The invention relates to the utilization of liquid wastes of pig-breeding complexes and can be used in agriculture for the preparation of liquid wastes of pig-breeding complexes and farms for irrigation and fertilization of agricultural land.

The known method (Patent RU №2242444, C05F 3/00, C02F 1/58 dated 20.12.2004) preparation of wastewater for agricultural use, including the introduction of an alkaline coagulant (10% suspension slurry of calcium carbide CaO) to pH 10÷12, and then acidification 10% suspension of superphosphate to pH 6,5÷8,5. After over an hour of settling, the mixture separates into a clear liquid fraction and the pellet containing the insoluble sludge particles of calcium carbide and superphosphate, which is an organic fertilizer.

The disadvantages of this method are the complexity of the preparation of a solution of an alkaline coagulant for use, due to incomplete solubility of a slurry of calcium carbide; the high cost of superphosphate used for cooking acidic reagent; applied dose of superphosphate determine the high cost of chemical treatment; the preparation of simple superphosphate, due to the necessity of grinding agent; the duration of the process of sedimentation of the mixture. These deficiencies limited the broad useC liquid fraction and sludge for agricultural irrigation fields.

The known method (Patent RU №2312819, C02F 1/58, C02F 1/66 dated 20.12.2007) preparation of wastewater livestock farms for agricultural use, including the introduction of an alkaline coagulant (suspension slurry of calcium carbide CaO) to pH 10,0÷11,0, and then acidifying the slurry of phosphogypsum to pH 6,5÷8,5. After over an hour of settling, the mixture separates into a clear liquid fraction and the pellet containing the insoluble sludge particles of calcium carbide and of phosphogypsum, which is an organic fertilizer.

The disadvantage of this method is the need for pre-alkalizing the slurry of calcium carbide to pH 10,0÷11,0, which significantly complicates the process of reagent preparation; requires high doses of acidifying reagent to achieve a pH 6,5÷8,5 that require large economic costs for the process for the preparation of liquid wastes to agricultural use; there is no disinfecting effect, which limits the wide application of sediment - organic fertilizer in agriculture.

The closest to the claimed technical solution is (RU Patent No. 2424985, C02F 1/58, C02F 103/20, C05F 3/00, BI No. 21 dated 27.07.2011) the method of preparing the liquid wastes from pig farms for irrigation and fertilization of agricultural lands, including pre-processing acidifying reagent suspeZiya phosphogypsum to pH 6,5÷8,5 and coagulant - low-basin with aluminium oxychloride brand Aqua-Aurat™ 14 in the form of 5÷10% solution with a dose of 3÷30 mg/DM3at Al2O3. After settling for 20÷40 minutes, the mixture separated into a clear liquid fraction and the sediment - organic fertilizer. The resulting liquid fraction does not require additional decontamination. The precipitate is fed into the vortex layer machine with movable ferromagnetic particles, where it is a complete disinfection.

The disadvantages of this method are the use of expensive coagulant derived from expensive and scarce metallic aluminum and aluminum hydroxide; the need for pre-acidification of liquid pig farms waste phosphogypsum, which complicates and increases the cost of their preparation for future use.

The object of the invention is to develop technical solutions possible disposal of liquid wastes of pig-breeding complexes and farms for irrigation and fertilization of agricultural land; reducing the cost of chemical treatment of liquid manure; accelerating the sedimentation of the mixture of liquid waste and reagent; achieve a disinfecting effect of liquid and solid phases; the preservation of the fertilizing value of sediment as a result of fractionation and decontamination of liquid wastes of pigsDonskikh farms.

The task is achieved in that in the method of preparing wastewater pig-breeding complexes and farms for agricultural use instead of low-basin aluminium oxychloride brand Aqua-Aurat™ 14 using reagent obtained from natural raw materials - silica coagulant on the basis of nepheline with a dose of 10÷35 mg/DM3at Al2O3depending on the quality characteristics of liquid waste. Alumino-silicate coagulant on the basis of nepheline is injected into the waste water directly before it is supplied to the open hydrocyclone, where there will be separation of the wastewater in a liquid phase and sludge. Liquid phase disinfected by treating it with urea. The precipitate was treated in the apparatus of a vortex layer with movable ferromagnetic particles, which allows for full disinfecting effect.

