FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: universal rotor is referred to machine building, in particular, to the production of rotors for windmills, hydroturbines, screw propellers, fans and aircrafts. A universal rotor comprises at least two bow-shaped blades which are set around the rotor rotation axis 3 and each of them is connected to a fastener installed along the rotor rotation axis 3. The generatrix of the cambered side surface 1 of the bow-shaped blade is located close to the plane parallel to the rotor rotation axis 3. The upper edge of the cambered side surface 1 of the bow-shaped blade is connected with the edge of the concave side surface 2 of the bow-shaped blade. The concave surface 2 of the bow-shaped blade without sharp bends and corners is inclined from the rotor rotation axis in the direction to the base of this blade. The edge of the concave side surface 2 of the bow-shaped blade is connected with the upper edge of the cambered side surface 1 of the bow-shaped blade at an angle. The opposite edge of the concave side surface 2 of the bow-shaped blade is connected with the cambered side surface 1 of the adjoining bow-shaped blade at an angle.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at the reduction of energy flow's energy losses.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to the production of rotors for wind turbines, hydro turbines, propellers, fans, and aircraft.

Known rotor (p. RU №2419726, F03D 1/00), which contains at least two arcuate blades which are arranged separately around the axis of rotation of the rotor and each of which is connected with the fastening element in the form of a hub with a shaft disposed along the axis of rotation of the rotor. Concave arcuate side surface of the blade connected with their edges curved arcuate side surface of the blade. Line the surfaces of the blades near their upper edges located opposite to the energy flow along the axis of rotation of the rotor, without sharp bends and angles tilted from the axis of rotation of the rotor toward the base of the blade and to the axis of rotation of the rotor.

Coincide with the essential features of the known rotor at least two arcuate blades which are arranged around the axis of rotation of the rotor and each of which is connected with the fastening element along the axis of rotation of the rotor. Concave arcuate side surface of the blade is connected along its edge with the upper edge of the curved side surface of the blade in an arcuate line, which without sharp bends and angles tilted from the axis of rotation of the rotor in the direction of OS�the stripes of this blade and to the axis of rotation of the rotor.

When rotating blades of the known rotor part of the energy flow forms immediately behind the upper edge of the concave arcuate side surface of the blade turbulent flows excessive intensity that contributes to excessive energy exchange of this part of the energy flow and the blades and, consequently, excessive inhibition of the blade.

The basis of the invention tasked with improving the known rotor, which by changing the design reduced the intensity of turbulent flows over the upper edge of the concave arcuate side surface of the blade, their energy exchange with the blade and, consequently, reduced the inhibition of the blade.

Known rotor (p. WO2012112075, F03D 1/06), selected as the closest analogue that contains at least two arcuate blades which are arranged around the axis of rotation of the rotor and each of which is connected with the fastening element in the form of a disk with a shaft disposed along the axis of rotation of the rotor. Forming a curved arcuate side surface of the blade is located in a plane which is parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor. The upper edge of the curved lateral surface of the arcuate blade is connected with the edge of the concave arcuate side surface of the blade, which is made parallel to its curved lateral surface.

Coincide with creatures�prisoners who had been signs of known rotor at least two arcuate blades which are arranged around the axis of rotation of the rotor and each of which is connected with the fastening element along the axis of rotation of the rotor. Forming a curved arcuate side surface of the blade is close to the plane parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor. The upper edge of the curved lateral surface of the arcuate blade is connected with the edge of the concave arcuate side surface of the blade.

The disadvantage of this rotor is that when using the flow of energy interacts with the front obstacle, and on the concave surface of the blades acts primarily turbulent energy flux, which leads to increased losses of energy of the energy flow.

The basis of the invention tasked with improving the known rotor, which by changing the design of the energy flow directly interacts with the concave surface of the blades, which ensures the reduction of energy losses and energy flow.

The tasks are solved by the fact that the universal rotor, which contains at least two arcuate blades which are arranged around the axis of rotation of the rotor and each of which is connected with the fastening element along the axis of rotation of the rotor, forming a curved side surface of the arcuate Lopes�and is located close to the plane, which is parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor, the upper edge of a curved arcuate side surface of the blade is associated with the edge of the concave arcuate side surface of the blade according to the invention the concave arcuate surface of the blade without sharp bends and angles tilted from the axis of rotation of the rotor in the direction towards the base of this blade, the connection edge of the concave arcuate side surface of the blade with the top edge curved arcuate side surface of the blade is at an angle, the opposite edge of the concave arcuate side surface of the blade is connected at an angle with a curved lateral surface adjacent arcuate vane.

The combination of the above basic characteristics of the universal rotor provides a reduction in the intensity of turbulent flows over the upper edge of the arcuate blade due to the location of curved arcuate side surface of the blade parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor and the direction of the energy flow. Also the flow of energy directly and efficiently interacts with the concave surface of each arcuate vane due to the location of this surface at an angle to the axis of rotation of the rotor and the direction of the energy flow. The universal rotor, which is claimed, not only combines the positive qualities of analogues. Thanks �the connection without sharp bends and angles of the tilted concave arcuate side surface of the blade with a curved lateral surface adjacent arcuate vane, generatrix of which is parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor, there is formed an additional positive effect is the flow of energy is directed to the edge of the swept plane of the rotor without the formation of excessive turbulence and before going beyond the boundaries of this plane it transfers its energy to the rotor. This effect increases with increase in the optimal number of blades that define the known means of construction.

