The crabs are placed in a container with their legs pressured to their bodies, at least in two layers. The lower layer is placed on the pad of porous elastic material wetted by sea water, after which each crab is closed on the top and crimped with the coating of a similar material, separating from each other. The cold source is used as small-sized cold accumulators, which are poured into the volume of the container not occupied by the crabs and the coating. After filling the container its joints are sealed. The containers, preferably not one by one, are hermetically packaged in a flexible thermally insulated material termofol, and then transported to the consumer.

The invention relates to the fishing industry and can be used for transporting cold-water crustaceans live. In particular, this method is applicable for Kamchatka, blue or barbed and other cold-water fishing of crabs and Griboedov.

The increasing development in the world, including in Russia, acquires aquaculture system in which the aquatic animals are contained outside the bounds of the natural habitats on which they depend, in the vicinity of large cities, for subsequent sale to consumers in a living form. In this regard there is a need to develop effective means of transporting the caught crab from the fishery to the place of distribution or later use as the object of aquaculture. Today it is widely used in transportation of aquatic organisms, particularly crustaceans, in containers with water, provided with a supply of air or oxygen. However, this method of transporting live crab requires complex equipment to maintain the required environment and clean water from waste products. In addition, the water tanks are heavy.

The known method of preservation of live crustaceans (see US No. 2890680, 1957), namely, to maintain temperature and humidity in a closed space through a TRANS�adicheskogo cooling and puffs, containing an aqueous solution of NaCl.

The known method of transportation provides transportation of live crabs for a period of not more than 3 hours.

The technical objective of the claimed invention is to increase transport time live crabs with minimal waste.

There is also known a method of transporting crabs, including their placement in insulated container lined in water-saturated porous material, separating each individual coating of similar material, with maintenance in the transport process temperature not higher than 10°C, due to the use of sources of cold, which is placed in the container (see EN NO. 2350073, A01K 61/00, 2009). Thus every 12 hours the supply of sea water with a temperature of 2-10°C, soak for 15 min and subsequent discharge of water, with sea water from the tank is fed through a feed pipe of the water placed in the container cover, and discharge through nozzle is placed on the side wall of the container. In addition, seawater to flow into the container is enriched with oxygen and used for the regeneration of the sorbent.

The disadvantage of this solution is that although the majority of the time the crabs are taken in anhydrous environment, nevertheless carry out periodic rinsing of the container with clean sea water, so this method of transport Ms.�wow crab requires complex equipment to maintain the required environment and clean water from waste products. In addition, water containers are heavy, reducing the proportion of useful component of the load.

The object of the invention is to simplify the transportation of crabs and a higher proportion of useful component of the load.

The technical result - the provision of opportunities for the transportation of anhydrous crab (without the use of additional volumes of water) and a higher proportion of useful component of the load (increasing the percentage weight of crab compared to the weight of equipment used to transport it).

The problem is solved due to the fact that the method of transportation of crabs, including their placement in insulated container lined in water-saturated porous material, separating each individual coating of similar material, with maintenance in the transport process temperature not higher than 10°C, due to the use of sources of cold, which is placed in the container, characterized in that before transporting the crab enters into a state of suspended animation and is transported in this state, when the insulated container is sealed and in the process of transportation in it maintain temperature control, which excludes the exit of crab from a state of suspended animation. In addition, to enter the crab in a suspended state of the water temperature in the tank where it is contained, is reduced to a level that ensures the transition of this KRA�and in a state of suspended animation, preferably 0-6°C, and/or reduce the oxygen content to a level of 0.3-0.5 of the corresponding normal when the water temperature in the tank, or reduce the salinity of the water below the level that is normal for the habitat of this species of crab. In addition, when placing the crab in the container it is put on the lining, in a state of bringing his paws to the body, after which it is closed at the top and compresses the coating, then if possible multilayer placing the crab on the first crab similarly placed next the crab, then the joints of the container, filled with crab, seal, for example a gas-tight adhesive tape, after which the containers, at least one, sealed in a flexible insulating material termopol, after which the container is transported to the consumer. In addition, as a lining using a sheet of elastomeric synthetic material with open pores, such as foam rubber, about 1 cm thick. in addition, the height of the cavity is isothermal container more of the total thickness of crabs, but less than a value corresponding to the total thickness of crabs in total with a total thickness of linings and coatings. Comparative analysis of the features of the claimed solution with the features of the prototype and analogues indicates compliance of the claimed solution to the criterion "novelty".

