SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fuel composition for diesel engines, which includes middle-distillate liquid fuel and a cetane additive, wherein the additive is an alkyl nitrate-containing product of nitration of fraction NK-195°C of the still residue of the product of a propylene hydroformylation process, with the following ratio of components, wt %: alkyl nitrate-containing product of nitration of fractions NK-195°C of the still residue of the product of a propylene hydroformylation process - 0.01-1.00 and middle-distillate liquid fuel - 99.00-99.99.

EFFECT: high cetane number and improved lubricating power of fuel for diesel engines.

The invention relates to the production of fuel compositions for diesel engines with improved performance characteristics and can be used in the petrochemical industry for the production of fuels for engines that meet the standards of EURO-3 and higher.

A known method of manufacturing a diesel fuel additive of cyclohexylamine in the amount of 0.5-1.5% of the volume of condensate (Application for invention EN 94035543 A1). The disadvantage of this invention is the use of cyclohexylacetate, resulting in lower flash temperature, which limits the content of additives in concentrations less effective from the point of view of increasing the cetane number values. In addition, cyclohexylmethyl also has low lubricity [Danilov, A. M. the Use of additives in fuels for cars. - Ref. ed. - M.: Chemistry, 2000. - 232 S.].

It is known that additives on the basis of alkyl nitrate significantly affect lubricity of diesel fuel, increasing the diameter of the spot of wear [,N. Nowacki, S. C. Vadalazhskaya, B., Sokolov. Modern methods of improving the quality of diesel fuel. // Neftgazpromyshlennost. - 2004. - №1].

This is due to the high oxidizing ability of these additives. The oxidation products, getting in the zone of friction, causing increased wear [Mi is Usova I.e. Current state of production of diesel fuels. The quality requirements. // The world of petroleum products. - 2009. No. 9-10. - C. 6-9].

The closest in technical essence and the achieved effect is diesel (inventor's certificate SU 1113401, C10L 1/08). To improve fuel quality for diesel and cheaper to use a fraction of the paraffin hydrocarbon, C5-C9in the amount of 5-60 wt.%. The disadvantage of this invention is the use of paraffin hydrocarbons, which adversely affect the low temperature properties of diesel fuel, thus limiting their content in the fuel.

The technical problem of the invention is to improve the starting properties of the fuel composition due to the use of additives, derived from by-products.

This object is achieved in that the fuel composition for diesel engines, including sredneziminskoe liquid fuel and an additive that increases the cetane number, according to the invention as additives contains alkyldiethanolamine product of the nitration fraction of NC-195°C VAT residue of the product of the process of propylene hydroformylation. The composition comprises, in wt.%: alkyldiethanolamine product of the nitration fraction of NC-195°C - 0.01 to-1.00 and sredneziminskoe liquid fuel to 99.00-99,99. For the preparation of the fuel additive composition, representing alkyldiethanolamine product of the nitration fraction of NC-195°C VAT residue of the product of the process of propylene hydroformylation, is introduced into diesel fuel at the desired concentration.

Table 1 shows the physicochemical properties of the fuel composition containing the additive composition in an amount of 1.0 wt.% and diesel fuel - a 99.0 wt.%, and the normalized values according to GOST R 52368-2005 (EN590: 2004).

From table 1 it follows that the values of physico-chemical parameters of the fuel composition containing the additive composition in an amount of 1.0 wt.% and a 99.0 wt.% - diesel fuel, are in the range of normalized values.

The drawing shows the dependence of the cetane number of from the content of the additive in the fuel composition.

In the drawing dependence implies that the increase in the content of the additive in the fuel composition is increased cetane number. So, for example, at a concentration of 0.5 wt.% additives in fuel compositions value cetane number compared to the baseline diesel fuel increased by 5.2% (10.2 per cent). The introduction of the additive in the fuel composition has virtually no effect on the wear properties of the fuel composition. There has been a slight decrease in the adjusted diameter of the spot is znose - up to 10%.

Fuel composition containing a small amount of cetane number increasing additive, representing alkyldiethanolamine product of the nitration fraction of NC-195°C VAT residue of the product of the process of propylene hydroformylation, and diesel fuel has a high cetane values that leads to improved performance properties. Through the use of available feedstock for the production of additives, as well as its low specific consumption reduces the cost of the proposed fuel composition.

Described is a method of reducing deposits in the inlet valve of an internal combustion engine, which includes burning the disclosed fuel composition in said engine.

EFFECT: use of said additive mixture in a lead-free fuel composition increases the octane number of motor fuel and reduces deposits in the inlet valve of an internal combustion engine by burning the disclosed lead-free fuel composition.

EFFECT: additives make it possible to eliminate problems in Bx fuels, caused by precipitation, taking place at temperatures higher than temperature of turbidity.

SUBSTANCE: motor petrol additive contains a multifunctional additive with detergent and anticorrosion properties - 1.0-10.0 wt %, a piperazine ethanamine colour stabiliser - 0.005-0.3 wt %, a hydrocarbon fraction with boiling point between 30°C and 330°C 20-50 wt % and an antiknock additive containing N-methyl aniline as a basic component - up to 100 wt %. Also disclosed is a fuel composition for an internal combustion engine based petrol, which contains said multifunctional fuel additive in amount of 0.3-4.0 wt %.

