FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: filter is disclosed in two versions and comprises a filter element placed in a trough 2 with a protrusion 3, a recess 4 and a channel 5 at the bottom (first version) or a trough with a flat bottom (second version). The filter element consists of a supporting-clamping structure and a filter stack 6. The supporting-clamping structure prevents the filter stack from floating and sinking by fixing the edges thereof and prevents deformation of the working surface thereof. The supporting-clamping structure is made from a composite and includes vertical rods with an external thread anchored in the protrusion 3, a supporting lower grid 18 placed on the recess 4 while overlapping the channel 5, clamping 12 and 13 and supporting 14 and 15 beams, tubular compensating supports 16, a clamping upper grid 17, tension nuts 9 and 10. The beams, supports, upper grid and filter stack 6 by its edges sit on the rods 7. The filter stack 6 rests on the grid 18 by its working surface, and its edges are pressed by the beams 12 and 13 to the protrusion 3 and are fixed by nuts. The grid 17 lies on the filter stack 6 horizontally in a stable manner in order to be pressed between the beams 14 and 15, supported by the supports 16 which compensate excess difference in thickness of the filter stack 6 in the initial and pressed states, and fixed by nuts 9.

EFFECT: high efficiency and repairability of the filter, easy assembly and dismantling, easy maintenance.

The invention relates to an open filter with a large work surface and can be used in wastewater treatment plants runoff from the territory of the city.

Currently in hull, frame, cluster structures of local filters are widely used fibrous polymeric sorption-filtering woven and non-woven materials due to their unique filtering and sorption properties. In these filters the problem of retaining the filter material from surfacing in the process of filtering or regeneration is solved using frames and other known means due to the small working surface of the material (RU 2400285, B01D 27/00, B01D 29/11, publ. 27.09.2010).

In municipal wastewater treatment plants over large working areas with concrete gutters the problem of retaining the filter material non-cassette, frameless, frameless way is not resolved.

It is known to use a mechanical filter with a large work surface sorption filter material of Megasorb intended for wastewater treatment (RU 2374181, C02F 1/40, publ. 27.11.2009). In the source there is no information on the design of the filter.

Known design of a filter for liquid, each element of which is made of rod elements, vertically installed and sacral�pick up will be at one end, and filter package from sequentially stacked on top of other layers of the sorption filter cloth attached to the rods (RU 2082481, B01D 27/00, publ. 27.06.1997).

Known design relates to a frame filters made of metal. It has a small work surface, and the device that holds the cloth, not suitable for use in large open filters.

A filter for liquid according to the patent RU 2082481 is the closest to the technical nature of the claimed and selected as the closest analogue (prototype).

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to develop a collapsible frameless, frameless, non-cassette filter with a large, not divisible into separate parts and not forcibly compressed, the working surface of the filter bag from the layers of light-weight sorption filter cloth and non-corrosive design the device for holding the package.

The problem is solved by developing a special support-clamping structures made of composite materials that can hold the filter bag in position, both in working and non-working mode.

The technical result that can be obtained by using the invention, is to improve the performance of the filter by creating about�optimal conditions for the filtration process, to simplify Assembly and disassembly, to increase maintainability and serviceability.

The filter according to the invention is proposed in two versions, for both variants of the prototype is the aforementioned patent RU 2082481.

b) features, providing technical result in particular cases:

- use as a composite of fiberglass, basalt-plastic, carbon fiber or combinations thereof,

- execution of gratings made of pressed glass, carbon or stekloplastika,

- execution of rods made of fiberglass pultrusion profile with thread wound on his carbon-, basalt -, or fiberglass shell,

Distinct from the prototype features of the claimed filter according to the second embodiment are as follows:

- supply filter trough with a flat bottom,

- implementation of the filtering package with a working surface, is equal to the surface of the trench,

- placement of the filter element into the groove,

- supply of filter element support-pinch design prevents the ascent of the filter pack for filtering and sagging drainage troughs,

