SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and wind power, namely to wind power generators with vertical axis of rotation. In the suggested generator stator containing the excitation sources, magnetic cores, work coil and bases with fasteners; according to the invention the magnetic cores are made in form of top and bottom groups, each group includes three angle-bars, their flanges are connected with cores in series via the coils, at that the first angle-bar horizontal flange looks on end of the rotor element, the second angle-bar is installed in zone of the external angle of the rotor element, and third angle-bar is installed with vertical flange in zone of radial gap.
EFFECT: decreasing of the magnetic resistance and assurance of not only radial but end gap also, resulting in length of the used gap and thus increasing the generator efficiency.
The invention relates to the field of wind energy, namely wind power with a vertical axis of rotation.
Known stators of the wind power segment type [RF Patent №2204734/ A. M. Litvinenko. The stator wind power./ Publ. Bull. No. 14, 20.05.2003, application No. 2001129417/06 from 30.10.2001, MKU F 03D9/00]. The stator contains the first rotor wheel with a rotary elements mounted on the ends of the blades. The stator coil is made in the form of the first cylindrical section and a second cylindrical section which is convex to each other and are connected by straight sections. The areas covered by the magnetic circuit with magnetic fields. In this magnetic circuit, located on the site facing to the rotary elements, and the magnetic covering the area, are located with the possibility of magnetic contact with the rotary elements of the second propeller. The cores are connected by magnetic fields.
The disadvantage of this stator are the large dimensions of the coil and, consequently, greater consumption of copper.
Of all known analogues closest to the claimed combination of essential features is the stator wind power [RF Patent №2253042/ A. M. Litvinenko. - Wind Power/ Publ. Bull. No. 15, 27.05.2005, application No. 2003130050/06 from 09.10.2003] CE is the elemental type, which contains the magnetic circuit, the excitation sources, the fastening elements, a base and a working coil, according to the invention, the stator is made in the form of two pairs of U-shaped magnetic circuits, the upper pair of which are oriented ridges down between adjacent racks installed the excitation system, the lower pair is oriented jumpers up and covered by the coil, which is located between adjacent racks.
The disadvantage of this invention is the presence of only the radial clearance, which reduces the efficiency of the design.
The invention is aimed at providing not only radial, but and face clearances, which increases the length of the gap, reduces the magnetic resistance.
This is achieved in that the stator of the generator containing the excitation sources, the magnetic operating coil and base with mounting elements according to the invention, the magnetic circuit is made in the form of upper and lower groups, each group includes three corner shelves which are connected in series through the coils with cores, and the first area facing horizontal shelf to the end face of the rotary element, the second area is set in the area of the external angle of the rotary element, and the third area has a vertical shelf in the area of the radial gap.
The invention illustrates what I'm drawing, which shows a vertical section of the stator and rotor at half the generator.
The stator of the generator consists of a base 1 in the form of a ring, in the middle part of which is installed thrust bearing 2, which is the lower support of the vertical shaft 3 of the rotor, in which the upper part has a bearing 4 mounted at the top of the base 5. The rotor with the rotor elements 6 (rectangular plates, the role of teeth). In the area of the end face of the rotor element, namely about the end of the gap 7, installed shelf 8 of the first area, which is facing the end face of the rotor element. This regiment through the spacer 9 is attached to the upper base. Consistently with vertical shelf 10 of the first area is connected to the core 11 and a coil 12. Thus, the right end of the core 11 is connected with the second area 13, which is installed in the area of the external angle of the rotary element. To the horizontal shelf of the second area 13 sequentially attached to the core 14 with the coil 15 and the third area 16, the vertical shelf is installed in the zone 17 of the radial air gap. The lower group of magnetic circuits arranged in the same way. The group through a spacer 18 and a bolt 19 is connected with the base 1.
The operation of the stator of the generator is as follows. When the rotor is switching in magnetic circuit: the rotary element 6 - end clearance 7 - is the OLK 8 - vertical shelf 10 - core 11 - area 13 - core 14 - area 16 - gap 17 of the rotary element 6. As a result, the working coil is induced electromotive force that will cause the voltage on the coil 15 will be connected to the excitation voltage.
Technical and economic advantage of the stator is its high efficiency, which is due to the fact that are not only radial, but the end clearance.

At that the magnetic field in created in the winding in two directions: at electric current of power source supply and disconnection, respectively.

