1. The technical field TO WHICH the INVENTION RELATES

The present invention relates to a module for the extraction of juice for juicers, and more specifically, to the module of extraction of juice for juicer with an improved structure capable of eliminating the inconvenience consists in the fact that the product is subject to cutting before the product is introduced into the juicer.

2. DESCRIPTION of the PRIOR art

In General, the juicer includes a main body and a module for the extraction of the juice is mounted on the main body. Module extraction juice includes a container having a space for the extraction of juice, the cover having an inlet opening through which product is introduced into the container, the screw to squeeze the juice out of the product in the container and a sieve to separate the juice and pomace from each other.

The main body includes a drive motor for rotating the screw, and the shaft drive motor connected to the screw in the module of extraction of juice. In a regular juicer product is subject to the cutting of such a size that the screw could extract the juice.

However, there are problems, namely, the fact that the pulverization, when using floats, is achieved at a speed higher than a normal low speed juicer, and also the consumer needs to push the product against the grater with great force to prevent rotation of the product because of their high-speed grater.

In addition, since conventional juicer's cutting the product and then grind the chopped pieces of the product, while they push against the screen in the process of extraction of juice, a sieve may deform presses cut in pieces.

This deformation destroys the cast product designed to fit the shape of the sieve, or weakens the bond between the cast product and a sieve to create a gap between the cast product and the sieve, causing the leakage of pomace and decreasing the efficiency of juice extraction.

Summary of the INVENTION

Therefore, the object of the present invention �consists in to ensure the module of extraction of juice for juicer in which the design of the pulverization product is previously provided in the cap and the screw to eliminate the uncomfortable procedure of preliminary retromania or cutting a product before adding this product.

The task of the invention is creation of a juicing device capable to increase juicing efficiency without increase of the drive means rotation rate.
