SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to closure means for small bags not to be opened by children. The invention objective consists in creation of a closure means for small bags that children can not open; the means ensures tightness to protect against rot caused by atmosphere impact. The closure means for small bags contains a cylindrical bushing having the first open end and the second open end, a longitudinal slot in the cylindrical bushing which has a closed end next to the cylindrical bushing first end and an open end next to the cylindrical bushing second end, a core fitted for positioning concentrically inside the cylindrical bushing, with the first end and the second one. The core first end is fitted for engagement with the cylindrical bushing first end; the lock protected from children is designed for detachable connection to the cylindrical bushing second end or to the core second end to block the longitudinal slot open end.

EFFECT: creation of a closure means for small bags that children can not open; the means ensures tightness to protect against rot caused by atmosphere impact.

The present invention relates to available child-resistant closing tool bags, sachets or pouches with secure child lock.

Re-sealable bags are widely known, for example, in documents WO 98/57863 A1 and WO 2004/103827 A2. Closing means for these bags based on covered and covering closing elements on two opposite inner surfaces of the bag. In some re-closable bags use a more complex type system of internal exciting sliders described, for example, in WO 02/08078 A2. In WO 2006/058418 A1 describes re-close acetic functions additional protective covering device. In the US 5681115 described of child-resistant locking device for re-closing of the bag, including the zipper, operatively associated with the opening and movable between open and closed positions. These closing means include a cylindrical sleeve having open ends and a longitudinal slot forming an opening in the peripheral wall of the cylindrical sleeve. A longitudinal slot extends from one end, the end for feeding cylindrical sleeve almost to the other end, a locking end, a cylindrical sleeve, thus forming a closed end of the slit. The closing means further comprises a rod which is longer than the cylindrical sleeve, and is adapted to position concentrically within the cylindrical sleeve. One end of the rod, a locking end, is extended so that when you insert the other end, the free end of the rod,the locking end of the cylindrical sleeve, the rod moving forward will be blocked when blocking the end of the rod engages with the locking end of the cylindrical sleeve. In this position the free end of the stem protrudes from the end to supply cylindricus the second sleeve.

To use the closing means closing the bag is folded to the wall of the bag formed bend. On the one hand this juncture is moved to the end for feeding cylindrical sleeve and moves forward in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical sleeve to the locking end of the cylindrical sleeve, so that the folded part of the walls around the bend were located between the rod and the inner wall of the cylindrical sleeve. These closing means can be used for any type of bag of the appropriate size.

Known re-sealable pouches not necessarily airtight. In addition, depending on the content may be preferably closed the bag cannot easily be opened again, for example, if the contents of the bag is a medicine, a cleaning substance or another substance, which should not fall into the hands of the child.

Therefore, the problem is to provide a closing means for bags that can not open the children, and the same time, so it was tight as possible to protect the contents from damage due to atmospheric effects.

This problem is solved by using a closing means for the bag and method of closing a bag according to the present invention. The term "bag" should be understood as encompassing any type of flexible membranes, including bags, sachets or pouches, but not limited to.

A closing means according to the present invention comprises a cylindrical sleeve having a first open end, the locking end and a second open end, the end for filing, a longitudinal slot in the cylindrical sleeve with a closed end near the first end of the cylindrical sleeve and the open end at the open end of the cylindrical sleeve; a rod adapted to position concentrically within the cylindrical sleeve, with the first end, the locking end and the second end, a free end, the first end of the rod adapted for engagement with the first end of the cylindrical sleeve, and protecting the child lock is adapted for detachable connection to an end station, close to the second end of the cylindrical sleeve or the second end of the rod to block the open end of the longitudinal slit.

The rod has at least the same length as the cylindrical sleeve. The cylindrical sleeve and the wall is Zhen can be performed as a single item.

A cylindrical sleeve, the rod and the cap, the ring or strip may be made of rigid material, such as plastic, aluminum, steel or wood. The cap may also be made of flexible material to provide an opening by squeezing and turning to resist access for children.

The plot of a folded end of the bag may be provided with a hole and can be rotated around the cylindrical sleeve closing means, so that the area of a folded end forms a hanger for the bag. Alternatively, the closing means may have a plot of the suspension attached to or formed integral with the cylindrical sleeve. The plot of the suspension may have a hole for installation.