For the transport of crabs without water you can use various models of containers, made of airtight material, such as foam or plastic. The size of the container depends on the number of transported crabs, containers are box 1 with a removable cover 2, devoid of holes.

Thus, if to reduce the salinity of the water below the level that is normal for the habitat of this species of crab, will increase the oxygen consumption of the crab and will accelerate the deoxygenation vessel 9. The method is as follows.

At the bottom of the box 1 insulated container is placed a lining 3 of foam soaked in sea water. Creating inside the container low temperature from 0 to 4-6°C and its maintenance is provided by means of the packs. The necessary moisture is ensured by placing into the container a porous material soaked in sea water. While maintaining temperature and humidity conditions in the container are provided with isothermal containers and sealing, and thermal insulating characteristics of the external casing 14.

3. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the sheet linings are used highly elastic synthetic material with open pores, such as foam rubber, about 1 cm thick.

SUBSTANCE: proposed process comprises cultivation of microalgae in accumulation and flow conditions with application of modified Convey medium. At veliger stage, microalgae are used which are cultivated for 17 days in accumulation mode. At veliconcha stage, 10-day microalgae are used which are cultivated in flow mode. At pediveliger stage, microalgae are cultivated for 24 days in accumulation mode.

In 12-13 days-old period larvas are fed with addition of brine shrimp larvas at the rate of not over 0.1 species/ml (once a day). 14th-15th day, larvas are fed with brine shrimp metanauplius while from 18th-19th day feed is complemented with copepod copepodites (0.1 species/ml). 30th-35th day, larvas are fed with inert trial feeding at increase in duration of first feed with inert feed to 3 hours for gradual replacement of feeding with 2-day saturated brine shrimp metanauplius. 40-45-days-old larvas are changed to inert feed at adding of copepod 2 times a week at the rate of at least 100 copepods per larva.

SUBSTANCE: proposed process relates to mariculture and can be used for industrial cultivation of grassostrea gigas in Black Sea nursery. Nursery of the Institute of southern seas biology obtained in 2006 the heterotic hybrids of Crassostrea gigas. Sires represented three-year old mussels of two isolated colonies: Black Sea (inbred line) and Atlantic. Black sea mussels feature more flat shape of the shell: Shell shape index (IF) makes about 2.15 and 2.50. Inbread line was raised by sibs mating and at return mating. In fifth generation, "inbred minimum" was reached which can be decided on at comparison with survival rate of the fourth generation larvas.

EFFECT: higher rate of growth and survival rate compared with Atlantic mussels and inbred line larvas.

The method is intended for producing a base for preparing microbiological culture media from marine raw material and can be used in medicine and industrial microbiology, scientific research and practical work for separating and culturing microorganisms. The method includes preparation of alkaline hydrolysate from shellfish and merging with an acid hydrolysate of fish material in ratio of 1:3-3:1 so that the amount of amine nitrogen is in the range of 600-900 mg%. Hydrolysis of the homogenate of fish material is carried out in an acidic medium. When preparing the acid hydrolysate from fish material, the homogenate of fish material is mixed with 18-20% hydrochloric acid solution to achieve pH 4.5-5.0 and heated to 45-50°C for 22-26 hours, followed by addition of concentrated orthophosphoric acid to achieve residual acid concentration of 2% and heating the homogenate of fish material at 100°C for 22-26 hours and then neutralising the hydrolysate of fish material by adding 40% sodium hydroxide solution to achieve pH 6.8-7.4. When preparing the alkaline hydrolysate from shellfish, 1.0% sodium hydroxide solution is added to the crushed shellfish material in ratio of 1:1 and hydrolysis is carried out at 80°C for 20-24 hours. The shellfish hydrolysate is then neutralised by adding concentrated hydrochloric acid to achieve pH 6.8-7.4. Hydrolysis of the shellfish material is carried out to obtain an amount of amine nitrogen in the range of 240-450 mg%. The acid hydrolysate of fish material is mixed with the alkaline hydrolysate of shellfish before neutralisation of the hydrolysate of fish material with subsequent adjustment of acidity of the biomass to pH 6.8-7.4. Acidity of the obtained base for microbiological culture media is adjusted to pH 7.0.
