We aim to develop a new method of treatment of chronic generalized periodontitis with the use of the proposed complex, which would provide a capillary-strengthening, anti-inflammatory, reparative, analgesic effect, was easy to manufacture, relatively inexpensive and had no adverse effects.

The task is implemented using temporary drug representing an ointment base, which includes 70% tinctures from plants, ecdysterone and oil of eucalyptus:

petrolatum - lanolin base (1:1) - 88,5 g

70% tincture of meadowsweet - 5.0 g

The drug was prepared as follows. Thus, the claimed method of treatment of periodontitis generalized moderate chronic use proposed by the authors provides a means pronounced capillary-strengthening, anti-inflammatory, reparative, analgesic effect with preservation of the specified effect for a long time. During treatment there were no cases of adverse complications.