In one embodiment, the area of the end for feeding cylindrical sleeve has two slots or apertures on opposite sides. The cap has an elliptical cross-section and two protrusions on its inner walls in the area of end points of the minor axis of the elliptical cross-section. The tabs correspond to the apertures is whether the slots in the end sector for the filing of a cylindrical sleeve. Closing the tool is locked in the coupling protrusions of the cap with apertures or slots in the end sector for the filing of a cylindrical sleeve. In Fig.1-4 showing the closing means 10 for a bag with a cylindrical sleeve 12 with open ends 14, 16 and a longitudinal slot 18, forming the opening in the peripheral wall of the cylindrical sleeve 12. A longitudinal slot 18 extends from the end 16 for feeding cylindrical sleeve 12 until almost the end of the stopper 14, thereby forming the closed end 20 of the slot 18. The rod 22 is located concentrically within the cylindrical sleeve 12. Locking end 24 of the rod 22 is extended so that when you insert the free end 26 of the rod 22 in the locking end 14 of the cylindrical sleeve 12 moving forward rod 22 is locked when the locking end 24 of the rod 22 engages with a locking end 14 of the cylindrical sleeve 12. In this position the free end 26 of the rod 22 protrudes from the end 16 for feeding cylindrical sleeve 12.

In one embodiment, the blocking end 24 and the locking end 14 connected to each other permanently or by means of adhesive or by ultrasonic welding.

In a preferred embodiment, the cylindrical sleeve 12 and the rod 22 is manufactured as one piece. As shown in Fig.5, section 40 of the end for feeding cylindrical sleeve 12 has two apertures 42 on opposite sides. The cap 50 has an elliptic cross-section and two protrusions 52 on its inner walls in the area of end points of the minor axis of the elliptical cross-section. The tabs 52 correspond to the apertures 42. Closing the tool 10 is locked when the coupling protrusions 52 of the cap 50 with apertures 42 on the section 40 of the end for feeding cylindrical sleeve 12 (see Fig.3).

In Fig.6A-g are shown as a closing tool 10 is attached to the bag 30. Closing the tool 10 has a section 1 suspension with a hole 13. The bag 30 is folded so that the walls 32, 34 of the bag 30 to form a channel 36. Starting with one side, the channel 36 is located around the rod 22 and vdvinul in the end 16 for feeding cylindrical sleeve 12 and is moved forward in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical sleeve 12, while the side channel 36 is not coupled with a locking end 14 of the cylindrical sleeve 12. When closing the tool 10 is fully attached to the bag 30 (Fig.6g), the folded side walls 32, 34, near to the channel 36, located between the rod 22 and the inner wall of the cylindrical sleeve 12. The inner diameter of the cylindrical sleeve 12, the outer diameter of the rod 22 the width of the longitudinal slit 18 is so adjusted, when closing the tool 10 is attached to the bag 30, the bag tightly closed. Closing the tool 10 is locked when attaching the cap 50 to the section 40 of the end for feeding cylindrical sleeve 12 (see Fig.6g, where the bag is shown from the opposite side). Private bag 30 can be set by section 11 of the suspension.

Closing the tool 10 can be re-opened by pressure on the two opposing positions, which are located at an angle of about 90 from the tabs of the cap on the outer side wall of the cap 50. At this pressure the walls of the cap in the areas around the protrusions of the cap is moved axially from each other, thereby lifting the tabs 52 with apertures 42, and the cap 50 can be removed from the section 40 of the end for feeding cylindrical sleeve 12. After removal of the cap 50, the bag 30 can be re-opened by moving the closing means 10 from the folded bag 30 in the opposite direction from the locking end 14 of the cylindrical sleeve 12.

In Fig.7a, b shows an alternative implementation in comparison with the above. In Fig.7a, b shows the bag 30 with the closing means 10 and suspension from two opposite sides. The closing means 10 is attached to the bag 30. Section 60 of a folded end of the bag 30 has a hole 62 and wrapped around cylindricus the second sleeve 12 closing means, so the plot 60 folded end forms a hanger for the bag 30.
