Rotor of segmental electric generator
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and wind energetics. Rotor of the segmental electric generator includes shaft, hub, rim and magnetic cores in form of two angle connections of straps, one is inside the other one. The straps have fixtures for securing on the rim. Technical result is improvement of the generator efficiency upon minimisation of its price as the rotor is magnetically interacts with the stator via two air gaps: outside and inside, thus reducing magnetic dispersion. Additional electromotive force increasing is due to additional rotor elements only, at that the magnetic field source is the same.
EFFECT: use of strap elements increases produceability.
The invention relates to the field of wind energy.
Well-known segment of the rotor, for example, patent RF №2270360, publ. 20.02.2006, bull. No. 5. Segmental rotor includes a hub, blades, rims and cores, which are made in the form of their chain of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic plates, sealed rollers, the chain is located on the rim and provided with a tensioning device.
The downside of it is only the implementation of the radial orientation of the air gap, and the need for a tensioning device.
Also known rotor of wind power by the RF patent №2275530, publ. 27.04.2006, bull. No. 12, which contains the hub, blades, curved elements and magnetic circuits. When the magnetic rotor segment wind power made in the form of coils of the ferromagnetic wire that is installed on the curved elements.
The disadvantage of this rotor is a large number of winding operations.
Of all known analogues closest to the claimed by the totality of existing signs is the rotor according to the patent of Russian Federation №2290534, publ. 27.12.2006, bull. No. 36. The technical result consists in reducing the weight and size of the rotor of the wind power while minimizing its cost by simplifying the manufacturing technology, is ensured by the fact that the rotor segment is aqueous generator, containing the hub, blades, curved elements and the magnetic circuits according to the invention the magnetic core of the rotor is made in the form of ferromagnetic parallelepipeds, alternating with non-magnetic prisms, which are made in the form of an isosceles trapezoid, and the side faces provided with holes for accommodating fastening elements.
The disadvantage of this rotor is that despite the lack of a tension device provides only a radial direction of the air gap, which reduces the efficiency of the generator.
The invention is directed to improving the efficiency of the generator while minimizing its cost.
This is achieved in that the rotor segment generator containing the shaft, the hub, the rim with a magnetic circuit, according to the invention the rotor comprises an external corner connection plates, through which the strip stacked plate inner corner connection, while the rim of the rotor is made with boards, on which were laid these corner joints and secured to them by the collars.
The achievement of the technical result is ensured by the fact that the rotor interact with the stator by two air gaps.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows the claimed rotor, cut in the vertical plane.
Roto the segment generator includes a wheel rim 1, the hub 2, the shaft 3, the rim has a bead 4 with holes 5, on the side lying external corner connection of the rotor, which is a plate 6, and 7, in this corner connection stacked strip 8 and a similar plate 9 internal corner joints. The rotor interact with the stator having a magnetic circuit 10, between the upper ends of which is ring-shaped magnet 11 is covered by the working coil 12 and tightened nonmagnetic bolt 13. The mounting angle of the compounds of the rotor is carried by a collar 14. The gaps 15 and 16 reduce the flow of dispersion compared to the prototype. The clamps 14 are United with them screws 17 which pass through the opening in the gasket 18, and by means of nuts 19 clamps pull together the design against the outer side of the flanges 4.

