FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water transport and is intended for cargo loading and unloading on/from vessels. Method for heavy-weights loading-unloading on/from vessels (2) includes wharf device (7) with access ramp (8), execution of bottom sand bed in dock chamber (3) with pump station equipped with gate (4), installation of ramp between wharf and vessel for loading-unloading heavy-weights by highway freighter. To execute loading-unloading a vessel is led into dock chamber, dock gate is closed, water is pumped out of chamber until vessel is sitting on bed. The access ramp is made with side walls top edges of which coincide with top of dock chamber walls.

EFFECT: higher reliability of loading-unloading in conditions of variable water levels in water body.

The invention relates to the field of water transport and is intended for loading on ship or discharging from vessels heavyweights method "RO-RO", i.e. using self-service.

Known methods of loading and unloading of heavyweights, including the mooring and sandy bottom bed on which by means of ballast down the ship, between ship and berth set the ramp on which the trailer from shore to ship or ship-to-shore delivered a heavyweight. (Patent RF 2 351 526, publ. 10.04.2009. Bul. No. 10.)

The disadvantage of this method is the limited scope of their application. The sand bottom bed is allowed only under conditions of constant levels in the pond. Increasing the level during loading and unloading does not allow the boarding of a vessel to the bed of the limited height of the bead. In addition, increasing the level of excess settlement may lead to flooding of cord deck of the pier. The lowering of the water level over the sand bed may lead to insufficient depth of the tip of the ship on the bed. In addition, in the known methods requires the creation of a ballast system of the vessel to dive and landing on the bed.

The purpose of the invention is the ability of a vessel to the bed and discharge it at variable water levels in the reservoir, as well as the possibility of excluding ballast�th system of the vessel.

This object is achieved in that the sandy bed perform in dock the camera, the camera is equipped with a shutter (bridge) and the water pumping system, and the Marina will be equipped with ramps; loading and unloading of the ship heavyweights injected into the chamber, close the bolt (the caisson), and pump out the water from the camera before boarding the vessel on a sand bed, and then between the jetty and the ship sets the ramp, which produce a reel on a vessel, or discharging of heavyweights from the vessel with the use of the vehicle.

In large fluctuations in levels in the reservoir to provide the estimated slope of the ramp dock is equipped with a ramp, which is performed with the enclosing walls, the top of which coincides with the mark of the top walls of the chamber.

At an operating level in the reservoir 1, the vessel 2 is introduced into chamber 3, close the valve 4 and pump out the water from the chamber 3 into the reservoir 1 pump station 5. The vessel 2 is lowered to the bottom sand bed 6, between the vessel 2 and pier 7 set the ramp 8. To berth 7 attach the ramp 8, enclosed by walls 10, top cat�which coincides with the top of the chamber walls 3.

The trailers heavyweights 11 down the ramp 9 and the ramp on deck 8 of the vessel 2. By means of a hydraulic RAM placed on the trucks trailer, heavyweights descend on the cradle mounted on the deck of a ship. Unloading heavyweights ship 2 shore slipway in reverse order.

Mark the top of the sand bed set based on the minimum level in the reservoir and the vessel's cargo.

To determine the minimum navigable level using curve levels, based on the data of observations over a number of years, (Fig. 5), and a graph of average levels for a number of years (Fig. 6).

For the calculated level on the schedule navigation levels (zone I, Fig. 6) determine the optimal timing of delivery of heavyweights (zone II of Fig. 6), according to the schedule of security levels (Fig. 6) determine the likelihood of standing selected levels.

According to the schedule (Fig. 5) this probability will be90% (h2) - 25% (h1)=65%.

This calculated probability levels can be taken to select the design elevation of the sand bed, the threshold of the dock and the height of the walls of the dock.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: safety device of sluice gates is designed for protection of sluice gates against impact of vessels. The safety device comprises a flexible barrier with shock absorbers, two beams that rotate in the horizontal plane and a truss with drives. Two rotary beams are hingedly fixed on opposite sides of the sluice. The rotary truss is installed on one of the rotary beams. The flexible barrier comprises two ropes. Some ends of ropes are connected to shock absorbers. On free ends of ropes there are elements of a coupling unit. Each rope is equipped with stops. Stops, interacting with ends of rotary beams, provide during assembly the necessary tension of ropes. During installation of a barrier device, rotary beams and truss turn by drives perpendicularly to the sluice in one line. Free ends of two ropes are coupled with a coupling unit. The rotary truss turns with a drive relative to the rotary beam to the side opposite to the impact of the vessel, leaving the rope freely sagging only between rotary beams. Reduced capacity of drives and mass of metal structures is achieved by installation of beams and truss, which are rotary in the horizontal plane.

