SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compact roasters. The compact barbecue roaster for heat treatment of food products is made with the ability of connection with a gas tank and comprises a base, a combustion chamber connected to the base and comprising an open front area, a radiating gas burner located in the combustion chamber opposite the said open front area. The barbecue roaster is made folding, and it has the support elements and a removable part, which can be easily removed from the roaster as an integer by retaining them together, which enables to prevent the possibility of falling or slipping the means holding the food by moving the removable part.

Area of technology

The invention relates to a compact roaster BBQ for heat treatment of food, which is made with the possibility of connection to gas cylinder or cartridge and comprises a combustion chamber with a radiating gas burner.

The level of technology

Due to the presence in the known braziers emitting burners were able to solve the task of preventing the ingress of grease on the heating elements, of any toxic substances, smoke and flame appeared, leading to charring of the food and the deterioration of its taste.

However, these roasters are too bulky and inconvenient in transportation for vacationers in nature, which would like to benefit from all the advantages of cooking with radiant burners.

This drawback is associated, on the one hand, with ergonomic features mostly size and weight of the braziers with the use of this technology, and on the other hand, emerging in the process of cooking grease and smoke that pollute the outer part of grill and can leave stains on clothing.

Summary of the invention

The object of the present invention consists in total or partial elimination of the aforementioned disadvantages.

To solve this problem is proposed compact roaster BBQ for heat processing food�'s products made with the possibility of connection to gas cylinder or cartridge, containing a base, a combustion chamber, connected to the base and having an open front space and a radiant gas burner located in the combustion chamber opposite its open front space, characterized in that the roaster is made collapsible, and the base is mounted with possibility of motion relative to the combustion chamber from the first functional position, in which the base is essentially perpendicular to the combustion chamber and ensures the stability of the barbecue grills on the earth's surface, and an open front space of the combustion chamber facing out, second, transportation, provision, in which the base is located essentially along the combustion chamber and closes the open front space of the combustion chamber, the combustion chamber contains holders, which are located near the open front space and hold the movable elements providing support processed food, opposite the radiating gas burner when the brazier in the specified functional position.

Due to this technical solution facilitates transportation roasters, which provides the possibility of its widespread use. �besides in transport position, the outer surface remain relatively clean, allowing you to transport a roasting pan with less risk of contamination of clothing of the user.

In accordance with one variant of the invention, the combustion chamber has a removable part.

Due to the fact that this part is removable, it is possible with a simple flush.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the removable portion includes a fixing device for fixing these movable supporting elements.

This ensures the possibility of moving removable parts without the risk of falling these movable supporting elements, and prevents the output of the skewers from holders in the process of rotation.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the specified locking device comprises an elongated element made with the possibility of moving from a first position that prevents the release of specified movable support elements from holders, in second position, providing the possibility of entering these movable supporting elements from the holders.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the specified locking device includes a mechanism mounted on said movable supporting members having a shoulder, made with the opportunit�d translational movement from the first position, which shoulder prevents the movable supporting elements from the brackets due to the interaction with the limiters, in a second position in which the shoulder is freed from the constraints and enables the output of variable reference elements from the holders.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the limiter is a limiter, located on the wall of the removable part.

In accordance with the following variant of the invention, in the hearth of the stops made in the form of round holes, the form of which is reciprocal to the shape of the round part of the shoulder.

The locking device preferably is a lever, made with the possibility of rotational motion relative to the wall of the removable part, for example, in the form of a flat rod.

The locking device preferably is an element that is capable of translational movement relative to the wall of the removable part, for example, in the form of a flat rod.

According to the same embodiment of the invention, the position of a movable part after it is installed on the brazier barbecue, is selected from a first predetermined, so-called close position in which the removable portion is relatively close to the gas burner, and at least one so-called remote, �Heathrow, in which the removable part is relatively remote from the gas burner in comparison with a similar situation.

This design provides another means for adjusting the temperature of frying food in addition to the normal flow regulator gas supplied to the burner.

In addition, it is possible to pre-set the position, frying, depending on the type of product being cooked.

According to one embodiment of the invention, these movable supporting elements represent skewers, made with the possibility of rotation inside the holders and each of which is equipped with drive means, for example, a toothed wheel forming engagement with the adjacent(and) the skewer(s) and sending it (them) rotational motion.

