SUBSTANCE: centrifugal swirler of a centrifugal swirl atomiser is fitted by an intensifier for fluid flow swirling provided with a fairing of conical shape. A conical flow spreader is rigidly attached to the confuser coaxially to the intensifier. The upper perforated part of the flow spreader cone passes inside the surface of the confuser fitted by perforation. The vertex of the perforated part of the spreader cone touches the vertex of the fairing cone.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying by means of increased spray cone.

The invention relates to the atomization of liquids, solutions.

The closest technical solution to the claimed object is a fuel injector according to the patent of Russian Federation №2482925, F02C 7/24, comprising a housing with a chamber turbulence and the nozzle liner (prototype).

The disadvantage of this nozzle is that it does not provide a wide spray.

The technical result - improving the efficiency of atomization by increasing the spray.

This is achieved in that in a centrifugal vortex nozzle, comprising a housing with a chamber turbulence and the nozzle, the body is made in the form of the inlet fitting with a hole for supplying the liquid from the highway, and coaxially connected with it a cylindrical sleeve with an external thread, and coaxially with the housing in its lower part connected by a sleeve with an internal thread of the nozzle, made in the form of a centrifugal swirl of fluid flow in the form of deaf cylindrical insert with at least three tangential inlets in the form of cylindrical holes, in this case the sleeve is part of the nozzle and installed coaxially aligned relative to the centrifugal swirler and the end surface of the centrifugal swirler is made conical hole, coaxially deaf cylindrical swirler insert, which is mounted in a cylindrical chamber to�of Cusa with the formation of an annular cylindrical chamber for supplying fluid to the tangential inlets of the centrifugal swirl, moreover, the tangential inlets are in the form of channels, tangentially situated to the inner surface of deaf cylindrical insert, and the centrifugal swirler is installed intensifier of the swirling fluid flow, which is executed in the form of a rod, one end of which is fixed on the blank round cylindrical surface of the swirler insert with the screw, and at the other end of which is mounted the second swirl flow formed in the form of a sleeve with external screw thread, coarse-pitch trapezoidal profile and is secured by internal threads on the rod with a conical fairing.

Fig.1 is a diagram of the centrifugal swirler of Fig.2 - a section a-A of Fig.1.

Centrifugal vortex nozzle (Fig.1) includes a housing 1, which is made in the form of the inlet fitting with a hole for supplying fluid from the highway and coaxially connected with him cylindrical sleeve 2 with an external thread 3.

Coaxially with the housing 1 in its lower part is connected through the sleeve 4 threaded nozzle 5 in the form of a centrifugal swirl 6 fluid flow in the form of deaf cylindrical insert with at least three tangential inlets 13 in the form of cylindrical holes (Fig.2). The sleeve 4 is part of the nozzle 5 and is installed coaxially and aligned �the elations to the centrifugal swirl 6. In the end surface of the centrifugal swirler 6 are tapered hole 8, coaxially deaf cylindrical insert of the swirler 6.

Centrifugal swirl ring 6 is mounted in a cylindrical chamber 9 of the housing with the formation of an annular cylindrical chamber 7 for supplying fluid to the tangential inlets 13 of the centrifugal swirler 6, wherein the tangential inlets 13 are in the form of channels, tangentially situated to the inner surface of deaf cylindrical insert.

In a centrifugal swirl 6 is an intensifier of the swirling fluid flow, which is executed in the form of a rod 11, one end of which is fixed on the blank round cylindrical surface of the swirler insert 6 with the screw 10, and at the other end of which is mounted the second swirl flow 12, made in the form of a sleeve with external screw thread, coarse-pitch trapezoidal profile and is secured by internal threads 11 on the rod with the cowl 14 of conical shape. Coaxially to the body of the nozzle 5, to his cut in the lower part, is rigidly attached to the nozzles 15, having on the inner surface of the screw thread, coarse-pitch trapezoidal profile (not shown) having a direction opposite to the intensifier 12 the swirling fluid flow.

