Examples of suitable particles include bismuth oxychloride, iron oxide, mica treated with the surface of the mica, ZnO, ZrO2, silicon oxide, salts of derivatives of silicon oxide, colloidal silica, attapulgite, thick, starches (such as corn, tapioca, rice), cellulose materials, nylon-12, nylon-6, polyethylene, talc, styrene, polystyrene, polypropylene, copolymer of ethylene/acrylic acid, acrylates, copolymers of acrylate (cross-linked polymer of methyl methacrylate), sericite, dvuoksid titanium, bismuth oxychloride, iron oxide, aluminum oxide, silicone resin, barium sulfate, clay, cellulose materials, calcium carbonate, cellulose acetate, polymethylmethacrylate, polymethylsilsesquioxane, talc, tetrafluoroethylene, silk powder, boron nitride, lauroleic, aluminium salt and octenylsuccinate starch and salt of calcium and octenylsuccinate starch.

The compositions of the present invention can, optionally, also contain sunscreen. Examples of suitable sunscreens include aminobenzoic acid is one avobenzone, cinoxate, dioxybenzone, homosalate, methylanthranilate, octocrylene, octinoxate, octisalate, oxybenzone, padimate About, phenylbenzimidazole, sulisobenzone, titanium dioxide, salicylate, trolamine, zinc oxide, and combinations thereof. The compositions of the present invention can optionally also contain additional surfactants. Examples of suitable surfactants include, for example, amphoteric surfactants, zwitterionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, and combinations thereof. Specific examples of suitable surfactants known in the art and include those that are suitable for inclusion in compositions for personal care and towels.

The compositions of the present invention can optionally also contain additional emulsifiers. The example is suitable emulsifiers include non-ionic, such as Polysorbate 20, Polysorbate 80, anion, such as phosphate diethylamine, cationic, such as methosulfate behentrimonium etc.

The composition according to the present invention may optionally include additional components typically found in pharmaceutical compositions established in the art manner and established in the art levels. For example, these compositions may contain additional compatible pharmaceutically active materials for combinatorial therapy, such as bactericides, antioxidants, antiparasitic agents, substances that prevent itching, fungicide, antiseptic active substances, biologically active substances, astringents, keratolytic active agents, local anaesthetics, anti-ulcer agents, agents against redness, soothing remedies for skin, and combinations thereof. Other suitable additives that may be included in compositions according to the present disclosure include coloring substances, deodorizing agents, fragrances, perfumes tools, emulsifiers, defoamers, lubricants, natural moisturizing agents, agents, conditioning the skin, means for protection of the skin and other skin friendly agents (e.g., aloe Vera and anti-aging ingredients, such as peptides), solvents, solubilizing agents, suspendresume agents, wetting agents, humectants, preservatives, propellants, dyes and/or pigments, and combinations thereof.

The number of possible components will depend on used cosmetic carriers and quantity of cosmetic carriers in the compositions, as well as the desired benefits from the composition.

Another object composition according to the present disclosure may be used in combination with a variety of products that are useful for household chores, personal hygiene, health and the application or removal of cosmetics.

In one particular object, the liquid surfactant composition may be incorporated into or applied onto a substrate such as an absorbent pad, cloth or cloth substrate or fabric substrate, surgical items, such as uniforms, surgical wipes, sterile wraps and masks, as well as other non-surgical applications such as agricultural, mining, substrate for cleaning the rooms and the environment.

Polymers and, in particular, thermoplastic polymers suitable for the formation of nets, which are useful in the practice of the present invention. Non-woven mesh, useful in the present invention can be manufactured by Garrett, Borg is by many processes, including, but not limited to, processes, air laying processes, wet laying processes hydropyridine, spunbond production method, the blowing of the melt, cardownie and bonding staple fibers and spun from a solution.