The rotor operates as follows. During rotation of the rim 1 by means of any engine, such as blades of wind power connected with the rim, corner connections, composed of plates 6 and 9, are periodically magnetic contact through the gaps 15 and 16 with the magnetic stator 10. Closing and opening periodically magnetic circuit: the rotor, the left air gaps 15 and 16, the magnetic core 10, a ring-shaped magnet 11, the magnetic circuit 10, the left gaps 15 and 16, the rotor, ka is the eyelet 11 is induced EMF.
Feasibility advantage of this rotor is its high technology based on the use of elements of the bandpass type, and that the additional increment EMF is achieved by only an additional rotary elements, the source of the magnetic field remains the same, but its effectiveness increases due to the presence of two air gaps 15 and 16, and not one, as in the similar.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and wind power, namely to wind power generators with vertical axis of rotation. In the suggested generator stator containing the excitation sources, magnetic cores, work coil and bases with fasteners; according to the invention the magnetic cores are made in form of top and bottom groups, each group includes three angle-bars, their flanges are connected with cores in series via the coils, at that the first angle-bar horizontal flange looks on end of the rotor element, the second angle-bar is installed in zone of the external angle of the rotor element, and third angle-bar is installed with vertical flange in zone of radial gap.
EFFECT: decreasing of the magnetic resistance and assurance of not only radial but end gap also, resulting in length of the used gap and thus increasing the generator efficiency.
FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electromagnetic motor with low heat generation. The electromagnetic motor contains at least one stator, including at least one winding. The winding is made by the wire, its outlets are respectively connected with positive and negative poles of the power source. Between the winding outlet and negative pole of the power source the switch is connected, it is located near the rotor shaft, at that the switch actuator is located on the shaft end. At that the magnetic field in created in the winding in two directions: at electric current of power source supply and disconnection, respectively.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of motor operation.

SUBSTANCE: in a non-contact electrical machine the shaft with rotor are made as a cylinder of uniform cross-section with slots for rotating rectifiers. At that diameter of the movable magnet core of the rotary transformer is equal to the rotor diameter while bore diameter of the fixed magnet core of the rotary transformer is equal to the stator bore diameter.
EFFECT: improving reliability and energy efficiency, increasing output power of the non-contact electrical machine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric engineering and may be used predominantly for electrical machine constructions, and namely for AC electronic motors and synchronous generator with excitation from permanent magnets. The suggested electrical machine comprises a stator with laminated slots, multiphase armature winding and rotor with slots where permanent magnets are placed thus forming a system with alternating poles, at that active length L of the rotor is selected equal to (2.8-3.1)τ, where τ is polar pitch of the rotor.
EFFECT: improvement of power and dynamic performance of the electrical machine due to increase efficiency of active material usage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering and may be used in electric pumps with permanent magnets on the rotor. The rotor core for electric motor comprises a variety of poles. Each pole consists of a pair of the first permanent magnets placed as V-shaped assembly open in direction of the outer peripheral side and the second permanent magnet placed in parallel to circumferential direction towards the open part of the V-shaped assembly, at that polarity is changed in sequence. The groove is shaped so that the groove centre is in the range between electric angle position shifted per 1/4 of the harmonic component cycle of voltage induced in direction of d-axis and electric angle position shifted per 1/8 of the harmonic component cycle in direction of q-axis from the basic point placed between the line connecting an angular part of the second permanent magnet at the outer peripheral side of the rotor and the rotor shaft centre and q-axis out of the variety of separating lines, which connect the variety of separating points set within the range of electric angle corresponding to one cycle of the harmonic component from d-axis up to q-axis at the outer periphery of the rotor core and the rotor shaft centre.