Due to this bringing into rotation of one provides the rotation of the skewer all of the skewers.

According to this same embodiment of the invention, drive means skewers, forming a mesh that are located outside of the open front space of the combustion chamber.

This design allows you to protect gears from fat and from mostly emitted by the burner heat which can cause thermal expansion of these gears and, as a consequence, the braking rotational motion./p>

According to another embodiment of the invention, one of the skewers is driven by an electric motor.

Due to this it is possible to achieve uniform frying impaled on a skewer food products without the need to be close to the brazier, for example, to bring the handle into motion.

In accordance with the same embodiment, the motor causes the rotation of the skewer with a drive means, which is closest to the center of the gear.

This allows you to take extreme skewers, without stopping the rotation of the skewers, which are located closer to the center.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the motor is located outside the open front space of the combustion chamber on the side opposite to the one that hosts the drive means of all of the skewers.

According to another embodiment of the invention, these movable supporting elements are double bars, which can be used for frying foods such as meat, fish or bread.

According to another embodiment of the invention, roaster barbecue has a contoured surface, is made along the contour of the gas cartridge located on the back towards the open front space facing the combustion chamber.

Due to this it is possible to reduce the amount of cooling gas�new cartridge at the expiration of the contained gas in a gas reducer or at low ambient temperatures by means of additional radiation, contact, and convection heating cartridge from nearby radiating gas burners.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the back towards the open front space side of the combustion chamber provides a storage compartment for gas reducer, designed to accommodate gas reducer when it is not attached to the gas cylinder or cartridge.

This solution improved ergonomic features barbecue grills, concerning the process of transporting.

In accordance with another variant of the invention, roaster BBQ includes fastening means for retaining the gas reducer on the back towards the open front space facing the combustion chamber.

Specified design solution provides reliable fastening of the gas cylinder or cartridge in the grate and heat the cold gas flowing under pressure in the gas reducer.

In accordance with the following option, roaster barbecue contains a locking mechanism that provides a record of barbecue grills in its functional position.

Specified a constructive solution to prevent untimely folding of roasters in its transport position.

In accordance with the following option, roaster b�RBCU contains the locking mechanism, provides a record of barbecue grills in its transport position.

Specified design solution provides a fully safe transportation roasters and prevent its untimely unfolding in the functional position.

In accordance with the following option, when you are roasters in a functional position its base has an area of cooking and/or storage.

Specified a constructive solution frees the user from having to search near the brazier other areas of cooking and/or storage.

In accordance with another variant of the invention, the back towards the open front space facing the combustion chamber is provided by a transport handle, which provides the ability to move the barbecue grills when it is finding both in shipping and in a functional position.

Specified a constructive solution for easy transporting of pans, and minimizes the risk of tipping and burns.

Finally, according to another embodiment of the invention, roaster barbecue contains a removable tray that is located essentially perpendicular to the bottom of the open front space of the combustion chamber, for collecting fat when roasters, both functional and in transport by�ogenyi.

Thanks to a specified extent facilitates the flushing of the specified element of the brazier.

The implementation of the invention

As can be seen in Fig.1 and 2, the proposed roaster BBQ 1 has a base 10 that is attached to the combustion chamber 20 having an open front space 23.

Below are descriptions of all the links related to spatial orientation, are given in relation to the open front space 23 of the combustion chamber 20.

The base 10 has an essentially rectangular shape with horizontal side 19, which is essentially perpendicular to the major plane of the specified base.

The base is equipped with four legs 11, providing resistance roasters 1 on the surface of the earth. The four legs 11 are formed by two curved rods 18 of circular cross section, preferably of aluminum, each of which is made with who�agnosto of rotation around the axis, passing through the side circumferential surface of the rim 19 of the base 10 from the lowered position shown in Fig.1, in which legs provide stability roasters 1 on the earth's surface, and to return to the folded position shown in Fig.2, in which each of the two curved rods 18 of circular cross-section is retained in the recesses 12, made in the thickness of the base 10 and having the form, return to the specified bending of curved bars of circular cross-section.

The base 10 is attached to the combustion chamber 20 through the axis 17 located at the ends of the two protrusions 16 of the district of rim 19 of the base 10 and near the bottom and back walls of the combustion chamber 20.

