SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid and solution spraying devices and can be used in engine building, in the chemical and food industries. A centrifugal atomiser with an active spray gun includes a housing, in which a screw is pressed, and a liquid supply nozzle; the housing consists of two coaxial cylindrical sleeves attached to each other: a sleeve of a larger diameter and a sleeve of a smaller diameter; with that, inside the sleeve of the smaller diameter, coaxially to it, there located is a screw rigidly attached to its inner surface, for example pressed into it; besides, the outer surface of the screw represents a spiral groove, and inside the screw there is a hole with a screw thread, and in the sleeve of the larger diameter, coaxially to it, there located is a nozzle rigidly fixed in it, for example by means of a threaded connection, through a sealing gasket; with that, inside the nozzle there coaxially made is a cylindrical hole changed over into an axisymmetrically located diffuser that is connected to a cylindrical chamber formed with the inner surface of the sleeve of the smaller diameter and the end surface of the screw, and to the end surface of the sleeve of the smaller diameter there attached is an active spray gun of a rod type with blades, which is made in the form of a flattened tetrahedron attached to the end surface of the sleeve of the smaller diameter, the ribs of which are represented by rods with blades with limit stops, which are fixed on them so that there can be a possibility of their rotation against vortex flows leaving the atomiser screw; with that, the ribs of the tetrahedron base are also connected with rods to the blades and limit stops fixed on them.

The invention relates to the atomization of liquids and solutions and can be used in engine-building, chemical and food industries.

The closest technical solution to the declared object is the nozzle on the patent of Russian Federation №2488038, F02C 7/24, comprising a housing with a chamber into which is pressed the auger, and in the bottom of the case is made of throttle opening, and in the upper part fitting with a cylindrical bore, a diffuser and gasket (prototype).

A disadvantage of the known acoustic nozzle is that it does not provide a high degree of dispersion.

The technical result - improving the efficiency of spray.

This is achieved by the centrifugal atomizer with active dispenser, comprising a housing, in which is inserted the screw and the socket for the supply of fluid, the housing consists of two coaxially interconnected, cylindrical sleeves: sleeves of larger diameter and a sleeve of smaller diameter and the inside sleeve of smaller diameter, coaxially to it, is screw rigidly connected with its inner surface, for example pressed therein, and the outer surface of the screw is a screw groove, and the inside of the auger made a hole with a screw thread, and the sleeve has a larger diameter coaxial her is fitting rigidly fixed therein, for example, the R, with threaded connection, through a sealing gasket within the fitting is cylindrical coaxial bore passing into asymmetrically located diffuser, which is connected with the cylindrical chamber formed by the inner surface of the sleeve of smaller diameter, and the end surface of the screw, and the end surface of the sleeve of smaller diameter is attached to the active dispenser rod type with blades that are made in the form of a truncated tetrahedron fixed to the end surface of the sleeve of smaller diameter, the edges of which are rods attached to them blades with supports so that was their rotation from vortex flows emanating from the auger nozzle, thus, edges of the base of the tetrahedron is also connected by rods attached to them by the blades and stops.

Centrifugal atomizer with active dispenser consists of a casing consisting of two coaxially interconnected, cylindrical bushings: bushings 5 of larger diameter and the sleeve 4 of smaller diameter. Inside the sleeve 4 of smaller diameter, coaxially to it, is screw 1, is rigidly connected with its inner surface, for example pressed into her. The outer surface of the screw 1 is with the battle helical groove on the right (or left) cuts. Thus between the inner surface of the sleeve 4 of smaller diameter and the outer surface of the screw 1 is formed by a helical external cavity 3 of the screw 1.

Inside of the screw 1 has a hole 2 on the left (or right) screw cutting.

Inside the fitting 7 is cylindrical coaxial hole 8 passing in asymmetrically located cone 9, which is connected with the cylindrical chamber 10 formed by the inner surface of the sleeve 4 of smaller diameter, and the end surface of the screw 1.

Centrifugal atomizer with active atomizer for atomization of liquids is as follows.

Liquid is supplied along the cylindrical hole 8 of the nozzle 7 into the diffuser 9 and from there into the chamber 10 from which is supplied under pressure simultaneously in two directions: first, screw in the external cavity of the screw 1, forming the outer rotating fluid flow, and secondly, in the hole 2 with the screw cutting, forming an internal rotating fluid flow.

At the exit of the nozzle there are two rotating fluid stream, one stream, for example an internal, makes rotation in the direction opposite to the external flow along the screw 1, or may perform associated (same) rotation if the direction of the helical grooves is the same. When interacting rotating flows at the exit of the nozzle is further fragmentation of liquid droplets due to their collision in passing or counter-rotating liquid flows (internal and external). While the total fine rotating flow at the outlet may have a direction of rotation, which is determined by the hydraulic resistance of the external or internal helical cavity and grooves of the screw 1, and may be stationary, in the case of the opposite direction of rotation of the threads, and their equality given the different mass velocities. Screw 1 nozzle can be made of solid materials: tungsten carbide, ruby, sapphire.

Additional fragmentation of liquid droplets occurs due to their interaction with the active dispenser rod type with blades that are made in the form of a truncated tetrahedron fixed to the end surface of the sleeve 4 of smaller diameter.

