There is a method of embalming corpses, which includes sanitary processing and the introduction of the fixing solution into the bloodstream and subsequent impregnation of the corpse embalming solution consisting of glycerol, acetic acid potassium, acetic acid, sodium, water and auxiliary substances. This impregnation of the corpse embalming solution is performed in three stages. At the first stage we use the solution in the following ratio, wt.%: glycerin 3,0-12,0, acetic acid potassium 3,0-15,0, acetic acid sodium 5,0, water the rest up to 100%, and the impregnation is carried out for 45 days. In the second stage of embalming use solution in the following ratio, wt.%: glycerin 12,0-20,0, acetic acid potassium 15,0-25,0, acetic acid sodium 5,0, water the rest up to 100% and the impregnation is carried out for 45 days. Then within 60-75 days are impregnated embalming solution in the following ratio, wt.%: glycerin 20,0-50,0, acetic acid potassium 25,0-40,0, acetic acid sodium 5,0, excipient 0,02, water the rest up to 100%, DG is as excipients used thymol, at all three stages of embalming the pH of the solution is 8.2-8.4V. Aquabar THE 2386-017-04610600-98 - is produced on the basis of raw materials, manufactured in Russia, has both fungicidal and bactericidal properties, refers to the number of antiseptics new generation, combining a high bioactivity in complete safety for humans and the environment. The parameters of acute toxicity refers to the 4th class of hazard - hazard substances (GOST 12.1.07-76) and 4 toxicity class - low-toxic. The drug is not associated with special precautions. The drug increases the life of the product 2-3 times (depending on operating conditions). The drug was used in the woodworking industry: prevents the natural breathing of wood, preserves the texture and does not stain the product. In 1995, the state Committee for sanitary epidemilogicheskogo supervision of the Russian Federation drug Aquabar registered as a tool for fighting infections, fungal infections and mold in hospitals and industrial premises (Certificate of state registration 0024-01). The product is a mixture of boric esters resulting from the interaction of boric acid with a high-boiling by-products of industrial production of isoprene from isobutylene and formaldehyde. Bioactive components of Aquabar-M are cyclic boronic esters 1, 2, with bryanboy structure, predominantly 2-hydroxy-4-methyl-4-oxyethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborinane.

SUBSTANCE: method involves cyclic thermal processing of antlers in vacuum drier followed by cooling, with drying process being provided in two steps including first step carried out at temperature of 65°C in chamber and vacuum value of 0.094-0.096 MPa for 4 hours, followed by cooling upon expiration of indicated time at temperature of 15-20°C for 12-24 hours, with cycle of operations being repeated until removal of 35-40% of moisture, and second step, wherein temperature in chamber is reduced to 45°C and drying process is continued at the same vacuum parameters for 7 hours, with following carrying out of cooling process under conditions similar to those of the first step, and processing of raw material with the same parameters until normal moisture content is 12-19%. Method allows drying process to be reduced to 6-9 days depending on antler size and weight parameters.

EFFECT: reduced loss of biologically active substances during reprocessing and preservation of antlers, reduced time for drying of basic material and reduced labor intensity.
