FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles of periodical action designed for transportation of produced rock mass from a bottomhole. A shaft rope-scraper plant comprises a scraper of box type, head and tail traction ropes connected with it, a scraper hoist and a discharge platform. The scraper hoist is accepted as three-drum, on two drums of which there are both ends of the head traction rope fixed. The middle part of the head traction rope is fixed in the centre of the front wall of the scraper and with the possibility to embrace to curved guides with a rope, and these guides are fixed on side edges of the front wall of the scraper with sagging of guides to outside from the side sections of the scraper, at the angles of guides bend of more than 90 degrees.

EFFECT: invention provides for double reduction of load at a head traction rope, and also provides for increased efficiency of rock mass gripping by a scraper with increased width of its placement in the area of scraper load.

The invention relates to transport machines of periodic action, namely, to the shaft of the scraper units designed for transportation from the bottom of extracted rock mass to the unloading shelf with overload and it in other vehicles or for submission to the crushing equipment.

Famous adopted for the prototype dvuhkonatnaya scraper installation, consisting of a box scraper type, connecting the head and tail traction rope, double-drum scraper winch, deflecting blocks and unloading shelf (Y. D. Tarasov, V. Y. Koptev. Transport machines of periodic action. -SPb, 2012, S. 6, 7, Fig.2A).

However, the disadvantages of the known cantano-scraper installations are increasing the load on the head rope when moving a loaded scraper on the soil of the underground workings, as well as the limited ability to capture the scraper of the rock mass along the width of its publication in the download area.

The technical result of the invention is a double reduction of the load on the head rope and the possibility of capture by the scraper rock mass with an increased width of its publication in the area of the boot scraper.

The technical result is achieved in that the shaft of the scraper installation containing scraper box type connected with him head the tail traction ropes, scraper winch and unloading shelves, scraper winch adopted three-drum, two drums which are fixed at both ends of the head of the traction rope, the middle part of which is fixed in the center of the front wall scraper and with the possibility of rounding the rope two curved rails that are attached to the lateral edges of the front wall scraper with the deflection of the rails in an outward direction from the side portions of the scraper, with the angles of inflection guides more than 90 degrees.

The drawing shows the plan of the scraper installation at the initial position, the scraper in the area of his boot.

The scraper apparatus consists of a scraper box type 1, United with him the head 2 and the tail 3 of the traction ropes, scraper winch 4 and the unloading shelves 5. Scraper winch 4 adopted three-drum, two drums 6 and 7 which are fixed at both ends of the head of the traction rope 2, the middle part of which is fixed (8) in the center of the front wall of the scraper 1. The scraper installation operates as follows. During the period of filling of the scraper 1 mountain mass periodically disable one of the driving drums 6 and 7 of the head traction Kant 2 with sequential rotations off one 6 and second 7 reels. This increases the efficiency of filling scraper 1 mountain mass due to the rotation of its reversal in one 14 and the other 15 hand, in combination with the direction 13 offset scraper 1 along the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the two branches of the head of the traction rope 2. At the ECC sequential switching on and off of the drive of the drums 6 and 7 the head of the traction rope 2 should be automated and continues until the moment of retirement, even though the 1 with the download of a rock mass.

Thus, features of the invention not only provide a double reduction of the load on the head of the traction rope, but also increase the efficiency of capture by the scraper rock mass with an increased width of its publication in the area of the boot scraper.

FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: system of pneumatic container transport includes loading and unloading sites, a charge and an idle branches of a pipeline, forming a single closed guiding transport track, filled with working medium, sluice chambers and pneumatic pumps. The guiding transport track is made in the form of horizontal sections with loading and unloading sites equipped with pushers and inclined sections. On the unloading site the charge pipeline is located above the idle pipeline, and on the loading site - below. Both branches of the transport track are made at two sides as smoothly meeting in one point to form a coupling. At the same time the pipeline branches are equipped with relief valves installed in the beginning of inclined sections, and gates installed in the beginning of inclined sections and charge and idle branches. The working medium is compressed air. Sluice chambers are located downstream the crossing of the charge and idle branches of the pipeline. The unloading site is equipped with a tilter and an unloading hopper, and the loading site - with a loading hopper.

EFFECT: simplified design, reduced material intensity, smaller dimensions, increased reliability of a device and simplified process of material transportation in development of minerals.

