The disadvantage of this utility model is that in case of excess torque of the engine does not open kinematic chain, which can lead to breakage of the mechanism. This safety clutch has a low reliability.

This object is achieved in that the safety clutch that contains the driver and driven Cam coupling half, and led mounted on the shaft with movable along the slots in the axial direction, the leading coupling half is attached to the axle with the possibility of free rotation and kinematically connected through a spring-loaded screw on the master hub and the casing of the driven magnets installed, and the driven half coupling is made of a ferromagnetic material.

The essence of the claimed invention is illustrated by drawings, where figure 1 shows a safety clutch in the connected state, and the figure 2 - safety clutch in the open position.

The safety clutch includes a leading Cam the hub 1 and the Cam follower coupling half 2, which is installed on the shaft 3 is movable along the slots in the axial direction, the leading coupling 1 is seated on the axle 4 with the possibility of free rotation and kinematically connected through a spring-loaded screw consisting of a screw 5 is fixed to the axis 4, the end of which is made smooth, and the nut 6, is wound on the screw 5 and located in the leading Cam track, the coupling 1 with the possibility of longitudinal movement relative to the Cam coupling half 1. Safety clutch operates as follows. In the United state of the driven Cam, the hub 2 made of a ferromagnetic material due to the magnetic forces is held in the pulled condition leading to the Cam hub 1, and the Cams of the two coupling halves interact, preventing mutual rotation of Cam coupling halves 1 and 2. In this case, the torque from the main half coupling 1 to the slave coupling half 2 is transmitted through a spring-loaded screw consisting of a screw 5 is fixed to the axis 4, and a nut 6, which is located in the leading Cam track, the coupling 1 with the possibility of longitudinal movement. In this case, the compression spring 7 through the head 8 presses the end face of the driven Cam coupling half 2 with a force less than the force of magnetic interaction between the magnets 10 with a ferromagnetic material driven half coupling 2.

In case of excess transmitted torque of some size increases the longitudinal movement of the nut 6, which compresses the spring 7 on extra value. The force with which the head 8 presses the end face of the driven Cam on�of mufti 2, may exceed the strength of the magnetic interaction between magnets 10 with a ferromagnetic material driven half coupling 2, resulting in 8 head, moving over the smooth part of the screw 5, will disconnect the leading coupling half 1 and the driven coupling half 2, which, moving through the slots in the axial direction, are attracted by the magnets 11 to the inner surface of the casing 9, which will lead to inhibition and a complete stop of the driven shaft 3. The presence of magnetic forces between the magnets 11 mounted on the inner surface of the casing 9, and a ferromagnetic material driven half coupling 2 will prevent accidental inclusion of a safety coupling.

After operation of the safety clutch inspect the mechanism to identify and address the causes that led to the increase in torque, after which the coupling halves can be joined manually or by using an additional mechanism for providing translational movement of a driven half coupling 2 through the shaft 3.

Application of claimed invention allows to increase the reliability of safety clutch.

The chassis of a military caterpillar vehicle contain a frame, a power unit, a power gear including a fan drive with a friction clutch and a cooling system with a fan, and fire protection equipment with an automatic control unit. The fan is secured on a driving hub made with a friction surface. A pressure plate is designed so as to interact with the friction surface of the driving hub. A driven hub is made as a whole with a body of a bearing and is equipped with a cartridge located in its inner cavity and able to rotate around its axis. A chamber forming container is assembled in the cartridge; and an exploder as a source of pneumatic energy is installed in the said container. At that the container is designed with an orifice hole communicating the inner cavity of the container with the chamber and rigidly connected to the driven hub. A feature of electric blasting of the charge of an explosive substance of the exploder is secured to a flange of the container. The said feature is made as a lock with a core. The core is electrically connected with the said automatic control unit, and the lock is equipped with a spring which presses the core to a detonating cap of the exploder.
