The invention relates to the field of disinfection, in particular to an indicator composition for detection of the active ingredient of disinfectants on the surfaces of objects.
In the complex of anti-epidemic and sanitary-hygienic activities in infectious foci, an important element is the disinfection treatment of the surfaces of objects. Existing indicator compounds for assessment of the completeness of disinfection of various surfaces implemented in the form of test tickets, papers or napkins.
The closest to the claimed indicator composition and selected as a prototype is a well-known indicator composition for determining the quality of disinfectant formulations based on Quaternary ammonium compounds in solution and on the surface of objects made in the form of flat cloth. Flat napkin type "Desiccant-HOUR" can be used for the qualitative detection of traces of disinfectants based on Quaternary ammonium compounds (H) on the surfaces of medical, food processing equipment and walls of the premises after disinfection. However, the modes of their use for this purpose so far not worked out. Performance indicator napkins stored only at temperatures above + 5°C. shelf Life in�important packaging is 12 months, and once opened they should be used within 3 days.
Napkins "Desiccant-HOUR" is a strip of base paper with a dimension of 55×45 mm, impregnated with an indicator compound and Packed by 10 PCs. in bags of metallized film. The technical result achieved by the invention when applying this indicator composition in the aerosol device is the convenience and safety of use in increasing the length of time and working temperature range of application, in ensuring the protection of the environment, the possibility of using when working on vertical, inclined and horizontal surfaces.
The technical result is achieved in that the indicator composition for detection of disinfectants with active substance on the basis of Quaternary ammonium compounds on the surfaces of objects and identifying completeness of disinfection, when the aerosol spray, contains 0.5-1.5% solution of TNT in the Monohydric alcohol and the Monohydric alcohol propyl alcohol is used.
The stated indicator composition for detection of disinfectants with active substance on the basis of Quaternary ammonium Conn�changes on the surfaces of objects and identifying completeness of disinfection by spray atomization. Experimental storage showed stability indicator composition when stored in an aerosol device and maintaining its performance for a period of not less than 2 years.

To detect disinfectant formulation directly on the surface of objects exposed to the processing of disinfectants based on Quaternary ammonium compounds, using the aerosol device perform the following operations:

In cases where the indication effect is not clear, and when you match the skin color with the color indicative of the effect, wetting indicator composition cotton-gauze disk or a strip of filter paper, wiped them of the analyzed surface area of about 100 cm2and watched the appearance indicative of the effect on the surface of filter paper. In the experimental conditions was carried out by plating on stainless steel plate, aluminum, tile and painted with XB-518 area of 100 cm2by spraying a 1% aqueous solution of Ketamine-AB with an application rate of 1.0 l/m2.
The application of a 1% solution of Ketamine-AB on the surface was carried out by spraying with a spray device. Dispersion of aerosol disinfectant Retz�tours was 100-200 μm. After applying the disinfectant formulations of the surface and detection was maintained at the test temperature (0°C, + 20 and + 50°C) for at least 1 h. After 1 h, 1.5 h and 2 h after application on plates containing disinfectant formulations moistened cotton-gauze disks or strips of filter paper from the aerosol device of the indicator composition. Then carried out the sampling disinfectant formulations by wiping them across the surface finish without compromising its integrity during 1 min.
On the other plate with the disinfectant formulation, as well as on cotton-gauze disks and strips of filter paper obtained after the surface treatment, from a distance of 10-20 cm was applied from the aerosol device indicator composition for detection of disinfectant formulations based on Quaternary ammonium compounds.
Observed the appearance of cotton-gauze disks and filter strips characteristic indicative of the effect.
In the case of a flat spray of the composition from the aerosol device directly on the analyzed surface was observed the emergence of an indicative effect on this surface. Recorded the time of occurrence of the indication effect. The test results are shown in the table.

The results of the tests showed that the tracer composition in the aerosol device without the use of expensive equipment and reagents maintains its efficiency and provides detection of disinfectant formulations based on Quaternary ammonium compounds (ketamine, ketamine-AB, PTS-50, etc.) on various surfaces in the temperature range from 0°C to 50°C after 2 h after treatment of the surface of the disinfectant formulation.
The time of appearance indicative of the effect when applying the indicator composition on the examined surface treated with a 1% solution of catamine AB is 25-70 seconds depending on the surface temperature.
Thus, the proposed indicator composition for the detection of substances on the basis of Quaternary ammonium compounds on the surfaces of objects in a wide range of operating temperatures. The aerosol device has a low cost, optimal weight and size characteristics, provides low specific consumption of the indicator composition, when sprayed to achieve the required dispersion and uniformity of the spray.
As substances on the basis of Quaternary ammonium compounds can be detected ketamin, ketamin-AB, PTS-50 andother.
