case for stimulating hair growth on the head by applying (10-20 ml) to the surface of the scalp in the hairline area contains an aqueous solution of trace elements in quantities close to the daily requirements of the human body, succinic acid, providing a high level of energy formation (ATP) and bioregulatory complex of hair follicle derived from skin tissue of calves, stimulating proliferation of dormant hair follicle cells.

Concentrations of trace elements in aqueous solution amount (mg/l): copper - 25-40; zinc - 15-25; manganese - 10-20; cobalt - 0,06-0,1; chrome - 2-3; silicon - 50-100; succinic acid at a concentration of 100-200 mg/l and bioregulatory complex at a concentration of 10-5-10-8mg/l trace elements introduced into the solution in the form of water-soluble chemical compounds, namely in the form of chlorides: copper in form of copper chloride CuCl2(53-84 mg/l), zinc in the form of zinc chloride ZnCl2(31-53 mg/l), manganese as manganese chloride MnCl2(29-58 mg/l), cobalt in the form of cobalt chloride CoCl2(0,13-0,22 mg/l) chromium in chromium chloride CrCl3(6-9 mg/l). Silicon is administered in the form of potassium silicate (K2SiO3(275-550 mg/l) or sodium Na2SiO3(218-436 mg/l). Succinic acid is administered in the form of acid (100-200 mg/l) or its sodium salt (119-238 mg/l) and bioregulatory complex in aqueous solution so that its concentration in the solution was equal to 10-5-10-8mg/L.

Lower than specified concentrations of trace elements are not sufficiently effective, and higher mo�ut to be toxic with prolonged use.

To enhance the functions of respiration and energy production in the cells of the hair follicle in the solution of trace elements is added succinic acid. Succinic acid is a versatile intermediate metabolite formed during the interconversion of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in plant and animal cells. The transformation of succinic acid in the body is associated with the "production" of energy necessary for life support. The oxidation of succinic acid is a necessary condition of the catalytic effect of any of the carboxylic acids in the Krebs cycle. Power system energy products, withdrawing into succinic acid and its uses, hundreds of times superior to all other systems of energy production of the body. It provides a wide range of nonspecific therapeutic action of succinic acid and its salts (J. M. Berg Biochemistry - 5thEdition-WH Freeman and Company, 2002).

In addition, the effectiveness of the proposed tools is considerably increased by the introduction into it of bioregulatory complex, stimulating proliferation of dormant hair follicle cells. Bioregulatory complex hair follicle was obtained from the skin tissue of monthly calves by extraction with a water-alcohol solution with subsequent purification by HPLC in reversed phase.

A method of producing bioregulators� complex is as follows. Calves skin you, cut her hair, scraping the fat podsleuth furrier scraper and cut it (approximately 5×10 mm), put the pieces of the skins in a vessel with 20% aqueous ethanol in a tenfold excess (weight/volume). The extraction is carried out overnight with stirring at +4°C. the resulting suspension was filtered through a paper filter. The filtrate is placed in a beaker and add ethanol at a ratio of 1/1-1/2 (mass/volume) and left overnight at +4°C. the Resulting precipitate separated from the supernatant by filtration through a paper filter. The filtrate is evaporated on a rotary evaporator to dryness at 30°C under a water-jet vacuum pump, and dissolved in water. For the biologically active fraction of bioregulatory complex further purification carried out by HPLC in reversed phase in step mode on the speakers type: C8; C16; C18 or C32 with a particle size of stationary phase 1.5 to 10 μm. Elution of substances from the column Zorbax C18 (250×22 mm; 5 μm) was carried out for 20 minutes with water, then for 20 minutes in 40% ethanol at a speed mobile phase of 5 ml/min and the detection of the peaks at 265 nm. The column is applied 2 �liter of solution.

Biological activity of chromatographic fractions was determined on mice (2-year-old males) partially lost hairline. In the skin of the experimental group of mice (10 PCs) rubbed the solution preparation of trace elements containing bioregulatory complex, within six weeks were used as a control preparation of trace elements without it). The experimental group of mice was restored hair, and the controls did not. It is found that complex bioregulators has the following physicochemical characteristics:

1. The composition of the complex:

(A) peptides

B) oligosaccharides.

The relative content of oligosaccharides to peptides is 12 to 15 mass%.

2. I� spectrum of the complex:

(A) a maximum absorption at 265 nm,

B) a shoulder at 200-225 nm

(B) the ratio of the intensity of absorption at 210 nm to the intensity at 265 nm is 4,5-5,5.

4. The Zeta potential for a 0.1% aqueous solution of the complex:

(A) at a pH of 6.5 is 30-40 mV

B) at a pH of 4.2 is 1-3 mV.

The method of application of the proposed cosmetic products is as follows. The proposed solution means (10-20 ml) is applied to the scalp in the hairline area 1-5 times a week. RUB into the skin is not required. A few days after the use of the drug, hair loss is completely or partially terminated. The systematic application of the proposed means of completely preventing baldness, and prolonged use (6-12 months). restores hair. If baldness due to genetic reasons, the drug should be used constantly.