EFFECT: multifunctional motor petrol additive has improved antiknock, detergent and anticorrosion properties with a colour stabiliser for allowing prolonged storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for obtaining an ether additive, which involves mixing of dicarboxylic acid with ether so that water, ether and excess alcohol is obtained with further separation of water and alcohol from ether by rectification; at that, as an acid there used is oxalic acid, and as alcohol - n-butanol or 2-ethylhexanol. Cyclohexane used as a solvent is supplied for mixing of oxalic acid with alcohol, and rectification is performed in two columns so that cyclohexane (solvent) is obtained in the first column, which is returned to the stage of mixing with oxalic acid and alcohol and supply of residue of the first column to the second one so that alcohol and target product (ether additive) are obtained in it.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to application of nitrogen-containing dispersing agent as an antioxidation additive for diesel fuel composition containing biofuel. Nitrogen-containing dispersing agent is preferably chosen of the following substances: (i) reaction product of polyisobutene substituted derivative substance of amber acid, the molecular weight of PIB (polyisobutene) in which is 500 to 2800, and polyamine; and (ii) Mannich reaction product, which has been performed in presence of phenol, amine and aldehyde. Use of nitrogen-containing dispersing agent for improvement of resistance to oxidation of fuel composition containing biodiesel fuel and antioxidation additive is described. Besides, diesel fuel composition including biodiesel fuel, nitrogen-containing dispersing agent and conventionally used antioxidant is described, where nitrogen-containing dispersing agent is chosen from: (i) reaction product of polyisobutene substituted derivative substance of amber acid, the molecular weight of PIB (polyisobutene) in which is 500 to 2800, and polyamine; and (ii) Mannich reaction product, which has been performed in presence of phenol, amine and aldehyde.

EFFECT: addition of nitrogen-containing dispersing agent in combination with known antioxidation additive to fuel composition containing biodiesel fuel leads to improvement of fuel resistance to oxidation.

A plant for production of diesel fuel with low-temperature properties, which contains the main fuel line having an inlet part for connection with an original fuel source, a middle part with the vortex unit, and an outlet part for connection to a storage tank of ready diesel fuel, as well as a supply tank with depression additive, which is interconnected through a batch metre with the main fuel line, which differs by the fact that it includes the first and the second pumps, an aviation kerosene tank and a heating belt enveloping the inlet part of fuel main line. The vortex unit is made in the form of a vortex heat generator; inlet part of the fuel main line is connected to its middle part through the first pump; the aviation kerosene tank is connected through the second pump to the middle part of the main fuel line at the vortex heat generator outlet, and the batch metre is interconnected with the fuel main line in its middle part between the first pump and the vortex heat generator inlet.

EFFECT: use of the method and the industrial plant will allow obtaining winter diesel fuel from summer diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties, with stable consumer properties and long-term storage period.

A method of purifying an organic solution, comprising contacting a flocculating and sequestering agent with the organic solution, which organic solution comprises fatty acid alkyl esters, wherein the water content of the organic solution is equal or less than 5% by weight, when the pH in the organic solution is 9 to 12, wherein the flocculating and sequestering agent is chosen from polyaluminium coagulants. There is provided a process for purification of an organic solution of fatty acid alkyl esters suitable for use as biodiesel, comprising: adding a flocculating and sequestering agent chosen from polyaluminium coagulants to the organic solution so as to facilitate the purification when the pH in the organic solution is 9 to 12 and removing a portion from the organic solution, which portion comprises the flocculating and sequestering agent, and impurities, wherein the water content of the organic solution is equal or less than 5% by weight.

EFFECT: process will enable less energy input and becomes less time-consuming and less costly, as compared to the known processes using water to purify the organic solution.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of plant oil with heating to 80°C, alkaline ethanolysis using potassium hydroxide in ethanol with molar concentration of 2 mol/dm3 to obtain an ether-glycerine mixture which is separated to form two fractions - glycerine and a mixture of ethers. The mixture of ethers (biodiesel fuel) undergoes filtration, sorption purification and dehydration. The obtained biodiesel fuel is stored. Preparation of the plant oil is carried out such that before heating, the plant oil is mixed with 1% aqueous solution of an Ecofriend enzyme-probiotic preparation and the obtained mixture is held for 24 hours at temperature 23-27°C. After holding for 24 hours, the mixture of plant oil and this preparation is heated to said heating temperature. The products are taken in the following ratio, pts.wt: plant oil 5; 1% aqueous solution of Ecofriend enzyme-probiotic preparation 5; potassium hydroxide in ethanol 5.

EFFECT: method increases the amount of the obtained biodiesel fuel.

SUBSTANCE: gas-oil composition includes a gas-oil composition and additives added in the following steps 1 and 2 and containing a synthetic base FT in amount of 60 vol. % or more with respect to total amount of the gas-oil composition, with weight content of sulphur equal to or less than 5 parts per million, content of aromatic compounds equal to less than 10 vol. %, content of oxygen equal to or less than 100 parts per million, final temperature of 360°C or lower, insoluble residue after oxidation resistance test equal to less than 0.5 mg/100 ml, wear spot diameter HFRR (WS1.4) equal to less than 400 mcm and specific ratio of content of normal paraffins and their overall content, (step 1) a lubricity additive containing a fatty acid and/or fatty acid ester is mixed in amount of 20 mg/l or higher and 300 mg/l or less in units of the active component with the gas-oil composition through flow mixing, forced mixing or settling the mixture for a suitable period of time; and (step 2) an additive which enhances fluidity at low temperature, which contains a copolymer of ethylene vinyl acetate and/or a compound having surface activity, is mixed in amount of 20 mg/l or more and 1000 mg/l or less in units of the active component, with the gas-oil composition through flow mixing, forced mixing or settling the mixture for a suitable period of time.

EFFECT: gas-oil composition having low-temperature properties and having low fuel consumption characteristics, is suitable for use during winter.