Universal rotor comprises three arcuate blades with curved side surfaces 1 and concave sides 2, which are arranged around the axis 3 of rotation of the rotor and are connected near its base to the shaft 4. The shaft 4 may be bow-shaped fastening element of the blades at their height, and connected to an electric generator or motor, not shown. Forming a curved side surface 1 is located close to the plane that is parallel to the axis 3. Concave side surface 2 without sharp bends and angles tilted from the axis 3 in the direction to the arcuate base of the blade, with one edge of the concave side surface 2 is associated with the upper edge of the curved side surface 1, and the opposite edge of the concave side surface 2 is connected with a curved side�howl surface 1 adjacent arcuate vane.

Universal rotor operates as follows.

When using the universal rotor consisting of a wind turbine it is placed horizontally towards the wind flow. Wind flow is incident at an angle on the concave side of the arcuate surface 2 of the blades and sends them a part of its mechanical energy. As a consequence, universal rotor, shown in the drawings, rotates on the shaft 4 about the axis 3 in a counterclockwise direction. But the effects of wind flow on curved side surfaces limited 1 negligible for the power scattered threads. Thus, we achieve efficient conversion of the movement of the wind into rotational motion of the universal rotor.

Similar to that presented above universal rotor can operate as turbine parts small or large hydroelectric plant.

When using the universal rotor, for example, as parts fan, propeller of a ship or helicopter, its shaft connected to the engine.

Universal rotor, which is claimed, was successful experimental trials that have demonstrated its ability to rotate at the speed of wind flow is less than 0.3 m/s, and at speeds that exist at the sites of industrial wind power.

The central and external sections synchronously rotate on a driven shaft.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to axial pumps or compressors used turbojet engines. Proposed pump or compressor consists of rotor 2 with vanes 5 and stator 1 with guide vanes. In the pump lengthwise axis, vanes 5 are inclined towards the flow and/or axis of blade 5 makes geometrical location of points whereat, in each of them, the moment of radial-longitudinal component of aerodynamic force is equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to centrifugal force moment. To compensate for bending moment of aerodynamic forces acting on vane 5, centrifugal force is used. To this effect, vane 5 either deflects towards appropriate side or has corresponding flexure in lengthwise and crosswise planes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumps production and covers the design of the axial-diagonal screw pump impeller design. The pump impeller incorporates the blades fitted on a taper hollow sleeve with its inlet furnished with bypass channels and its outlet accommodating the elements of hydrodynamic or slot-like seal. The diameter of the impeller tapered outer surface, described by the running blades, increases from inlet to outlet, the taper angle being equal to 10°÷40°. The impeller smoothly bent blades form diffuser channels. The blade helical surfaces are designed with a variable pitch along the impeller radius and length in compliance with a certain relation defined by mathematical expressions.

SUBSTANCE: honeycomb rotor incorporates a hub or a bush with a central axis, at least, one tubular cylinder (TC) arranged concentric on the hub and, at least, four connecting elements (CE). The said elements pass through the hub and TC or between adjacent TCs and have the lines of connection to the hub and TC along the rotor length. CE and TC form a trapezoid in the rotor cross-section with lateral sides being formed by CEs and the bases formed by the TC sections between adjacent CEs. The trapezoids are arranged one above the other forming the rotor honeycomb structure. The CE connection lines along the rotor length are helical lines relative to the hub central axis. Trapezoid cross-section helical channels are formed between TC and CE. The number of CEs between the following adjacent TCs increases with the increase in their diameter. The total surface area of the said helical channels is two or more times greater than the rotor total inlet surface. The rotor is additionally furnished with a truncated-cone element connected to the inlet of the extreme outer TC.

SUBSTANCE: it may find application at manufacturing of welded mounts of two or three metallic elements particular of fans in a turbo-jet engine. The elements of the T-shaped mount is connected from outside with laser welding for one pass. The welding is fulfilled with the aid of a two-focus welding head (20), whose two axles (21) are parallel to the surface of the element forming the support of the T-shaped mount. The welding is fulfilled along the whole length of the mount.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and wind energetics. Rotor of the segmental electric generator includes shaft, hub, rim and magnetic cores in form of two angle connections of straps, one is inside the other one. The straps have fixtures for securing on the rim. Technical result is improvement of the generator efficiency upon minimisation of its price as the rotor is magnetically interacts with the stator via two air gaps: outside and inside, thus reducing magnetic dispersion. Additional electromotive force increasing is due to additional rotor elements only, at that the magnetic field source is the same.

SUBSTANCE: windwheel blade includes tubular spar and sections into which a blade is divided along the span. Spar is made so that it is lowered from the blade outline. Sections include covers and ribs. Sections include connection profiles arranged between covers and flanges of spar and connection parts installed on webs of ribs, which are attached to the above profiles. Connection parts are attached by means of fasteners to spar webs. Adjacent sections are connected by means of connection straps to each other with possibility of mutual movement. Connection profiles in them are disconnected from spar flanges. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies and devices of conversion and generation of kinetic energy of gas and fluid flows into mechanical and formation of flows from energy mechanism driving. The rotary device contains a barrel 4, rigidly fastened on the power takeoff shaft, vanes 8-11, in pairs fixed on the shafts 5, 6. The shafts 5, 6 are designed with a possibility of independent from each other rotation around of own longitudinal axes. The drum 4 is placed in the body 1, containing a spheric ring part and end surfaces containing a section, made as a truncated cone fixed with a wide base with edges of spheric parts of the body 1. The narrow base is placed in a cavity of the spheric part of the body 1 and is equipped with a round plate placed in parallel to ends of the drum 4, with a hole, through which the power takeoff shaft passes with a possibility of rotation. Vanes 8-11 have the axisymmetric shape. The cross-section of the cavity of the body 1 is overlapped with a partition fastened with an internal spheric surface of the body 1 and side conic surfaces of its end parts. The partition with a transversal slot is designed with a possibility for the vane 8-11 to pass through it, which is unfolded in a diameter plain of the spherical part of the body 1.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increase of completeness of flow conversion into mechanical energy.
