SUBSTANCE: psychophysiological response is recorded in the course of executing attention and coordination motility tasks. When performing the tasks, the person being tested overcomes magnetic resistance, approaches the active and passive parts of the device so that an electronic processing assembly forms a time interval in the process of which the person being tested positions the parts of the device accurately. When performing the task, the accurate positioning time to the total experiment time relation is derived.

EFFECT: method enables controlling the individual's psychophysiological state and assessing the reliability of the responses by operating the compact device.

The invention relates to the field of legal psychology, criminology, psychology of labor, medicine and can be used for diagnostics of the functional state of the person, to assess emotional state, under production conditions, for Express-diagnostics of traffic control personnel, control of technological processes, and, in the particular case, drivers of vehicles.

There is a method that provides mental health assessment, which consists in determining in the subject the combination of features of changes of physiological functions at fixed intervals and subsequent comparison with those of the reference States of the psyche, which samples the properties of the individual. The share of the representation properties of the test in the standards and the degree of their manifestation judge the characteristic mental state at the current time. The parameters are compared with the figures of mentally healthy people and those with typical mental disorders, the corresponding standards of adaptability, and then determine the severity assessment of the mental state of the examinee by the share of representation in it of each property (see RF patent №2099009, IPC A61B 5/16, publ. 20.12.1997).

However, this method requires the definition of reference conditions of the psyche, th is makes the method is subjective and formal, since strict classification of States is impossible on the basis of control of only a few parameters.

There is a method of expansion of diagnostic possibilities (a wide range of individual-typological characteristics and States of a personality and behavioral reactions), and exclusion of the subjective factor (the identity of the expert experimenter). The technical result is to obtain reliable computer psychodiagnostic picture and the possibility of diagnosis in a wide range of individual-typological features and personality. The method is presentation software by the subject on the monitor screen of the computer animated images of complete situations of interpersonal interactions animated characters. The registration response is carried out by entering into the computer data regarding the choice of subjects reactions of one of the animated characters. Processing the responses of the test is performed by comparing the selected reactions of animated characters with cognitive-emotional assessments and behavioral responses entered in the source database (see RF patent №2234858, IPC AV 5/16, publ. 27.08.2004).

However, this method does not take into account the motivation of the test and, moreover, does not allow to assess psychophysical the reactions in response to a particular question are known in advance of the situation.

The closest in technical essence of the present invention is a method of assessing the psycho-physical state of the person (Patent RU 2400138 C1, 21.09.2010). In this way perform the task on attention and motor skills of hands, namely, that the subject is necessary to combine two objects (closed loop and text object).

However, this method has a limitation associated with a weak enabling coordination motor skills of hands as a combination of objects occurs on the plane and even with a strong tremor allows for quick turnaround.

The technical result of the invention is to increase the degree of psychophysical evaluation of the human condition, as well as identifying the degree of veracity of the responses of the subjects using a local small device.

The device for implementing the method of evaluating psychophysical state of a person contains a passive part 1 of the left hand, with the permanent magnet 2, a light-emitting diode 3, a lens 4 and a power source 5, the active part 6 of the right hand with a permanent magnet 7, located at the same pole in the direction of part 1 of the left hand, the light-receiving element 8, the spring element 9 registration distances between parts 1 and 6, block 10 electronic processing with the display element 11 and the battery 12.

The described method makes it possible to focus on simulation. Thus, the proposed method allows a simple and compact device to control the psychophysical condition of the person, and also allows you to assess the credibility of the test.

The use of the invention allows to increase the degree of psychophysical evaluation of the human condition, and to ensure the identification of the degree of veracity of the responses of the subjects using a local small device.

If the total sum is from 3 points to 7 point including, peroral introduction of cardiometabolic preparations is carried out. If the total sum is from 8 points and higher, parenteral introduction of cardiometabolic preparations is realised.

EFFECT: method provides possibility of determining presence of indications to administering cardiometabolic therapy objectively in minimal terms, including situations, when part of results of additional examination is absent because of some reasons, and of evaluating its efficiency in differential way.

FIELD: medicine, functional diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: one should apply active electrodes in frontal (Fz), occipital (Cz), parietal (Td, Ts) areas, as for reference electrode it should be applied in area of right-hand wrist. Registration of constant potential level (CPL) should be performed under conditions of decreased impact of cutaneous resistance. Then the data obtained should be compared with pre-established normative ones for this age group. One should apply mean values and root-mean-square (rms) deviations, moreover, if CPL value obtained is not beyond the limits of Fz = 15.95 ± 3.88 mV, Cz = 25.71 ± 4.56 mV, Oz = 25.92 ± 5.39 mV, Td = 24.18 ± 5.45 mV, Ts = 22.51 ± 6.06 mV, in this case CPL distribution shows normal cerebral energetic state.
