The technical field

The invention relates to a household appliance, in particular a dishwasher, according to the restrictive part of paragraph 1 of the claims.

The level of technology

Dishwashers typically have a front door that can be opened, turning around a horizontal axis of rotation located from the bottom. For opening or closing the dishwasher door device can be provided with a handle.

In the patent application DE 19907233 A1 describes a dishwasher of this type, the door of which is provided by the control panel, which is built into the handle. The handle includes a lower portion which is formed on the control panel as one piece with it, and the lid handle, which is located on the rear side of the control panel and closes the grip area formed by the handle.

The grip area formed by the arm, partially restricted to the immediate rear side of the control panel, which detract from the appearance of the door household appliance, as well as comfort grip when using the door. In addition, the handle of the rear side of the control panel cannot be used for the installation of electronic control units for indicators and controls located on the control panel.

Disclosure invented the I

The objective of the invention is to develop a household appliance with a door handle which will differ stability, attractive appearance and ease of capture.

The problem is solved by the features disclosed in paragraph 1 of the claims. Advantageous variants of the invention are described in dependent claims.

The invention is based on the household appliance, in particular dishwasher with a door that contains a panel with a handle, which consists of at least the lower part of the handle and lid handle.

According to the characterizing part of paragraph 1 of the claims cover arm includes a side wall that faces the control panel and forms together with a panel design with two walls and with the free intermediate space. Design with two walls creates the user, who took over the handle, the impression of a solid and high-quality things. The result can best way to prevent decrease of the thickness of the plastic wall, which takes place at the level of technology.

Additionally, in the free installation space between the panel and the side wall of the lid handle can be placed electronic module related to being in control panel indicators or the bodies controlling the Oia. Thus, directly above the hole to grip the handle at the front side of the control panel can be provided by the window display, which at least partially dominates the gripping hole along the axis of the height of the door household appliance.

Fully assembled the door of the household appliance includes a flat inner element of a door, which is converted to the useful volume of household appliance and can be screwed to a frame of the door. The control panel can be planted on the door frame on the upper edge of the door household appliance and can also be screwed to the inner element of a door.

For rational use of back panel mounting space in the construction of the two walls can be opened in the lateral direction of the door (parallel to the side wall of the lid handle or control panel), then estically control module, made in the form of strips, can occupy almost the entire width of doors household appliance, passing through the mounting area.

The hole for engagement arm provided on the front wall of the control panel, you may be limited in the direction of the height of the door the upper bridge arm and the lower wall section of the control panel, stretching up into the shape of a shell. Jumper arm and a wall section forming the bottom of the hour is arm. From the standpoint of ease of installation convenient option, in which the lid arm can be installed in its constructive position due to rotation. The implementation of the invention

In Fig. 1 presents a fragment of the door 1 of the dishwasher. The door 1 in a known manner can be rotated macroglossinae axis of rotation, which are not shown in the figure and is from the bottom part, and has at the upper edge of the control panel 3 made of plastic. The control panel 3 is bent like a flange of the shell 13 of the panel, which restricts to the upper side of the door 1 household appliance, and is connected with the door design 1 side protruding downward coupling studs 5 in a manner not shown in the figure. On the front wall 7 of the panel 3 are arranged in series bodies 9 management and located at the center of the display 11 that displays the modes or other similar information.

The front wall 7 of the panel 3 control addressed to the user has side edges that are opposite each other in the lateral direction x of the door and the top edge, and side edges and upper edge are transferred to the shell 13 of the control panel. This shell forms a cover on the top edge of the door.

Below the display 11 shown in Fig. 1, there is approximately a rectangular hole 15 for engagement arm 17 that is built into the control panel 3. The handle 17 (see Fig. 3) consists of two components, the lower part 19 in the form of a shell and the cover 21 of the handle. The lower portion 19 of the handle through the bottom portion 23 of the wall, stretching up into the shape of a shell, and the opposite upper horizontal peramaki arm limits the hole 15 for engagement arm 17. The lower portion 19 of the handle with his jumper arm 25 and the lower section 23 of the wall is built into the control panel 3 as a whole by using the method of injection molding. The geometry of the panel 3 control and the lower part of the arm 19 is selected so that in the direction E. the product extraction from the mold had no pagnutti.

As shown in Fig. 3, in the horizontal direction between the crosspiece 25 arm and stretched upwards by section 23 of the wall formed a loose neckline, limited by the perimeter of the support flange 27. On the reference edge 27 sits cover 21 of the handle. This cover is shown in side section (Fig. 3) approximately in the shape of a trapezoid with the front side (wall) 29 and the rear side (wall) 31 that are in contact respectively with the jumper 25 arm or stretched upwards by section 23 of the wall of the lower part 19 of the handle. Lateral side 29 of the cover 21 of the arm together with the front wall 7 of the control panel in the area above the hole 15 for engagement forms design 16 with two walls and a transverse crosspiece 25 of the handle. This jumper connects with each other the two walls, that is, the front wall 7 and the side 29. Between the side 29 of the cover 21 of the handle and the front wall 7 of the panel 3 control free intermediate mounting area 33, in which wdol the rear side of the panel 3 can be placed electronic module 35, indicated in the figures by a dashed line. The amount of mounting space 33 in the mounting direction 4 depth determined by the length of the jumper 25 of the handle.

Electronic module 35 is attached to the controls and indicators 9, 11 panel 3 control. According Fig. 2 electronic module 35 has the form of strips and placed in the mounting area 33 of the structure 16 with two walls. Thus, the electronic module 35 occupies almost the entire width of the door 1 household appliance.

