The invention relates to the field meet vital human needs, more specifically to equipment for processing and cooking, and can be used for roasting on the grill (BBQ) meat and sausage products in mobile retail outlets for peddling trade only outdoors, outside confined spaces. In particular, the invention concerns the construction of a portable grill installation, which can be carried by one man, in the form of peddling tray.

Currently, such a grill setup is arranged in such a way that the person enters the frame, raises it and moves with lap and shoulder belts. Ahead of transporting the person is mounted on support frame capacity for the grill, often with an associated or integrated with capacity for inventory, such as bread rolls. Behind carrying the man placed a gas cylinder mounted on a carrier frame in the frame of the container into the receiving device for a gas cylinder supplying grill heat energy.

Being inside the frame restricts movement, the installation of the device on the frame is complex. Manufacturing installation requires a significant investment, and the frame has a lot of weight. Installation, in connection with the frame design, makes the movement in the crowd.

The disadvantage of this device is the inconvenience of use, so as to balance the entire system must be based on the user's body and the support leg with a wheel, which must, among other things, to correctly set relative to the grill and position the user's body. The disadvantage of this solution lies in the inconvenience of use, due to the fact that the l-shaped bracket comprises two spaced tubes, and belts are used only for hand-carrying, i.e. from place to place. This construction is convenient in land use, but not when carrying.

The basis of the invention lies the task of creating a portable grill installation, convenient for use by one person, with the safety devices intended for operation in extreme and "normal" situations. Also the technical problem solved by the invention is to provide a portable grill (BBQ) for high mobility, ease of use when carrying and the possibility of its use for peddling trade.

When this is achieved technical result consists in increasing security due to the introduction of the auto off function of the gas flow channel in the direction to the tank for the grill.

These features are essential for the achievement of the technical result.

The invention is illustrated with a specific example of implementation, which, however, is not only possible, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving this scoop�prostu essential features of the specified technical result.

In the framework of the present invention considers the design of a portable grill installation, which can be carried by one man to create a mobile retail outlets: processing and cooking, toasting on the grill (BBQ) meat and sausage products in the mode of peddling trade.

Portable grill setup is performed with the capacity to grill ahead of the transferring entity and the receiving device for a gas cylinder behind the back of the carrying person. Capacity for grilling and a receiving device for a gas cylinder mechanically connected with each other, and between the tank and grill and gas bottle placed shoulder and waist straps. Front-man tank for the grill (BBQ), which is located behind the receiving device for a gas cylinder connected to each other via a bearing element disposed between the legs of the person carrying the installation, with capacity for grilling, frame for gas cylinder and the bearing element can be provided with connecting elements, connecting them with shoulder and waist carrying straps on the installation. The weight rests on the shoulders of a pelvic belt, shoulder belt only serve stability and reliability.

The carrier element 3 between the container for the grill 2 and the reception�th device for a gas cylinder 13 is placed between the man's feet 25, transferring the installation.

In addition to capacity for grilling, a carrier element and/or frame for gas cylinder has security features that come in the movement or shifting when you touch them, which leads to the interruption of gas supply to the burner through a configurable time period.

These security elements are mostly in the form of feet serving as supports for the set of land of the grill when it is not tolerated. When setting the grill on the ground (axial load) or when a side load on these is also depicted in the form of legs, the safety elements are placed, for example, in the form of switching articulations, start to operate the switching elements, comprising a clock mechanism with a countdown, after which stop the flow of gas through the valve. These elements prevent a situation where someone forgets to turn off the gas supply when you turn off the grill install. They also serve as elements of security in those cases when the person carrying the installation, stumbles and falls. Below is an example of embodiment of the portable grill installation.

Fig. 1 shows a side view of man 25, carrying the installation. A receiving device for a gas cylinder 1 soy�into with capacity for grilling 2 via the support member 3, placed between the person's legs. In addition, the unit is equipped with a shoulder 5 and a belt 6 straps as devices to carry and a support, is placed between the container for the grill 2 and the receiving device for a gas cylinder 1. The legs 4 are attached to the tank for the grill 2 and a receiving device for a gas cylinder 1 by means of joints. Lowering to the ground or the offset of the legs 4 leads to actuation of a switching element that interrupts the flow of gas through the valve. Inside the carrier are the lines of transportation and control of gas supply.

Fig. 2 shows a grill unit with carrying her in projection from above. On a carrier element 3 and on the capacity for grilling 2 fixed suspension 14 and 15. Shoulder strap 5 is attached to the suspensions 14 and 15.

The resulting sealed space acts as a pressure accumulator. When lowering to the ground or the displacement of the legs 4 clutch 7 is set in motion and rises above the elastic plate 8, which leads to the release of pressurized gas from a sealed space. Pneumatic switch elements 20 can be mouth�established at the ends of the legs 4, and lowering to the ground or the offset of the legs 4 leads to the release of air from the pneumatic switching elements 20.

The energy required for opening and blocking a flow of gas may be accumulated in the form of pneumatic energy, and as a valve regulating the flow of gas, can be used pneumatic gas valve. Or the supply of pneumatic energy by using an air pump 16.

In a portable grill on each side burners of the grill are associated with stove grill two stacks runoff (cantuaria tin strip) so that the dripping fat does not drip on the burner, which also serve as the uniform distribution of heat. Kind design with full pneumatic communication & grill setup is shown schematically in Fig. 4. In this scheme, pneumatic communicative elements F1, F2, F3 and F4 on the number of legs 4. Compressed air is injected into the compressed air source 17 through a manual air pump 16. The advantage of this design is the lack of need for electrical energy and related costs. The compressed air source 17 is supplied with compressed air shown in Fig. 3 and 5 pneumatic communicative elements. When wearing a grill installation using placewhere 5 clutch 7 presses on the elastic plate 8, hence there is a sealed space that is used as a pressure accumulator. The sudden removal of the load from the shoulder strap 5 the action of the tension spring 26 causes the sleeve to move in the direction away from the elastic plate 8, whereby the pressurized gas is released from a sealed space, which leads to lock pneumatic gas valve 22 as a consequence, the exhaust ventilation of process.

Portable grill-installation, which can be carried by one person, comprising a container for the grill, placed ahead of the transferring entity and a receiving device for a gas cylinder placed behind the back of the carrying person and the capacity to grill and a receiving device for a gas cylinder mechanically connected with each other, wherein between the container for the grill and the receiving device for a gas cylinder placed shoulder and waist straps for fastening the entire installation on a body of the transferring entity, characterized in that the mechanical connection capacity for grilling with the receiving device for a gas cylinder made in the form of a bearing element, representing a frame in the form of staples placed between the legs of the person carrying the installation, which is attached to shoulder and waist straps, with capacity to� for grilling and a receiving device for a gas cylinder attached by means of the switching articulations, through which in the direction of capacity for grilling gas from a gas cylinder, a freely hanging legs, changing position from vertical or leaning on which joints in switching valve blocks the gas flow channel.

2. Portable grill apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the switching articulation made in the form of electrical and/or pneumatic switching element mounted on the tank for the grill, and/or on a carrier element and/or on the receiving device for a gas cylinder and is installed with the possibility of actuation by touching him and/or the application of a load.

The barbecue roaster is made folding, and it has the support elements and a removable part, which can be easily removed from the roaster as an integer by retaining them together, which enables to prevent the possibility of falling or slipping the means holding the food by moving the removable part.
