FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: several small packages, each of which contains approximate day stock of sponges, are placed into external packaging for retail trade. Sponges in small packages can be laid in one row and can be glued individually to a packaging base. Each small packaging can have the shape, narrowed to one end to simplify placing of individual packaging in confined space, for example in a pocket, for hidden storage or wearing. An individual packaging can consist of internal box and outer covering shell, which can unbent as a flap from an internal box and to open simple access to contents of an internal box. The packaging is fitted with the closing flap protected from inadvertent opening. The closing flap can be specially designed to replicate the packaging shape narrowed towards one edge. The closing flap can hide fixing elements of packaging from the external observer and be latched from inadvertent opening of the flap. Optionally the design of the closing flap can provision a feedback signal as a click or tactile sense for notification of a user on reliable closing of packaging.
EFFECT: perfected design.
The scope of the invention
The present invention relates to methods for packaging such items as tampons. More specifically, the present invention relates to a compact package for tampons, which can easily be placed and transported in a purse, pocket, or other inconspicuous way. The present invention also relates to a compact package, from which you can easily extract the contents, but which is also easy to place in a confined space. The present invention also relates to improved tapering to one end of the packaging for tampons. In addition, the present invention relates to a closing valve for packaging, such as, in particular, tapering packing for tampons.
Background of invention
Special packaging for storage and carrying of feminine hygiene known for a long time. Such packages are becoming more popular as modern women spend more time outside the home and for convenience carry a small supply of your favorite personal care items. In particular, women often wear with a daily supply of feminine hygiene in a purse, briefcase, backpack or pocket. Unfortunately, often, putting a package in her purse, the woman completely forgets about it until the ex long while it is not required. Often the package falls to the bottom of her purse and finds himself among the debris scattered coins, pens or other foreign objects. Sometimes the packaging is crushed, resulting in inadvertent opening. Because of this, foreign objects get inside the packaging and (or) individual feminine hygiene fall out of the packaging and become unfit for use due to contamination or loss of form. For this reason, such packaging should be strong and invisible, and at the same time must protect its contents from contamination. The package must also have a valve that will keep it private and will allow guaranteed to keep the feminine hygiene inside the package when moving the contents of her purse.
Another problem carrying packages of feminine hygiene in your bag or pocket is extraneous noise. In some types of packages, particularly packages of tampons without applicators, after removing one of tampons remaining swabs may move, creating noise. This often leads to unwanted noise when driving or moving bags or clothing.
Many women, without advertising the current phase of their menstrual cycle, while gladly wear a variety of accessories, including handbags, which look sawn and aesthetically pleasing. Some handbags have open or closed on a side zip compartment. Usually these units are made in the form of pockets and therefore should remain flat. Women often placed in these pockets separate or Packed on a few items of his personal hygiene. Particularly preferably, the feminine hygiene did not create bulges in the accessories, so as not to disrupt their overall aesthetic appearance. To create such a compact package for a few feminine hygiene, which could be placed in flat branch handbags, you need to develop a form of packaging, which drove least amount of content to a minimum. In addition, it is extremely convenient to have this form of packaging, which makes it easy to place it in a confined space.
Although stealth packaging is very important, reducing its size should not be achieved at the expense of the ease of extracting from it the subject of personal hygiene. One way to provide access to the internal contents of the package is the establishment of a re-closing removable or hinged valve. Depending on the configuration of the valve this package may become unacceptably large and uncomfortable. Too large packaging often stick out when placed in a pocket or the side of the Department is of the handbag. In addition, it is very important that a woman going to the toilet at home or in a public place, easily and without unnecessary manipulation of the package to extract one item of feminine hygiene products such as tampons, without risk to demolish all the contents of the package.
Often, individual hygiene items or their packaging fall out of the bags when women try to get something from her purse or branches, which can lead to awkward situations, especially when the audience are men. Thus, it is desirable to have discreet packaging that protects its individual feminine hygiene from accidental loss.
Experts in the field, the number of known constructions closing valve for compact packing, so that it is easily opened to gain access to the contents and then close again. Because compact packaging can be accommodated in a limited space, only it is desirable to provide a closing valve, protected against accidental opening when removing the packaging from the narrow space. It becomes especially important in the case of packing of feminine hygiene to protect package contents from falling out when removing the packaging from the narrow space.
Brief description of the invention
Thus, it POPs the AMB packaging for storage of feminine hygiene, which would ensure reliable retention of tampons in place, while keeping them clean. In accordance with the principles of the present invention a daily supply of feminine hygiene is contained in the package is finished tampons, which a woman may inconspicuous way to carry throughout the day. Several such packages are preferably placed in the external packaging for the retail trade, in which, therefore, contains multiple day packages. The buyer can now just get one of the ready-to-day packages - no need to count the required number of tampons on the day and place them in a special container. Thus, in accordance with one aspect of the present invention a daily supply of tampons available in a compact package, ready to retrieve from the store-bought boxes and direct placement in a handbag or pocket for storage and carrying.
