In case these conditions are satisfied, control unit (22) can drive valve (17) to second position so that heat carrier is fed to heat carrier cooler (18) whereat heat carrier is heated by air flowing through cooler (18). Invention covers also the heat carrier heating.

SUBSTANCE: fuel tank containing the heating chamber 6 designed as a truncated pyramid open from below and having a plate 12 as a polygon on the top base is offered. Lateral sides 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the pyramid 6 are designed as trapezes made from close-meshed heat-conducting grids and fixed on a framework 7 and a plate 12. In the plate 12 the hole 13 for placement of the intake filter 3 in the pyramid 6 is provisioned. Under the bottom of the fuel tank 1 opposite to the pyramid 6 the electric heater 5 for the heating chamber is installed.

SUBSTANCE: system to maintain availability for start-up of an internal combustion engine (7) of a diesel locomotive comprises a standard system (4) for cooling of an internal combustion engine (7), a liquid heater (1), connected to the main manifold of the standard cooling system (4), a standard fuel system (18) of an internal combustion engine with a standard fuel tank (23) and a standard injecting fuel pump (19), an additional fuel tank (20), equipped with an overflow pipeline (21), a drain pipeline (22) with a tap and a pipeline connecting the additional fuel tank (20) with the liquid heater (1). There is an additional fuel pump (17), installed in the standard fuel system (18) in parallel to the standard injecting fuel pump (19), an additional oil pump (11), connected in parallel to the standard injecting oil pump (43), a device (15) for booster charge of an accumulator battery (16) of a diesel locomotive, maintaining it in the condition of availability for start-up of the internal combustion engine, and cooling coolant temperature sensors (13) for control of system operation, connected into the pipeline (46) with the lowest coolant temperature in the cooling system of the internal combustion engine. The additional fuel tank (20) of the system is connected into the drain pipeline of the standard fuel system (18) for provision of its reliable filling with diesel fuel. Additional circulating water pumps (30) are installed on inlet pipelines of standard liquid heaters (28) of air in driver's cabins (29) for provision of conditions in them for start-up of the internal combustion engine (7). Supply of the liquid heater (1), circulating electric motors (8), oil (11) and fuel pumps (17), a device (15) for booster charge of the diesel locomotive accumulator battery (16) and elements of the control system (47) is arranged via a separate cabinet (48) of electric equipment from the external source of energy.

EFFECT: increased reliability of system operation and increased time for engine standing idle in cold time of the year as continuously available for start-up.

SUBSTANCE: biofuel coarse filter for diesel engines includes a housing having the base connected to external wall by means of spokes, in which inlet and outlet channels having an articulated shape are located. A cartridge filter element is installed on the housing top under the cap. A bowl is located from below, above the bottom of which and under the inlet channel there installed is a biofuel flow swirler consisting of a lower plate part with grooves tangentially located on its convex side and made in the form of a funnel of upper part, which is connected to the housing base. A separator is installed above the swirler and under spokes. The spoke, in which a channel is located, is located below the spoke, and an electric heating element is installed above it under the filter element.

EFFECT: creation of a reliable biofuel coarse filter for diesel engines and effective removal of water and foreign matters from biofuel.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises feeding air from filter and adjusting said mix in carb prior to feeding it into combustion chamber. Air filter air is fed to tight tank with safety valve and two inlets and one outlet to mix the entire volume of air from air filter and fuel via cold boiling, evaporation and homogenisation of fuel-air mix by electrically heater flap arrange perpendicular to flow, and feeding fuel-air mix into carb. Proposed device comprises air filter, carb and its air-fuel mix regulator. Proposed device has tight vessel with safety valve that has two inlets. Said first valve incorporates branch pipes with cellular nozzle connected to air filter. Second inlet receives fuel via shit-off valve, while fuel-air outlet communicates with carb inlet. Said vessel is divided by baffle into two chambers. First chamber accommodates float with stop needle with assembly. Second chamber is filled with metal mesh wherein fuel and air are mixed. Rigid flap is arranged ahead of fuel-air mix outlet that incorporates heating element arranged perpendicular to fuel-air mix flow.