At an average pressure supplied through the cylindrical hole 8 fluid under pressure 6...9 MPa is sprayed from 400 to 1000 kg/h of liquid. The nozzle is easy to manufacture and maintain.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid sprayers and may be used in machine building, chemical and food industries. Swirl atomiser comprises case with screw aligned in the case bottom section. Case top part union has cylindrical fluid feed hole. The latter communicates with diffuser axially symmetric with case and union. Screw is inserted into case to make cylindrical chamber above said screw and aligned with diffuser and communicated therewith. Solid screw outer surface is composed of two connected surfaces. One of said surfaces represents, at least, single-thread helical groove with LH or RH thread located inside said casing. Second surface is smooth and composed of the body of revolution connected in axial symmetry with sprayer disc arranged perpendicular to housing axis. Besides, it extends beyond the housing bottom. Both straight line and n-order curve may make a generating line of said surface. Sprayer disc surface extending beyond housing bottom end surface is bent towards housing bottom. SUBSTANCE: swirl atomiser comprises case with swirling chamber and nozzle. Said case is composed of feed union with central bore and cylindrical sleeve with inner thread jointed and aligned therewith and expansion surface aligned with case. Note here the nozzle is screwed coaxially with case bottom barrel. Said nozzle represents a turned-up barrel with its bottom accommodating turbulent-flow swirler with at least two cylindrical inlets inclined to nozzle axis. A screw guide of the flow of the left-hand orientation is placed on the body of revolution formed by the rotation of a parabola Z2=2px about an axis Z, where p is the parameter of the parabola, x is the current coordinate of the parabola. The base of the body of revolution is connected to the bottom fixed to the housing by a threaded ring. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal swirler consists of case with swirling chamber and of nozzle. The nozzle case is made as a supply connecting pipe with the hole for liquid supply from the main, and a coaxial cylinder male sleeve rigidly jointed to the connecting pipe. The nozzle is connected to the case in its bottom part and coaxially to it by means of a female sleeve. The nozzle is made as a centrifugal swirler of liquid flow with at least three tangential inputs in form of cylinder holes. The sleeve is part of the nozzle and is coaxially and axially installed in relation to the centrifugal vortex, the cone hole is made in the end surface of the centrifugal vortex, the hole is coaxial with blind cylindrical insert of the vortex installed in the casing cylindrical chamber creating the ring cylindrical chamber for the liquid supply to the tangential inputs of the centrifugal vortex. The tangential inputs are in form of the channels installed tangentially to the internal surface of the blind cylindrical insert, and in the centrifugal vortex the intensifier of liquid flow torsion is installed, it is in form of the stock, one its end is secured on the blind round surface of the cylindrical insert using the screw, at the opposite end the second vortex is installed, it is made in form of the male bushing with coarse pitch trapezoidal thread, and secured by the internal thread on stock with cone fairing, coaxially with the nozzle body to its bottom end the confusor is rigidly installed, it has on the internal surface the coarse pitch trapezoidal thread, and direction opposite to the direction of the intensifier of liquid flow torsion, and perforated sprayer in form of the diffuser is coaxially connected to the confusor.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying by means of increases spray cone.

The helical flow guide is made of auger-type of left-side orientation and is placed on the body of rotation formed by rotating of equilateral hyperbola y=xh near the vertical axis. The height of the turns of the auger is connected with the inner cavity of the vertical part of the housing. In the lower vertical part of the housing using a threaded ring a transformer of water flow to raindrops is mounted. The transformer comprises curved blades formed on logarithmic spiral of left-side orientation. Between the blades on the bottom the water-gripping blades are provided, made in the form of a hollow half-cone and mating with holes in the bottom. The blades are located on concentric circles, the horizontal part of the bottom is connected with its vertical part on the radius. On the vertical part of the bottom the drop-forming holes are made, located in two tiers. The holes in the bottom under the water-gripping blades are connected in the rear and the front part with the blade and the vertical wall along the radius.

EFFECT: generating rain with drop sizes, suitable for irrigation of a wide range of cultivated crops.

Liquid distributing device includes reservoir (12) for liquid which reservoir is deformed for liquid distributing by its pressing, liquid distributing tip (10) installed on reservoir (12), channel for liquid passage (24, 50), channel for air passage (26) from outside into the reservoir (12), herewith the channel for air passage (26) is blocked by element (28) made of air permeable polymeric material, which is not porous, and the element (28) is called air permeable element (28).

Envisaged in the shower head for control of the valve element (8) is a control device (9) that has a disc with at least of control element (92, 93, 94, 95) that excises impact onto the valve element (8) and is positioned perpendicular to the disc plane. The disc is designed so that to enable rotation round an axis (11) positioned perpendicular to the body base or parallel to the valve element axis. The control element (92, 93, 94, 95) initiates movement of the valve element (8) by the valve stroke distance.

EFFECT: ensuring the provability to provide for a water-saving mode and a great number of versions with regard to control and combination of the corresponding valve elements to provide for a greater number of effects.

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: in multibarreled irrigation nozzle-activator the housing is made L-shaped. Water-outlet openings are hydraulically connected to water-conducting tubes. The tubes are made along the left-hand spiral of Archimedes and connected in the lower part with the horizontal irrigation barrels. In the inner cavity of the irrigation barrels there are screw guides of flows with winding of turns counterclockwise. The water-conducting tubes are secured to the housing with the enveloping ring through the stretchers. The irrigation barrels are fixed to the enveloping ring with clamps. The screw guides of flows are made replaceable, and their parameters depend on the quality requirements of irrigation for a particular irrigated culture.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of irrigation water use and significant increase in biological activity of irrigation water and productivity.