In accordance with another aspect of the present invention offers such a thin package for tampons, so it can be placed in close or narrow space, such as a purse or pocket. For example, swabs can be placed in one row in a single package. Tampons can be removed along their longitudinal axes. Such packaging can be easily razmeshena limited space, while tampons can be easily removed - no need for a considerable free space for opening the packaging (in contrast to existing containers for tampons with hinged lid). Tampons can be glued to the base of the packaging. It should be understood that laying tampons in one row in the packaging configuration packing so that tampons could be extracted along their longitudinal axis and (or) adding tampons to the base of the containing package - characteristic features of the day packing for tampons that are proposed in accordance with the principles of the present invention, however, these features can also be used to create other types of packages for tampons.
In accordance with a related aspect of the present invention, the package of tampons can be narrow, tapering to one end. As a result of such packaging can easily be placed in the space of limited volume, so that the presence of the package will be unnoticed. The desired narrowing of the packaging to the end can be achieved in a number of ways. For example, the upper part of the opposite walls of the package can be directly connected to each other, thereby giving the package the desired tapering shape. In addition, the valve packing should be easy to open when needed, but it fit quite the part tightly or have the appropriate form, to spontaneously not open when you place the packing in place wearing, wearing, and also when removing the packaging from wear. In addition, it is desirable to provide the user with some kind of signal reliable closing of the packaging. The role of such a signal may play a small click or tactile sensation of the user at the touch of a packaging fingers.
Individual daytime packing made in accordance with the principles of the present invention may have other useful characteristics that can be used in the manufacture of packaging, other than as described day packages and packaging for items other than tampons. For example, to facilitate the extraction of the tampon along its longitudinal axis, day pack can be made in the form of inner boxes, carrier actually tampons, and the outer shell, forming a hinged front flap and rear flap valve covering the inner box and contained tampons. One or both valves can be opened, providing access to the inner box and allowing you to remove the tampon from the edge of the inner box in a direction along the longitudinal axis of the recoverable pad. Packaging of this type has advantages beyond its use for packing tampons. For example, packaging, made in the form of VN the inner box and the outer shell in accordance with the principles of the present invention, allows you to narrow down the pack to one of the ends to more convenient premises in close space. Formed the outer shell of the valve can be directly connected to each other to obtain the desired shape narrowing.
In accordance with another aspect of the present invention the closing valve has a number of unique features. For example, manufactured in accordance with the principles of the present invention the closing valve can be manufactured for use on tapering to one end of the package. In the case of tapering packing valve is often more prone to accidental opening when removing the package, or even just place the packing in place wearing. Such a valve may have a number of useful features which can be used in the manufacture of packaging, different in shape from those described tapering to one end. One of these features is the presence of a covering element, which protects the locking elements closing the valve. Thus, even when worn packing in a narrow place removing the packaging should not lead to the hinged locking element closing the valve, since the covering element protects the locking elements against accidental opening. Another feature described the closing of the valve, useful for closing the valve, having a covering element (although useful, and if no such element), is providing a signal to close. Such a signal may be tactile and / or take the form of a click occurring at the moment of actuation of the locking elements when closing the valve.
These and other structural features and advantages of the present invention will be fully understood from the following detailed description of the invention. The scope of the present invention outlined in paragraphs appended claims.

Detailed description of the invention
In accordance with the principles of the present invention, the package is made for comfortable wearing, as well as for ease of use. It should be understood that herein described is a separate and independent aspects of the invention. These aspects, at least individually, have their own unique advantages, and although they can complement each other, they should not necessarily be used. In other words, every aspect of the present invention has its own unique features and, thus, can be used without using other aspects of, or in conjunction with the use of only one, or with several, but not all, or in conjunction with all other aspects disclosed herein.
In Fig.1 shows a shopping bag with tampons 100, made in accordance with one aspect of the present from which retene, which comes with several contained within it smaller packages 102. Each of the smaller packages 102 is designed to hold only a limited number of tampons and thus is more compact than all retail packaging. The number of swabs contained in smaller packages 102 may be selected depending on the individual needs of users. One of the most common situations in which you need a small package of tampons is wearing a supply of tampons enough for daily use without having to wear all the shopping package containing tampons for a few days. In accordance with the principles of the present invention the size and shape smaller package 102 may be selected so as to contain a sufficient one day's supply of tampons, therefore, hereinafter referred to smaller packaging will for convenience be called the "day pack 102. Day pack 102 preferably has the size, shape and configuration that allows you to easily carry it in a purse or pocket. It should be understood that although the principles of the present invention are stated in relation to the package of tampons, they are equally applicable to the packaging of other items.
