Vibration extractor

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: for extraction (leaching) of the substances extracted from the plant materials in food, chemical-pharmaceutical and other industries, for output increasing of the substances extracted from the extractable plant materials and for increasing of their concentration in the ready extraction it is suggested to provide the extractor with the extractant recirculation circuit containing devices for solid phase separation, pump, discharge tank, flowmeter, shutdown valves system, and in the extractor bottom part additionally union will be installed for continuous liquid phase supply.

EFFECT: wider possibility of return in the vessel of part of extraction after solid phase separation in specified ratio with fresh extractant, thus improving conditions of mass exchange due to decreasing of the surface tension of the liquid phase.

The invention relates to a mass transfer column apparatus for the continuous systems, solid - liquid and can be used for extraction (leaching) of extracted substances from plant material in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.

Known vibratory extractor [1], belonging to the group of column mass transfer apparatuses for the continuous system solid - liquid operating under conditions of countercurrent movement phases. The extractor includes a vertical cylindrical housing in which is mounted a rod for reciprocating movement in the vertical direction, the input and output phases, fixed on a rod perforated plates made in their Windows are fitted on both sides of the plates nozzles containing filter elements.

The disadvantages of the extractor are: the entrainment of fresh extractant together with paged solid phase, the possibility of leakage of the slurry from the apparatus through the transport of the solid phase, the complexity of the design saucers, and the difficulty of processing finely divided solid phase under conditions of countercurrent accompanied her ash.

The closest technical solution is a vibratory extractor [2], belonging to the group of column mass transfer apparatuses contfurther action. The vibratory extractor includes a vertical body with input devices of the liquid phase, mounted in the housing with a possibility of longitudinal reciprocating motion of the rod is rigidly fixed on it the plates, perforated holes for free passage of the phases and is provided with sides which face in the direction opposite to the movement phase, the inclined screw feeder for continuous input of the solid phase in the lower portion of the apparatus, a device for the simultaneous withdrawal of the phases in the upper part of the device.

The disadvantage of this technical solution is the low concentration of extracted substances in the extract.

The aim of the invention is to increase the yield of extracted substances extractable from plant raw materials and the increase in their concentration in the finished extract.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the vibratory extractor, comprising a vertical housing with input devices of the liquid phase, a stem rigidly secured to it a plate, free perforated holes for passage of the phases and is provided with sides which face in the direction opposite to the movement phase, the inclined screw for continuous input of the solid phase at the bottom of the device, the device for the simultaneous withdrawal of the phases in the upper part of the housing according to the invention is equipped with a circuit of the roomlation of the extractant, containing device for separating a solid phase, a pump, pressure tank, a flow meter, the system shut-off valve, and the lower half of the extractor installed fitting for continuous input of the return of the extract.

Continuous selection of ready-made extract and the subsequent return of part of the apparatus together with fresh extractant is used to improve the conditions of mass transfer due to the fact that the liquid phase has a lower surface tension than the fresh extractant [3]. This will improve the wettability and conditions of such penetration of the solution into the pores of the solid phase that intensifies the mass transfer and in General, increase the concentration of extracted substances in the resulting extract.

The drawing is a diagram of apparatus for implementing the invention.

The extractor consists of a vertical vibration of the cylindrical housing 1 with the fittings 2, 3, 4 to enter the extractant and 5 to display the slurry, the screw feeder 6 to enter the solid phase. In case you installed the rod 7 is rigidly fixed thereon perforated plates 8 with flanges pointing in the direction opposite to the movement phases. The extractor is additionally equipped with a recirculation loop comprising a sieve 9, vacuum filter 10, a pump 11, the pressure tank 12, the flow meter 13 and the system shut-off valve 14.

The apparatus operates as follows. Obraatively solid phase is supplied to the screw feeder 6, which provides a predetermined flow and flow in the lower part of the extractor. Fresh extractant and extract serves simultaneously or separately through the fittings 2, 3, 4. The ratio of the number of fresh extractant and the extract is returned to the apparatus is governed by the system shut-off valve 14 and depends on the type of feedstock and the desired final concentration of finished extract. The solid phase is fed to the lower portion of the apparatus, is thoroughly mixed with the extractant in the field of low-frequency mechanical vibrations generated by the rod 7 with a fixed perforated plates 8. Formed suspension moves upward along the axis of the apparatus by supplanting it with fresh volumes of the liquid and solid phases entering the lower part of the extractor.

The residence time of the contacting phases in the extractor depends on the flow phases, hydrodynamic conditions created in the apparatus of vibrating plates, path length (height). After passing upward through the working zone of the extractor, the suspension is discharged from it through the first connector 5 on the sieve 9, which is a gross separation of the solid phase, and then on a vacuum filter 10, which is fine purification of the extract from the solid phase. The extract obtained by the pump 11 is fed into the pressurized tank 12, where part of it is discharged as a finished product, and some ozvraschaetsya in the extractor through the flow meter 13 and through a system shut-off valve 14 is supplied to the fitting 4 to increase the concentration of finished extract. For the intensification of mass transfer by reducing the surface tension of the return extract is either fed through the nozzle 3, is additionally mounted in the lower half of the hull, or is injected into the stream of fresh extractant supplied to the nozzle 2.

The positive effect of the invention is to increase the concentration of finished extract, a more complete extraction of substances from the solid phase due to the reduction of surface tension of the liquid phase, the improvement of wettability of the solid phase and mass transfer with the surface of solid particles. This will enable a more rational use of raw materials, to increase the concentration of extracted substances and to reduce energy consumption for subsequent concentration of the extract.