SUBSTANCE: brushless two-rotor direct current motor comprises rotating magnetised deperm rotors with actuating coils and fixed toroid stator with operating winding on it. The actuating coils are fixed at the stator. The rotors are placed by like magnetic poles respectively from the side of inner and outer surfaces of the toroid stator thud forming two cylindrical magnet gaps, inside these gaps there are non-magnet cylinders adjoining the toroid stator and the operating coil of the toroid stator is wound on the above non-magnet cylinders while its turns pass through openings in the toroid stator. The respective half-turns of the operating coil are placed in direct vicinity from cylindrical surfaces of the rotating rotors. The actuating coils of the rotors and the operating coil are connected in series or in parallel to the direct current source. Two independent magnet circuits formed by the rotors and toroid stator are closed through magnetically conductive washers coupled magnetically to the rotors and fixed to magnetically conductive walls of the stator with minimum permitted gaps. Thickness of walls of the non-magnet cylinders is selected so that it is five-ten times bigger than the gap between conductors of the working winding and cylindrical surfaces of the rotors.
EFFECT: increasing energy efficiency, reliability and durability.
FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: lock member preventing fastening nuts from self-unscrewing at the deformation and vibration of a core is installed at the threaded ends of longitudinal keybars of the core behind the end plates under the fastening nuts. The element comprises a thin-walled ring with the outer diameter being greater than the fastening nut diameter, its protruding part is folded onto the edge of the fastening nut. The ring body is fitted by a local protrusion and a locking "socket" in the end plate under the fastening nut with the protrusion being set in the "socket". The ring is mounted behind the fastening nut, is increased by its thickness at least up to the half of the fastening nut thickness. The ring is also fitted by a local protrusion at the end face on the side of the hole eccentricity and on the side turned to the fastening nut. The area of the protrusion amounts to 1/4 of the area of the cut-off ring on the side turned to the fastening nut by oval grooves with designed depth outside along the side surface symmetrically to the slot. The ring is also fitted by two passage holes and a clamping bolt with a nut and a lock washer.
EFFECT: improved clamping of keybar thread without increase of a lock member size, its improved reliability and fabricability.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical machines, namely to noncontact synchronous generators of inductor type operating mainly with rectifying load, used, for example, in generating units of motor-and-tractor machinery. The invention is aimed at overcoming of impossibility to use as the base the widely widespread and reliable asynchronous machines with a square-cage rotor. It is achieved by that the inductor machine, containing front, back covers, stator with a working winding, source of excitation, rotor with the shaft, according to the invention is equipped with a ferromagnetic sprocket with a central hole, the sprocket is located between a source of excitation and non-magnetic insert, which is attached to a cover, and each teeth of the star has threaded hole from the side part with fastened closing elements with a chamfer coupled connected with the stator.
EFFECT: use of the given structure allows on the basis of the initial asynchronous machine by adding of the source of excitation and details of the magnetic circuit to obtain the synchronous inductor machine, which has such a positive feature, that EMF is generated by the rotation speeds of the shaft from low up to rated one, while for operation in the mode of induction generator it is required to provide the rotor rotation higher than the rated speed.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical machines, namely to noncontact synchronous generators of inductor type operating mainly with rectifying load, used, for example, in generating units of motor-and-tractor machinery. EFFECT: use of the given structure allows on the basis of the initial asynchronous machine by adding of a source of excitation and details of magnetic circuit obtaining a synchronous inductor electrical machine, which has such a positive feature, that EMF is generated by the rotation speeds of the shaft from low up to rated one, while for operation in the mode of induction generator it is required to provide the rotor rotation higher than the rated speed.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering and wind power engineering and can be used in power production devices. Technical result achieved by using the present invention consists in the improvement of operational characteristics of a wind electric generator due to the reduction of its weight. The above technical result is achieved due to the fact that according to the present invention in the induction-type wind electric generator comprising a shaft, a toothed rotor and a modular two-pack stator, each of the stator pack modules is made as an excitation source on which vertical sides of L-shaped yokes are symmetrically set while cores with coils are installed on the horizontal sides.
EFFECT: technical and economical advantage of the wind electric generator also consists in the fact that its upper and lower stators are identical which provides for better unification and manufacturability of the device.
FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: wind wheel of the segment type electric generator, containing a hub, blades with the stringers designed as a sailing fin assembly, according to the invention, has fastening of stringers to the rim connected to the hub by means of spokes which are designed as flat-topped brackets on vertical sides of which the pairwise cuts are made which contact to the rim. Flat-topped brackets are connected to the rim fasteners, and stringers are fixed on horizontal shelves of flat-topped brackets.
EFFECT: possibility of use of stringers of the blade both as structural elements and magnetic conductors of the segment generator that provides simplification and reduction in cost of the design due to the use of the sailing fin assembly.

SUBSTANCE: wind motor includes a horizontal shaft with a wheel with blades, which is installed on it. In addition, the wind wheel includes a conical air flow guide fixed on a wheel hub shell and an external shell. Blades of the second level are uniformly arranged on the external shell. Blades of the first level are attached to the wheel hub shell and to the conical guide. Generatrixes of blades of the first and the second levels are curved and have an ascending air flow attack angle.

