FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of skin care, in particular, to shaving. The shaving device contains a handle with a reservoir, a treatment device with a blade element and a liquid channel between them. Part of the liquid channel is capable of elastic deformation from the closed position into the opened position by way of the handle turning relative to the treatment device from the resting position into the activated position and vice versa. The treatment device and the handle are interconnected by means of a elastic ball joint. The part of the liquid channel capable of elastic deformation is positioned inside the elastic ball joint.

EFFECT: improved control of liquid transfer from the reservoir to the user.

The technical field to which the invention relates

The invention relates to a shaving device, comprising:

- the handle provided a reservoir for receiving fluid,

- processing device provided with at least one blade element, wherein the processing device is rotatable relative to the arm, and

- liquid channel extending from the reservoir to the outlet, located at least near a processing device,

in which at least part of the liquid channel is providepulmonary from a closed position in which the passage through the liquid channel is closed, to an open position in which the passage through the liquid channel is opened by rotation of the knob relative to the manufacturing device from a rest position to an activated position, and Vice versa.

The prior art inventions

The shaving device, which is known from the patent number WO2008/152601, the processing device comprises a razor cartridge blade elements. Between the machining device and the reservoir is situated the neck of the adapter, which is provided by the pump. The pump is driven by a rotary movement of the neck adapter for pumping fluids, such as shaving soap, cream b�ITA or shaving gel etc. from the reservoir into the liquid channel in an outlet opening in the razor cartridge.

The use of the fluid used during shaving by shaving device improves the results of shaving. However, a disadvantage of the known device shaving is that to control the transfer of fluid from the reservoir to the outlet of the pump is necessary.

The shaving device of this type, as described in the opening paragraph is known from the patent FR2634154A1. In this known shaving device is provided with the clamping element, with which providermetadata part of the liquid channel can be opened and closed. The clamping element is mechanically connected to the rotatable machining device so that the clamping element is closed the liquid channel, if the processing device is in the rest position, and the clamping element is opened the liquid channel, if the processing device is in an activated state. In the clamping device is inserted into a coil spring, so that the processing device returns to the rest position, and the clamping element closes the liquid channel if processing unit is not supplied with any power.

The shaving device of this type, as mentioned in the introductory paragraph, it is also known from patent US20050123342A1. In this famous�m device for shaving, provokatively tube placed between the razor cartridge and a reservoir for fluid under pressure. Provided with a spring that exerts pressure to perform the action on the said tube for clamping the tube in the closed position. The shaving cartridge is installed in the end part of a rotary knob, which is hooked over the spring with the ledge provided with other end. When the shaving cartridge is brought into contact with the skin, the shaving cartridge is moved within the bore of the head Assembly of a device for shaving. As a result of motion of the shaving cartridge lever handle is rotated, and the spring will be deformed so that the tube will open to provide fluid flow from the reservoir to the fluid in the direction of the shaving cartridge.

Summary of the invention

The purpose of the invention is to provide a shaving device that is easy to control the flow of liquid through the liquid channel.

This objective is achieved by means of a shaving device in accordance with the invention in that the processing device and the handle are connected to each other through an elastic swivel, and providermetadata part of the fluid channel is placed in an elastic hinge�Ohm connection.

If elastic swivel not included no power, the shaving system is in a rest position, in which the liquid channel is closed. For example, by deforming the above-mentioned part of the fluid channel opposite wall of the liquid channel in the above-mentioned parts are moving towards each other or away from each other, thereby changing the size of the passage in providepulmonary part of the liquid channel. The amount of fluid which can flow through the liquid channel, depends on the size of the passage. If the passage is closed, no fluid can exit through the outlet. If the user places the processing device on the skin to start shaving, he can rotate the handle relative to the manufacturing device from a rest position to an activated position, in the latter situation opens the passage in providepulmonary part, and the fluid will flow from the reservoir to the outlet. In addition, the fluid channel is at least partially provideproperty, for closing and opening the passage in the liquid channel from the reservoir to the outlet reduces the clogging of the liquid in the liquid channel.

Variant implementation of the shaving device in accordance with the invention is characterized�, the handle is rotatable relative to the manufacturing device from a rest position to an activated position, overcoming the resistance of the elastic force.

Due to the elastic force of the shaving device will automatically return to the resting position when the shaving device will not be applied no external forces. In the rest position no fluid can exit through the outlet.

Through the application of force to the device for shaving, that is large enough to overcome the elastic force, the arm will rotate relative to the manufacturing device, and the passage through the liquid channel gradually changes from the closed position to the open position.

Another variant of implementation of the shaving device in accordance with the invention, is characterized in that the elastic force is provided by elastic swivel. Elastic swivel can easily provide the desired elastic force, and thus, when working people can overcome the elastic force for opening the liquid channel and to control the amount of fluid pumped from the outlet.

