The invention relates to medicine, in particular to pharmacology, and can be used for correction of processes of lipid peroxidation of biomembranes and improving the antioxidant status of the warm-blooded organism in conditions of exposure to ultraviolet rays, to find application in experimental medicine and clinical practice.

Known methods of correction of processes of lipid peroxidation and increasing the antioxidant status of the warm-blooded organism in terms of exposure to prooxidant factors the introduction of synthetic drugs antioxidant action - dibunola, tocopherol acetate, Mexidol [1, Mashkovsky M. D. Medicines, 2010], emoxipin [2, V. A. dorovskikh, Antioxidants in the prevention and correction of cold stress, 2000]. The disadvantages of these methods are the need of the use of pharmacological drugs of synthetic origin, having a number of side and toxic effects and relatively high cost.

The known method of correction of lipid peroxidation processes in the experiment including the irradiation region of the xiphoid process of the sternum albino rats electromagnetic terahertz waves at frequencies of 150,176-150,664 GHz at a power density of 0.2 mW/cm2within 30 minutes [3, Patent RF №2393891]. The disadvantage of this method is �necessary special equipment for irradiation of electromagnetic waves.

Known way to increase nonspecific resistance of the organism in the conditions of UV irradiation, to ensure stabilization of processes of peroxide oxidation of lipids of membranes in the body irradiated animals, the introduction of infusion based on the collection of nettle leaves, birch, plantain, oak and flowers of tansy, in the ratio 1:1:1:1:1 [4, RF Patent №2485598]. The disadvantage of this method is multicomponent collect to prepare, providing an antioxidant effect.

Also known a method of improving the antioxidant status of the warm-blooded organism in the conditions of UV irradiation introduction of infusion based on the collection of nettle leaves, birch, plantain, taken in the ratio 1:1:1 [5, Patent RF №2424580]. This technical decision taken by us as a prototype.

The object of the present invention is to expand the Arsenal of tools that allows you to adjust the processes of lipid peroxidation in the background of increased activity of the antioxidant system of warm-blooded organism in the conditions of UV irradiation, based on the available domestic raw materials and increase persistent pharmacological effect in terms of reducing the rate of fotokorrektsii.

The task is solved by developing a new method of correction of peroxidation whether�species under conditions of UV irradiation introduction the infusion of herbs starwort (woodlice). Grass starwort widely spread on the territory of Russia, contains a wide spectrum of biologically active substances. Raw materials used for production, available technology for producing cost-effective, wide range of applications.

The invention consists in that in the method of correcting processes of lipid peroxidation under conditions of ultraviolet irradiation, comprising daily oral administration to laboratory animals the infusion rate of 5 ml/kg 20 minutes before exposure to UV rays, animals injected infusion of the herb starwort, obtained by maceration of 6 g of raw material per 200 ml of boiling water, for 14 days.

The implementation of the method. Experimental animals (rats or mice) in standard conditions of vivarium, 20 minutes before exposure in a UV chamber [6, Patent RF №2348079] administered daily by oral infusion of the herb starwort at the rate of 5 ml/kg for 14 days. On the 15th day of the experiment animals were killed by decapitation.

Infusion starwort grass. The starwort grass were crushed, poured boiling water at the rate of 6 g per 200 ml of water, insisted 60 minutes, filtered, the precipitate was removed, the infusion has cooled.

The results were taken into account by the ratio of the content of peroxidation products (lipid hydroperoxides, diene conjugates, malonic dial�of Egida), the main components of AOS (ceruloplasmin, vitamin E) and the activity of AOS enzymes (glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, catalase) in the blood plasma of rats of the experimental group in comparison with intact animals, control groups and the group prototype at 14 and 28 days of the experiment, treated with standard parametric methods using t-student criterion.

Method made possible the correction of processes of lipid peroxidation under conditions of UV irradiation, based on the decrease in the content of products of radical character and lipid peroxides in the body irradiated rats and the increase of antioxidant activity, in terms of reducing the duration of the course of fotokorrektsii to 14 days in comparison with the prototype.

Investigated the content of peroxidation products in blood plasma of intact rats, control groups, group prototype and experimental animals at 14 and 28 days of the experiment (table 1).

As a result of the conducted researches the content of lipid hydroperoxides in the blood of control (irradiated) animals were significantly higher by 46.6% compared to intact rats (p<0.01), diene conjugates - 53,0% (p<0,05), malondialdehyde - 62.5% (p<0,001), indicating the increase in the intensity of peroxidation processes in the conditions of daily UVR on day 14 of EC�experiment. The level of lipid hydroperoxides in plasma of rats treated amid irradiation infusion of the herb starwort, significantly lower by 20.5% than the control (irradiated) group of animals (p<0.01), diene conjugates - 26.6% (p<0.01), malondialdehyde - by 18.5% (p<0,05). Comparing the results of studies of LPO products in blood of animals of the experimental group with the prototype, we can conclude that the proposed method has a more pronounced effect on the stabilization of the processes of peroxidation on day 14 of the experiment: the level of lipid hydroperoxides in plasma of experimental animals relative to rats of group-prototype of 10.0% is lower diene conjugates - by 16.4%, malondialdehyde - 14.6%.