As shown in Fig. 2 and 3, the cover 21 of the arm rests lateral support elements 37 on the supporting ribs 39. The dimensions of the supporting elements 37, made approximately in the form of mines, chosen in such a way that presents the mounting position of the cover 21 of the arm was trapped without a gap between the support ribs 42 and the bearing edge 27 of the lower part 19 of the handle. According to the figures of the supporting ribs 42 formed on the rear side of the cover 13 on the control panel.

According Fig. 2, each of the supporting elements 37 contains two walls 38 of the mine, which are connected to each other with the end faces elastically deformable retaining wall 39.

Wall 38 mines supporting elements 37 in a constructive position (see Fig. 3) fit flush to the thrust shoulders of the support ribs 42. When turning the cover 21 of the handle (see Fig. 4) elastically deformable locking with Enki 39 supporting elements 37 are passed through the locking ribs 41. When this locking wall 39 is elastically curved, leaving its original position. In a constructive position of the cover 21 of the handle retaining wall 39 is returned to its original position, causing the locking ribs 41 extend behind the retaining wall 39. Thus, the cover 21 of the handle is firmly held in the illustrated constructive position.

In the example of Fig. 4 describes the fitting of the cover 21 of the handle on the control panel 3. Accordingly, the cover 21 of the handle is rotated in its constructive position, passing the path I (see Fig. 2). For turning the cover 21 of the handle contains a side siteplease elements 43. These elements (see Fig. 4) pass through the side of the slot 45 in the lower portion 19 of the handle, resulting in a hinge connection, whereby the cover 21 of the handle may be rotated in a constructive position.

The figure 5 presents an alternative embodiment of the lower part 19 of the handle. In this embodiment, the lower portion 19 of the handle does not contain side slits 45, in which the top can be inserted siteplease elements 43. Unlike the previous figures, the hinge connection is formed a guiding groove 47, open in the mounting direction of the depth, and inserted in him a T-shaped siteplease bar 49, which is formed on the cover 21 of the handle.

According to Fig. 2 and 4 side of the outer wall 38 of mines supporting elements 37 are extended in a downward direction, with the result that they are superimposed on the side of the outer wall 40 of the lower part 19 of the handle. Thus, the side walls 38 of the mine, elongated in a downward direction, serve as guide walls that guide the rotation on the sides of the appliance.

SUBSTANCE: locking unit is positioned in front panel of drying machine, on door of which machine hook is located, said hook being adapted for engagement with locking unit and disengagement therefrom. Locking unit has lock main body equipped with protrusions and retaining openings in its opposite sides, and lock cover having openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining openings provided at cover opposite sides. Protrusions are formed in active part protruding from carrier part of lock main body, and retaining openings are formed in carrier part, immediately under protrusions. Openings for accommodation of protrusions are provided in portion protruding from edge of cover lock planar portion, and retaining protrusions are formed at ends of lock cover protruding portion. On introducing of lock cover into main body of lock, protrusions become embraced with openings for accommodation of protrusions, and retaining protrusions are introduced into retaining openings. Such construction allows lock cover to be assembled with lock main body for one operation.

SUBSTANCE: laundry washer of drum type consists of case, of washing drum functioning as drying hopper, of door block, of door opening button, of opening/closing actuating device and of locking device. The case has an aperture on its front side. The door block of a round shape closes the aperture of the case. The door opening button is equipped with the first pivoting shaft, the opening/closing actuating device is equipped with the second pivoting shaft and the device is designed to turn under hold down force applied to the door opening button. In the position of aperture case closing the locking device for fixation of the door block operates in interconnected motion with the opening/closing actuating device, and it releases the door block changing its closed state to an open one under hold down force applied the door opening button. The door block is oriented so, that normal of the first pivoting shaft is inclined relative to the second pivoting shaft and is directed to the centre of the door block.

The first part has at least one hole and surrounding circular surface, and the fourth part has at least one circular surface. Method of door manufacturing includes the following stages, where: a) the fourth part is positioned inside hole of the first part so that circular surface of the fourth part contacts with circular surface of the first part; b) the second part is positioned relative to the first part; c) the second part is connected to the first part by means of welding of linear vibration type, and at the same time the fourth part is placed between the second part and the first part; d) the third part is positioned relative to the first part; e) the third part is connected to the first part by means of welding, at the same time the second part and the fourth part are placed between the third and the first parts.

EFFECT: elimination of deforming stresses generated in process of door unit assembly.

Collar of elastic material provides for water-tight connection of edge of front loading hole of tank for washing solution with loading hole of body. Hatch that closes loading hole of body, has nozzle in the form of truncated cone at inner side, convex towards to inner part of drum. Surface of hatch nozzle has at least one cut, starting in the area of maximum diametre of truncated cone and forming increasing crescent-shaped surface, stretching along surface in direction of inner part of drum to area of minimum diametre of truncated cone.

Door is made of door device having the first window, through which user may monitor inner space of rotary drum, and transparent cover of door installed at front side of door device to close door device. Door cover comprises multiple first engaging tabs protruding backwards on its back surface along external periphery of door cover. Door device comprises the first holes for tabs, which engage with the first protruding tabs by means of the first stops available at inner surface of door device. Decorative pad arranged between door device and door cover includes the second window, corresponding to the first window, and multiple second engaging tabs, protruding backwards at its back surface along external periphery of decorative pad. Door device comprises the second holes for tabs, which may engage with the second engaging tabs by means of the second stops available at inner surface of door device. Door cover on its surface and in area corresponding to at least first holes for tabs comprises parts of surface, through which light falling from inner space of door cover is scattered and transmitted.
