SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices converting sea wave energy to potential water energy and finally to electric energy, and can be used as a main or additional electric power source for offshore facilities or onshore consumers. Device for sea wave energy conversion to electric power includes sea wave energy converter with an arm mounted on a joint, pump linked to the arm and connected to collector for water supplied to hydraulic turbine rotating generator. Converter of wave energy to pressure includes continuous hollow torus 1 or torus comprised by at least two elements connected by joints. Arms with flat or corrugated plates are attached by joints to torus 1 or its elements from below on rods. Pumps in quantity determined by plate size are installed between immobile brackets mounted on a rod, and the arms. Pressurised water collector is positioned in the centre of torus 1 and is attached to torus 1 by bracing wires.

The invention relates to a device that converts the energy of sea waves into potential energy of water and ultimately into electrical energy, and can be used as a primary or supplementary source of power objects in the open sea (platforms, ships) or onshore consumers.

Various methods and devices to generate electricity from wave energy. Typically, they first transfer the energy to the fluid (water) which turns in turbine generators into electrical energy.

Known technical solutions, floating or anchored on the bottom and the transformative movement of floats in potential energy of water.

Known RF patent 2386051, IPC F03B 13/18, published 10.04.2010., which used vertical floats with vertical tubes in which air is compressed by water and the transformation of its energy in the air turbine into electricity.

Also known patent RF 2472030, IPC F03B 13/18, published on 10.01.2013 G., pump, in particular a housing mounted on the bottom, and float on the surface moves the piston that pumps the water into the receiver.

Both technical solutions have drawbacks. In the first case, the power extracted from the energy of waves is small, in the second case, you need reliable fastening of the device on the seabed that�that perform diving operations during installation.

It is also known a device for converting wave energy into electricity, according to the patent GR 20110100695 AND, 13.07.2012, F03B 13/18, in which there is a float pivotally connected to a piston pump, the pump is rigidly fixed relative to the bottom of the reservoir.

This technical solution is the closest to the proposed on the task being solved and achieved technical result.

The disadvantage of this invention is a rigid structure relative to the shallow water and the lack of compensation efforts on the float with considerable excitement, as the bucket is rigidly attached to the device housing and the piston of the pump.

The object of the present invention is to provide a floating device for converting ocean waves into electricity that can be easily installed and perebaziruemyh to a new place without performing diving operations and is free from these drawbacks.

The device consists of a float in the form of a torus 1 representing a closed hermetic welded construction from the pipe (Fig. 1) or of two or more Autonomous and articulated parts (Fig. 2). The diameter of the torus and the number of articulated parts is selected depending on the required output power. In the lower part of the torus 1 (Fig. 1 and 2) around the circumference of the installed pumps, supplying water to the turbine generator. The pump can be a bellows, a piston, diaphragm or other positive displacement type. The drawing shows an example of installation of bellows pump. Fig. 3 shows the device of one pump. The design of the device for converting the energy of waves is as follows. With the agitation in the reservoir Thor or part thereof, beginning on the waves to make vertical vibrations. The device can be fixed relative to the installation site using the anchor or attached on a rope to an object (platform, ship). Water from the collector 10 through conduit 12 under pressure is supplied to the turbine 13 which drives the generator 14. Turbines of small capacity are performed with a resistive load, which eliminates the complicated node maintain speed. Such turbines are simple in design and reliable and have relatively high efficiency of about 80%-82%.

Two floats located symmetrically relative to the housing axis are rigidly attached to each other so that they can be rotated about the axis and attached to upper parts of the corrugated chambers, at the tension and compression of which a provision is made for passage of liquid via the channel, inside which the turbine is located.

A support arm with a hinge, enabling rotation and fixing the water pipeline in the direction of flow of water, allows for using the power installation as a flow power installation or as a wave power installation. Functional capabilities of the power installation are widened due to use of water pipelines with orthogonal turbines and an electric power generator under water on the support arm. The amount of electrical power generated can also be increased due to that, the blades are oriented in opposite directions for rotation of orthogonal turbines in opposite, unchanged directions, independent of the direction of flow through the orthogonal turbines. The inductor coil of the electric power generator is immoveable, has two-directional operation and is between neighbouring short-circuited rotors, each connected to its axle of the orthogonal turbine. As a result, there is increased efficiency of using energy of water passing through the flow part of the convergent-divergent water pipeline.
