Method of human immunomodulation by application of live suspension of chlorella of strain Chlorella vulgaris IGF No C-111 with concentration 8-10 millions cell/ml in quantity 200 ml per day for adult human.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase human immunity effectively.

The invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, and more specifically to means of having immunomoduliruushim effect.

Currently developed and found wide practical application, a large number of funds, including dietary supplements (the SUPPLEMENTS) to food containing different natural bioactive compounds.

Especially important in this spectrum is a matter on the basis of microalgae and, in particular, Chlorella. Thanks to its unique natural composition and high concentration of biologically active substances, it differs from higher plants (1).

Chlorella is an active producer of biomass with a large percentage of complete protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins ... just over 650 substances in concentrations that far exceed their content in traditional foods: meat, milk, vegetables and fruits.

Chlorella belongs to the category of "Superfoods" such as spirulina, green barley and wheat, pollen (bee products), propolis and Royal jelly, which gathered every one of the nutrients required for the germ of future life and ensuring a prosperous existence of all species (2).

Today there is a wide range of substances on the basis as soon as Chlorella, or in combination with other Mick�vodoroslami and components.

However, in all known substances and food additives on the basis of Chlorella, use only dry microalgae biomass or extracts and extracts of dry Chlorella. This is due primarily to the properties themselves strains of Chlorella used to obtain such substances. It is scientifically proven that a number of important and valuable biologically active substances produced in plants is able to maintain their properties only in a living cell. Conversely, after heat treatment plants, such substances are subjected to decay and lose their active properties. In addition, after drying, plant cells, many biologically active substances are not able to be stored for any extended period of time, subjected to oxidation, decomposition and during storage gradually lose their properties.

Another method of preparation of medicinal p�of aparatow from medicinal plants and Chlorella based on the preparation of alcoholic liquors or extracts. This provides without any heating good enough sterility drugs, however, plants may not be removed some medicinal active substances (3).

Numerous experiments with Chlorella on animals in this country and abroad, clearly proves the superiority and the effectiveness of the use of a suspension of Chlorella in comparison with dry Chlorella or pasta (5, 6).

Obviously, from the point of view of better conservation of the entire complex of biologically active substances synthesized by the Chlorella, it is necessary to use as the living cell microalgae and all exudates secreted by Chlorella in culture medium in the process of photosynthesis. Only in this case not only the best possible preservation of all biologically active substances, but also ensuring the maximum effect of its application.

The main reason that soil strains of Chlorella could not be used as a suspension, is the absence of a strong bactericidal properties, which would be able to suppress or stop the development of concomitant microflora in the process of their storage. For this reason, the cells of the soil strains of Chlorella after cultivation immediately separated from the culture medium and dried. The dry powder is then as a rule, tableted, and is used, for example as a nutritional Supplement.

Such powders on the basis of dry cells of Chlorella have a number of disadvantages.

1. During the processing and drying of cells of Chlorella PR�come the loss of some important biologically active substances, can survive only in living cells of Chlorella.

2. The digestibility of the remaining biologically active substances in the dry cell of Chlorella significantly lower than in a living cell.

3. Do not use a wide range of biologically active substances, which it secretes into the culture medium in the process of photosynthesis.

The object of the present invention is to provide means having immunomoduliruushim action on the basis of living cells microalgae Chlorella strain of Chlorella vulgaris and exudates secreted it into the culture medium, namely, live suspensions of Chlorella.

To solve this problem is proposed to use planktonic strain of Chlorella vulgaris IFR number C-111 (SU 1751981, C12N 1/12, 10.02.1997) or obtained on its basis the child strains of Chlorella with high antibacterial qualities. The strain of Chlorella vulgaris IFR number C-111 is the parent strain for strain BIN (RU 2192459, C12N 1/12, C02F 3/34 18.04.2001) and strain Parachlorella nurekis 1904 KIEG (301670, C12N 1/2, 19.05.2010). Both are subsidiaries of the strain are planktonic with high bactericidal properties. Chlorella vulgaris BIN that is designed to produce biomass and wastewater treatment, Parachlorella nurekis 1904 KIEG used to destroy the blue-green algae, bacteria and fungi when legalizazii reservoirs. That is ensured by using mosquito's salivary secretions as biologically active substances. To this effect, 20 laboratory mosquitoes are introduced on the skin of the affected udder lobes. The treatment is administered for 3 days every 24h at any time of day.

EFFECT: method provides the 100% clinical effectiveness in latent mastitis, being less labour-consuming and environmentally safe as compared to the other methods.
