FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: punch for broaching is made as a body of rotation with two holes. The outer diameter of the punch is alternating. The said diameter at the punch length section from its front end face being equal to the inner diameter of the produced hollow billet is equal to the said inner diameter of the hollow billet. Along the remaining length section, the punch diameter is constant and is by 2 mm less than the inner diameter of the hollow billet. One of the holes is through, has the diameter alternating by the length and the axis matching the punch axis. The diameter of the said hole at the length section from the punch front end face equal to its maximal outer diameter is equal to 2/3 of the said punch diameter. Along the remaining length section, the hole diameter is constant and is by 2 mm greater than the hole diameter at its length from the punch front end face. The second hole is fitted by an axis crossing the punch axis at the right angle. The axis of the second hole is set at the distance from the punch front end face equal to 4/5 of the punch length. The diameter of the second hole is constant along the whole hole length and is equal to 5 mm.

EFFECT: improved quality of broached billets due to the reduction of their wall thickness variation and elimination of faults, reduction of friction at the outer and inner surface of the punch.

The invention relates to the field of metal forming, namely, to the punches to the firmware on the presses in the container with the matrix or no matrix and can be used during piercing of billets, including continuous cast, on horizontal and vertical presses.

A known design of a hollow prosignia (Y. A. Titov, A. Titov, Free forging. Basic operations and technology). Proseven used to forge the firmware, i.e. without the container. When the firmware prosigner this structure, the metal flows into the hole of prosignia and compresses the air inside proshivka. This leads to obstruction of flow of metal in the hole prosignia and to increase the efforts of the firmware. The presence of compressed air inside prosignia can lead to the destruction of proshivka.

Known design of Proshina (patent SU 946768 published 30.07.1982, Bulletin No. 28). Due to the use of the conical working surface in the hole of prosignia creates an additional resistance to the flowing of metal in the cavity of the punch. This increases the force required to convert the firmware.

Known design of Proshina (patent SU 1238871 A1, published 23.06.1986, Bulletin No. 23). Proseven used to forge the firmware, i.e. without the container. Proseven compound requires the use of extension arms and rings, which complicates the operation.

And�known design prosignia (SU 1530316 A1, published 23.12.1989, Bulletin No. 47). The tool is used to forge the firmware of the workpiece, i.e. the firmware without the container. Due to narrowing of the openings of proshivka to half its length, measured from the front end, there is an additional resistance to the flowing metal into the cavity of prosignia, resulting in increased efforts of the firmware.

Known design of Smith prosignia (patent SU 555964 published 30.04.1977, Bulletin No. 6). Available in the basis of prosignia cylindrical recess allows to flow into him, a limited amount of metal. Filling the recesses with metal when the firmware changes the scheme of the stress-strain state of metal stitching of the workpiece. This will lead to increased efforts and incomplete removal of defects of the axial zone of drilled ingot or continuous casting.

An object of the invention is to improve the quality of the inner surface of the resulting cartridges by removing defects of continuously cast billets, reducing the force on the plunger, the reduction of the varying wall thickness of the sleeves, as well as reduced friction on the outer and inner surface of the punch.

The technical result is achieved in that in the proposed design of the punch, which has the shape of the rotation body has a through hole (Fig.1, 1), the axis of which coincides with the axis rotations�ment of the punch. The hole diameter is variable, the length equal to the inner diameter of the resulting sleeve, measured from the front end of the punch is equal to 2/3 of the maximum outer diameter of the punch, then increases by 2 mm and remains constant for the remaining length of the punch, thereby reducing the friction on the inner surface of the punch. During piercing of billets in the hole flows into the metal of the axial zone containing defects and discontinuities, which, therefore, are not transferred to the inner surface of the sleeve. The metal flows into the hole of the punch, compacted, worked out by deforming, acquiring the shape of a cylinder. The result obtained: the sleeve is a hollow tubular workpiece, the otter is in the form of a rod that you can use, including during subsequent forming processes of. Reduce effort compared to using a solid punch can be achieved by decreasing the area of contact between the end face of the punch sew with metal. The decline of the varying wall thickness of the resulting shell casings is achieved due to the greater stability of the hollow punch compared with a solid punch. When flashing a hollow punch metal flows not only along the surface of the punch, but inside him, creating this guide, and increasing the resistance of the punch and its resistance to buckling. For the mind�of nisene friction on the outer surface of the punch outer diameter is made variable: length equal to the diameter of the resulting sleeve, measured from the front end of the punch, the outer diameter of the punch is equal to the diameter of the resulting liner, then the diameter is reduced by 2 mm and remains constant throughout the remaining length of the punch. In the proposed design of the punch made the second hole - through - 5 mm in diameter (Fig.1, 2), the same diameter throughout its length. The rotation axis of the second hole intersects the axis of rotation of the punch at right angles and located at a distance equal to 4/5 of the length of the punch from its front end. The hole was intended to air during flowing of metal inside the plug was not tightened, preventing the flow of metal, and came out through the hole.