Movement at least of one of the first and the second moving conveyors for changing at least one of the working angle and the transshipment point; with that, movement at least of one of the first and the second moving conveyors includes the following: (a) at the first type of movement the working angle is changed between the first and the second moving conveyors so that essentially constant transshipment point is maintained, (b) at the second type of movement the transshipment point is changed so that essentially constant working angle is maintained between the first and the second moving conveyors, (c) at the third type of movement the transshipment point and the specified working angle is changed.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a base of an end head of a bottomhole conveyor with spherical hinged guides of an unloading table, a base of a drift conveyor with a coupling support, jacks of haulage and guiding, with a section of a tail drum, a ramp link. At the same time bases of the end head of the bottomhole conveyor and the drift belt conveyor are matched in the vertical plane and are equipped with cuts of the side (cross) overturning along the axis of the drift conveyor, besides, the length of the cut of the bottomhole conveyor is more than the width of the cut of the drift conveyor by the value of the permissible displacement of the bottomhole conveyor relative to the drift one, and is equal to the length of hinged guides, when the spherical support of the unloading table is installed on the axis of the rock mass overturning, spheres with guides are not installed on the drift conveyor.

SUBSTANCE: two diesel trucks with two hydraulic rams each run on monorail beam in dismantling chamber under face conveyor. At a time, face conveyor fifteen linear sections, pans, are strapped with chain and scrapers of top working and bottom idle runs. In "repair opening" at fifteenth linear section of face conveyor, the pan, chains of top working and bottom idle runs are connected by chain locks. At first linear section of face conveyor, the pan, top working and bottom idle runs are connected by chain locks together with scrapers from outside. Sections are lifted and disconnected from sixteenth pan and transferred into mounting chamber.

SUBSTANCE: method includes feeding coal along the main external chain scraper conveyor from a receiving hopper to rolling stock, providing for automatic separation of coal into fractions in process of coal feeding, for instance, into three fractions, siftings - up to 15 mm, bean - up to 35 mm and coarse coal, with preliminary crushing and dosed discharge of coal. At the same time automatic separation of coal into fractions is carried out as coal moves along the main external chain scraper conveyor, for instance, to a half of conveyor length - to the siftings fraction, and on the other half - to the bean fraction, at the same time discharge and carry-over of fractional coal is carried out automatically by a lower idle branch of the main chain scraper conveyor with siftings fraction discharge into a tray of one belt conveyor, the bean fraction - into a tray of another belt conveyor, and coarse coal is carried over by the upper branch of the main external chain scraper conveyor directly to the rolling stock, besides, coal separation into siftings and bean fractions is carried out by sectors.

SUBSTANCE: proposed conveyor comprises plate belt consisting of bed secured to two pull chains with rolls rolling in guides mounted on posts, intermediate drives, each composed of endless pull chain surrounding driving and tension sprockets to allow interaction between pull chain with plate belt. Plate belt links arranged opposite each other over belt width are interconnected by "П"-like beams with replaceable straps made from resilient material and secured at their top brass arms to allow interaction with outer surface of plate belt bed. Plate chains of belt upper run are arranged to interact with roller bearings. Bearing housings of driving and tensioning sprockets and said roller bearings are arranged on the frame to displace it vertically relative to conveyor posts and to be locked thereat by screw mechanisms. Magnets are arranged in gaps between pull chains and intermediate drive plate chains with minimum clearance relative to belt bed between said sprockets. Note here that said frame with chain pull member is arranged to be displaced vertically relative to fixed guides secured on conveyor posts and spring loaded thereto by spiral contraction springs. Said springs thrust against guide brackets to displace vertically relative thereto and be locked by screw mechanisms. Note here that total stiffness of springs is taken to ensure total working force equal to the sum of bed weight and total force generated by magnets. Brackets with magnets are attached to pull circuit frame.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a scraper of box type (1), a scraper hoist (2), head (3) and tail (4) traction ropes, diverting blocks (5) for traction ropes, a loading ramp (6). The scraper comprises side walls (7) and a rear wall (8), in its lower part inclined at the angle to the horizon. On the rear inclined wall of the scraper at the angle (10) of fixation of a tail traction rope to the scraper on brackets (11, 12) fixed on the walls a shaft (14) of cylindrical shape is installed with the possibility of rotation on the horizontal axis (13), and its lower edge is arranged with displacement downwards relatively to the lower edge of the rear wall of the scraper and is distanced from it along the horizontal line towards the tail traction rope. Brackets on the rear wall are fixed with the help of a board (15) with the possibility of its displacement in the vertical plane along the wall and fixation on it with the help of fastening elements (16).