On day 28 of the experiment, the content of peroxidation products in the blood of control (irradiated) animals were significantly higher in comparison with the intact group of rats: the level of lipid hydroperoxide - by 26.2% (p<0,05), diene conjugates - 28.5% (p<0.01), malondialdehyde - 40.5% (p<0,05). In the blood of animals of the experimental group, the content of lipid hydroperoxide lower by 12.7% relative to the control (p<0,05), diene conjugates - 23.9% (p<0,001), malondialdehyde - by 23.8%. Comparative evaluation of the stabilizing activity against accumulation of products of the radical character of infusion of herbs starwort (EC�experimental group) and infusion of nettle leaves, birch, plantain (prototype) showed practically identical results obtained on day 28 of the experiment.

The increase in the intensity of processes of peroxide oxidation of lipids of membranes under conditions of UV exposure is associated with reduced activity of AOS components in the blood of irradiated animals compared with intact rats on day 14 of the experiment (table 2): the level of ceruloplasmin in the blood of control (irradiated) animals lower by 28.2% (p<0.01), vitamin E - by 31.0% (p<0.01).

In the blood of experimental animals, the content of ceruloplasmin were significantly higher by 19.9% compared with the control group rats (p<0,05), the level of vitamin E - 19.1%) (p<0,05). Comparative evaluation of results of research activity of components of EPA in the blood of animals of the experimental group and the prototype at the end of the second week of the experiment shows a more pronounced antioxidant effect from the infusion of herbs starwort (the content of ceruloplasmin higher by 14.1%, vitamin E - 7.5%).

On day 28 of the experiment under conditions of UV irradiation (control) observed reduced levels of ceruloplasmin by 34.2% compared to the intact group (p<0,001), vitamin E - by 31.2% (p<0.01). In the blood of rats of the experimental group, the content of ceruloplasmin higher relative to control 9.7%, �of itamin E - by 24.9% (p<0,05). Analyzing the investigated parameters in the dynamics, it is important to note that the most persistent pharmacological effect (antioxidant) is registered to the end of the second week of the experiment.

The activity of antioxidant enzymes ultraviolet irradiation varies accordingly to the nature of the variability of the major components by the end of the second and fourth weeks of the experiment (table 3): the activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase in the blood of control rats following a relatively intact group of 21.5% (day 14, p<0,05) and 17.0% (day 28, p<0,05), catalase - 34.4% and 31.6%, respectively (p<0.01). The activity of the enzyme AOC glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase in the blood of experimental group animals on day 14 of the experiment were significantly higher at 20% compared to control (p<0,05), catalase - 34.8% (p<0.01) and decreases slightly towards the end of the experience. Comparative efficacy of infusion of herbs starwort and infusion of nettle leaves, birch, plantain (prior art) shows a predominant activating influence on the state of antioxidant system in the inventive method, and in relation to enzyme activity - both at 14 and 28 day studies.

Thus, experimentally the stabilizing effect of the infusion of herbs starwort on the processes of peroxide oxidation of lepidosiren under conditions of ultraviolet irradiation, based on the decrease in the content of peroxidation products and increased activity of the major components of the antioxidant system in the blood of irradiated animals that give grounds to recommend infusion of the herb starwort to application for correction of processes of lipid peroxidation in the background ultraviolet radiation.

Overall, based on the obtained experimental results, the proposed method (injection of the infusion of herbs starwort) provides the reduced rate of fotokorrektsii peroxidation processes in the conditions of UV exposure for up to 14 days in comparison with the prototype, showing a more pronounced pharmacological (antioxidant) effect.

The technical result of the invention is to reduce the duration of the course of fotokorrektsii peroxidation processes up to 14 days in comparison with the prototype ultraviolet irradiation under conditions of oral administration of infusion starwort grass for their antioxidant activity.

Method of correction of processes of peroxide oxidation of lipids of membranes under conditions of ultraviolet irradiation, comprising daily oral administration to laboratory animals the infusion rate of 5 ml/kg 20 minutes before exposure to ultraviolet rays, characterized in that the infusion is produced by infusion of 6 g herb starwort n� 200 ml of boiling water for 60 minutes, the duration of the course of fotokorrektsii is 14 days.

After the second food intake exercises on training apparatuses, procedures of press-therapy, electrolypolysis and myostimulation are realised. After the third food intake exercises of therapeutic physical training or aerobics are performed. After the fourth food intake a rest in form of a walk, a halotherapy session, combined with a session of relaxation therapy are realised. After the fifth food intake a course of strip-plastic is carried out. After the sixth food intake massage by manual application with a peloid-based mixture or manual massage with honey is carried out. After the seventh food intake an infra-red sauna, shower, phytobath with medicinal herbs, honey, ginger, lemon juice is taken. After the eighth food intake a shower is taken.