EFFECT: reduced pollutant emission, higher engine efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: oil crankcase is communicated by feed and discharge pipes with tank containing heat-accumulating nano-modified material and heating elements. Note here that a pump is arranged in feed pipeline while a valve is mounted in discharge pipeline. Heating elements are made up of thermoelectric modules with their one side of junction are pressed against heat exchanger connected by feed and discharge pipelines with heat exchanger arranged on fuel pipeline, and their other side of junction are pressed against radiator with blower. Note here that there is a pump arranged in fuel feed line, while a valve is arranged in discharge line. Note here that a tank containing heat-accumulating nano-modified material is connected via feed line with valve to feed line heat exchanger. Note also that said thermoelectric modules, valves and pumps are connected to electronic control system.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, primarily to engine production and can be incorporated with ICE fuel feed systems using a direct feed of liquid fuel in combustion chamber and is designed to prepare and feed fuel at preset time interval. The proposed device comprises a housing accommodating and evaporator furnished with outlet branch pipe to feed fuel into ICE, communicating, via its inlet, with a channel forcing fuel through an inlet orifice arranged on the evaporator inlet end wall. Current lead element is fastened on the evaporator wall. The outlet branch pipe represents a capillary tube arranged on the evaporator outlet end. The evaporator inlet accommodates a valve with its body furnished with a fastener for it to be secured in the hole arranged in the ICE cylinder head wall. The outlet branch pipe is attached in a through channel made in the aforesaid fastener.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of engine operation, more complete combustion of fuel and reduced amount of harmful substances in exhaust gases, along with smaller sizes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for preparing fuel-air mixture and delivering mixture into cylinder. Proposed method of preparation of fuel-air mixture on base of gasoline includes mixing of ingredients on carburetor and subsequent homogenizing of mixture before delivering into combustion chamber. Prior to mixing ingredients, gasoline is subjected to boiling by feeding heat into sealed reservoir-evaporator from cooling system. Gasoline is heated to 70-80°C, and gauge pressure of the order of 0.25-0.35 MPa is built in sealed reservoir-evaporator. Device for implementing the methods has housing with at least one channel to deliver fuel-air mixture. Device is furnished with self-contained reservoir for gasoline connected through meter with sealed reservoir-evaporator for boiling gasoline and taking off vapour mixture into spacer connected with channel to deliver fuel-air mixture into engine combustion chamber. Evaporator is connected with engine cooling system radiator, meter is furnished with means to control pressure and level of gasoline, and also with safety valve. Device contains means for disconnecting conventional supply system of engine.

EFFECT: reduced discharge of harmful substances, increased economy of engine.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains radiator, flange, posistors, cover, contact, studs with nuts, bushing, filter gauze and wire. Radiator with heating elements (posistors) is arranged in lower part of heater and is made in form of disk in center of which at one side oval cavity is made for accommodating two posistors and bead over edge of disk. Round cavity made from other side of radiator in its center is designed for mounting bushing. Step over disk contour is used to fasten filter gauze. Flange in made in form of disk with threaded branch pipe from one side in center of disk. In center of flange from other side round cavity is made of install bushing and step over disk contour to fasten filter gauze. Through hole in center of flange is designed for fitting pipe of fuel intake. Filter gauze is secured on steps between flange and radiator in direct contact with radiator for more effective heating of gauze. Bushing to prevent crumpling of filter gauze is fitted in cavities of flange and radiator. Posistors are pressed to radiator by contact to which wire is soldered. Cover made of electric-and heat-insulating material covers posistors with contact in lowermost part of heater. All parts of heater are interconnected by nuts and two studs passing through holes in flange, radiator and cover.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of fuel heating and manufacturability.