Thus, this axis 17 provides the possibility of rotational movement of the base 10 relative to the combustion chamber 20 from the first, so-called functional position P1 shown in Fig.1, the second, the so-called transport, the position P2 shown in Fig.2.

The combustion chamber 20 consists of two sliding parts - the main part 21, which is connected to the axis 17 of the base 10, and a removable part 22, the dimensions of which allow you to insert it inside of the main part 21.

Provides radiant gas burner 3 is mounted on the back towards the open front space 23 of the wall of the main part 21 of the combustion chamber 20.

To�GDSs roaster 1 is a functional position P1, the removable part 22 is held across from the main part 21, first, the plate 25 in its lower part, and, secondly, a curved rod 26 of circular cross section in its upper part. Plate 25 mounted essentially perpendicular to the outer side of the bottom horizontal plane of the removable part 22, and a number of grooves 15A, 15b of the specified provisions made in 14 is fixedly attached near the center of the base 10. Movable curved rod 26 of circular cross-section is held fixed in one of two grooves 28a, 28b, made in the first part 37A of the multifunction block 37, located on the outer side of the upper horizontal plane of the main part 21 of the combustion chamber 20.

Specified multifunction block 37 and all its functions will be described in more detail below.

Each of the two ends of a curved rod 26 of circular cross-section passes into a corresponding slot 27 formed on the outer side of the upper horizontal plane of the removable part 22 of the combustion chamber 20, and forms a swivel, partially entering into the hole of the element 29, projecting from the inner side of the upper horizontal plane of the removable part 22 of the combustion chamber 20.

The two swivel joints provide the ability to rotate a bent rod 26 of circular cross-section and, therefore, moving average height h�specified STI rod, allowing installation of the removable portion in one of two specified provisions. These prescribed positions are determined, first, by the arrangement of several grooves 15A and 15b, made in 14 is fixedly attached near the center of the base 10, and, secondly, the location of the grooves 28a and 28b, made at the first part 37A of the multifunction block 37.

The removable part 22 of the combustion chamber 20 contains the sidewalls holders 24 for such elements 40, which provides a support for food products, such as skewers 40A shown in Fig.5, or the lattice 40b shown in Fig.6.

Below the description text on the assumption that the skewers 40A have a square profile, however, and a different profile, for example, triangular, improving the rotation of foods on skewers 40A.

Moreover, it is possible to consider the option of skewers 40A with a triangular profile, driven in rotation via drive means with a square profile. In this case, the two corners of the triangular profile of the lead in contact with two adjacent corners of the square profile, and the third corner of the triangular profile with a midpoint of the side that is opposite the two aforementioned corners of the square profile.

To do this, these holders 24 is made on the first of the two side walls of the removable part 22 in the form of holes 24A to pass all sham�level 40A or slots 24b for passing the supporting legs 44 of the lattice 40b, and on the second of these two walls in the form of slits 24b for passing rods skewers 40A or reference tabs 44 of the lattice 40b.

For convenience of operation, some of the support legs 44 of the lattice 40b provided with a protective nozzles 45 which prevents burns.

In addition, the holders 24 contain the device 50 for fixing the skewers in the respective slits 24b.

In accordance with the first embodiment of the invention shown in Fig.8, the specified locking device comprises a flat rod 51 that is longer than the distance between the lowest slot 24b and the upper slot 24b in the second of the two side walls of the removable part 22.

Specified flat rod 51 is attached to the removable part 22 of the hinge connection 52 under the lowest slot 24b on the side wall of the removable part 22 and in front of the plane, which are arranged in a row skewers 40A, when they are inserted in the corresponding holes of the slits 24A and 24b.

The composition of the locking device 50 also includes a number of notches 53, made in the side of the flat rod 51.

When flat rod 51 is provided in the vertical position using the swivel 52, the recesses 53 are aligned with the slits 24b.

Flat rod 51 is held in a specified position by a fastening means 54, made in the form of a removable bolt-�Alaska or other locking device lever-or bolt-type.

In this position the skewers 40A are held in the respective slits 24b by means of a flat rod 51, which, however, is separated from the bottom of the slits 24b and does not prevent the rotation of the skewers.

