FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: device is mounted on a floating craft provided with a winch, a boom and a system of ropes. Longitudinal tie-rods are fixed by means of hinges on one side on the frame of the device, and a rectangle-shaped framework is installed on their other side. The framework with a large-cell mesh with a concave surface is installed with a possibility of changing the position relative to the water body surface. In the upper part of the framework there fixed is a mesh with cells of smaller dimensions, and in the lower part there fixed is a knife throughout the framework width. The boom with a roller on the end is fixed in the middle part of the frame with a possibility of changing an inclination angle. A rope attaching the mesh framework to the two-drum winch is hitched over the roller. The drums are connected to each other with a safety clutch. The direction of synchronous rotation of the drums is provided with a reverser. On one drum the rope is located in an upward direction, and on the other - vice versa.

The invention relates to the agricultural industry, in particular, can be used for cleaning water from algae.

The known device, the design of which aims to clean water and for recycling of algae, their design is interrelated with the process of removing water from algae, with subsequent drying and processing [1].

Such a direction is holding back the development of and creation of mechanical means for cleaning of small water bodies.

Also known device, the design of which use the features of blue-green algae to precipitate upon cooling [2].

Device power-consuming, complex in structure and composition of the process steps in the workflow process of cleaning water and utilization of algae. Because of the mentioned disadvantages of the devices have not found wide practical application.

On the aggregate total of the essential features of the technical solution [3] is taken as a prototype.

The disadvantages of the known devices:

The establishment of multi-purpose devices for cleaning water from algae and their processing complicates the design, increases the energy intensity of their manufacturing process.

Object of the invention - improving the efficiency of the use of mechanical means of cleaning water from the blue-green�Yong algae.

The task is executed through the design of the device in which the longitudinal thrust on one side pivotally mounted on the frame, and the other of them is installed with the possibility of changing the position relative to the surface of the reservoir frame rectangular shape with a coarse mesh with a concave surface, and in the upper part of the frame is fixed grid with cells of smaller dimensions, and in the lower part of the frame is fixed the knife throughout its width, and in the middle part of the frame with the possibility of changing the angle of fixed jib with roller on the end, which spans through the cable connecting the frame with double-drum winch, the drums are interconnected by a safety clutch, and the rotation direction of the reels is provided by the reverse, with one drum set rope from the bottom up, and the other Vice versa in the case of synchronous rotation of the drums.

The technical result - the effectiveness of applying mechanical means in the purification of water bodies from blue-green algae increases.

The technical result is achieved due to the use in the design of the device ducatisti grid, able to extract from the water at the same time blue-green algae and duckweed, and knives, spurs vegetable algae that increases structural-technological capabilities of the device for cleaning of water.

To�ome that the use of double-drum winch with simultaneous rotation of the drums allows you to perform technological operations for the harvesting of algae, liberating them from the water and their delivery to the place of disposal, while ensuring the required quality of cleaning water from algae.

The drawing schematically shows a device for cleaning water from blue-green algae.

The device is mounted on the watercraft 1 and comprises a frame 2 with a grid of dual-use main 3 coarse-grid cells and the upper grid 4 smaller cells, the knife 5. The frame 2 is mounted on two longitudinal rods 6 to the frame 7, which is fixed to the double-drum winch with 8 reverse 9, arrow 10, the roller 11 and screw mechanism 12. On each rod 6 is installed movable carriage 13, with the drive from the cable 14.

The device operates as follows.

To move the craft 1 to the original place of cleaning water and the device is in the transport position, wherein the frame 2 with the mesh fence part is installed in a horizontal position above the water surface. To start the workflow, the frame 2 with the grid 3 is lowered into the reservoir at the depth of the blue-green algae, and the upper mesh portion 4 is set at the surface of the water. When driving the blue-green algae and cut with a knife 5 algae vegetative character deposited on the coarse grid 3, and duckweed gathers in the upper part of the chicken wire mesh 4. If one of the reels the cable 14 is wound, the other at this time unwinds. In the working position the movable carriage 13 is fixed with a stopper.

SUBSTANCE: self-propelled oil-skimmer represents a marine installation - a catamaran with restricted area of sailing. It comprises bodies with hydrojet engines, a vacuum reservoir for collection of a thin layer of film oil product with water, and also an accessory for collection of wastes. Each body of the catamaran is equipped with a structurally coupled settling tank, polypropylene filters, a receiver with vacuum pumps, and tanks for reception of oil products and water. A reservoir for collection of a thin layer of film oil product with water is made in the form of a floating structure placed between the bodies, the collecting chute of which is connected to a collecting pipe arranged along the floating structure. The latter via at least one device of automatic regulation of liquid flow rate, equipped with a throttling gate valve, is connected to settling tanks. Each of settling tanks is equipped with at least one thin synthetic net, which may cover horizontal motion of the liquid along the entire section of the settling tank.

