Cylindrical cover (2) is provided with union (18) arranged at cover outer end and having the inner outlet channel. Hollow cylindrical rod (5) is arranged at its inner end. Cylindrical permanent magnets (6) are arranged in inner cylindrical bore of said rod. Invention covers also the filer assembly process.

SUBSTANCE: in a device for magnetic treatment of liquid fuel for an internal combustion engine comprising a fuel line from diamagnetic material and with an electromagnet in the form of a coil made as single-row from several sections 1-6, at least six, arranged on an automobile fuel line 7 at the distance from each other of 8-10 cm and connected to an automobile generator 8, according to the invention there are additionally serially connected coils 9 and 10 extended along the fuel line and connected in parallel to the automobile generator as capable of formation of magnetic fields, power lines of which are directed perpendicularly to the liquid fuel flow, at the same time sections of the coil are broken by pairs and connected oppositely with alternate formation of magnetic fields, the power lines of which are directed oppositely to each other and along the flow of liquid fuel.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of fuel activation as a result of impact by magnetic fields of various direction along the flow, and also by a magnetic field perpendicularly to the fuel flow.

SUBSTANCE: device is equipped with magnetic field concentrators and spiral-shaped ferromagnetic magnetic conductors, constant magnets and magnetic field concentrators are combined into a magnetic system with working gaps by means of spiral-shaped ferromagnetic magnetic conductors twisted along the symmetry axis of fuel line through the angle equal to the vector offset angle of magnetic induction in every subsequent working gap relative to the preceding working gap; magnetic field concentrators are made in the form of straps from ferromagnetic material, which are fixed on a pole of constant magnet in the first section, or on free ends of ferromagnetic magnetic conductors. The housing, which encloses a magnetic system, consists of sections fixing the value of working gaps and spatial orientation of vectors of magnetic induction in each of them; connection of sections to each other is movable.

EFFECT: improving fuel activation effectiveness in internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: device intended for decreasing size of fuel particles 100 injected into combustion chamber comprises fuel line 110, first and second wire clothes 114 and 112, respectively, power supply 130, and fuel injector 120. Said clothes 112, 114 are arranged inside fuel line 110. Power supply 130 generates electric field between said clothes 112, 114. Fuel injector 120 is arranged on end of fuel line 110, downstream of first wire cloth 112. Besides, this invention covers the use of device 100 to increase ICE power output and to decrease emissions by applying electric field to fuel in line 110 to reduce its viscosity.

EFFECT: smaller size of injected fuel particles.

SUBSTANCE: in device for cleaning and preparation of liquid fuel for combustion, which contains filtering element located in the housing equipped with a cover plate and made in the form of downward divergent flattened cone, magnets, inlet connection pipe with threaded slot, outlet connection pipe located at a tangent to the housing, sediment trap, contaminant discharge connection pipe, according to the invention, between lower part of inlet connection pipe with threaded slot and lower part of the housing there installed is conical hollow rotor with a screw-shaped belt. Sediment trap is installed in lower part of the housing from transparent material of cylindrical shape with semi-spherical bottom, and on lateral side of sediment trap there installed in its lower and upper parts are sensors of lower and upper levels of contaminations and electronic instrument.

EFFECT: improving cleaning quality and enlarging the service life of the device.

SUBSTANCE: air ioniser for internal combustion engine includes cylindrical housing made in the form of a tube and metal electrodes of positive and negative polarity, which are located in it, isolated from each other and connected to high-voltage power supply; besides, at least one electrode of positive polarity is made in the form of a tape shaped like a straight helicoid. Inner edge of tape is pointed, and outer edge adjoins the internal surface of housing. Electrode of negative polarity is made in the form of a string located along the housing axis.

EFFECT: invention allows improving operating properties of internal combustion engines, and namely reducing the concentration of hazardous impurities in exhaust gases and decreasing specific fuel consumption.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises channel with section for single increase and decrease in fuel rate in channel zone wherein it is crossed by H lines and, at least, single increase and decrease in magnetic field intensity with varying direction of H lines crossing fuel flow. Channel longitudinal section represents opposed trapezoids with larger bases fitted one on another and sides making the angle exceeding 30° but smaller than 90° with channel lengthwise axis to be surrounded by two inductors arranged on said sides to induce magnetic field on feeding control signal thereto. Permanent magnet is arranged coaxially inside the channel to run on axle located in plane perpendicular to channel lengthwise axis.

EFFECT: liquid fluid enriched in air separated in fine fractions at macro level, plus optimum orientation of dipole particles and decreased surface tension forces at micro level.

Fluid activator comprises case assy 10 including first hollow cylindrical body 11 with intake chamber to make fluid flow through channel. Second body 19 is arranged to cover first body outer surface to make separation chamber spaced from the first body outer surface part for preset distance for making of clearance. Besides, it comprises first cover 15a and 15b. Magnetic force generator 20 arranged in intake chamber of case assy 10 is designed to apply magnetic force to fluid. Support plate 50 is arranged in said intake chamber to support magnetic field generator. Magnetic force intake assy 40 is arranged between first body and second body and magnetising assy of magnetic field generator 20 to act on fluid. Heat blocking assy 30 is arranged between magnetic force generator and second heat blocking body to block the ingress of heat from case outside in intake chamber.

EFFECT: decreased consumption of heat and harmful emission, longer life, higher engine efficiency.