In accordance with another variant of the invention (see Fig.9) indicated the fixing device 50 has a flat rod 51 with a length exceeding the distance between the lowest slot 24b and the upper slot 24b in the second of the two side walls of the removable part 22.

Specified flat rod 51 is mounted for sliding translational movement from the bottom position at the top.

It is located behind the slits 24b and the inner side of the side wall of the removable part 22, which made these slots 24b.

The translational movement of the flat rod 51 is carried out by placing the two ends of the vertically oriented elongated slots 55 in which the slide axis 56 that is attached in position to the inner side wall of the removable part 22.

The ends of the two axes 56 is tapered so that have a width greater than the width of the elongated holes 55, and prevent the movement of the flat rod 51 of the axes 56.

The amplitude of the translational movement of the flat rod 51 is determined by the length of the oblong holes 55 which serve as stops for the two EfE� 56.

Under its own weight flat rod 51 is located by default in the lower position.

The directional movement is accomplished by the upper end of the flat rod 51 passes through the wall of the removable part 22, in particular, through hole 57, performed on the specified elongation flat rod.

To facilitate fastening of the flat rod 51 is provided pawl 59, located on playing in the removable part of the area specified flat rod is formed of, for example, its curved end.

The locking device 50 also contains a number of hooks 58, is facing down and extend beyond the lateral surface of the flat rod 51. When in the lower position the skewers 40A are held in the respective slits 24A by means of the hooks 58 flat rod 51, which is, however, at a distance from the bottom of the slits 24b and does not prevent the rotation of the skewers 40A.

According to a third embodiment of the invention shown in Fig.10 and Fig.11, in this fixing device 50 will apply skewers 40A, 90 is provided with a mechanism with retractable gear kolesom.

To implement this mechanism, the handle 90 43 skewers 40A comprises a housing 91 with an annular collar 92 that is inserted in the slot 24b, which includes a skewer 40A.

Specified the neck ring 92 includes an internal annular shoulder 92A, located on the inner side of the removable part 22 of the combustion chamber 20, and an annular shoulder 92b located on the outer side of the removable parts specified.

On the part of the cervical ring 92, which is located on the outer side of the removable part 22 of the combustion chamber 20, is mounted for sliding the hub 93 of the gear 41. Wherein said hub is based, firstly, an inner diameter of the annular surface of the neck 92 of the housing 91 of the handle 43 by means of a shoulder 93A, and, secondly, on the guide portion 94 of the housing 91 of the handle 43.

The height of the shoulder 93A essentially equal to the depth of the annular neck 92.

Thus, the location of the hub 93 of a gear wheel 41 on the housing 91 of the handle 43 forms a cylindrical chamber 97.

In this chamber 97 is compressed coil spring 98, one end resting against the shoulder 93A of the hub 93 of the gear 41 and the other end into the external shoulder 92b cervical ring 92, made in the body 91 of the handle 43.

The length of the spring 98 is selected so as to close the slits 24b, into which is inserted a skewer 40A, remained constant�th the gap between the wall of the removable part 22 of the combustion chamber 20 and, first, inner annular shoulder 92A of the housing 91 of the handle 43 and, secondly, an annular shoulder 93b of the hub 93 of a gear wheel 41 located between the wall of the removable part 22 and the toothed wheel 41.

The specified diameter of the annular shoulder 93b greater than the width of the slit 24b and preferably less than the diameter of the gear 41.

On the part of the hub 93 of the gear 41, the most remote from the wall of the removable part 22 of the combustion chamber 20, there is provided an annular projection 95, which serves to form an annular zone 96 of the hub 93, which make possible the passage of the fingers of the user.

Finally, the fixing device 50 is provided with a limiter 99, protruding from the outer side wall of the removable part 22 of the combustion chamber 20.

The specified limiter 99 placed near the slit 24b at a distance from the axis of rotation of the skewer 40A greater than the diameter of the annular shoulder 93b of the hub 93 of the gear 41.

The height of the specified limiter 99 more than the total of the gap created between the inner annular shoulder 92A and an annular shoulder 93b of the hub 93 of a gear wheel 41, when the compressed coil spring 98 is in the position of rest.

Moreover, the stopper 99 is located on the other side of the slot 24b, which first encounters the appropriate section of the gear 41.

