The invention relates to the field of automotive and construction, in particular to the manufacture of panels of the sandwich type, used as sound insulation and heat insulation body or trailer truck, as well as the manufacture of building structures to protect them from unwanted heat exchange with the environment.

A method of producing heat-insulating and sound-insulating sandwich panels, including the application of the contact surface layer of the isolon or slabs of polystyrene foam aerosol spray or hand roller glue on acrylic or silicone-based compound of the above surfaces with subsequent compression and drying, preferably under pressure [Patent # 93834, EV 1/84, AS 2/292, 11.01.2010,].

The disadvantage of this method is that with it, get a sandwich panel with low strength properties.

There is a method of manufacturing a building panel, which comes ready insulation of a given size. It cut down hole reinforcing elements and the channels are under thickening. The heater is placed in the form, which is filled with a mixture of polymer resin and circulite. Filled the form is closed by a lid, the structure which forms the front part of the building panel, and aged p and normal conditions until complete polymerization of the resin mix and circulite. The front surface of the construction panel, depending on the objectives of the decorative facade can be smooth or imitate any natural or artificial texture [Patent # 103372, E04F 13/00, 13.11.2010,].

The disadvantage of this method is that with it, get a sandwich panel having a relatively high specific gravity, which hampers their use as sound insulation and heat insulation body or trailer truck.

Closest to the present invention is a method of manufacture of building panels containing at least one layer of insulation foam polymers (such as polystyrene or polyurethane foam) and a coating of fiberglass, including the connection of the coating and insulation by means of adhesive bonding [Patent # 78729, WV 13/08, 06.05.2008].

The disadvantage of this method is that with it, get a sandwich panel with low strength characteristics, as the use of foams as thermal insulation layer, collapsing under the influence of temperature, mechanical damage without creating an additional protective layer reduces the strength and reliability of the panel, it's thermal noise properties, reduces operational capabilities. In addition, obtained in the described manner, the panel has come presentably appearance and requires additional coverage, which are used as paper, cloth fabric, synthetic leather, thin plywood, foil (such as aluminum), Wallpaper and other

The invention is directed to solving the task of creating a method of manufacturing a sandwich panel having high heat-insulating and strength characteristics, presentable appearance and have greater functionality.

Summary of the invention in the first embodiment is that in the method of manufacturing sandwich panels containing at least one layer of insulation, mostly Styrofoam and a reinforcing layer of fiberglass, including the connection of the reinforcing layer and the foam by means of adhesive bonding, is encouraged to use at least one matrix form, the working surface should be pushed dividing the composition for the resin, then the working surface to fill the resin, mainly epoxy layer mainly 0.5 to 1.5 mm and allowed to dry to touch, then, on the resin layer to be stacked alternately, an additional reinforcing layer in the form of a layer of glass Mat and a reinforcing layer of fiberglass, then layers of glass Mat and glass fabric impregnated self-expanding polyurethane glue with microspheres and put on a layer of fiberglass insulation, then coedine the s layers to compress and dry mainly under pressure through the vacuum table and after complete drying of the layers in a matrix form to delete. Before drying on the heater can be stacked alternately with a layer of fiberglass and a layer of glass Mat, which is impregnated with self-expanding polyurethane glue with the microspheres and are placed over a layer of glass Mat second matrix form. Before applying for a work surface with the resin can be tinted.