Coaxially intensifier twist 12 of fluid flow, with �bagatellen 14 of conical shape, the nozzles 15 is rigidly attached to the conical flow divider 17, the upper perforated portion 16 of the cone of the flow divider 17 includes inside surface of the diffuser 15, made with perforations and the top of the perforated section 16 of the cone divider 17 is in contact with the apex of the cone of the fairing 14.

Centrifugal vortex nozzle operates as follows.

In the cavity of the deaf cylindrical elements performing the function of the centrifugal swirler 6 of the liquid, formation of a vortex that picks up the stream of fluid flowing from canyonscope throttle openings 8. Swirling flow of fluid in the cavity of the insert is formed by the mixing of the jets issuing from tangentially directed channels 13. At the exit from the cavity insert is formed by a fluid flow, characterized by a constant tangential velocity. Thus the angular velocity of the swirling fluid flow in the channel of the nozzle 5 of the nozzle determines the angle of the spray pattern generated by the gas-droplet stream.

The magnitude of the tangential velocity in the cavity of the insert depends on the ratio of the total cross-sectional area of the tangential channels 13 and the sectional area of the axial conical throttle openings 8. Intensive formation of cavitation bubbles in the swirling flow of the liquid occurs in intensifica�'or the swirling fluid flow, which is made in the form of a rod 11, the second end of which is mounted the swirl flow 12, made in the form of a sleeve with external screw thread, coarse-pitch trapezoidal profile. In the nozzles 15 of the inner surface has a screw thread, coarse-pitch trapezoidal profile having a direction opposite to the intensifier 12 the swirling fluid flow. A mixture of two vortex flows at the output contributes to the formation of cavitation bubbles in the swirling flow of fluid and thereby increases the spray liquid. In this case rigidly attached to the nozzles 15 of the conical divider 17 flow increases its melkodispersnoi.

SUBSTANCE: swirl injector comprises a casing with an auger pressed therein and a fluid feed union, the casing consists of two coaxial and coupled cylindrical sleeves: larger-diameter and smaller-diameter sleeves. The auger is rigidly fixed with the inner surface of the smaller diameter sleeve and is set inside the said sleeve coaxially to it; the outer auger surface represents a screw groove and, at least, two rows of through bores arranged concentrically along the circumferences are made inside the auger. Note that every said row has, at least, three bores while bore diameters decrease from the auger axis to peripheral bores. Larger-diameter sleeve comprises a union rigidly and coaxially fixed therein. The said union has a coaxial cylindrical bore changing into axially symmetric diffuser communicated with a cylindrical chamber formed by the inner surface of the smaller-diameter sleeve and the end face surface of the auger. SUBSTANCE: in swirl atomizer central hole is made in the first plate of the plate baffle. In the second solid plate a nozzle bush is installed coaxially with this central hole. The nozzle bush is made as washer with orifice holes located from the central orifice hole at the concentric circles. Center of circles coincides with center of the central orifice hole. Centers of the peripheral orifice holes are located at concentric circles. Number of the peripheral orifice holes increases from central orifice hole. Diameters of the orifice holes correspondingly decrease from center of the central orifice hole to periphery. Number of the peripheral orifice holes depends on viscosity of the sprayed liquid and required degree of dispersion of the sprayed liquid flow.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of liquid atomizing due to reduced hydraulic resistance of the atomizer at keeping the flow characteristics, provision for homogeneous mixing with the inflow medium.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for forming a dome-shaped liquid film comprises a receptacle, a feed pipe vertically passing through said receptacle and a baffle plate with a cowling, connected to the feed pipe by a honeycomb. The baffle plate is mounted by its lower end in the cowling and is attached to the cowling through a threaded joint. The upper part of the feed pipe is fitted with a cylindrical connecting pipe made of elastic material, one end of the connecting pipe attached to the feed pipe by a clamp and the other end freely adjoining the edge of the baffle plate.

EFFECT: apparatus enables to control the thickness of the film, the dimensions and shape of the liquid dome by varying excess pressure of the liquid in the feed pipe, as well as safe operation of the apparatus.
