The task is implemented with the medicinal drug which is an ointment prepared according to the following technology: in a porcelain Cup make 74,0 g ointment base consisting of 2 parts of vaseline and 1 part of anhydrous lanolin, which add 25 ml of 40% alcohol tincture from the plant collection of the following composition (the combination of plant material: solvent-base - 1:5), wt.h.: grass Campion drooping - 3 wt.h., the flowers of calendula drug - 1 wt.h., grass meadowsweet šestilepestnyj - 1 wt.h. Grass Campion drooping has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, haemostatic and anti-toxic effect, contains phytoecdysteroids. Calendula flowers are known for their medicinal� antiseptic properties. Drugs produced using grass meadowsweet šestilepestnyj, have antibacterial, astringent, bactericidal and capillary action. Clove oil, which is part of an ointment, a potent antiseptic and analgesic properties.

The parameters of the components included in the composition of the proposed drug was determined empirically. The specified ranges of concentrations of active substances are optimally acceptable and farmacologicas significant.

Clinical studies of the proposed method of treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases and the mucous membranes of the oral cavity was carried out at the Department of therapeutic and pediatric stomatology sbei HPE Ryazgmu Ministry of health of Russia. This purpose was carried out for the treatment of 24 patients aged from 35 to 70 years with inflammatory periodontal diseases, 11 (46%) men and 13 (54%) women; 28 patients aged 12 to 65 years with diseases of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity, of which 16 (57%) males and 12 (43%) women.

On the radiograph is determined by the bone resorption of interdental partitions to1/2; periodontal pocket depth is 4-5 mm; abnormal mobility of the II degree.

Diagnosis: generalized periodontitis of moderate severity (chronicity.

Objectively: the gums in the area of teeth upper and lower jaw pink, moderately moist, not bleed on probing. The hygiene index Green-Vermillion (GAMES, OHI-S) was 1.22, which corresponds to a satisfactory level of hygiene. Index PMA (papillare-marginal-alveolar index) 21.7% - mild degree of inflammation; periodontal index (PI, Russel) was 0.8, which corresponds to a mild degree of periodontal diseases; abnormal mobility is absent.

10.10.2013 I visit. Patient M., age 16, turned to the Department of therapeutic and pediatric stomatology sbei HPE Ryazgmu of the Ministry of health with complaints of dryness and itching of the lips; limited due to pain opening the mouth; the aesthetic disadvantage; pain when talking, eating; feeling of tightness in the corners of the mouth.

The anamnesis of disease: according to his mother, the disease appeared �first at the age of 9 years. He was treated at the dermatologist, used various ointments while achieving only temporary improvement. With age there is a progression of the disease.

Medical history: the patient is continuing treatment for a chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis.

Objective: regional lymph nodes are not palpable, the Lateral surface of the tongue and transitional fold pale pink, moderately moist, without pathological elements. The hygiene index Green-Vermillion (GAMES, OHI-S) was 1.2, which corresponds to a satisfactory level of oral hygiene.

After 6 months (01.05.2014,) after the start of treatment there were no complaints.

Objective: mucosa pink, moderately moist, without pathological elements of defeat. Regional lymph nodes were not palpable. The hygiene index Green-Vermillion (GAMES, OHI-S) was 1.33, which corresponds to a satisfactory level of oral hygiene.

Thus, the claimed method of treatment of inflammatory diseases�problems periodontal and mucous membranes of the oral cavity using the proposed tools provides a pronounced anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, anti-allergic, keratoplastic effect saving effect for a long time.

During treatment there were no cases of adverse complications, allergic reactions and side effects.