The number of swabs contained in deveiopment 102, preferably is selected based on one or more of the following factors: the level of needs of a typical user for a typical period of time during which a typical user is outside the home (e.g., 12-18 hours), the maximum acceptable daily wage package 102, level of absorbency used tampons (thickness or diameter of tampons with a higher absorption capacity is usually larger, so they require more space than tampons with less absorbent). For example, the daily wage package 102 may be selected so that the inside was placed no more than four or five minutes, preferably not more than four swabs. This size not only meets the daily needs of a typical user, but also provides convenience and stealth wear daily package 102 in a purse or even pants pocket.
Although containers for wearing tampons (for example, to store daily stock tampons) known to experts in the field, day pack 102 differs from them in that it is only a day's supply of tampons is packaged and sold in the form of daily packages 102. Thus, you no longer need to find a container for tampons, to count the required number of swabs and place them in the container since the day pack of 12 prepared in advance and contains the typical number of tampons, which may be required not at home user per day. Multiple day packages 102 can be placed in one main packaging or outer packaging, or store packaging or transport packaging, or packing for retail 104 (all these terms signify a sealed box that the user sees in the sale, for example, on the shelf that contains the total number of swabs for retail sale; for simplicity, this box will hereinafter be called "retail packaging", without loss of generality). In the result, instead of simply to contain a specified number of tampons in the outer packaging, retail packaging 104 for convenience contains several separate day packages 102, each of which has a pre-Packed day supply of tampons. Thus, the user simply take a day pack 102 of the retail package 104 to have enough tampons for a day, without having to count the required number of tampons and put them in a special container for carrying. Preferably day pack 102 is manufactured as disposable for maximum user convenience. More preferably day pack 102 is made of a thin material in order to reduce the size of the in, and also to reduce the amount of recyclable waste (after using all contained in a package of tampons). Most preferably the use of biologically degradable material.
If desired, the retail package 104 may have at least one open lateral side 106, through which are visible inside the day packing 102. Thus, the user can easily see the unique day packages of tampons inside the retail package 104. Moreover, if the day packing 102 is made in the original form (for example, tapering towards the end, as shown in the example of the daily package 102 of Fig.3 and 4, described in detail below) that is similar to the original form will be visible through the open side 106.
Since it is usually desirable to compact packaging, case or container for tampons were invisible, and they can be worn in a confined space (e.g., purse, office bags or other larger object, or in your pocket), it is advisable to reduce the thickness of the fluorescent package 102 to the minimum possible. For example, tampons 110 inside day package 102 may be arranged in one row, with their longitudinal axis A are parallel to each other and substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall or base 120 day package 102. This MC is adca tampons minimizes the thickness T of the day packing 102, as demonstrated by the example of the implementation of the open day package 102 of Fig.2. Thus, in accordance with one aspect of the present invention, the size and geometry of the daily package 102 for tampons are selected so that inside there is only one number of not more than four or five, preferably four, tampons 110.
Laying tampons only one series in a single package, such as a day pack 102 may also lead to additional advantage of reducing the possibility or probability of damage tampons when retrieving them from the day packing 102. The reason is that if the thickness T of the day packing 102 is sufficient only to accommodate a single tampon, tampons inside day package 102 can be moved longitudinally along the long side width W of the day packing 102, but can not accumulate in the transverse direction with a thickness T. Thus, due to the presence of only one direction of movement possible movement of tampons inside a day packing 102 is limited, and the likelihood of damage to tampons each other is smaller compared to a situation where they can be displaced relative to each other in additional directions. This aspect of the present invention is particularly important when placing in the day pack 102 tampons without AP is licator, without protection from crushing, provided by the applicator.
In accordance with another aspect of the present invention, the tampon can maintain its position inside day package 102 through an easy-adhesive or wax. Since, as shown in a possible embodiment, of the packaging of Fig.2, the input non-applicator tampons can have multiple dome-shaped, curved or other rounded shape of the front insertion end of the tampon 112, it is desirable to use an adhesive on a flatter rear end 114 for fixing the above-mentioned end of the base 120 day package 102. To maintain the position of the tampon may be used any known material for fixing and / or surface of the lung of a subject in a wrapper to the packaging material, for example cardboard, with the possibility of disconnection. For example, for fixing tampons can be used a small drop of wax or glue, as these types of adhesives do not form a permanent connection between the outside of the tampon material wrappers (for example, wrapping material, such as those described in the publication WO 2004/080362, September 23, 2004, which is fully included in the present document by reference) and most of the materials commonly used to manufacture packaging. Select the adhesive should preferably have a number or the seven of the following properties: it should not fast to dry should securely hold the tampon in place and to ensure easy separation of the tampon targeted at removing the tampon from the day the package 102. Such adhesives can be used to hold the tampon in place in order to further limit their mobility inside the package, which further reduces the probability of collapse tampons, remaining inside day package 102, the sequential extraction of tampons from the day the package 102. Limiting movement of tampons 110 inside the day packing 102 is also desirable to reduce noise (for example, the muffled thud), which can occur when moving tampons inside day package 102 and they collide with each other and with the walls of the packing 102. In addition, the use of such adhesive may create additional advantage of holding tampons inside the day packing 102: so they won't accidentally fall out of the day packing 102. The preferred degree of fixation swabs should be sufficient to hold tampons 110 inside day package 102 in a substantially vertical position (to tampons 110 is not bent and did not touch each other, if one or more swabs extracted from the daily packing 102), but it should give you the ability to easily targeted extraction pad 110, for example, by turning izvlechenia swab. The pad 110, therefore, may be extracted along the direction of its longitudinal axis A.