- the composition of the support-clamping design, which includes a shaft with an external thread, the upper and lower tensioning nut with internal thread, second thread rods, tubular offset, top and bottom, supports, specialized upper and lower pressure, longitudinal and transverse, and core support, upper and lower beams, clamping the upper and lower grille support,

- length of beams corresponding to the length or width of the gutter,

- supply of all these beams and pillars holes used under stud�, not less than the outer diameter of the rod,

- implementation of both lattices, clamping the upper and lower reference, the size of the perimeter of the trough,

- the size of the Prozorov in the light of the mentioned lattices, similar to the size of said apertures in the beams and supports,

- uniform distribution of the rods around the perimeter of the trough and anchor installation their lower ends in the bottom of the trough,

- placement on the rods, with emphasis in the bottom of the trough bottom tubular compensating poles and lower clamping beam profiles, providing, together with the supports the installation of the lower horizontal support grid at a given height,

- placement of the lower grille on the rods supported on these beams,

- the location of the filter pack working surface and edges, mounted on the rods, the bottom grille

- pressing the edges of the filter pack to the grid of longitudinal and transverse profile clamping beams and fixed beams together with lower idler nuts,

- screwing the tensioning nuts to the degree of compression of the edges of the filter pack, sufficient to hold the packet in operation,

- placement on the cores based on the lower tensioning nut tubular supports compensating, compensating the residue of the difference of the thickness of the filter pack in the original and a compressed state, for horizontal installation top�th presser lattice

- the location of the upper presser lattice, which prevents deformation of the working surface of the filter pack, horizontally in the filter bag,

b) features, providing technical result in particular cases:

- use as a composite of fiberglass, basalt-plastic, carbon fiber or combinations thereof,

- execution of gratings made of pressed glass, carbon or stekloplastika,

- execution of rods made of fiberglass pultrusion profile with thread wound on his carbon-, basalt -, or fiberglass shell,

- execution of all the supporting and clamping beams from pultruded fiberglass rectangular profile, compensating poles - fibreglass pipe nuts - from Lito�about fiberglass,

- anchoring rods by chemical be strained,

- use as a nonwoven fabric in the filter pack cloth brand "Megasorb" or "Dornit".

These distinctive features, each individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of the claimed technical result and are substantial. In the prior art presented in the claims the combination of distinctive features is not known and, therefore, the invention meets the criterion of "novelty."

The claimed device on both options eliminates the multiplicity of filter elements in the filter and discrete filter package on individual elements inherent in the prototype, the following are its advantages:

- in the presence of only a single filter element peripheral support-pinch design, not loading the working surface of the filter bag and thereby contributing to the creation of optimal conditions for the filtration process and the productivity of the filter,

- the possibility of using the said support-clamping structure for filtering packets of different thickness,

- different purpose rods that perform a supporting and fixing function to hold the specified package, as opposed to the prototype rods� with them only supporting function,

- the possibility of maintenance without stopping the operation of the filter by replacing the elements of the support-clamping design,

- execution of all elements of the support-clamping device from durable, non-corrosive, lightweight composite,

- options sorption filter cloth for filter package,

- ease of Assembly and disassembly,

- simplicity and ease of maintenance.

The claimed filter is designed as a thin element treatment of surface runoff from dispersed impurities by low-pressure filtration. It is placed after the mechanical cleaning steps. This, however, is not limited to its application. Under suitable sorption filter cloth can also be used for tougher cleaning.

The filter design cost-effective, as it eliminates the need to replace the filter package or individual layers of the sorption filter nonwoven fabric throughout the life of the filter. It enables a peripheral retaining large in size (about 9×3 m2) of the filter pack with minimum deformation of its surface in operation and minimum wear of its layers. It support-clamping design allows the use of packages of different thickness and to carry out regeneration (press) �introimage package in place not removing it from the gutter. All elements of the support-clamping design is made from lightweight, high strength, corrosion-resistant composite which enhances the durability of the filter.

