The invention relates to the construction materials industry, in particular to the composition of the raw material mixtures, which can be used for the manufacture of building blocks for low-rise construction.

Famous raw mixture (mastic), including weight.h.: Portland 1,0-2,0; silica sand 0.5-2,0; crumb rubber with a fibrous filler is 0.1-0.5; asbestos of 0.1 to 0.8 [1].

The objective of the invention is to obtain a solid wall blocks made from raw mixture.

Technical result is achieved by the fact that the raw mix for the production of building blocks, including Portland cement, quartz sand, rubber crumb with a fibrous filler, asbestos, further comprises a gypsum binder and plasticized with dibutyl phthalate polyvinyl acetate dispersion, as well as rubber crumb with a fibrous filler is crushed and sifted through a sieve №2,5 used automobile tyres, in the following ratio, wt.%: Portland 26,0-30,0; quartz sand 66,8-70,9; crushed and sifted through a sieve №2,5 used automobile tyres 1.0 to 1.5; asbestos 1.0 to 1.5; gypsum binder of 0.4-0.6; plasticized with dibutyl phthalate polyvinyl acetate dispersion of 0.1-0.2, with water-cement ratio of 0,5-0,55.

The composition of the raw mix is shown in the table.

For the preparation of raw mix using Portland cement (400-500 M), gypsum binder (G-2-G-7), asbestos 6-7 varieties, pre-crushed, quartz sand, crushed and sifted through a sieve №2,5 spent automobile tires, plasticized with dibutyl phthalate polyvinyl acetate dispersion - a creamy mass of white or light cream in color, well miscible with water, the resulting polymerization liquid vinyl acetate, in the form of fine particles (<5 µm) in water.

The components are metered in the desired quantities. Portland cement, quartz sand, rubber crumb with a fibrous filler, asbestos, gypsum binder mix. Add water to the mixture, mixed with the plasticized polyvinyl acetate dispersion. All components are again mixed. Prepared raw material mixture is placed in a pre-lubricated with mineral oil steel molds and leave to set. The tensile strength of the block when the compression will be ~ 5 MPa for all compounds listed in the table.

SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to production of construction materials and can be used for fabrication of concrete articles: decorative open-work guards and grates, fine pavement plates and edge stones, etc. This method consists in mixing of components to required fluidity mix. First, water and super plasticiser are mixed in the mixer. Then, added are cement, micro silica, rock dust and mixed for 2-3 minutes. Now, added are sand and fibre and mixed for 2-3 minutes. The following components result: Portland cement PC500D0, sand of 0.125-0.63 fraction, super plasticiser, fibres, micro silica, rock dust, hardening promoter and water. Production of concrete articles in moulds consists in preparation of mortar, mix feed to moulds and curing in evaporation chamber. Mould inner working surface is processed with fine ply of water. This mould filled, thin ply of water is sprayed on mix surface and mould is closed by temporary trough.

EFFECT: higher fluidity, strength, lower costs, possibility of production of open-work articles.