For example, the liquid surfactant composition may be incorporated in or applied to absorbent articles such as diapers, pants for the sessions, products for protection against incontinence in adults, feminine hygiene, etc., There is a real need among consumers in absorbent articles having improved properties liquid is absorbed when the loss prevention in addition to providing them a comfortable and flexible fit. In one preferred embodiment, the liquid surfactant composition is a liquid it is nosily, which can be used in combination with absorbent product as a seal to limit any leakage of exudates. For example, the liquid surfactant composition may be applied as a coating on the peripheral edge of the layer facing the body of absorbent articles for personal hygiene, to help reduce leakage.

For further understanding of the object of the present invention described in detail in the description of the figures. Figure 1 shows the cross-section of a typical absorbent articles for personal hygiene 10. A lot of pores, holes, apertures or other openings, as well as their combinations, which are present or formed in the layer facing the body 15 can provide permeability to fluid. Synthetically the forming hydrogel polymers include, for example, alkali metal salts of polyacrylic acid, polyacrylamides, polyvinyl alcohol, copolymers of ethylene and maleic anhydride, polyvinyl simple esters, polivinilpirrolidon, polymers and copolymers of vinylsulfonic, polyacrylates and pyridine. Other suitable forming hydrogel polymers include graft copolymers of starch and hydrolyzed Acrylonitrile grafted copolymers of starch and acrylic acid, copolymers of isobutylene and maleic anhydride, and combinations thereof. Forming hydrogel polymers can be lightly stitched to give to the material, essentially, the insolubility in water. The stitching can be carried out by radiation or by covalent ionic mechanism using forces van der Waals forces or hydrogen bonds.

In a specific embodiment, the present invention liquid surfactant composition disclosed in the present description, placed on a covered area of 50, at least one layer patterns 12 of absorbent articles for personal hygiene 10. In typical embodiments, as shown in Fig.1 covered area 50 extends around the entire peripheral edges 30 of the absorbent articles for personal hygiene 10. In other embodiments, as shown in Fig.4, part of the covered area 50 extend only along the longitudinal edges 35 of absorbent articles for personal hygiene 10.

Covered area 50 containing liquid surfactant composition capable of intercepting fluids and liquids when they are moved to the peripheral edge 30 of the absorbent articles for personal hygiene 10. Fluid leaking from the absorbent core or current from the layer facing the body 15 during periods larger flow of exudates, will be absorbed capable of swelling liquid surfactant composition. Therefore, fluids or exudates, which potentially would cause leakage, come into contact with a liquid surface active composition and the potential leakage is prevented. Thus, the absorbent personal care product 10 provides consistent protection as a physical hindrance of the additional stream.

In other typical embodiments, execution of the present invention, at least part of the covered region 50 is placed between the end part 65 of the absorbent core 25 and the peripheral edge 30 of the absorbent articles for personal hygiene 10. Accordingly, since any fluid or exudates leak to the ends of the absorbent articles for personal hygiene 10 to move to the peripheral edges 30, liquids are in contact with the liquid surfactant composition, which helps to reduce the seepage of fluid from the absorbent articles for personal hygiene 10.

In another embodiment, as shown in Fig.3, the liquid surfactant composition may be placed in a covered area 70 on the back sheet of absorbent articles for personal hygiene 10, adjacent to the absorbent core 25. In this embodiment, when the liquid seeps from the center of the absorbent core 25 to the peripheral edge 30 of the absorbent articles for personal hygiene 10, the liquid surfactant composition prevents the escape of liquids, absorbent articles for personal hygiene 10. The liquid surfactant composition may also be caused is on on the other layers, such as layers, permeable to the liquid through the capillary absorbent layers, distributing fluid layers, transfer layers and barrier layers, and combinations thereof.

In another typical embodiment, as shown in Fig.4, there are plenty of covered areas 55, 60, adjacent to the peripheral edge 30, in order to further reduce the leakage of any fluid from the peripheral edges 30 of the absorbent articles for personal hygiene 10.