The method allows to extend the range of processing animal waste to 20÷30 mg/l for suspended solids, to simplify the process of preparation of reagents, lower the cost of reagent preparation liquid wastes to agricultural use, to achieve complete decontamination of the effect of liquid and solid phase, to improve the agroforestry value of the liquid fraction.

Preparation of liquid wastes of pig-breeding complexes and farms used for agriculturaltion is as follows: liquid wastes of pig-breeding complexes and farms treated with a solution of aluminum silicate coagulant on the basis of nepheline with a dose of 10÷35 mg/DM 3at Al2O3,

in this case, the pH value in the range 6,5÷7,5. After processing the mixture in an open hydrocyclone it is divided into a transparent liquid fraction and the sediment - organic fertilizer. Then the liquid phase is fed into the disinfection unit where it is treated with urea. The precipitate is fed into the vortex layer machine with movable ferromagnetic particles, where complete disinfection. Soil-conservation properties of the treated sludge and the liquid phase not only continue, but increase.

The technical result is achieved by extending the range of liquid waste treatment of pig-breeding complexes and farms for suspended solids; conservation fluctuations of pH in the mixture is in the range of 6,5÷7,5; exceptions the temperature factor in the preparation of liquid wastes of pig-breeding complexes and farms because of the specific properties of aluminosilicate coagulant on the basis of nephelines of aluminosilicate coagulant on the basis of nepheline leads to accelerated loss of aggregate stability of the suspension, despite the specific properties of liquid wastes of pig-breeding complexes and farms.

Example. Preparation of liquid wastes from pig farms and farm complex with a capacity of 300 m3after 20 minutes of settling, by treatment with reagents

On knownth way sewage pig complex was treated with 10% solution of low-basin aluminium oxychloride brand Aqua-Aurat™ 14 with a dose of 3, 10, 15, mg/DM3at Al2O3and pH, respectively 6,5; 7,0; 7,5.

For the proposed method of liquid waste from a pig-breeding complex with the initial suspended solids content of 21 mg/l was treated with a solution of aluminum silicate coagulant on the basis of nepheline with a dose of 15 mg/DM3at Al2O3(pH 6.5). After processing, the cleaning effect of suspended solids in the liquid phase reaches 99%. The residual content

aluminum does not exceed maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) and is 0.07 g/DM3.

For the proposed method of liquid waste from a pig-breeding complex with the initial suspended solids content of 24 mg/l treated with a solution of aluminum silicate coagulant on the basis of nepheline with a dose of 25 mg/DM3at Al2O3(pH 7.0). After processing, the cleaning effect of suspended solids in the liquid phase reaches 99%. The residual aluminum content does not exceed maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) and is 0.075 mg/DM3.

For the proposed method of liquid waste from a pig-breeding complex with initial concentrations of suspended solids 30 mg/l was treated with a solution of aluminum silicate coagulant on the basis of nepheline with a dose of 33 mg/DM3at Al2O3(pH 7.5). After processing, the cleaning effect of suspended solids in the liquid phase reaches 99%. The content of residual alMinija not exceed maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) and is 0.13 mg/DM 3.

The results of researches of influence of a solution of aluminium oxychloride liquid waste from pig farms to the known method are presented in table 1. The results of researches of influence of aluminosilicate solution of coagulant on the basis of nepheline liquid waste from pig farms and farms for the proposed method are shown in table 2.

Implementation of the proposed method of preparation of liquid wastes of pig-breeding complexes and farms for agricultural use with the use of alumino-silicate coagulant on the basis of nepheline allowed to solve the task.

The method of preparing the liquid wastes of pig-breeding complexes and farms for agricultural use by chemical treatment with the release of sludge as organic fertilizer, characterized in that for reagent treatment using silica coagulant on the basis of nepheline in the form of a solution, which is injected in liquid waste with a dose of 10÷35 mg/DM3at Al2O3,the pH value varies in the range 6,5÷7,5.