SUBSTANCE: contaminated surface is treated with a sorbent. The sorbent saturated with oil is collected and transported to be utilised. Finished products from ash and foam concrete of autoclave hardening are used as a sorbent.

SUBSTANCE: invention suggests an oil and oil sludge sweeper, which is comprised of a metal body shaped as a deck, hollow boards and a container formed between them, a bottom with openings inside it, a bevelled bow, a tray with protecting lateral walls and a marine engine. SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to environment protection and may be used for localisation and collection of film of oil and oil products at water surface. Stationary floating booms and oil-collecting devices are installed downstream the river flow with connection of tanks for collection and temporary storage of oil products. Oil film is bypassed by a loop of floating booms by means of at least two vessels thus creating a pocket for its catchment. Oil layer at water surface is thickened when horizontal plane in the oil film shape is changed and the total length of floating boom outline is maintained permanent. Oil film is tugged by vessels downstream the river flow up to the place close to the stationary floating booms.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the environment protection and is designed to collect and remove spilled oil and petroleum products from the surface of open water reservoirs, as well as in waste treatment facilities. The device comprises a housing mounted on an oil recovery vessel of the "catamaran" type, a container with a magnetic adsorbent and an oil collection drum with a magnetic system. The housing is opened for input and output of treated water. The bottom of the housing is made in the form of a tape moving in the direction to the oil collection drum. The container with the magnetic adsorbent is mounted in the front part of the open housing above the water surface and is provided with a drum feeder with an adjustable flow rate of the adsorbent into the petroleum product layer. The oil collection drum is made with the rotation direction counter the direction of the tape and mounted with the ability of linear contact with its lower part of its surface. The device for removal of adhered petroleum products from the surface of the oil collection drum is designed as a scraper transforming into a chute with a rotating screw mounted inside the chute.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a vertical hollow rod, a water- and oil-proof membrane, a flexible hose, a pump, a storage container, and a rope. In the upper part of the rod under the upper flange and the membrane there are oil-intake openings. The upper flange of the rod is hermetically connected by a flexible hose to the pump and the oil-intake container placed on ice, as well as with the inner perimeter of water- and oil-proof membrane. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial harvesting of storm drains algae and can be used for coastal fishery and in the shore. The method of harvesting of storm drains algae includes transfer of the seaworthy ship to the place of harvesting the drains, selection and loading of algae, subsequent transfer to the place of unloading of storm drains of algae, and unloading. The seaworthy cross-country vehicle on air-inflated tracks, with the control center and a hold placed between tracks, is used as a seaworthy ship. On the cross-country vehicle deck a removable platform with a hole that is compatible with the hold contour is mounted. On the platform in the forebody the picking-loading module is mounted which comprises a forked catcher and a conveyor, and in the afterbody - the articulated crane with clamping device for distribution of algae in the hold, and unloading, and also a hydraulic control system of picking-loading module and the articulated crane. The algae are picked up on the forward motion of the cross-country vehicle with the forked catcher until its filling. Then the cross-country vehicle is stopped, the harvested algae are unloaded from the picker on the conveyor, and from the conveyor to the hold, where they are flattened by the clamping device of the articulated crane.

EFFECT: claimed method of algae harvesting enables to improve efficiency of the harvesting of marine algae and to improve significantly the ecological status of coastal areas.

SUBSTANCE: water is taken, which contains algae. The algae mass 8 is centrifuged together with water at the speed of not more than 1000 rpm. Afterwards the algae weight 8 is exposed to a light diode device 5 including radiators of blue, green and red colours. Light radiators 5 are installed at the distance of not more than 50 cm from the surface of the centrifuged algae mass 8. The algae mass 8 is dried with dry warm air without access of direct sunlight. The system to produce the mass of blue-green algae from water reservoirs comprises a water-intake device, a centrifuge 1, light radiators 5, a heat gun or a heat fan 4. The water-intake device sends the algae mass 8 into the centrifuge 1. The centrifuge 1 is made as capable of centrifuging the mixture at the speeds of up to 1000 rpm. The device contains a frame connected to a catamaran on pontoon supports, electrically-driven continuous flexible conveyors with the drum spools and float chambers with metal skeleton ladles.
