SUBSTANCE: method of concrete mix preparation consists in preliminary mixing of 50% of rated amount of cement with tempering water containing superplasticiser - Relamix PK, and mechanical and chemical activation in a rotor-pulsation device with the number of rotations of the working organ of 5000 rpm for 2 min, with subsequent mixing of the remaining part of the cement and fillers.

EFFECT: increased strength, frost resistance and water impermeability.

The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the technology of preparation of concrete mixtures used for the manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete products and structures in monolithic and precast construction.

The known method, including mechanochemical activation of the mixing water with the addition nitrotitan-alkaline water for 1 min, mechano-chemical activation of cement containing 60-70% of pre-activated mixing water in the mixer for 1.5-2 min and subsequent mixing in the mixer with sand, gravel and the remainder of the activated water mixing for 2 min (EN 2361848 C2, publ. 20.07.2009).

The preparation of concrete by the proposed method allows to reduce the amount of cement by 20%, to increase workability.

The disadvantage of this invention is the low strength of the resulting concrete, as well as the complexity of the process of preparation of concrete mixtures with large economic costs.

A method of producing cementownia suspension and products on its basis-cement paste, mortar and concrete are carried out by activation of cement particles in terms of a statistically uniform distribution of water in suspension on the surface fractions of cement, in which the surface of both large and medium and small particles of cement by also�berout as much water how many can keep with stirring (EN 2257294 C1, publ. 27.07.2005). Activation is carried out with cavitation, intensifitsiruetsa blowing suspensions with her by bubbling with compressed air when adjusting the mixing time.

The disadvantage of this invention is the complexity of the technology of concrete mix and also the low strength of the resulting concrete.

The closest is a method of producing a concrete mixture that includes pre-activation of parts of cement from its estimated quantity, the superplasticizer and the subsequent mixing with the rest of the cement, aggregate and water. The activation is carried out by stirring in water at W/C=0.5 to 1.0 for 40-45 min, and the portion of cement is 10% of the calculated quantity (RU 2371412 C1, publ. 27.10.2009).

The object of the present invention - increase the growth rate of the concrete strength, especially in the early days, providing high-grade strength, high frost resistance and water resistance.

The result is achieved in that in the method of making a concrete mix, including the activation part from the calculated amount of cement with mixing water containing superplasticizer, and the subsequent mixing with the rest of the cement and the aggregates according to the invention mechanochemical activation is carried out AC�sevanam in an aqueous medium in a rotary pulsation apparatus with a rotational speed of the working body 5000 rpm for 2 min, in this part of cement is 50% of the estimated quantity, as the use of superplasticizer additive ester of polycarboxylate - Relaix PC.

The result is also achieved by the fact that the fuel additive of the super - Relaix PC is 1.0% by weight of cement.

For the preparation of concrete mixture production of the composition of the used cement M400 D20 PC Ulyanovsk plant that meets the requirements of GOST 31108-2003, sand Kamsko-Ustinsky Deposit that meets the requirements of GOST 8736-93 and GOST 8735-88, and gravel Kamsko-Ustinsky deposits that meet the requirements of state standards for concrete.

As of superplasticizer additives used additive "REEMIX PC" (hereinafter additive "REEMIX PC") on THE 5745-034-58042865-2008.

For the preparation of concrete mixture components used with a ratio of:

Cement:sand:gravel=1:1,13:2,68.

The consumption of cement per 1 m3concrete amounted to 490 kg.

Mechanochemical activation was performed in a rotary pulsation apparatus RPA 0.8-55A-2.2 UZ TU 5132-001-70447062.

Previously 50% of the estimated amount of cement mixed with mixing water containing the specified superplasticizer, and subjected to mechanochemical activation (MCA) in a rotary pulsation apparatus with a rotational speed of the working body 5000 rpm for 2 min, followed� mixing with the rest of the cement, coarse and fine aggregate in the mixer for at least 5 min.

Concrete mixtures were produced samples - cubes with dimensions of 10×10×10. After 1 and 28 days normal curing, the samples were subjected to mechanical tests. The strength of the samples was determined in accordance with GOST 18105-86. Frost resistance of samples was determined in accordance with GOST 10060.3-95, the resistance - in accordance with GOST 12730.5-84.

The results of physico-mechanical tests of the samples are given in table 1.