Another variant of implementation of the shaving device in accordance with the invention is characterized in that the handle can be rotated relative� processing device from the rest position to the intermediate position, in the latter position, the liquid passage in the channel is partially open.

In the intermediate position, the fluid flow through the passage and the outlet will be less than in the fully open position. In this way the user can modify the flow of fluid as desired.

Additional variant of implementation of the shaving device in accordance with the invention is characterized in that the outlet opening of the liquid channel is in an elastic hinge connection.

The fluid will be discharged from the shaving device in an elastic hinge connection. This will allow to obtain relatively short distance between the reservoir and the outlet. In the case where the processing device can be detached from the elastic swivel replacement fluid is not lost at all. Depending on the direction of movement of the processing device through the body of liquid will be applied on the body before or after processing the device passes through the body.

One additional variant of the implementation of the shaving device in accordance with the invention is characterized in that the outlet opening of the fluid channel is located in the manufacturing unit.

Since the outlet is located in the manufacturing device, the distance between the output hole� and blade element on the manufacturing device is relatively small. Consequently, the liquid will immediately be applied on the body before or after shaving. In addition, by providing the outlet opening in the manufacturing device, the size of the outlet can be selected regardless of the size of the elastic swivel.

Another variant of implementation of the shaving device in accordance with the invention is characterized in that the container is flexible, and in the reservoir is pressurized by a spring located in the handle.

Since the tank is pressurized by a spring, the liquid will be pushed out of the flexible reservoir in the liquid channel, as soon as the liquid channel opens. In the pump there is no need.

Another variant of implementation of the shaving device in accordance with the invention is characterized in that the handle and the processing device can be blocked in the rest position.

By blocking arm and a processing device in the rest position of the liquid channel will remain in the closed position, and in this position no fluid can leak out through the hole. Thus, the user can still use the processing device, but without applying a liquid, for example, due to the fact that he feels that he inflicted on the body is already sufficient�of liquids.

Detailed description of embodiments of

Fig.1 and 2A-2C depict a cross-section of a first embodiment of the shaving device, wherein the device 1 for shaving contains the handle 2, the elastic articulated coupling 3 and the razor cartridge 4 forming processing device. The shaving cartridge 4 is rotatable relative to the arm 2 by means of an elastic hinge �couplers 3. The shaving cartridge 4 is provided with blade elements 5, such as a blade.

Arm 2 provided with a reservoir 6 for receiving such fluid, as the fluid to reduce the friction between the human skin and shaving elements 5.

Liquid channel 7 extends from the reservoir 6 through the elastic articulated coupling 3 to the outlet 8 into the shaving cartridge 4. An outlet 8 is situated on either side of the blade element 5 at a distance from the elastic swivel 3. A portion of the fluid channel 7 in an elastic hinge connection 3 is providepulmonary, due to the elasticity of the material of the elastic hinge joint 3. In the position of the elastic hinge joint 3 shown in Fig.1 and 2A, the opposite walls 9, 10 of the fluid channel 7 in an elastic hinge connection 3 are located opposite each other, and the passage through the liquid channel 7 is closed. In this rest position, no external power not supplied to the device 1 for shaving.

The tank 6 is made of a deformable flexible material. In the tank 6 is pressurized by means of a preloaded spring 11, located far from the liquid channel 7 of the container side 6. The liquid placed in the tank 6, is pressed into the liquid channel 7 due to the force F applied to the reservoir 6 by means of springs� 11. However, leaking of fluid from the outlet 8 is prevented, since the walls 9, 10 of the liquid channel 7 are located opposite to each other, thereby blocking the passage of fluid through an elastic swivel 3.

Arm 2 can be rotated relative to the razor cartridge 4, overcoming the resistance of the elastic force of the elastic swivel 3 around the axis 12 of rotation in the direction indicated by the arrow P1. Due to the rotary movement of the liquid channel 7 is bent, whereby the opposite walls 9, 10 moving separately and the passage opens. The size of the passageway is defined by the distance between opposite walls 9, 10, which depends on the amount of bending of the liquid channel 7.

In the position shown in Fig.2A, part of the liquid channel 7 arranged on both sides of the axis 12 of rotation, stretch angleα0relative to each other. In this position, the passage through the liquid channel 7 is closed and the device 1 for shaving is in the rest position.

In the position shown in Fig.2B, the handle 2 is rotated around the axis 12 of rotation P1 resulting liquid channel 7 is bent and opened. The rotational movement is obtained by placing �retannage cartridge 4 on human skin, and application of force to the handle 2 in the direction indicated by the arrow P1. Part of the liquid channel 7 arranged on both sides of the axis 12 of rotation, stretch angleα1relative to each other, andα1<α0. In this intermediate activated state of the device 1 for shaving pass through the liquid channel 7 is partially opened, and the liquid in the liquid channel 7 will flow in the direction indicated by the arrow P2.