The small thickness of the proposed configuration day package 102 can be further reduced by using a relatively thin material for the manufacture of fluorescent packing 102. Preferably the material used is chosen so that the thickness T of the day packing 102 was not significantly increased, and that the thickness T practically does not exceed the thickness of tampons inside a day packing 102. In addition, the material used should preferably be strong enough to protect the inside of the day packing 102 swabs from damage, deformation, moisture, dirt, etc. and still be light enough not significantly affect the weight, external shape, compactness, etc. day package 102. Preferably the material used should easily be flattened after the full use of the contents of the package, and preferably be biodegradable and (or) be readily recycled. An example of a material which can be made day pack 102 can serve as cardboard. The cardboard is bent more easily than thick, which facilitates the use of fluorescent packing 102. It was established experimentally that the cardboard of a thickness of approximately 0.35 mm may be COI is used for the purposes of the present invention and allows to achieve the desired strength without significantly increasing the thickness of the fluorescent packing 102.
Day pack 102 may be made of a material that imparts a day pack 102 clearly defined shape, which is maintained independently from the current contents of the day packing 102, thereby maintaining the original shape of the day packing 102. However, it should be understood that more flexible cardboard or other more flexible materials which can be moulded into the shape that is consistent with the contents of the packaging, can also be used for the purposes of the present invention without deviating from its features (such as placement in a package only day supply of tampons). For example, for the manufacture of packaging can be used plastic, which will also provide a waterproof packing. As such plastic may be used known flexible impermeable to liquid material, known to experts in the field and used for the manufacture of bags or for individual packaging of absorbent hygiene products, forming a package with soft walls. For example, such material preferably is manufactured from a thin plastic film or of a film of non-woven material, the tightness of which the liquid is obtained by applying a water-repellent coating or other processing. It should be understood that the use of thin material is advantageous for manufacture is allenii small package with day supply of tampons, regardless, laid swabs per pack in one row or in any other way. Selected for the manufacture of packaging material can make in package design other useful features in accordance with the principles of the present invention set forth herein.
If making a day of packing 102 is selected cardboard, used cardboard can be selected or treated so as to be impermeable to liquid. For example, for the manufacture of packaging can be used more widely available and well known to those of ordinary skill in this field paperboard coated. One of the examples of the material for the coating film is Celloglaze. This name is used as a General designation devuono-oriented polypropylene films, which are one type of thin plastic films. Another way to ensure impermeability to liquids may be applied to the cardboard glossy coating printed. For the purposes of the present invention is preferable, but not critical, is to use one-component material.
As is clear from the above descriptions of the various independent aspects of the present invention - such as the size of the described day package, designed for not more than four or five (more preferably couple the (e) tampons the small thickness of the day packing, and the use of thin material for the manufacture of fluorescent packing is desired characteristic of the day packing made in accordance with the principles of the present invention is the ease of placing the package in a confined space such as a pocket or a small purse, or a small Department as part of another subject (for example, the Department of handbags). In accordance with another independent aspect of the present invention daytime package can have at least one side, one end or one side (hereinafter referred to for convenience, but without loss of generality, called "party"), where such packaging tapering. Such narrowing provides a number of independent advantages, including easier location day packing in a pocket or other close place and distinguishes one side of the packaging from the other, allowing the user to touch to determine the location of the fluorescent packing without having to look at her or even take a day package from his bag. As shown in Fig.3, at least one side of the example implementation of the daily package 202, for example, the top side 204 may be other sides of the package, for example, by narrowing the packaging to this side. This narrowing makes it easier premises daily UPA is ovci 202 in a confined space, since the tapered top side 204 may be drawn forward in the direction of movement of the packaging. Narrowing on one side allows you to insert the edge of the day packing 202 in a tight space and then gradually expand it to full occupancy of the thickness T of the daily package 202, and thus the entire thickness of tampons day package 202 in a narrow space. It should be understood that the profile of narrowing can be selected so as to repeat the typical dome-shaped, curved or other rounded shape of the upper end of the tampon (in particular, tampon without applicator), such as a typical tampon 210, shown in Fig.4 (in the figure depicts a day pack 202 is in the open state). This narrowing also has the additional benefit of reducing material consumption in the manufacture of fluorescent packing 202 (through repetition of the forms of content daily package 202 for making the day packing 202 will require less material than for the manufacture of packaging with a rectangular or flat top). In addition, this narrowing reduces the likelihood of damage to the contents of the daily package 202 and the day packing 202 by reducing the free space between the daily package 202 and in her tampons.
