In case of necessity to adjust the length of the extension of the punch to the depth of cut, the locking ring and the guide sleeve are locked by the locking mechanism, as a result the whole mechanism turns into the mode of adjustment, and pressing the upper locking ring by hand is not necessary. When adjustment of the length of the punch to the depth of cut is complete, it is necessary to press the hook pin to unlock the locking mechanism, and the locking ring returns to its initial position.

Field of the INVENTION
The present invention relates to a node of the punch, namely the node of the punch punch CNC.
Background of the INVENTION
China patent No. ZL200520065714.7 at the site of the punch punch CNC machine has such advantages as reliable connection between the sending node and the head node of the punch, accurate adjustment of the length of the piston and a long service life of the mechanism. However, this requires hand to press the locking ring during adjustment in order to bring the guide sleeve and the locking ring is in the adjustment mode, and the operator should work with the other hand. Accordingly, it is inconvenient, and to some extent will affect the popularization of this type of product.
Summary of the INVENTION
The object of the present invention is the provision of a node of the punch punch CNC mechanism to maintain the adjustment mode, while it supports all kinds of regulators according to China patent No. ZL200520065714.7, and the adjustment is simplified.
To achieve the above objective, the site of the punch punch CNC contains:

The principle of operation of the present invention is as follows: when it is necessary to adjust the length of extension of the punch for the bottom of a passage, the locking ring is rotated clockwise, and the flat groove of the locking ring slides on the finger hook with flat round head shape. When the groove on the end face of the flat grooves of the locking ring is in contact with the toothed locking hook the lower part of the finger hook, toothed locking hook is in the groove under the pushing force of the rear part of the spring, which prevents the locking ring to rotate, and the entire mechanism is in the adjustment mode. After adjusting, at the touch of a finger hook serrated locking hook out of the groove and is moved into the hole of the guide sleeve and the locking ring is rotated counterclockwise under the pushing force of two return springs to the stop in the working position the locking pin, and the mechanism is in operation.
According to the present invention provides a mechanism for maintaining the adjustment mode, whereby the adjustment operation becomes easier when it supports all kinds of adjustment functions disclosed in China patent no.ZL200520065714.7.

As shown in Fig. 1-7, the node of the punch punch CNC of the present invention contains a node head 24 of the punch, guide node 25, the punch 11 and a removable plate 13. One of the ends of the two locking pins 15 are attached to the guide sleeve 9, while the other ends are placed in the annular groove 20 of the locking ring 17, to support the locking ring 17, thus preventing its axial displacement from the guide bushing 9, and only allowing it to turn at a slight angle along the length of the two circumferential grooves 20. The sealing ring 8 round duct installed between the bottom of the thrust ring 7 and the inner groove of the upper part of the guide sleeve 9. Two symmetrical annular groove 21 provided on the guide sleeve 9 and correspond to the locking ring 17, and the pressure springs 16 are mounted inside the annular groove 21. The locking ring 17 is attached with two push pins 14, one end of which is fixed to the locking ring 17 and the other end of which is inserted in one end of the compression spring 16, number�pollen groove 21 on the guide sleeve 9. Proposed device comprises frame, top and bottom rolls having toothed sectors, two drive hydraulic cylinders and two rotary hydraulic cylinders. Drive hydraulic cylinders have hinged levers that make four-link mechanism to lift and down top roll and impart burnishing force to it. Rotary hydraulic cylinder rods are articulated with rocker to transfer angular momentum and burnishing force to bottom roll. Wedge mechanism is arranged to lift and down bottom roll and to transfer burnishing force to it. Top roll is turned because its toothed sector engages with bottom roll toothed sector, bottom roll displacing toothed rack with billet.

SUBSTANCE: method of press forming with rolling includes placement of stock in matrix set on die plate and rolling of stock with rolling press connected to drive which transfers oscillatory movement to rolling press when it is pressed to stock with force. The rolling press is equipped with a gear sector, and the die plate is equipped with a gear rack. When the stock is rolled with the rolling press, gears of the gear sector are in constant mesh with gears of the gear rack to facilitate rolling conditions. The device for die forming with rolling contains the rolling press and the matrix, installed on the die plate for stock placement thereon. The drive of the device connected to the rolling press facilitates pressing of the rolling press to the stock with force, the drive also transfers oscillating movement to the rolling press for rolling the stock with a working surface of the rolling press. Blanking is realized in die set having punch, die, fixing member with working surface for basing sheet at all transitions, stripper with lateral basic surface. Said surface of stripper is inclined relative to working surface of fixing member for providing shift of contour of blanked part by pitch preset at each transition of blanking operation.

Stressed state of multi-side non-uniform compression is created in upper zone of part protrusions. Apparatus includes punch, holder, counter-punch and die with edges blunted only near its apexes forming upper zone of part protrusions.
