The invention relates to the production of building materials, in particular the production of concrete intended for joints, injection channels, filling spaces with concrete tunnels, etc.

Famous concrete mixture comprising, by wt.%: Portland 13-22; gravel 42-44; sand 25-29; expanding additive 1-5; water. Supplement that includes: aluminium-containing component with a content of Al2O3not less than 15 wt.% 58-65; solfataras component with the content of SO3not less than 30 wt.% 22-24; sodium sulfate 8-10; plasticizer 5-8. Strength through the day 27,8-33,1 MPa after 7 days 43,3-45,1 MPa, water resistant after 7 days 10-12 ATM (RF Patent No. 2069038, C04B 28/2, C04B 111:20 "Concrete mix", publ. 10.11.1996 year).

The closest technical solution is a seamless, monolithic concrete floor from a mixture based on Portland cement, expanding additives, gravel and sand, which is made of concrete with axial tension, equal to 1.1 to 1.3, the calculated values of the axial strain of concrete and water-resistant 8-20 ATM, and expanding additive contains, wt%: aluminium-containing component with a content of Al2O3at least 20% by weight 40-50, solfataras component with the content of SO3not less than 35% by weight 50-60, with the following content of components of the concrete mixture, wt.%: Portland 15-20; expanding additive 1,2-2,0; gravel f the shares of 5-10 mm 42-49; sand Mkr2,0-2,2 25-29; water - other (Patent RF №2137730, C04B 28/02, E04F 15/00 Seamless monolithic concrete floor", publ. 20.09.1999,).

The disadvantage of the mixture is that it does not provide compensation of shrinkage deformation, the density and tightness of the contact zone (interface).

The objective of the invention is to create a concrete two-stage expansion, when at the first stage due to the expansion of the concrete mixture with a volume increase of up to 10% guarantee continuous filling of the concrete space, and the second stage in the process of curing the extension of hardening concrete conditions limit the development of deformation, thus ensures a reliable contact hardening of the concrete surface the concrete space and compensation of shrinkage deformation, which provides the density and tightness of the contact zone (interface).

The invention consists in that the concrete mixture comprises Portland cement, gravel fraction 5-10 mm, sand, water, complex extends Supplement containing aluminous cement and ground gypsum, with integrated extender additive further comprises a superplasticizer Glenium-51 and the aluminum powder in the following ratio, wt.%:

portlandcement 17-21

The two sand fractions of 0.16 to 0.63 mm and 1.25-5 mm
with fineness modulus of 2.731-37

Integrated expanding additive contains, wt%:

Aluminous cement
with the content of Al2O3at least 35 wt.%69-72
Ground gypsum
with content SO3not less than 42 wt.%22-24
Superplasticizer Glenium-51the 3.2 to 7.9
The aluminum powder0,8-1,1

The use of integrated extender additive containing aluminous cement content of Al2O3at least 35 wt.% 69-72 and ground gypsum stone with the content of S 3not less than 42 wt.% 22-24 can improve the design value of the bending strength. The mechanism of action of additives sulfoaluminate type is based on the formation of the structure of cement paste at early stages of hydration crystals hydrocortamate calcium, causing growth of the volume of material in the formed pore structure of the concrete, increasing its density, which increases the strength characteristics of the structure.

The use of superplasticizer Glenium-51 allows to obtain a molded self-sealing, which requires virtually no vibration of the concrete mix, which is extremely important, since the proposed concrete mix in accordance with the technology of preparation may not be subjected to vibroplate. By reducing the flow rate of the mixing water superplasticizer Glenium-51 allows to obtain concrete with increased strength at a constant mobility of the mixture. You can use both of these effects partially, i.e. to get the mixture of high mobility compared to the original and at the same time to increase the strength of concrete by reducing water consumption.

The use of aluminum powder allows you to increase the volume of the concrete mix at the initial stage due to chemical reaction with Portland cement, accompanied by flatulence. This increase allows g is antiromance fill the desired volume at work, where unavailable or difficult the process tool control for concreting.

Through the use of expansion agents, which can be entered directly on the construction site, the proposed concrete mix allows to refuse from special cements and be used as a binder ordinary cement, which leads to cost reduction and simplification of operations.