One of the possible ways of making day package 202 with narrowing to one side of the e 204, giving easy and quick access to the contents of the package shown in Fig.4. An example implementation of the daily package 202, shown in Fig.4, consists of inner box 300 and the outer shell 400, examples of expansions for the manufacture of which is shown in Fig.5 and 6, respectively, and will be described in more detail below. It should be noted that formal direction signs, such as "upper", "lower", "front", "rear" and "side" does not limit the location indicated their walls or panels these areas, but serve only for the purpose of distinguishing the described walls and panels of Fig.3-6. It should be understood that the advantage of using design in the form of inner box and the outer shell is not tied to the possibility of narrowing packaging, made in the form of construction of the inner box and the outer shell, as will become clear in the future. Accordingly, the concept of tapering in one side of the packaging is not necessarily to be applied to the package using inner box 300 and the outer shell 400.
As can be seen from Fig.4, an example implementation of inner box 300 is made so that the length of at least one wall of the inner box was only part of the length L of the pad 210 to be placed in the packaging. As will become clear later when studying Fig.4 and 5, especially in the window (although not necessarily) to have two walls, for example, the front wall 302 and the rear wall 304 (closed on figure swab 210) with a maximum height H1 is less than the length L of the pad 210. The presence of at least one wall of inner box 300, height less than the length L in the package pad 210, allows you to grab the pad 210 and easily remove it from the interior of the carton 300. The side walls 306 of inner box 300 when this does not necessarily have to be shorter than the pad 210. In the example implementation shown in Fig.4, the side walls 306 may have a height H2, or at least almost equal to the entire length of the pad 210. If desired, the side walls 306 can be made in the form, repeating the cross-section of the tampon 210, so that when closed (as shown in Fig.3) day pack 202 tampons 210 were substantially fully closed side walls 306, thereby tampons 210 will be protected from damage and contamination, and will also be hidden from view.
As in the example implementation shown in Fig.4, the upper part of tampons 210 protrude above at least one wall of inner box 300, to extract the swab is not required to make any manipulations with the walls of inner box 300 (in contrast to the situation if the tampons would be completely closed by the walls of the inner box 300, in this case, the user would have to push p is LCY in inner box 300, between the tampon and the inner surfaces of the at least two side walls, or between the two swabs, or between a wall and a tampon to catch and remove a tampon). For this reason, the size and shape of inner box 300 can be selected so that just follow and repeat the location of the number placed in her tampons 210, thereby reducing the cost of material for the manufacture of inner box 300 and reducing the likelihood of unwanted motion tampons 210 inside the box (as in the box virtually no free space). Tampons 210 can be held securely within the day packing 202 due to the close planting in inner box 300, while in the package tampons 210 will be substantially or completely protected from accidental loss of inner box 300. Thus, despite the fact that the design of the package in the form of inner box 300, closing the outer shell 400, facilitates the manufacture of narrow one-way packaging, this design will also help to reduce the risk of deformation of the packing when removing the pad 210, and also to reduce the consumption of material for the manufacture of packaging, regardless of whether the packaging tapering end.
An example of a scanner 300' for the manufacture of inner box 300 shown in Fig.4, shown in Fig.5. Front PA is spruce scanner 302' and the rear panel of the scanner 304', respectively forming the front wall 302 and the rear wall 304 of inner box 300 of Fig.4, is made shorter than the side portion 306'a and 306'b. The corresponding upper edge 303' and 305' of the front wall 302' and the rear wall 304' have a curved shape, but may be any other shape, including a straight line. The side panels 306'a and 306'b have a curved upper edge 307', follows the contour of the pad 210, which will be located in the inner box 300, made from the scanner 300'. However, the upper edges 307' may be given any other desired shape, including direct (e.g., if the daily package 200 is made without compromising 204). For forming retaining walls of inner box 300 (walls, retaining tampons 200, to which the longitudinal axis of the tampon A preferably should be substantially parallel), panel 306'a, 302', 306'b and 304' scanner 300' folded along the respective fold line 311', 313' and 315', and the side of the patch panel 316' is bent along the bend line 317' and is connected with reversed to the inside (facing the tampons) surface of the side panel 306'a. In addition, the lower panel 312'a and 312'b bent along bend lines 323' and 325', respectively, and stacked on top of each other (the order in which panels are superimposed on each other, irrelevant), forming the bottom wall 312 of inner box 300.
