# Method of selection to practice competitive sports

The maximum speed of physical actions of the subject is taken as corresponding to the minimum period Tmin of turnover of the point object along the circle, when the value of the reaction time t of the subject to the moving object is in a permissible zone. On the second stage the period T is set equal to Tmin, the variation series of mismatch errors of the point object and the label is created - the time of trailing errors with a positive sign or anticipation with a negative sign, the variation range of the series is calculated by the formula R=tmax-tmin, where tmax and tmin is respectively the largest and the smallest members of the variation series, ms, and on the number line the segment is marked, bounded by the largest and the smallest members of the variation series. Selection is carried out based on the smallest value of the zone of permissible values of reaction time t of the subject to the moving object, the smaller turnover period T of the point object along the circle, when the value of the reaction time t of the subject to the moving object which is in the permissible zone, the smaller value of the variation range R of mismatch errors of the point object and the label with the turnover period Tmin of the point object along the circle; by location on the number line of the segment bounded by the largest and the smallest members of the variation series of mismatch error of the point object and label with the turnover period Tmin of the point object along the circle closest to the symmetry with respect to the zero point.

EFFECT: method enables to set different period of the point object motion along the circle, and to select the teenagers to practice competitive sports by determining the speed and accuracy of physical actions, thereby improving the accuracy of selection.

The invention relates to sports medicine and is intended for screening adolescents to practice playing sports.

In team sports athletes require rapid assessment of competitive situations, the adoption of appropriate solutions and technical skill in the performance of motor actions [1]. The efficiency of the motor depends on the motor capabilities [2], due to the ability to perform motor actions within a short period of time, called speed [3], and accuracy of movements, which is defined as the motor of the act, implemented by compliance with the pre-installed system characteristics [4].

Known methods of screening adolescents to practice playing sports on speed motor action by the time the latent period of motor responses, single speed of movement, frequency of movements per unit time and the derivative of these indicators - movement speed [5].

The disadvantage is the inability to determine the accuracy of motor actions.

There is a method of determining ability to sport the game of tennis, including the formation on the display screen of the sequence of visual tests, one of which is the determination of the reaction time, the registration parameters physical response is in, their statistical processing and identification abilities compared the obtained results with the benchmark, characterized in that in addition provide the tests, psychophysiological indicators which are adequate to the structure of the games of tennis, with the help of the cursor on the display screen determine the parameters characterizing coordination, reaction time on a moving object, the ability to predict the direction of the blow, kinesthetic sensitivity, level of aspiration, concentration, sensory response, operational thinking and learning, received the psychophysiological parameters of each test are transferred in normalized units, summarize them and determine the capacity for sports game of tennis on the inversely proportional dependence of the amount of recruited units [6].

The task of the subject, seeking to stop the moving object accurately aligning it with the mark (Fig.1), consists of nding some amount of pre-emption of their motor actions taking into account the velocity of the object, the remaining distance and speed of their motor actions [9]. The validity of the test in such situations correspond to the actions of an athlete in a sport that allows you to evaluate the speed and accuracy of its motor actions.

To evaluate the response time to a moving object is calculated the average value of mismatch error of a point object and label [10]. The proposed method of selection adolescents to practice playing sports is as follows.

The subject present on the screen of the video monitor circumference, on which is placed a label 1 and a point object 2 moving along a circle (Fig.1). In the first stage, the period T of the turnover point of the object 2 on the circumference ask consistently equal 2,0; 1,7; 1,5; 1,3; 1,1; 0,9 and 0.7 C.

The inventive method allows, by setting different period of motion of a point object on a circle, perform the selection of adolescents to practice in team sports by determining the speed and accuracy of motor actions, thereby improving the reliability of the selection.

Thus, the inventive method selection adolescents to practice team sports has new properties, contributing to the technical result.

Example 1.

Subject L., age 9, a pupil of the school, on the video monitor screen of the personal computer brought the circle, which contains a label and a point object moving in a clockwise circle, making one revolution in 2.0 secs (Fig.1).

Subject K., age 10, student, youth, similar to the subject L., completed the test in the evaluation of the reaction time on the moving object when the period T of the turnover point of the object 2 on the circumference, consistently equal 2,0; 1,7; 1,5; 1,3; 1,1; 0,9 and 0.7 C. Evaluation of the reaction time t of the test on the moving object calculated by the formula (1) shown in table 3, the graph of the function t=f(T) - Fig.8.

Then set the period of the turnover point of the object around the circle Tmin=1,33 C. as the result, obtained the following values of mismatch error of the provisions of point object and marks, MS: -35, 75, 39, -46, 42, -44, 67, 39, 56, -46, which is shown in Fig.9. The variation magnitude of the number of mismatch error of a point object and labels, calculated according to the formula (2), equal to 121 MS. The analysis of test results of the subjects shows that the magnitude of the zone of acceptable values of the reaction time t of the tested L. on the moving object corresponding to the value of time to implement the tion during the period of the turnover point of the object around the circle, equal to 2.0 with less than subjects B. and K. Therefore, the accuracy of the motor action of the tested HP higher than in subjects B. K.

The minimum period T of the turnover point of the object around the circle, at which the value of the response time t of the tested L. on the moving object is in a valid area, less than in subjects B. and K. Therefore, the maximum speed of the motor action of the tested L., allows it to maintain its accuracy, higher than in subjects B. K.

The value of the variation of the amplitude R of mismatch error of the point object and the label of the test HP with minimal period T of the turnover point of the object around the circle, which is his reaction time t on a moving object is in a valid area, less than in subjects B. K.

The location on the number line segment, which is limited to the largest and smallest members of the variation of the number of mismatch error of a point object and labels, tested HP with minimal period T of the turnover point of the object around the circle, at which the value of the response time t of the tested L. on the moving object is in a valid area, more symmetrical relative to the zero point than in subjects B. and K. Therefore, the accuracy of the motor action of the tested HP at a higher speed, the motor action is higher than in subjects B. IR.

According to the results of the analysis of test results tested HP recommended martial arts classes.

The proposed method of selection was tested on a group of 15 subjects, adolescents 9-10 years, students of the school. According to the test results 7-m subjects recommended classes in team sports.

Thus, the inventive method can improve the accuracy of screening adolescents for practice games sports by determining the speed and accuracy of motor actions.

SUBSTANCE: person being tested is presented with a circle, which comprises a mark and a point object, on a monitor screen. A diet therapy is prescribed with a caloric value determined by reducing a patient's habitual daily average caloric requirement per a percent equal to the patient's body weight index. That is combined with a low-carbohydrate diet with the carbohydrate content reduced to 40-60 g/day for 2 weeks.