Another object of the liquid surfactant composition may be applied to other substrates, such as items of protective clothing. As is known, gloves, surgical wipes with nececcary, surgical suits, surgical sheets, surgical masks and sterile wrappers have been designed to significantly reduce, if not prevent, the transfer through surgical product liquids and/or air pollution. In relation to surgical procedures such liquid sources include sweat consumer costume, fluid of patients, such as blood and fluid life support, such as plasma and saline. Examples of air pollution include, but are not limited to, biological contamination, such as bacteria, viruses and fungal spores. Often these disposable surgical products largely replaced surgical linen and is Delia. Progress in the development of such disposable surgical products include the formation of such products from completely repelling liquid tissue that prevent their penetration. At least part of the layer facing the body, is covered with a liquid surfactant composition, which is described here. The substrate can be covered fully or along peripheral edges to provide a seal. The liquid surfactant composition glued to surfaces such as skin, in order to optimize the sealing function of surgical masks. As such, the liquid surfactant composition who prevents the ear or liquid biological contaminants to pass through a surgical mask in/on protected areas of the face. Additionally, in the case of compositions with surfactants liquid surfactant composition disinfects and cleanses the face, protected by the mask.

As various changes could be made in the above compositions and substrates/products without departing from the scope of the invention, it is assumed that all the materials contained in the above description shall be interpreted as illustrative, and not in the sense of the constraint.

The following non-limiting examples are provided for further explanation of the present invention.

Example 1

In this example, the received liquid surfactant composition. The following ingredients were used to produce liquid surfactant composition.

Additionally, the composition is transferred to the hands of the individual for cleaning and aeration to provide the individual with a solution of a surfactant for cleaning hands.

Example 4

In this example, the received liquid surfactant composition. Following the Ingram is ienty used to obtain a liquid surfactant composition.

To get a typical composition, were mixed together until homogeneous cationic surfactant of Quaterni-80 (commercially available from Evonik Industries of Hopwell, Virginia) and anionic surfactant lauryl MRA (commercially available from Sasol North America, Inc. from Houston, Texas).

In addition, received the female absorbent article to show the prevention of leakage of the liquid surfactant composition. At first this product was cut into 4 equal sections. The middle two sections were chosen for testing. One section was treated according to one peripheral edge approximately 1 gram of the prepared liquid surface-active substances, causing the solution to the surface facing the body lines across the strip. Another middle section was left untreated in aiming the comparison.

Both treated and untreated sections of female absorbent articles were placed in a weigh boat in front of the solid base at an angle of about 45 degrees from the base facing the body layer feminine absorbent products (gaskets) directed upwards. The treated section was placed in suspended boat with the processed part at the bottom of the suspended boat.

Then about 10 grams of dyed water was slowly added to the Central part of the female strip to simulate the flow of exudates on the gasket. After adding the liquid to the strip compared the response of treated and untreated sections. In both cases, the excess part of the fluid moved from the center of the strip to the edge of the strip.

The processed part showed that the liquid surfactant composition swells after contact with water, helping to prevent the movement of liquid from the strip surface. The processed part shows that only a small part of the water beyond the line of the liquid surfactant composition. Most of the fluid remained above the liquid surface-active composition in the Central part of the treated part of the strip. On the contrary, in the raw section of excess fluid was allowed to move away from the center of the strip, freely flowing to the edge of neobrabotannye strip. Thus, the liquid surfactant composition of the present invention provides a solution which swells after contact with water and helps to reduce leakage from the gasket surface.

Then the treated and untreated sections were placed on a horizontal table surface with a layer of the body, facing up. The glass substrate was placed in front of the layer facing the body, and pressed. Then, the two glass substrates was raised a few inches from the table surface. The treated section of the women's strip was glued to a glass substrate and rose from the table surface. On the contrary, the raw part remained on the surface of the table, not preceives to the glass substrate. Thus, the liquid surfactant composition of the present invention provides a solution which adheres to the surfaces, providing additional protection against leakage.