For effective hair growth should also reduce the intake of foods rich in protein. When excessive protein eating enzymes involved in stimulation of hair growth, reduce their activity. In the case of very strong hair loss (if it comes 100-400 hair day) proposed a cosmetic product should be combined with periodic protein fasting for 5-7 days held every 3 months. During protein starvation seq�the third excess protein nutrition are eliminated, and enzymes associated with trace elements, is restored, resulting in improved hair growth. To compensate for the lack from food micronutrients and succinic acids and their quantitative reduction during fasting, it is recommended that every day or every other day, drink 10-20 ml solution for stimulating hair growth. The ingestion of the solution increases the endurance and performance.

Example 1. Preparation of 10 liters of cosmetics is performed as follows. Trace elements introduced into the solution in the form of the following water-soluble chemical compounds: copper (25 mg/l) in the form of copper chloride CuCl2(530 mg), zinc (15 mg/l) in the form of zinc chloride ZnCl2(310 mg), manganese (10 mg/l) in the form of manganese chloride MnCl2(290 mg), cobalt (0.06 mg/l) in the form of cobalt chloride CoCl2(1.3 mg), chromium (2 mg/l) in the form of chromium chloride CrCl3(60 mg), silicon (50 mg/l) in the form of sodium silicate NaSiO3(2180 mg). Succinic acid was injected at a concentration of 100 mg/l (1000 mg) and bioregulatory complex was injected into an aqueous solution so that the concentration was equal to 10-6mg/L.

Example 2. Was taken as the solution with the following content of components, mg/l: 25 copper; zinc 15; manganese, 10; cobalt 0,06; chrome 2; 70 silicon; sodium salt of succinic acid 119 and bioregulatory complex 10-5. 20 ml of a solution on�oilsa on the scalp daily tridtsatisemiletnego men who observed a strong loss of hair (200-500 hair day). 5 days after the application of the proposed cosmetics numbers of hairs sharply decreased to 20-50 hairs per day. This state is preserved during the whole period of application of the proposed tools is 1 year.

Example 3. Was taken as the solution of the following composition, mg/l: copper 35; zinc 18; 20 manganese; cobalt of 0.1; chromium of 2.5; silicon 50; succinic acid 150 and bioregulatory complex 10-6. This solution was applied on the scalp severely balding men aged 25 years. Applying the solution onto the scalp in the field of hair 2-3 times a week. Strong hair loss stopped. Fell just a few hairs a day. This state was maintained during the whole period of application of the proposed remedies.

Example 4. Was taken as the solution of the following composition, mg/l: copper 40; 25 zinc; manganese 15; cobalt 0,08; chrome 3; silicon 100; succinic acid 200 and bioregulatory complex 10-8. This solution 2-3 times per week was applied to the scalp in the area of hairline men 48 years of age, who fell in one day 100-200 hair. After 3-4 times of use of the solution in a few days hair loss has decreased to normal values 20-30 hairs per day. This state was maintained during the whole period of application of the proposed CPE�STW.

Example 5. Was taken the same solution as that in example 3, which was coated on the scalp 3-4 times a week, 15-year-old girl, completely bald as a result strongly expressed alopecia. After applying the suggested remedies in the course of the year the hair has been completely restored. The application of the proposed funds within 2 years showed that the positive effect is always observed.

The tool reliably protects from alopecia, stimulating the growth of downy hair, gives the opportunity to partially or fully restore the hair on my head.

Cosmetic to stimulate the growth of hair on the head, containing as active substances copper, zinc, cobalt, manganese, chromium, silicon, and water, characterized in that the active substances also contains succinic acid or the sodium salt of succinic acid and bioregulatory complex of hair follicle derived from skin tissue of calves, in the following concentrations, mg/l:

SUBSTANCE: minor amputation of the foot with the further necrectomy is performed. After the application of an antimicrobial bandage and drainage, the wound is hermetised from the environment by the creation of a negative pressure above the wound in a combination with drug treatment. The reatment is performed in two steps. At the first step the wound with the antimicrobial bandage and drainage is first hermetised from above with an adhesive film, with the creation and support of the negative pressure not lower than 80 mm Hg. Additionally introduced is Vessel-Due-F in a dose of 1 capsule with 250 LU 2 times per day between meals and Antistax. At the first and second stages Antistax is introduced in a dose of 2 capsules in the morning 30-40 minutes before meal, daily. Duration of each stage constitutes not less than 7 days.

EFFECT: increase of the treatment efficiency due to the complete and timely purification of the wound from pathological exudates, elimination of the progression of the purulent-necrotic process, increase of the regenerative activity of tissues, activation of local immunity, recovery of microcirculation and oxygenation of the affected tissues.

The hydrophilic phase of the mouth wash liquid can additionally contain cetylpyridinium chloride in amount of 0.01-0.1 wt %, wherein the disclosed method of improving oral health includes using an effective amount of said liquid in the mouth of a subject to reduce the level of cariogenic bacteria.