Thus, for rotation of subc�the wheel 41 counterclockwise limiter is located on the upper end of the slot 24b. When the gear 41 rotates clockwise, the stopper is placed on the lower end of the slot. According to the embodiment of the invention, to insert the skewers into the slot 40A 24b mechanism 90, the user grasps the hand grip 43 skewers 40A and puts the fingers in the annular area 96, resting them on the ledge 95 of the hub 93 of the gear 41.

Then, the user pulls on the hub 93 of the gear 41, causing the spring 98 is compressed and the internal annular shoulder 92A moves away from the annular shoulder 93b of the hub 93 of the gear 41, thereby providing the possibility of bringing the rod 40A to the bottom of the slot 24b.

Then the user releases the hub 93 of the gear 41.

To produce the gear 42, the user repeats the steps with each of the skewers 40A, ensuring appropriate input of one of the gear 41 in engagement with another gear wheel 41.

Bringing into rotation of one of the skewers 40A causes the rotation of the adjacent(s) of the skewer(s) 40A, but in the opposite direction.

The skewers 40A, which under normal conditions tend to come out of the respective slits 24b are retained in it by the action of the limiter 99, which relies and on which slides the annular shoulder 93b of the hub 93 of the gear 41.

According to the fourth embodiment, the invented�I, shown in Fig.12-14 in the fixing device 100 on the hub 93 of the gear, in addition to the above-described construction according to the third embodiment of the invention, there is provided an annular shoulder 101, which is located in the center of the annular shoulder 93b.

The width of the annular shoulder 101 is greater than the thickness of the removable part 22, whereby in the locked position, shown in Fig.12, the shoulder under the action of the spring 98 abuts the end face of the internal annular shoulder 92A.

For centering the annular shoulder 101 on the inner annular shoulder 92A in the locked position may be provided in the annular groove 103, which includes the end face of the annular shoulder 101.

To the specified annular shoulder 101 to pass through the wall of the removable part 22 until it stops in the internal annular shoulder 92A, the slits 24b are at the end of the circular hole 102, the center of which is located on the axis of rotation of the skewers 40A, and its diameter is essentially equal to the diameter of the annular shoulder 101 with the formation of a slight backlash.

Specified circular hole 102 replaces the limiter 99 described above with respect to the third variant of the invention, and performs the same function.

The possibility of sliding of the annular shoulder 93b by the rotation of the skewers 40A in the third embodiment, the invention provides�recover the presence of the annular shoulder 101, which rests and slides on the edges of round holes 102, made at the ends of the slits 24b.

In a fourth embodiment of the invention, the choice of dimensions of the helical spring 98 is not as important as in the previous embodiment. The reason for this is that the annular shoulder 101 rests on an inner annular shoulder 92A and stores between the annular shoulder 93b and an inner annular shoulder 92A continuous gap defined by the width of the annular shoulder 101.

Said gap is greater than the wall thickness of the removable parts and allows rotational movement of the skewers 40A in the slits 24b.

To insert a skewer into the slot 40A 24b with the locking device 100 according to the fourth embodiment of the invention, the user acts as the third option.

For this, he grasps the hand grip 43 skewers 40A and puts the fingers in the annular area 96, resting on the ledge 95 of the hub 93 of the gear 41.

Then, the user pulls on the hub 93 of a gear wheel 41, whereupon the spring 98 is compressed and the internal annular shoulder 92A moves away from annular shoulders 101, 93b of the hub 93 of the gear 41, thereby providing the possibility of bringing the rod 40A to the bottom of the slot 24b, located on one line with a circular hole 102.

Next, the user releases the hub 9 of the gear 41, to the annular shoulder 101 is passed through a circular hole 102 until it stops in the internal annular shoulder 92A.

To produce the gear 42, the user repeats the steps with each of the skewers 40A, ensuring appropriate input of one of the gear 41 in engagement with another gear wheel 41.

Bringing into rotation of one of the skewers 40A causes the rotation of the adjacent(s) of the skewer(s) 40A, but in the opposite direction.

The skewers 40A, which under normal conditions tend to come out of the respective slits 24b are held in them due to the round edges of the hole 102, which rests on and slides the annular shoulder 101 of the hub 93 of the gear 41.