In the position shown in Fig.2C, the handle 2 is rotated further about the axis 12 of rotation at an angle ofβ2andβ2<β1. Part of the liquid channel 7 arranged on both sides of the axis 12 of rotation, stretch angleα2relative to each other, andα2 <α1<α0. In this released position of the device for shaving liquid channel 7 is in the open position, and the passage through the liquid channel 7 is fully open.

Fig.3 and 4A-4C depict a cross-section of a second embodiment of the device 21 for shaving, and a device 21 for shaving contains the handle 2, the elastic pivot joint 23 and the razor cartridge 24 forming processing device. The razor cartridge 24 is rotatable relative to the arm 2 by means of an elastic hinge joint 23. Arm 2 provided with a reservoir 6 for receiving the liquid. Liquid channel 7 extends from the reservoir 6 to the outlet 28 in the elastic hinge connection 23. In the position of the elastic swivel 23 shown in Fig.3 and 4A, the opposite walls 29, 30 of the fluid channel 7 in an elastic hinge connection 23 are located opposite each other, and the passage through the liquid channel 7 is closed. In this position, no external forces are attached to the device 21 for shaving.

The passage through the liquid channel 7 is opened by turning the handle 2 relative to Brit�enny cartridge 24, overcoming the resistance of the elastic force of the elastic swivel 3 around the axis 32 of rotation in an elastic hinge connection 23 in the direction indicated by the arrow P1. The rotational movement can be obtained by putting the razor cartridge 24 on human skin and application of force to the handle 2 in the direction indicated by the arrow P1. Due to the rotary movement of the liquid channel 7 is elastically deformed in an elastic hinge connection 23, whereby the opposite walls 29, 30 are moved apart and the passage opens. The size of the passageway is defined by the distance between opposite walls 29, 30.

In the position shown in Fig.4A, a razor cartridge 24 and a portion of the liquid channel 7 between the axis 23 of rotation and the reservoir 6 are drawn at angleα0relative to each other. In this position, the passage through the liquid channel 7 between the axis 32 of rotation and the outlet 28 is closed.

In the position shown in Fig.4B, the handle 2 is rotated around the axis 32 of rotation P1 whereby part of the fluid channel 7 in an elastic hinge connection 3 is elastically deformed, whereby the walls 29, 30 are moved apart. The razor cartridge 24 and a portion of the liquid channel 7 between the axis 23 Wops�company and the reservoir 6 are drawn at angle α1relative to each other, andα1<α0. In this intermediate position, the passage through the liquid channel 7 is partially open and little drops of 40 fluid will flow out of the outlet 28.

In the position shown in Fig.4C, the handle 2 is rotated further about the axis 32 of rotation P2, and P2<P1. The razor cartridge 24 and a portion of the liquid channel 7 between the axis 23 of rotation and the reservoir 6 are drawn at angleα2relative to each other, andα2<α1<α0. In this open position, the passage through the liquid channel 7 is completely open, and large drops 41 fluid will flow out of the outlet 28.

Although the invention has been illustrated and described in detail in the drawings and in the foregoing description, as� illustration and description should be considered illustrative or exemplary and and not restrictive; the invention is not limited to the disclosed variants of implementation.

For example, it is possible that the shaving cartridge connected with an elastic swivel joint 3, 23 with the possibility of subsequent removal, allowing its replacement, if the blade elements 5 have become stupid.

Other modifications of the disclosed embodiments can be understood and executed by experts in the field of technology in the implementation in practice of the claimed invention as a result of study of the drawings, disclosure and appended claims. In the claims the word "contains" does not exclude other elements or steps, and a sign of the singular does not exclude the presence of many. Any reference signs in the claims should not be construed as limiting the scope of invention.

thus, at least part of the liquid channel (7) is providefree�ow from the closed position, in which the passage through the liquid channel (7) is closed, to an open position in which the passage through the liquid channel (7) is opened by turning handle (2) relative to a processing device (4, 24) from its resting position to the activated position and Vice versa, characterized in that the processing device (4, 24) and the handle (2) connected to each other via an elastic hinge joint (3, 23), and providermetadata part of the liquid channel (7) is an elastic hinge connection (3, 23).

2. The shaving device (1, 21) according to claim 1, characterized in,that the handle (2) is made with the possibility of relative rotation processing device (4, 24) from a rest position to an activated position by overcoming the resistance of the elastic force.

3. The device (1, 21) shaving according to claim 2, characterized in thatthat elastic force created by the elastic swivel joint (3, 23).

4. The device (1, 21) shaving according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the handle is rotated relative to the machining device (4, 24) from the rest position to the intermediate position, and in the latter position the passage in the liquid channel (7) is partially open.

5. The shaving device (1, 21) according to claim 1, characterized in thatthat the hole (8, 28) of the fluid channel (7) is located in an elastic hinge connection (3, 23).