Summary of the invention according to the second variant consists in that in the method of manufacturing sandwich panels containing at least one layer of insulation, mostly Styrofoam and a reinforcing layer of fiberglass, including the connection of the reinforcing layer and the foam by means of adhesive bonding, is encouraged to use at least one matrix form, the working surface should be pushed dividing the composition for the resin, then the working surface to fill the resin, mainly epoxy layer mainly 0.5 to 1.5 mm and allowed to dry to touch, then, on the resin layer to be stacked alternately, an additional reinforcing layer in the form of a layer of glass Mat and a reinforcing layer of fiberglass, then layers of glass Mat and glass fabric impregnated self-expanding polyurethane glue with microspheres and uklady the th layer of fiberglass insulation, then, on the insulating layer to be stacked alternately a layer of glass Mat and a layer of fiberglass, to impregnate them self-expanding polyurethane glue with microspheres and placed on the second layer of glass insulation, after which the joined layers to compress and dry, mainly under pressure through the vacuum table, after drying of the layer matrix form to delete. Before drying on the second insulation can be stacked alternately with a layer of fiberglass and a layer of glass Mat, which is impregnated with layers of self-expanding polyurethane glue with the microspheres and are placed over a layer of glass Mat second matrix form. Before applying for a work surface with the resin can be tinted.

Using the proposed method, at least one of the matrix form, the working surface is pre-treated with a separating composition for resin and filled with a resin, mainly epoxy layer mainly 0.5 to 1.5 mm, which allows the formation of high-quality external protective coating during the manufacture of sandwich panels, which contributes to improving the strength characteristics of the resulting sandwich panels and improve their appearance.

The use of additional reinforcing layer as a layer of glass Mat provides high so the ity of the obtained sandwich panels bending, which also improves the strength characteristics of the resulting sandwich panels.

The use of self-expanding polyurethane glue with microspheres, and also compression connected layers and drying, mainly under pressure through the vacuum table, provide a reliable connection used in the proposed method materials. In addition, the use of microspheres increases the penetrating power of the adhesive during expansion, thereby improving adhesion. The use of microspheres improves isothermal properties panel, as they reduce the impact of radiant heat exchange.

Coloring resin enables external coating sandwich panels of different colors, which also contributes to improvement of the appearance of sandwich panels manufactured according to the proposed method.

The use according to the second variant of the method of the second layer of insulation, which is placed on a layer of fiberglass laid over a layer of glass Mat impregnated self-expanding polyurethane glue with microspheres and placed on the first layer of insulation, helps to expand the functionality of the resulting sandwich panels due to the provision of sandwich panels with high insulating properties.

In Fig.1 p is eveden cross section of a sandwich panel with a single layer of insulation.

The method can be carried out as follows.

Pre-prepare a matrix of the form (not shown), the working surface of which is treated with a separating composition for resin. Then the working surface of the matrix forms fill layer 1 epoxy resin, mostly with a thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm, and leave to dry to touch. After that, the resin layer stacked alternately layer 2 of the glass Mat and layer 3 fiberglass, further layers 2 and 3 is impregnated with self-expanding polyurethane glue with microspheres and placed on top of layer 3 fiberglass insulation 4. Then connect the material is compressed and dried by vacuum table under a pressure of 1500 kg / m2and after full drying of the matrix form is removed. Before drying over the outer side of the insulator 4 can be stacked alternately layer 5 of glass and a layer 6 of glass Mat, which is impregnated with self-expanding polyurethane glue with microspheres and place on top of the layer 6 of the second glass Mat matrix form. Before applying for a work surface with the resin can be tinted.

The need for sandwich panels with high insulating properties, after the layer 3 laid fiberglass insulation 4 on its outer layer are stacked alternately a layer of glass Mat (not shown) and a layer of fiberglass (not the show is), impregnate their self-expanding polyurethane glue with the microspheres and are placed on a layer of the second fiberglass insulation (not shown), after which they are joined, the material is compressed and dried by vacuum table under a pressure of 1500 kg / m2and after full drying of the matrix form is removed. Before drying over the outer side of the second insulation can be stacked alternately with a layer of fiberglass (not shown) and a layer of glass Mat (not shown), which is impregnated with self-expanding polyurethane glue with the microspheres and are placed over a layer of glass Mat second matrix form.

Thus, the proposed method for the manufacture of sandwich panels allows to solve the problem of production of panels of the sandwich type having a high heat-insulating and strength characteristics, having an aesthetic appearance and have greater functionality.