SUBSTANCE: vane blade of a rotor wind engine, formed by side surfaces of the streamlined profile, connected by links so that one of them has length from the front edge to the zone of its maximum thickness, and the other one is a fully stretched contour of the hollow wing, having inside the front edge a longitudinal cavity between these side surfaces. The blade is made in the form of a sectioned wing of alternating sequence of the above surfaces turned mutually by 180 degrees in the open streamlined profile. In the front part of the wing this profile is formed by two bent sheet surfaces fixed on a "П"-shaped central wing spar and a connecting angle of the front edge of the wing, and its open sections are formed by the third sheet surface with transverse cuts that do not reach its rear edge, and partially closed by transverse links - half-ribs. Half-ribs provide for through air link between open parts of the third sheet surface fixed on rear edges of two longitudinal sheet surfaces at the central wing spar.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of wind usage.

SUBSTANCE: rotor-blade impeller of an electric generating device based on Magnus effect comprises a shaft, at least one rotor, blades and a ring of rotor rotation. The ring of rotor rotation is fixed on the body, is kinematically connected with the rotor to ensure rotor rotation around its own axis by means of rotor swinging on the ring edge. Blades are installed on the common shaft with the rotor and are a drive of this shaft.
EFFECT: simplified design of a unit, its higher capacity, reduced prime cost of its manufacturing, increased reliability and production of cheap power.

SUBSTANCE: windwheel blade includes tubular spar and sections into which a blade is divided along the span. Spar is made so that it is lowered from the blade outline. Sections include covers and ribs. Sections include connection profiles arranged between covers and flanges of spar and connection parts installed on webs of ribs, which are attached to the above profiles. Connection parts are attached by means of fasteners to spar webs. Adjacent sections are connected by means of connection straps to each other with possibility of mutual movement. Separation of blade into sections is made so that at least two ribs in the most loaded sections are connected by means of connection and fastening parts to spar. Connection profiles in them are disconnected from spar flanges. As for other ribs, connection parts and connection profiles are made and mounted so that a gap is formed between them and spar along webs and flanges by the value of spar deflections. Protective patches are installed on the spar in the zone of connection parts and connection profiles.

SUBSTANCE: wind-driven electric power station includes rotor made in the form of disc with blades installed on it, made in the form of aerodynamic wings and located with a gap relative to rotor shaft which is mechanically connected to shaft of electric generator, fairing installed on shaft in front of rotor in direction of air flow and enveloping the gap between inner edges of blades and confusor arranged in front of rotor in flow direction. Blade edges are chamfered in the direction of shaft axis. Confusor is installed on peripheral parts of blade edges so that a gap with fairing is formed.

SUBSTANCE: aerogenerator includes container, movable construction and the mast on which assembly of aerogenerator and rotor is installed. Rotor blades are fixed and located about horizontal rotation axis and made in the form of the half of flattened cone; at that, for specified height H of flattened cone the base B1 has diametre D1 equal to 0.25-fold height, and vertex B2 has diametre D2 equal to 0.083-fold height. Each blade has inclination angle ψ, which is 10° to 16° in relation to rotor rotation axis.
EFFECT: aerogenerator is noiseless, started at low wind speed and can operate at strong wind, requires very small mast, which considerably decreases negative effect on landscape and on environment, and can be intended for housing developments, individual houses, ships, trailers, and for agricultural buildings and for any other areas where electric or other energy is required.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotors providing use of oncoming flow of air for generating of power. Proposed rotor of circular cellular design has central rod or hub on which converter or motor is installed, at least two tubular cylinders installed coaxially with central rod and great number of blades forming at least four parts passing between each two adjacent tubular cylinders connecting the cylinders to each other and forming tubes together with cylinders. Tubes are bent to helical line on their length around rotor and have section in form of trapezium whose parallel bases are sections of tubular cylinders, and side walls, parts passing along radius. Tubular cylinder of larger diameter can be provided with input widening in form of truncated cone, and at output, narrowing in form of truncated cone bell.
EFFECT: provision of effective utilization of oncoming flow energy.