The following is the duty to regulate to understand it is advisable to protect tampons 210 placed in the inner box 300 example exercise daily package 202, damage, deformation, moisture, dirt, etc. As noted above, due to the fact that the shape of inner box 300 repeats the form is placed in her pad 210, tampons 210 is securely held in place and therefore protected from crushing each other. In addition, the shape of the inner box can provide protection inside the box of tampons 210 from contact with dirt, dust, small items and other potential contaminants, because the edges of the inner box 300, the front panel 402 and the rear panel 404 form a tight connection and almost completely cover the dirt access inside the packaging. In the embodiments shown in Fig.4 and 5, the outer shell 400 covers part of tampons 210, protruding from the short front wall 302 (and possibly short rear wall 304) inner box 300. If, as in the embodiments shown in Fig.4 and 5, the side walls 306 substantially close tampons 210 over the entire height, the outer shell 400 and the side walls 306 fully cover and protect tampons 210, located in the inner box 300.
In accordance with one aspect of the present invention at least the front wall 402, and, in Sogno, additionally, the back wall 404 of the outer shell 400 may play the role of a closing valve which selectively closes the open side of the pad 210 and may be removed from the inner box 300 for quick and easy removal of pad 210 of inner box 300. The size, shape and configuration of such a valve can be selected to ensure the possibility of treatment with packing only one hand so that the user could open day pack 202, to extract the swab and to close the day the package 202, using only one arm, and not even taking a day pack 202 from a handbag or pocket (or other designated worn packing). The manufacture of the front wall 402 and a back wall 404 in the form of a flapper valve also facilitates the manufacture of the above-mentioned narrowing of the package 204. However, the packaging may have a standard rectangular upper edge, possibly in addition to the flap, or otherwise provide access to the inner box 300.
Example scanner 400' for the manufacture of the outer shell 400 of Fig.4 shown in Fig.6. For convenience, as will become clear from the subsequent description of the scanner 400' for the manufacture of the outer shell below the reamer 400' outer shell will be described as shown in Fig.6 of its outer surface (the inner surface, facing N. the Fig.4 inner box 300, located on the opposite side of the scanner 400', not visible in Fig.6). Front panel 402' is bent along the bend line 403' relative to the bottom panel 412', and the rear panel 404' is bent along the fold line 405' relative to the bottom panel 412' (as the front panel 402' and the rear panel 404' are bent towards the inside of the page on which is depicted in Fig.6), forming the front wall 402 and a back wall 404 of the outer shell 400, as shown in Fig.4. The bottom wall 312 of inner box 300 is preferably connected to the inner surface of the bottom panel 412' for the correct positioning of the outer shell 400 over the inner box 300 to close and protect tampons 210, located in the inner box 300. If desired, the outer shell 400 may be fixed relative to the inner box 300, for example, by using to the inner box.
The outer shell 400 may be made in any desired form to increase the visual attractiveness of the daily package 202. In accordance with the above aspect of the present invention, fabrication of the day packing 202 in the form of construction of inner box 300 and the outer shell 400 allows you to easily make a day pack 202 with at least one tapering end 204 to facilitate placing the fluorescent package 202 in a confined space. When the EP implementation day package 202 with one tapering end 204 shown in Fig.3, 4 and 6. However, it should be understood that the fabrication of the day packing 202 in the form of construction of inner box 300 and the outer shell 400 provides independent advantages that are made in the form of this design day packing not required to have narrowing to one end to provide useful functions. For example, a method of manufacturing a fluorescent package 202 in the form of construction of inner box 300 and the outer shell 400 provides an opportunity to produce a package of minimum possible size of a relatively durable, but flexible material, and allows the tampon to act on the part of the package, so that the swab can be removed without deformation of the package.
In General, it is desirable to keep made in accordance with the principles of the present invention day package in the closed position to protect the inside of tampons, as well as to prevent accidental loss of tampons from the packaging. An example implementation of the daily package 202, shown in Fig.3 and 4, has a closing valve 420, which includes a covering member that covers and protects the locking elements closing valve so that the locking elements cannot spontaneously appear, for example, when wearing day package 202 or removing fluorescent packing 202 from wear, or simply while on evna package 202 is in place wearing. An example implementation of a closing valve 420 in Fig.3 and 4 has a covering element in the form of a strip covering and holding together the upper ends of the front wall 402 and a back wall 404 of the outer shell 400 (for example, pressing them tightly to each other and covering the elements of the valve. However, it should be understood that the closing valve is narrowed end of the packing can be performed in a different form, not necessarily in the form of a strip, he can push the walls 402 and 404 to each other or not. Also note that although closing the valve 420 has a structure that the outer shell 400 to narrow at the tapering end of the package 204, the advantages of the design closing valve 420 does not depend on whether or causes closing of the valve 420 to maintain the contraction for tapering the end of the package, as will become clear from the following more detailed description of the embodiment, the closing valve 420.