The invention is illustrated by description of specific, but not limiting, examples of implementation and the accompanying drawings.

A filter for liquid according to the first embodiment contains podwodami-discharge device for fluids (not shown), the filter element 1 and the trough 2 having a perimeter horizontal ledge 3 with a horizontal ledge 4 and the bottom of channel 5. The filter element 1 is placed in the groove 2 and consists of a support-clamping design and filter package 6 (Fig.1).

The support-clamping structure (Fig.2) which prevents the ascent of the filter 6 pack by filtration and sagging drainage channel 5, includes sterine with an external thread 8, the upper 9 and lower 10 tensioning nut with internal thread 11, the second thread 8 of the rod 7, the clamping profile 12 longitudinal and transverse beams 13, the profile of the support top 14 and bottom 15 of the beam, tubular compensating the supports 16, clamping the upper grille 17 and the support of the lower grate 18.

Beams 12, 13, 14, 15 and supports 16 have openings 19 and the grating 17 and 18, the openings 20 in the light of at least the outer diameter of the rod 7. The holes 19 in the beams 12, 13, 14, 15 are made in accordance with the places of the alleged placement of the rods 7. The length of the longitudinal beams 12 corresponds to the length of the trough 2, and 13 transverse - width.

Clamping upper grille 17 is made in the size of the perimeter of the trough 2 and the base bottom 18 in the size of the height and perimeter of the ledge 4.

The rods 7 are evenly distributed on the ledge 3 of the trough 2 and the bottom ends 21 sankarani in the tab 3 by chemical be strained (Fig.1, 2, cross section). Lower grille 18 is placed horizontally on the ledge 4 with overlapping channel 5. To prevent deformation of the working surface 22 of the package 6 on it horizontal is the upper clamping bars 17. To achieve a horizontal position of the grating 17 on the rod 7, with emphasis in the lower tensioning nut 10 wearing tubular support 16 (Fig.1, 2, cross section). The grid 17 of its edges 24 impaled on the rods 7, sandwiched between them impaled from the bottom to the top and bottom 15 and the top 14 of the profile rails (Fig.1, 2, cross section) and fixed in a stable horizontal position of upper tensioning nut 9, screwed on the rods 7, with emphasis in the beam 14.

Tubular supports 16 compensate for the remainder of the difference in the thicknesses of the filter 6 pack in original and a compressed state after subtracting the heights of the retainer 12 and the lower support beams 15 and the lower nut 10.

Filter bag 6 is formed with a working surface, is equal to the surface of the trough. It consists of fifteen to twenty stacked sequentially on each other layers 25 sorption filter nonwoven fabric of hydrophobic polymer fibers brand "Megasorb".

A filter for liquid according to the second embodiment differs from the filter according to the first embodiment by the fact that the groove 26 has a flat bottom without any protrusions 27, the lower support grid 28 of its support-clamping device is made in the size of the perimeter of the trough 26 and installed horizon�flax on the rods 7 at a given height with the optional lower compensating bearings 29 and the lower clamping beam profiles 30, similar to the beams 12 and 13 of the first embodiment. The filter operates as follows.

Untreated sewage, past mechanical cleaning with the speed of 5-10 m/h serves napravleniyami.za up the groove 2 under the lower grate 18 (first option) or 28 (second version) on the working surface 22 of the filter 6 pack. In the layers 25 of the package 6 are filtered with the detention of particulate impurities. The filtered liquid is withdrawn through the upper grille 17.

The filter operation is also possible when liquid flows in the opposite direction.

The filter regeneration is carried out at the place of extraction or reverse fluid flow. For mechanical extraction trench 2 (first version) or 26 (the second option) drain, remove the tensioning nut 9, the supporting of the upper bar 14, the upper clamping bars 17, support lower beam 15, the next 6 pack squeeze by rolling a roller, after which the removed elements set back. Regeneration by the reverse flow of fluid does not require disassembly.