The rotor core for electric motor comprises a variety of poles. Each pole consists of a pair of the first permanent magnets placed as V-shaped assembly open in direction of the outer peripheral side and the second permanent magnet placed in parallel to circumferential direction towards the open part of the V-shaped assembly, at that polarity is changed in sequence. SUBSTANCE: brushless two-rotor direct current motor comprises rotating magnetised deperm rotors with actuating coils and fixed toroid stator with operating winding on it. The actuating coils are fixed at the stator. The rotors are placed by like magnetic poles respectively from the side of inner and outer surfaces of the toroid stator thud forming two cylindrical magnet gaps, inside these gaps there are non-magnet cylinders adjoining the toroid stator and the operating coil of the toroid stator is wound on the above non-magnet cylinders while its turns pass through openings in the toroid stator. The respective half-turns of the operating coil are placed in direct vicinity from cylindrical surfaces of the rotating rotors. The actuating coils of the rotors and the operating coil are connected in series or in parallel to the direct current source. Two independent magnet circuits formed by the rotors and toroid stator are closed through magnetically conductive washers coupled magnetically to the rotors and fixed to magnetically conductive walls of the stator with minimum permitted gaps. Thickness of walls of the non-magnet cylinders is selected so that it is five-ten times bigger than the gap between conductors of the working winding and cylindrical surfaces of the rotors.

SUBSTANCE: lock member preventing fastening nuts from self-unscrewing at the deformation and vibration of a core is installed at the threaded ends of longitudinal keybars of the core behind the end plates under the fastening nuts. The element comprises a thin-walled ring with the outer diameter being greater than the fastening nut diameter, its protruding part is folded onto the edge of the fastening nut. The ring body is fitted by a local protrusion and a locking "socket" in the end plate under the fastening nut with the protrusion being set in the "socket". The ring is mounted behind the fastening nut, is increased by its thickness at least up to the half of the fastening nut thickness. The ring is also fitted by a local protrusion at the end face on the side of the hole eccentricity and on the side turned to the fastening nut. The area of the protrusion amounts to 1/4 of the area of the cut-off ring on the side turned to the fastening nut by oval grooves with designed depth outside along the side surface symmetrically to the slot. The ring is also fitted by two passage holes and a clamping bolt with a nut and a lock washer.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical machines, namely to noncontact synchronous generators of inductor type operating mainly with rectifying load, used, for example, in generating units of motor-and-tractor machinery. The invention is aimed at overcoming of impossibility to use as the base the widely widespread and reliable asynchronous machines with a square-cage rotor. It is achieved by that the inductor machine, containing front, back covers, stator with a working winding, source of excitation, rotor with the shaft, according to the invention is equipped with a ferromagnetic sprocket with a central hole, the sprocket is located between a source of excitation and non-magnetic insert, which is attached to a cover, and each teeth of the star has threaded hole from the side part with fastened closing elements with a chamfer coupled connected with the stator.
EFFECT: use of the given structure allows on the basis of the initial asynchronous machine by adding of the source of excitation and details of the magnetic circuit to obtain the synchronous inductor machine, which has such a positive feature, that EMF is generated by the rotation speeds of the shaft from low up to rated one, while for operation in the mode of induction generator it is required to provide the rotor rotation higher than the rated speed.

EFFECT: use of the given structure allows on the basis of the initial asynchronous machine by adding of a source of excitation and details of magnetic circuit obtaining a synchronous inductor electrical machine, which has such a positive feature, that EMF is generated by the rotation speeds of the shaft from low up to rated one, while for operation in the mode of induction generator it is required to provide the rotor rotation higher than the rated speed.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering and wind power engineering and can be used in power production devices. Technical result achieved by using the present invention consists in the improvement of operational characteristics of a wind electric generator due to the reduction of its weight. The above technical result is achieved due to the fact that according to the present invention in the induction-type wind electric generator comprising a shaft, a toothed rotor and a modular two-pack stator, each of the stator pack modules is made as an excitation source on which vertical sides of L-shaped yokes are symmetrically set while cores with coils are installed on the horizontal sides.
EFFECT: technical and economical advantage of the wind electric generator also consists in the fact that its upper and lower stators are identical which provides for better unification and manufacturability of the device.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering, in particular, to electric machines. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that the design of the proposed machine involves an auxiliary motor with special excitation which undertakes part of load at the machine operation. First of all, the above is concerned with the fact that no back EMF (of currents) will be induced in the windings of its stator and rotor. Direct and return active wires of the windings of the respective anchors in the main generator and in the special exciter are laid in the grooves of respective magnetic conductors so that the pairs of positive and negative half-waves of the anchor currents in the main generator and in the special exciter which are induced in the operating mode are shifted by phase by 45°. The direct and return active wires of the main generator anchor winding are laid in the opposite grooves of the generator magnetic conductor in series and are a solid winding. The active wires of the movable armature in the special exciter are laid in the same way. Windings of all four salient electromagnetic poles of the auxiliary motor stator are coupled to each other in series and every adjacent ones are wound in opposite directions. The rotor windings are wound and connected in the same way.
EFFECT: significant improvement of start-up, adjustment characteristics as well as increased efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power generation, in particular to segment-type wind power generator. In the rotor of the segment-type wind power generator containing a hub, blades, rim and ferromagnetic bodies and non-magnetic elements connected to each other and installed on the rim; according to the invention the ferromagnetic bodies are designed as pieces of pipes inside which the fixing connections are installed which are designed from non-magnetic elements as bar pieces with holes for fastening bolts.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at minimising of weight and dimensions of the rotor of the wind power generator at minimising of its cost due to simplification of fabrication technology.