The use of the punch of the proposed design does not require changing technology firmware cartridges and equipment of the piercing press.

The use of the invention will reduce the force on the plunger, the reduction of the varying wall thickness and number of defects on the inner surface of the resulting shell casings.

An example of the use of the punch of the proposed design is the firmware on the press billets. The experiments were carried out on a hydraulic press force 400 kN of the Department TOTP nust "MISIS". For firmware used a hollow punch with holes for air outlet. The diameter of the hollow punch was 10 mm, diametrically - 6 mm, hole depth - 80 mm (Fig.2). Also used a solid punch with a diameter of 10 mm (Fig.2). Pierced lead billets with a diameter of 40 mm and height 60 mm, some of the blanks were composite (Fig.3).

Experiments have shown that the process of firmware hollow punch of the press is flowing steadily. The metal flows into the hollow hole punch to a depth approximately equal to the initial height of the workpiece (Fig.4). In addition to receive a hollow tubular workpiece in the form of waste received otter (Fig.5), the diameter of which was equal to the diameter of the axial hole of the hollow punch.

When flashing solid and hollow punches recorded the change efforts of the firmware. Found that when flashing a hollow punch of the force on 8-10% lower (Fig.6) than when the firmware is solid.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal deformation processes and can be used for production of large seamless pipes on hydraulic presses. The ingot is calibrated by pushing it through a ring matrix. The matrix is made by the conical piercing container lower base diameter. At the same time the bar bottom part is deformed to form a mark in the centre. Then the bar is pressed in a conical piercing container on the side of the bar mark when it is centred along the container axis. At the same time in the centre of the pressed bar a mark is made for a piercing punch. Then at least one piercing is made on the side of the pressed bar bottom part. The resultant pierced bar is subjected to pulling.

EFFECT: reduced variation in wall thickness in the received tubes, reduced metal consumption, and complexity of manufacturing and expansion of assortment of tube lengths.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and may be used in moulding complex-shape articles from aluminium alloys by thixomoulding. Billet is deformed in closed mould at press. Billet is pierced by top male die and bottom fixed male die. At the same time, deformed metal is supported by press pusher forced downward by metal pressure. Note here that cavity for surplus metal is formed. Then die forging is carried out by acting by pusher on surplus metal. SUBSTANCE: work piece is broached in cold condition with upper and lower deforming tools. Broaching is carried out in two stages. One of deforming tools initially performs progressive motion to the moment of rapid increase of deforming force and makes a bridge. Ratio of bridge thickness to diameter of the deforming tool is 1/3…1/4. Further, the same deforming tool performs progressive motion simultaneously with its rotation or with rotation of the second deforming tool. Deforming tools of various diameter are used for fabrication of parts with stepped internal surface.

SUBSTANCE: processed part is opened in core area with the help of serial forging deformations displaced at the angle relative to each other around part axis and simultaneously is placed on piercer. At that in process of forging deformations processed part is pressed to piercer with previously specified force, and piercer is moved towards this axial force, and in intervals between forging deformations following one after another it is returned in initial position synchronously with axial feed of processed part. Method is realised in device that comprises at least two forging tools that are diametrically opposite in relation to processed part, grip head with end support, axial feed and rotary drives. There is also piercer that moves axially with the help of actuator from the side of forging tools, and also working cylinder that serves for support of processed part.