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in creating a closed water area in the form of a storage pond 8 with the area of accumulation of sludge from liquid flows. The storage pond 8 is a water area with a levee 12, in which body the inlet water intake hole is made, and the opposite - a water receiver 9 of the water intake pipeline 22. According to the first embodiment of the method, at the bottom of the storage pond 8 the closed air-injecting devices 14, 15 are mounted to form a number of beams diverging from the device as horizontal perforated pipelines 16 in the direction of the base of the upper slope of the dam 12. The perforated pipelines 16 end with a dead end. The air-injecting devices 14, 15 are connected to the central supply pipeline 17, 18 connected to a source of compressed air. With the increase in the accumulation of sediment in the form of sludge in the zones of the storage pond 8 the air supply in portions into the air-injecting devices 14, 15 is resumed with brief connection of the compressor 19 on the command of the time relay 20 on the air duct in the intake pipeline of the closed air-injecting device. Breaking through the holes of the perforated pipeline 16, the compressed air loosens and roils the sludge, with simultaneous saturation of manure flow with it, and transports it to the discharge water intake pipeline 22. As the reduction in the sludge layer in the storage pond 8 the air supply into the air-injecting devices 14, 15 is stopped. According to the second embodiment of the method, in the storage pond a floating platform is placed, on which a compressor is located, connected to the pressure hose air duct. The nozzle of the pressure hose air duct is made in the form of a metal trunk with a perforation in its end part, attached to the rod with graduations in height and in the section of sludge residual accumulation, the end of which is inserted into the precipitate formation. The floating platform is attached on both sides of the dam using a rope and block system in the areas of erosion of the sediment of sludge precipitation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to purification of drainage and discharge water and can be used in irrigation farming when designing hydro-reclamation systems with a closed water circulation cycle. The method of preparing drainage and discharge water for crop irrigation includes removing mechanical impurities, organic substances, heavy metal ions and excess salts. The first step includes removing mechanical impurities and organic substances by treatment in a separator. The second step includes removing heavy metal ions and excess salts in a filter well, having filter elements based on coal production wastes, having a cylindrical shape with a cavity inside which is filled with a rice husk-based sorbent placed in pouches made of basalt fabric.

EFFECT: invention improves the quality of preparing drainage and discharge water for crop irrigation, widens the range of using drainage and discharge water having various chemical composition, and simplifies the process of mounting filter elements.

SUBSTANCE: water treatment plant of a combined heat and power plant includes water pre-cleaning unit I, reverse osmosis unit II, ion exchange unit III for deep water demineralisation and a unit for obtaining chemically treated make-up water IV for a heat network. The first deaerator 8 is connected to high-pressure steam boiler 9. Water pre-cleaning unit I includes in-series connected clarifier 2, coagulated water tank 3, mechanical filter 4, as well as washing solution tank 20. Reverse osmosis unit II includes reverse osmosis plant 5. Ion exchange unit III for deep water demineralisation includes in-series connected filter 6 for H-ionisation and filter 7 for OH-ionisation, as well as neutralising tank 17. Unit IV for obtaining chemically treated make-up water for the heat network includes in-series connected tank 18 for chemically cleaned water and the second deaerator 25. Clarifier 2 is connected to FeCl3 solution tank 27 and to NaOH solution tank 28.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sorbents and use thereof. The sorbent for antimony anions comprises particles or granules of zirconium oxide and has a distribution coefficient for the antimony anions of at least 10000 ml/g at a pH in the range of 2 to 10. The sorbent comprises particles with an average particle size in the range of about 10 nm to 100 um and having a flow rate of 100 to 10000 bed volumes per hour; the granules with an average size of 0.1 to 2 mm and having a flow rate of 10 to 50 bed volumes per hour. Also claimed is a method for the novel sorbent preparation and a method for antimony and, potentially, technetium removal from aqueous solutions, specifically from nuclear waste effluents. SUBSTANCE: filter comprises body with connection pipes and filtering member. Filtering member is composed of corrosion-resistant plates fixed in grooves formed in body ledges in diagonal direction.