Based on these data it can be concluded that the concrete produced on the basis of mechanically activated cement paste, activated 2 minutes with the addition of superplasticizer Relamix PC in the amount of 1% by weight of cement has a compressive strength at day old in 1,2 times more than concrete, obtained by analog. At the age of 28 days the concrete, obtained by this method has a compressive strength respectively of 1.14 times higher concrete strength obtained by analog. Frost resistance of the obtained concrete F200 and waterproof W8. The increase flow of superplasticizer Relamix PC is not economically feasible.

SUBSTANCE: method to prepare concrete mix includes double-stage mixing of a binder, fillers, a superplasticiser and tempering water, at the first stage they first mix the binder, fine filler, 70-80% of coarse filler and 75-85% of tempering water to produce a homogeneous mix, then at the second stage to the previously mixed mixtyre they add the remaining part of the coarse filler, superplasticiser with remaining part of the tempering water, and finally all components are mixed to produce a homogeneous concrete mix of required workability. EFFECT: reduced process operations in production of haydite mix, increased frost resistance, heat insulation properties and reduced average density of haydite without strength reduction.

SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture construction products from foam concrete includes preparation of a foam concrete mix from portland cement, fractionated quartz sand, a foaming agent and water in a turbulent mixer, loading of the produced mix into moulds from dielectric material, on the side surfaces of which there are metal electrodes, exposure of the foam concrete mix to the AC electric field of specified frequency and intensity. Processing of the freshly moulded products with electric field is carried out at the field intensity of 1.5-4.5 V/cm for 0.5-5 min. Efficiency of foam concrete mix exposure to the AC electric field depends on grain-size composition of quartz sand and is maximum when sand fractions of 0.16-0.315 mm are used.

SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a heat-insulating material involves mixing of filler and a binding agent with further shaping and hardening. Industrial wood chips 5±2 mm thick are used as filler, and rigid polyurethane foam consisting of polyol and isocyanate is used as the binding agent. First, components of the binding agent are mixed; then, the binding agent is mixed with the filler by layer-by-layer laying of a binding agent layer, a filler layer and a binding agent layer into a mould at the following component ratio, wt %: polyol 24-22, isocyanate 36-33, industrial chips 40-45. After supply of the components is completed, the mould is fixed with latches and exposed during 15-20 minutes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of foam materials on the basis of asbestos, basalt, carbon, polyether or polyamide or any other inorganic and organic fibres to be used in aircraft and ship building, machine building, etc. This method comprises the steps that follow. Production of foam bilk from initial mix of fibres and feed of said foam bulk to conveyor belt. Foam bulk is dried in drying chambers at stepwise increase in temperature in successive zones. Foam bulk is annealed in the kiln to foam material and cut reset-size boards. Note here that drying and annealing comprises simultaneous effects of IR radiation and convective heat. Note here that drying stepwise temperature increase occurs at 60°C-170°C. Annealing is performed at 190-280°C. Foam bulk is fed through drying chambers and annealing kiln at the rate of 6-12 m/h. Invention proposes also the conveyor line to this end.

EFFECT: accelerated drying, higher quality of foam material, continuous production.

The invention can be used in construction of facilities which provide protection from a high level of an electromagnetic field generated by both external and internal sources. Radiation-proof structural concrete obtained from a mixture consisting of portland cement, sand, hardening water, a porous aggregate and carbon-containing radiation-absorbing filler, wherein the porous aggregate is in the form of foamed glass granules with size of up to 5 mm, and the carbon-containing radiation-absorbing filler is structured gel containing 51-63 wt % of 5-10% aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution, 4-7 wt % sodium lignosulphonate, 9-12 wt % of 25% aqueous ammonia solution and 24-30 wt % of electroconductive technical carbon, and starting components of the concrete are taken in volume ratio portland cement:sand:hardening water:porous aggregate:carbon-containing radiation-absorbing filler of 1:(0-0.3):(0.4-0.6):(1.5-2.3):(0.1-0.4), respectively. A method of producing radiation-proof structural concrete from said mixture, which includes preparing mortar from portland cement, sand, hardening water, porous aggregate and carbon-containing radiation-absorbing filler followed by solidification thereof, wherein said carbon-containing radiation-absorbing filler is prepared in advance as follows: dissolving powdered sodium lignosulphonate in aqueous ammonia solution, mixing said solution with aqueous polyvinyl alcohol solution and dispersing granular electroconductive technical carbon in the obtained solvent by adding in portions with mixer rate of 1400-2000 rpm, after which the carbon-containing radiation-absorbing filler is added to hardening water of the cement-sand mixture.

EFFECT: obtaining effective radiation-proof structural material with wide-band absorption of electromagnetic radiation.