SUBSTANCE: wind wheel of the segment type electric generator, containing a hub, blades with the stringers designed as a sailing fin assembly, according to the invention, has fastening of stringers to the rim connected to the hub by means of spokes which are designed as flat-topped brackets on vertical sides of which the pairwise cuts are made which contact to the rim. Flat-topped brackets are connected to the rim fasteners, and stringers are fixed on horizontal shelves of flat-topped brackets.
EFFECT: possibility of use of stringers of the blade both as structural elements and magnetic conductors of the segment generator that provides simplification and reduction in cost of the design due to the use of the sailing fin assembly.

The electric generating system brought into action with a fluid medium includes a frame, at least one module 10 for power generation, which is installed on the frame and configured so that a carrying capacity can be provided due to the flowing fluid medium. At least one module 10 for power generation includes a mounting plate 12 attached to the frame, a drive gear 14 connected to a shaft 16 of a rotor, the rotor having a blade 17 attached to the shaft 16 of the rotor, and multiple generators 20 attached to the mounting plate 12. Each generator 20 has an outlet shaft 24 connected so that it can be rotated with the drive gear 14 so that rotation of the drive gear 14 brings into movement the outlet shaft 24 of each generator 20 for the generation of electrical power. Each generator 20 has a disengagement mechanism configured with a possibility of disengagement of the outlet shaft 24 from the drive gear 14.

The latter has skin and structural elements, hatch with cover articulated with structural elements, crosswise and lengthwise walls. Windmill has casing with bar first end secured thereto. This device comprises windmill retracted position lock, windmill release power drive and hatch cover opening mechanism. Bar second end is secured at compartment crosswise wall, at its bottom. Power drive thrust part is articulated with compartment top part crosswise wall while drive actuator is articulated with windmill bar second end. Hatch cover swivel with compartment structural elements is equipped with brackets with supports rigidly secured to hatch cover while arms are articulated with compartment structural elements. Cover opening mechanism is furnished with link composed of aligned body and rod connected to turn relative to each other about common axis. Besides, it has two journals with first ends articulated with link ends, second end being articulated with said bar nearby its first end. Second end is articulated with hatch cover.

On opposite sides of the water reservoir along the field the vertical blinds are placed with the height of at least half the width of the water reservoir, mounted with the ability of rotation about the vertical axis and inclination in the vertical plane. The bottom of the water reservoir can be coated with impervious material, the water sprayers can be mounted along the water reservoir, and the sources of energy for the water sprayers the system can be provided with one or more wind-driven power-plants and solar batteries.

In the rotor of the wind power generator comprising a hub, blades, arched elements and magnetic conductors, according to the invention, magnetic conductors are made in the form of sections of pipes, inside of which there are fixing elements protruding beyond the ends of the pipes, which are connected to arched elements, for instance, yokes with tightening bolts. Ferromagnetic magnetic conductors in the form of sections of pipes substantially form the rotor teeth.
EFFECT: advantage of this rotor is manufacturability, low cost of initial blanks, representing sections of pipes, which provides for reduced mass and dimensions of a rotor of a wind power generator at minimisation of its cost.

Windmill consists of windwheel with rotary cylinders, cylinder drive, power supply, electrical generator articulated with windwheel and device to direct windmill to counterblast. Horizontal windwheel is composed of drum with rotary discs running in bearings on fixed shaft secured at disc ends. Cylinders with drive run on their axles in said discs. Shield secured to windmill fixed shaft is located perpendicular to counterblast. Drive is composed by one motor transmitting rotation via flexible links to pulleys of cylinders located windward. In compliance with another version, cylinders drive is composed of reversible motors secured at the drum and equipped with contact current collector while extra disc with two current collecting rings is fixed at stationary axle. Note here that said rings can be composed of two semi-rings located windward and two semi-rings located leeward. Said semi-rings are connected to power supply opposite poles. Shield secured to windmill fixed shaft is located perpendicular to counterblast.