In addition, thanks to flexible skewers 40A and dual lattice 40b in the corresponding fixing device 50, the user can aside from roasters 1 set elements 40, providing support for food, on a removable part 22, which is, for example, in a horizontal position on any flat surface. Then he will be able to transfer that removable part 22 in a vertical position by grasping the curved rod 26 of circular cross-section, without the risk of falling support elements 40 for food.

The first version of the application roasters 1 - skewers 40A. Each of the skewers has at one end Pref�the ne tool made in the form of a gear wheel 41, which is located essentially perpendicular to the skewer rod 40A, and the handle 43, which is a continuation of the specified end of the rod 40A.

The second end of the rod 40A is inserted into the hole or slot 24A 24b on one of the two side walls of the removable part 22, so that the toothed wheel 41 of the rod 40A is in contact with the outer surface of another side wall of the specified removable parts.

The diameter of the gears, the size of their teeth and the distance between two adjacent holders 24 are initially selected such that the location of all the skewers ensures the formation of a gear 42, which are driven in rotation adjacent the skewers.

In preferred embodiments of the invention all of the gear 41 are the same, while it is possible to consider variants where the skewers 40A have gears with different sizes providing different speed of rotation and, accordingly, different modes of cooking.

Thus, in the embodiment roasters 1 with five identical skewers 40A (see Fig.4 and Fig.5) bringing into rotation of the Central skewer 40A causes the rotation at the same speed of two adjacent skewers, which, in turn, will result in rotation of two extreme skewer.

Such a rotation can be made manually by means of a removable crank (not shown) or by using CACO�about any commercially available portable electric motor 6 with power from batteries (see Fig.5), which is mounted on the outer surface of one of the side walls of the removable part 22 by a removable support device 60 shown in Fig.10 and Fig.11.

The motor 6 has traditionally offset drive axis square profile and a stopper located at an adjustable distance from a specified drive axis and to prevent rotation of the motor 6 relative to the side wall of the fryer 1.

Specified the support device 60 has two interconnected parts 61 and 62.

The first part 61 is specified for positioning a support device 60 relative to the side wall of the removable part 22.

The purpose of the second part consists in the positioning of the motor 6 relative to the first part 61.

The first part 61 contains the elastic bracket 63, which has three legs 64A, 64b and 64 p.

These pads 64A, 64b and 64 secured to the side wall of the removable part 22.

Legs 64A and 64b are thus on the outside of the side wall of the removable part 22, while the foot 64 is located on the inner side of the same wall. The position of the presser foot 64 is defined by the two guide rails 65 are securely mounted on both sides of the center hole 24A of the holder of the Central skewer 40A.

In the foot 64 is a through hole 71, coinciding with the hole 24A of the holder 24 Central�wow skewers 40A, formed in the side wall of the removable part 22.

The end of each legs 64A, 64b and 64 is made slightly curved to facilitate their installation on the side wall of the removable part 22 and to position the pads 64A, 64b and 64, which has high rigidity, ensure the reliable fastening of a support device 60 on the side wall of the removable part 22.

The specified hollow sleeve 67 mounted by means of two spring rings located on both sides of the U-shaped base 66 and received in a transverse annular grooves made in said hollow sleeve 67.

In the middle of the said sleeve is provided with a square tube 68 that extends essentially perpendicular to the side wall in the direction from the combustion chamber 20.

The dimensions specified square tube 68 is larger than the size of the square end of the rod 40A and is smaller than the offset of the drive axis with the square profile of the motor 6.

Multifunction block 37 is made in the form of one piece, preferably of cast solid plastic resistant to high temperatures. It contains the first part 37A located on the outer surface of the upper part of the main part 21 of the combustion chamber 20, and a second portion 37b, located essentially perpendicular to the first portion 37A and covering the entire upper back area of the main part 21 of the combustion chamber 20.

Specified mn�ofunctionality unit 37 latches attached to the main part 21 of the combustion chamber 20, made preferably of sheet metal, but obviously it can be attached to said main part 21 any other comparable method - for example, with screws.

Gas gearbox 4 comprises a connection unit that performs a dual function: pressure reducing valve and the valve, and easily attaches to the gas cartridge 2 as described in patent EP 0981005 or in the patent application EP 1802908.