SUBSTANCE: by means of preliminary hammer stamping, preliminary forged piece is produced with tapered hub piece. Then final forged piece is molded with tapered hub piece by stamping in trimming press with burr cutting and punching of deep cavity. Heights of hub portions in preliminary and final forged pieces are equal to each other. Angle of preliminary forged piece hub portion taper exceeds angle of final forged piece tapered hub portion cone. At that difference between volume of tapered cone that creates tapered hub portion of preliminary forged piece and volume of truncated taper that creates tapered hub portion of final forged piece, is equal to volume of punched deep cavity. Punching is done with expansion of preliminary forged piece hub portion.

EFFECT: higher quality of forged pieces and lower power inputs in their manufacture.

Flats of proposed device are secured their appropriate holders by clamps. Flats have grooves to accommodate clamps while side flat holders have recesses for fixation of flats. L- or U-like clamps can be coupled with uncoupled from flats with the help of springs fitted in bores made in flat holders. Clamps can be retained, at uncoupling from flats, on either flat holders or coupling studs extending there through. At least one key is made on clamp surface on the side of side flat holders. At least one grieve is made on the surface of side flats and side flat holders.

EFFECT: flats can be detached from holders without removal the clamps.

SUBSTANCE: die includes upper and lower halves with prints forming a stream, a box and a flash bridge. The bridge is made by connection of a horizontal section to a section formed by a projection on one half of the die by a bore on the other half of the die. The projection is restricted by some part of a circle with radius R1, and the bore is made with radius R2. Centre of bore radius R2 is offset relative to the centre of projection radius R1 to the zone of the stream with larger surface areas of cross sections along the perimeter of the flash bridge and to the side from the zone of the stream with smaller surface areas of cross sections. With that, offset is performed by a value that is variable along the perimeter of the flash bridge and does not exceed 0.8h, where h - design height of the flash on the flash bridge.

SUBSTANCE: stock is exposed to closed deposition in a matrix channel and double-sided extrusion. Extrusion is carried out into upper and lower wedge cavities formed by upper and lower wedge puncheons. Then the specified puncheons are extracted from the matrix channel and turned around the axis by the angle 180°. By means of these puncheons they perform the subsequent loading of the stock with filling of the upper and lower wedge cavities at the other side. The cycle is repeated, afterwards wedge puncheons are replaced to puncheons with an end surface arranged perpendicularly to the axis of the stock. Closed deposition is carried out giving initial shape to the stock. Wedge puncheons and matrix channel have round or rectangular shape.

EFFECT: invention excludes formation of cracks, cavities, folds and clamps in a stock and provides for higher resistance and operability of a device.

Hollow actuating centre is intended for radial squeezer for reduction of pipe billet with inner chamfer on one end. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blacksmith's work and can be used for making large-sized forged-pieces like discs, hubs, covers and bottoms. Proposed hammer comprises stationary and suspended parts connected by rods. Stationary part has cylindrical or prismatic shape with saw-like circular surface groove. Said rods are articulated with suspended part and engaged with stationary part by pivots. The latter enter said saw-like groove to displace therein. Center of gravity of every rod is displaced from the line that passes through hinge axis and pivot axis. Note here that said displacement occurs in symmetry about stationary part axis. This allows the turn of hammer suspended part after every reduction.

Split followers have horizontal opening to make said intake and radial cavities for blades. Axial force is applied to blank both ends by male dies arranged on both sides. Blank is strained unless a complete filling of blade cavities to produce multiple-piece forged piece. Forged piece consist of blades connected by butt-end. Forged piece is withdrawn from the mould to detach the blades from butt-end.

Hard alloy insertion is composed by several sections made in form of trapezoidal-section prisms which have cut angles at their non-working edges. Number of sections corresponds to number of faces of item to be headed. Cuts of angles are made symmetrically to faces of working edge. Slits are made in several places of multifaced hole bushing at the ponts where faces cross each other.