Shown in Fig.6 is an example of the sweep of the outer shell 400' shows the panel that can be manufactured with a closing valve 420 with several unique features and benefits of the design. As described above, the panel 402', 412' and 404' sweep shall be added to form the outer shell 400, as shown in Fig.4 and 5. Actually a flap valve 422 formed of panels hinged valve 422', is at the top cha the ti front wall 402 and has a protruding tongue 424, formed from a continuation of a panel hinged valve panel speaker reed 424', (in the case of the example implementation of Fig.6 is a continuation of the free edge of the panel flapper valve 422'). The panel covering the side of the valve 432' is bent toward the inner surface (the other side with respect to the surface shown in Fig.6) scan of the outer shell 400' relative to the panel valve 436' along bend lines 433'a and 433'b thus, to close the slot 438 panel valve 436' in the upper part of the rear wall 404, for reasons that will become clear from the further description. The presence of two bend lines 433'a and 433'b enables the Board covering part of the valve 432' to retreat from the control valve 436' at a sufficient distance education between the host channel 431 (see Fig.4) wide enough to accept a flap valve 422 and his tongue 424. After bending the panel covering part of the valve 432' in relation to the panel valve 436', the side panel covering the side of the valve 434'a bent relative to the panel covering the side of the valve 432' along bend lines 435'a and 435'b in the direction of the outer surface of the rear panel 404'. In this way the side panel covering the side of the valve 434'b is bent with respect to the panel covering the side of the valve 432' along bend lines 437'a and 437'b toward the outer surface of the rear panel 404'. Similarly, the presence of pairs of bend lines 435'a and 435'b and 437'a and 437'b enables the Board covering part of the valve 432' to be at some distance from the control valve 436' and form a receiving channel 431 between them. The side panels of the valve 434'a and 434'b superimposed on top of each other (stacking order of the panels in this insignificant) for fastening panels valve 432', 434'a and 434'b with the formation of the closing strip 430 covering the slot in the valve 438. It should be understood that the closure of an example implementation of the daily package 202 of the hinged valve 422 is inserted into the receiving channel 431 in the closing lane 430, and the reed valve 424 is inserted into the slot 438. Panel flapper valve 422' slightly bent along the fold line 421' relative to the front panel 402' and the panel valve 436' several bends along bend line 435', so that the panel flapper valve 422' and the panel valve 436' are substantially pressed to each other, thereby maintaining the narrowing tapered end 204 of the day packing 202. Moreover, the bending of the side panels of the valve 434'a and 434'b over each other and over the outer surface of the panel valve 436', as well as the bending of the panel covering part of the valve 432' on the inner surface of the panel valve 436' creates a multi-layered structure in the constricted portion 204 of the day packing 202. Such a multilayered structure etc which gives the strength of the constricted portion 204, which otherwise would be much more flexible and potentially prone to bending and possible damage, especially in the exemplary embodiment, when the tapered portion 204 is located on top of tampons 210 (or other objects placed in the package like the described day package 202) and, thus, does not receive additional support or support material tampons 210.
There are several ways in which a closing valve 420 may prevent unintentional opening day package 202. As mentioned above, the size of the receiving channel 431 is selected so that he could take inside a flap valve 422 and tongue flapper valve 424. The size of the receiving channel 431 may be selected for a reliable hold flapper valve 422 within the channel. For example, a flap valve 422 and tongue flapper valve 424 can slide inside the receiving channel 431 along the panel valve 436' (taking into account the narrowness of the receiving channel 431) before insertion of the tongue flapper valve 424 in the slot 438. If desired, the size of the receiving channel 431 can be chosen in such a way as to hold the hinged valve 422 in tight contact with the panel valve 436'. The side panels of the valve 434'a and 434'b, curved so as to close the outer surface of the panel valve 436', serve as a retaining panel, which the traveler holds the reed flapper valve 424 in the slots 438, thus, preventing the tongue flapper valve 424 accidentally hooked for another object and exit the slot 438. Alternative or additionally, the size of the receiving channel 431 may be selected so that the tongue flapper valve 424 folds in the direction of the inner surface of the flapper valve 422 when inserted into the receiving channel 431. When this tongue flapper valve 424 takes a form resembling the shape of a fish hook, so that the tongue flapper valve 424 easily clings to the slot 438. The closing strip 430 may be designed to hold a flap valve 422 in place within the receiving channel 431, so that the tongue flapper valve 424 will also be fixed in place within the slots 438 and will not be able to randomly exit slot 438. If desired, the side panels of the valve 434'a and 434'b can be made and are bent relative to the panel valve 436' thus, to keep the tongue flapper valve 424 is fixed inside the slot 438. For example, the side panels of the valve 434'a and 434'b can help locking tongue hinged valve 424 in the slots 438, holding the tongue flapper valve 424 in the folded and locked position in the slot 438. In addition, the side panels of the valve 434'a and 434'b closing the outer surface of the slot 438, from which protrudes the tongue flap clap is at 424, so the tongue flapper valve 424 can not accidentally catch another object and exit the slot 438.