EFFECT: reduced force of rope tension is achieved by reduction of length of a rope freely sagging between rotary beams.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: system of shock absorbers is arranged in the form of rubber blocks installed on lock walls. Rubber blocks of shock absorbers are installed in niches arranged on horizontal sites of lock chamber walls. Rotary beams, one end of which rests on a hinged joint near end wall of a niche, are installed in the same niches. The second end of the beam rests on rail tracks via wheel supports and is connected to the end of a barrier element. Rubber blocks are fixed with one end to a vertical wall of a niche, and with the other they rest against a vertical face of a rotary beam.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method and system of electric power generation when water levels in navigation locks change. Navigation lock uses hydraulic turbine and/or pump turbine for maintaining approximately constant value of flow velocities during water drainage through navigation lock within major portion of water transfer cycle, which leads to loss reduction of full head strength, and for recuperating unused hydraulic energy to be generated as electricity. Difference between water levels on the opposite sides of navigation lock forms the potential hydraulic energy. By controlling water drainage, full head energy losses are sufficiently reduced within this period, thus providing possibility of optimising hydraulic energy recuperation.

Proposed method consists in making the stacks (1) at platform to be placed on carrier at forming and locking them thereat by 3D shoes (2), fastening tapes (4) and lashes. Making the stacks is performed in two steps. At first step, enlarged cargo unit is formed at placing and securing of the first tier. Said stacks are placed at second and nest tiers in lengthwise or crosswise directions from carrier board to board at securing stack by fastening tape so that said enlarged cargo unit is produced. In compliance with first version, shoes composed by three-flange angle pieces are used. In compliance with second version, shoes composed by dual three-flange angle pieces are used. Stack placed at carrier is fastened by lashes and turn-buckles.

EFFECT: reliable and safe attachment, lower material costs.

According to the method, transhipment barge moors at bridge part which is made with possibility to move in vertical direction in accordance with change of sea water depth. Transhipment barge is intended for storing and transferring materials in open sea where it moors at loading barge. Loading barge is intended for reloading materials from transhipment barge to transport ship which serves for cargo delivery to destination.

Proposed complex comprises hydro scheme 1 with underground pump 3 with intake branch pipe 6 and casing 12, hydraulic cyclone, hydraulic screen 35 and hydraulic classifier 34. Said complex comprises two and more mobile jig quay cranes each including jig crane assembly made up of jig, tower, rotary platform with power drives and actuators, and foundation platform thrusting on shoes of articulated outrigger system or telescoping outrigger system. Each said crane has composite foundation platform comprising load bearing metal frame to support jig crane assembly. One of cranes may be equipped with self-contained self-propelled wheeled undercarriage arranged below said load bearing metal frame. All cranes of said complex may be transferred by said self-propelled wheeled undercarriage. Handling of other cargoes is performed using its load bearing ability.

Horizontal sections of suction branch pipe and water feed tube for sand-gravel mix wash-out are arranged in parallel to each other and can turn. Proposed re-loader comprises hulls of two discarded submarine, at least two hulls jointed in T-like way or arranged parallel to each other and connected by additional elements, and at least one load-lifting device. Proposed terminal comprises double incline, loading shop, systems of longitudinal and lateral conveyors, container platforms, hoisting cranes and computer-based control system. Terminals for containers loading on/unloading from railway cars are located at double incline between its crown and branching of delivery track, while conveyor lines run separately to every said loading/unloading site on appropriate track branch on two opposite sides. SUBSTANCE: discharging method of various cargoes from the ship to non-self propelled waterborne vehicle and transportation thereof to the shore consists in the fact that non-self propelled waterborne vehicle is towed from the ship and attached to the buoy which through the connecting rope is attached to the leading rope wound up through snatch block attached to fixed mooring anchor. Leading rope has the possibility of being moved in both directions by means of a winch installed on the shore.
