SUBSTANCE: concrete mixture includes, pts.wt: white cement 1, crushed marble with particle size of 2-8 mm 1-1.5, glass fibre with length of 3-7 mm 0.1-0.15, sodium ethyl siliconate 0.1-0.15, with water to cement ratio of 0.5-0.55.

EFFECT: high strength.

The invention relates to the construction materials industry, in particular, to the production of concrete tiles for floors.

Famous concrete mixture comprising, by weight.h.: cement 1; marble aggregate fractions 2-8 mm or granite chips fractions 2-8 mm 2 [1].

The objective of the invention is to improve durability tiles derived from the concrete mixture.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the concrete mix comprising cement, marble chips fractions 2-8 mm, as cement contains white cement and optional glass fiber 3-7 mm and ethylsilicate sodium in the following ratio, wt.h.: white cement 1; marble aggregate fractions 2-8 mm 1-1,5; glass fiber 3-7 mm 0,1-0,15; ethylsilicate sodium 0.1 to 0.15,when water-cement ratio of 0,5-0,55.

The components are metered in the desired quantities and mix. Prepared concrete mixture is placed in a metal (pre-lubricated with mineral oil) shape and leave to harden. The hardness of the tile (aged 28 days) on the compression will be 5-7 MPa.

SUBSTANCE: concrete mix includes Portland cement, crushed stone with particle size of 5-10, sand, water, a complex expansion agent containing alumina cement and crushed gypsum stone. Additionally, the complex expansion agent includes Glenium-51 superplasticising agent and aluminium powder at the following component ratio, wt %: Portland cement 17-21, granite macadam with particle size of 5-10 mm 31-33, sand of two fractions with particle size of 0.16-0.63 mm and 1.25-5 mm with fineness modulus of 2.7 31-37, complex expansion agent 3.3-6.6, and water is the rest. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to erection of cast-in-situ structures in difficult-to-access areas, and namely to cast concrete mixtures for cast-in-situ concreting of building structures. A cast-in-situ concreting method of a stationary sea ice-resistant platform involves preparation of concrete mix by mixing of dry components: a binding agent - Portland-slag cement, quartz sand, granite crushed stone with fraction of 5-20 mm, fine crushed mineral filler - MP-1 powder, with water and additives - a plasticising agent based on polycarboxylates - Muraplast FK-63 and hardening retarder - Centrament Retard 390, till concrete mix of cast consistency with cone spread of 50-70 cm is obtained, and with delamination of not more than 0.4% and with preservation capacity of at least 3 hours, supply of concrete mix to a framework with a concrete pump at flow rate of 2500-3000 l/h, and hardening is performed under normal conditions during 28-60 days, at the following component ratio, wt %: Portland-slag cement 13.3-16.9, quartz sand 42.4-42.6, the above said crushed stone 25.3-27.9, mineral powder MP-1 6.6-6.8, the above said plasticising agent 0.1-0.2, the above hardening retarder 0.07-0.08, and water is the rest.

EFFECT: providing viscosity and preservation capacity of concrete mix at its supply, and improving concrete crack resistance.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to production of construction materials and can be used for fabrication of concrete articles: decorative open-work guards and grates, fine pavement plates and edge stones, etc. This method consists in mixing of components to required fluidity mix. First, water and super plasticiser are mixed in the mixer. Then, added are cement, micro silica, rock dust and mixed for 2-3 minutes. Now, added are sand and fibre and mixed for 2-3 minutes. The following components result: Portland cement PC500D0, sand of 0.125-0.63 fraction, super plasticiser, fibres, micro silica, rock dust, hardening promoter and water. Production of concrete articles in moulds consists in preparation of mortar, mix feed to moulds and curing in evaporation chamber. Mould inner working surface is processed with fine ply of water. This mould filled, thin ply of water is sprayed on mix surface and mould is closed by temporary trough.

EFFECT: higher fluidity, strength, lower costs, possibility of production of open-work articles.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: granulated composite filler for concrete products of size 0.5-10.0 mm, consisting of core and shell, wherein the core is obtained by granulating the mixture together with moulding flask and sodium hydroxide milled up to the specific surface area of 150-250 m2 / kg at their weight ratio of 0.70- 0.95: 0.05-0.30 with combination by aqueous solution of sodium silicate with density of 1.2-1.3 g / cm3 in the amount of 0.1-7.0 wt % of mixture, and shell is formed on the surface of core by its balling with dry dust mixture together with milled quicklime and silicofluoride sodium in a weight ratio of 0.85-0.95: 0.05-0.15 with the subsequent hardening up to the strength not less than 0.12 MPa, alkylsulphonate heated up to 50°C is used at obtention of core together with the indicated combination in the amount of 0.1-7.0 wt % of weight of the core components. Concrete building product is produced by using the granulated filler indicated above.

EFFECT: decrease of duration of steam treatment and water resistance of concrete products when increasing and maintaining the strength characteristics.

SUBSTANCE: stowing composition comprising portland cement, plastifying agent, fine-grained filler - sand and water, additionally comprises as a binder the milled tailings of wet magnetic separation of ferrous quartzites with an average particle size of 2.071 microns, as a plastifying agent - superplasticiser SP-1, and the sand with an average particle size of 62.26 microns with the following ratio of components, wt %; the said cement - 13.48; the said sand - 56.43; the said wastes - 2.70; superplasticiser SP-1 - 0.138; water - the rest.

EFFECT: decrease in cement consumption, and increase in the strength of the stowing composition, use of sand with a lower fineness modulus.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining ampholytic surface-active substances on the basis of a protein-containing raw material and can be used in the process of production of foam-concrete and foam-concrete constructions. In the method of obtaining a foam-generator for the production of foam-concrete and foam-concrete constructions, including the hydrolysis of the protein-containing raw material in the presence of calcium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide is formed, when calcium oxide is introduced in a hydrolysed reaction mixture, the hydrolysis process is carried out in one stage in a reactor-hydrolyser, provided with high-speed stirrer and an external circular loop with a pump for 5-9 hours at a temperature of 110-132°C with the weight ratio of initial ingredients "feather wastes:water:calcium oxide", equal to 100 : (350-400) : (3.5-3.7), with pH of the lime-feather mass at the beginning of hydrolysis varying within the interval of 12.0-12.4, and at the end of hydrolysis in the interval of 7.5-7.7.

EFFECT: obtaining the foam-generator with high foam-generating properties, which are achieved both with the application of moderately mineralised water and alkaline highly hard lime water.

FIELD: building materials, in particular concrete additives (plasticizer).

SUBSTANCE: method includes centrifugal preseparation of distillery dreg to provide concentrate, treatment obtained concentrate with alkali carbonate to pH 8-11, followed by addition of superplasticizer or lignosulfonate solution providing ratio of total amount of alkali carbonate and concentrate to amount of solution ‹1. Superplasticizer or lignosulfonate solution is added to obtained centrifuge effluent, providing ratio of centrifuge effluent to said solution from 0.2 to 2.0 to produce another plasticizer. Dry alkali carbonate content is not more than biomass content in raw distillery dreg. Method of present invention is useful in concrete mixtures manufacturing for producing of precast concrete and cast-in-place constructions.