Additional functional feature that can provide a closing valve 420 is feedback to the user confirming the reliable closing of the closing valve 420. Such feedback is especially desirable if the locking elements closing valve 420 hidden under the covering element, such as a closing strip 430. In particular, the proposed placement of the side panels of the valve 434'a and 434'b relative to the panel valve 436' and the slots 438 helps to keep the tongue flapper valve 424 in tight contact with the side panel valve 434'a and 434'b and panel valve 436' when inserted into a reed flapper valve 424 in the slot 438. Such intimate contact not only helps to keep the tongue flapper valve 424 in place in the slots 438, but can also provide feedback to the user confirming the reliable closing of the closing valve 420. Such feedback may be tactile, resulting in a dense planting of reed flapper valve 424 in the slots 438 and between the side panels closing strip 434'a and 434'b and panel valve 436'. It is preferable also to provide feedback, for example, in the form of small clicks of the proof is the future reliable fixation of tongue flapper valve 424 in its place inside the slot 438. In the example implementation, when a flap valve 422 and tongue flapper valve 424 is pushed into the receiving channel 431, feedback signals the moment when the hinged valve 422 and tongue flapper valve 424 far enough to push relative to the panel valve 436'.
Providing a feedback signal to the user about the correct closing day package 202, is regarded as a desirable feature of the packaging for tampons. In particular, in accordance with the principles of the present invention such feedback is provided on disposable packaging for wearing daily stock tampons. Thus, relatively inexpensive package, containing just the daily supply of tampons, provides the user with feedback indicating the correct closure of the packaging so that the user can be sure that the contents of the package do not accidentally fall out.
It should be understood that, although the above-described construction closing valve 420 as an example for carrying out the invention of cardboard, can be used and other materials. In addition, the above-described construction closing valve 420 has a number of positive design features, which include, among other things, ease of opening, protection from unintentional, otkriveni is, strength, feedback to confirm reliable closing and narrowing to one end, to facilitate the location of the described packing in tight space. Any or all of the design features of the example closing valve 420 can be implemented in closing the valve, they are manufactured in accordance with the principles of the present invention. You should also understand that proposed in the present invention the closing valve can be used in the design of the packages or boxes, other than as described in the present invention day package.
It should be understood that various structural features described above day packages 102 and 202, which includes, among other things, a flap valve, which bends sideways from the inner box, inner box with a short wall for easy retrieval inside items, closing the valve, the locking elements which are protected from prying eyes and (or) unintentional access, closing the valve with locking latch and closing the valve with feedback, can be used in structures of different shape and / or size, moreover, the use of such design features should not be limited to packages of tampons or even packages with narrowing towards the onewith the parties. Various principles used in the design of a package constituting the present invention is not limited to packaging, specially designed for tampons. Similarly, with narrowing towards one of the sides of the package can be useful for storing items other than tampons, and preserving narrowing packing closing the valve can be used in the design of the packaging of any type.
It should also be understood that the various above-described features of construction constituting the present invention does not necessarily have to be carried out by using all the above proposed design features of the invention. The various proposed above design features should not necessarily be used in combination with each other and are independent, and thus can be used independently or in any combination. For example, selecting the size of the day packing, large enough to hold no more than four or five, preferably four, tampons independently allows you to create a package for tampons small size, without necessarily laying inside four or five tampons in a row. Thus, the shape and construction of the day packing made in accordance with the principles of the present invented the I for the content of only one of a number of tampons, is not an integral part of the basic concept of the factory packaging tampons in a quantity sufficient for one day of use. Similarly, the choice of design day packages containing a single row of tampons, independently allows you to create a package that can be easily placed in a limited space, without the use of additional structural features in the form of narrowing of the packaging to one edge of the package. Moreover, the usability of the day packing 102 does not depend on the material and shape of the day packing 102. Finally, the design of the packaging for tampons, providing feedback to the user to confirm proper closing of the package, should not necessarily be used in other structural features described in this document.
Although the foregoing description and shown in the figures are examples of the implementation of the structure constituting the present invention, it should be understood that in the described construction may be made various additions, modifications and substitutions without affecting the spirit and scope of the present invention. In particular, professionals should be clear that the present invention can be implemented in other specific forms, structures, geometry, proportions, and t is the train with the other elements, other materials and components, without affecting the spirit and essential characteristics of the present invention. Specialist in the field will understand that the present invention can be used with many modifications of structure, geometry, proportions, materials, components, etc. to create embodiments of the present invention, specifically adapted for use in specific conditions, design requirements without departing from the principles of the present invention. Thus, in the present document, embodiments should in all respects be considered only as illustrating and in no way limiting the scope of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention are outlined below by the claims and is not limited to the preceding description.