For the case when the gas �the gearbox 4 is connected to the gas cylinder or cartridge 2, it has the fastening means 32 on the second part 37b of the multifunction block 37.

The specified fastening means 32 may be, for example, the connection type "dovetail" or design consisting of a shaped profile located on the second portion 37b of the multifunction block 37, and the guide with the form, return to the form specified profile, or Vice versa.

Specified contoured surface 80 helps to reduce the degree of cooling of the gas at the end of the gas cartridge 2 in the gearbox 4 or at low ambient temperatures by means of additional radiation, contact and convection heating cartridge from nearby radiating gas burner 3.

According to Fig.3 and Fig.4, of the base 10, protruding towards the rear wall of the main part 21 of the combustion chamber 20 when the roaster 1 is a functional position P1, is the locking mechanism 34, the locking roaster 1 in a functional position and preventing its untimely folding into the transport position P2.

The specified locking mechanism 34 may be, for example, a spring-loaded button that is connected with the plate resting on the main part 21 of the combustion chamber 20 when the roaster is in the functional position P1.

In addition, roaster BBQ 1 is provided also with a clamp 33, which records it in the storage position P2, thereby preventing untimely unfolding roasters in its functional position P1.

The specified locking mechanism 33 is executed, as shown in Fig.1 and Fig.2, in the form of elastic hooks connected to the front outer circumferential surface of the rim 19 of the base 10 by the end, made with the possibility of free rotation in�Rog attachment points to the base 10, while the other end of these hooks fixed in the groove 28b, made in the first part 37A of the multifunction block 37.

As shown in Fig.7, for transportation there are two transport rings 35, located in the upper part of the outer surface of the side walls of the main part 21 of the combustion chamber 20, and a removable strap 36 attached to two transport rings 35 in a known manner.

Regarding information about the overall size of the brazier, then according to the invention, in the functional position P1 the height of the legs 11 allows you to set the base 10 at a distance of 5 cm from the ground surface when the total height of less than 45 cm, depth less than 43 cm and a width less than 35 cm.

Although the invention has been described above with respect to specific variants of its implementation, however, it is in no way limited thereto and encompasses various technical equivalents and their combinations.

- combustion chamber (20) comprises a holder (24) which are located next to the open front space (23) and hold the movable elements (40), providing support for processed food products, across a radiating gas burner (3) when the brazier barbecue (1) in the functional position (P1), and the combustion chamber (20) has a movable part (22), comprising a fixing device (50) intended for fixing the mentioned movable support elements (40).

2. Roaster according to claim 1, in which the specified locking device (50) comprises an elongated element (51), is arranged to move from a first position that prevents the release of specified movable support elements (40) from the brackets (24), second position, providing the possibility of entering these movable support elements (40) from holding�firs (24).

3. Roaster according to claim 1, in which the specified locking device (50) comprises a mechanism (90) mounted on said movable supporting members (40) having shoulders (93A, 101) and is capable of translational movement from a first position in which the shoulders (93A, 101) prevent the specified movable support elements (40) of the holders (24) due to the interaction with limiter (99, 102), a second position in which the shoulders (93A, 101) are released from the tabs (99, 102), providing the possibility of entering these movable support elements (40) from the brackets (24).

4. Roaster according to claim 3, in which the limiter is a limiter (99), located on the wall of the removable part (22).

5. Roaster according to claim 3, in which the stops made in the form of round holes (102), the form of which is reciprocal to the shape of the round part of the shoulder (101).

6. Roaster according to any one of claims. 1-5, in which the position of a movable part (22) after it has been installed on the brazier is selected from a first predetermined so-called close position in which the removable part (22) is situated relatively close to the gas burner (3), and at least one so-called remote position in which a movable part (22) is relatively remote from the gas burner (3) in comparison with a similar situation.

7. Heat�VNA according to any one of claims. 1-5, in which these movable bearing elements (40) are skewers (40A), made with possibility of rotation inside of the holders (24) and each of which is equipped with drive means (41), for example a toothed wheel forming a gear (42) with adjacent(and) the skewer(s) and sending it (them) rotational motion.

8. Roaster according to any one of claims. 1-5, having a shaped surface (80) is performed along the contour of the gas cartridge (2) located on the back towards the open front space (23) facing the combustion chamber (20).
