FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: self-propelled conveyer hopper comprises gantry (8) with trucks (1) arranged above hopper (9) with two isolated compartments to accommodate rotary platform (19) supporting intake support (22) with belt conveyor (23) and loader, intake support lift-down mechanism (26). Rotary shutter (17) with drive is arranged above said hopper to closes of whatever compartment. Said hopper houses two movable discharge bottoms (12, 13) under said compartments. Chute (27) is arranged inside rotary platform between belt conveyor discharge drum of intake support and rotary shutter, above the hopper. Track frames are connected by stiff deck with which articulated are In and OUT trestles with their up-and-down drives.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of open-cast jobs with wheel-type trencher.

The invention relates to transport the boot device and can be used in open-cast mining mostly complete with milling machines for the reception of the breed with a remote console processor, loading it in the bin section, and then is loaded into the vehicle.

Known self-propelled boot device, mainly for filling transport rail means containing a self-propelled chassis that has a hopper feeder and a shock-absorbing device (USSR Author's certificate No. 819020 M CL3. In 65G 67/22 publ. 07.04.81).

This self-propelled boot device provides load transport rail means, moving along vehicle.

A disadvantage of this device is the inability to discharge breed in the vehicle and take in the bunker breed from moving milling combines, working breed in the array continuously.

The closest technical solution to the invention is self-propelled hopper for loading dump trucks containing undercarriage crawler trucks, portal, two bunkers, tray, heat, hydraulic cylinders opening flaps bins.

This device can load the vehicles, and to move from one object to another, to download bun is ' gravity (USSR Author's certificate No. 625993 publ. 25.10.76).

However, to operate together with milling machines for layer-by-layer band-pass technology this design is unable, as the height of the boot device is significantly higher than the height of the discharge of material from the discharge console milling machine.

Technical problem on which the invention is directed, is to increase the efficiency of surface mining on layer-by-layer band-pass technology interaction complete with milling machines.

This object is achieved by the fact that over the bunker with two insulated compartments, a rotary valve mechanism rotate with the possibility of closing one or the other compartment and two sliding discharge heads under the compartments installed swivel platform that hosts reception console with belt conveyor and infeed device, mechanism for lifting / lowering of the reception console, chute, located inside the turntable between the discharge drum of the conveyor belt receiving the console and turning the valve on the tank. In addition, the frame caterpillars connected hard flooring, which articulated with the front and rear sides of the self-propelled loading hopper fixed entry and exit for vehicles overpass with mechanisms for their lifting and lowering.

Differences from base camp the next analogue are a number of essential features:

above the bunker with two compartments installed a turntable with the receiving console, where the conveyor belt with the charging device;

- on a turning platform has a mechanism for lifting / lowering of the reception console;

the frame caterpillars connected hard flooring, which hinged entry inside the portal and away from the portal deck.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig.1 shows a self-propelled transfer bunker side of Fig.2 - self-propelled transfer bunker from the front side (View a).

Self-propelled transfer bunker consists of dvuhserijnoj truck 1 with the actuator movement 2. The frame tracks 3 are connected by a rigid deck 4. To deck 4 articulated with the front and rear sides of the fixed entry 5 and exit 6 racks with mechanisms forcing them to raise and lower 7. On the deck 4 is fixed portal 8, to which are fixed bin (9) with two insulated from each other compartments 10 and 11. At the bottom of the tank 9 under each compartment 10 and 11 has two sliding discharge heads 12 and 13 with hydromechanically moving 14 and 15. Above the hopper 9 is installed rotary valve 16 with the rotation mechanism of the valve 17. In the upper part of the portal 8 set rotation device 18, is installed on the rotary platform 19 with fur is the mechanism of its rotation 20. Portal 8 installed also control cabin 21 mechanics of the driver. On a turning platform fixed reception console 22 with a belt conveyor 23, with the charging device 24 and the discharge drum 25.

In the upper part of the turntable 19 is fixed hydromechanics lifting / lowering of the reception console 26. Inside the turntable 18 and the turntable 19 between the discharge drum 25 of the conveyor belt 23 and the rotary valve 16 has a groove 27. On a turning platform 19 is installed in shower second mechanic 28.

Self-propelled transfer bunker works as follows. The mechanic, the driver in the cab 21, directs the movement of the hopper using dvuhserijnoj truck 1 and drive move 2 parallel course in relation to the milling combine, but to the right or to the left from the axis of movement of the harvester and behind him, so that the loading device 24 of the reception console 22 would be at the end of the discharge console milling machine. Because of the speed of movement of the milling harvesters and self-propelled loading hopper approaching creeping, to perform this operation with stepless regulation of speed actuator movement 2 the mechanics of the driver is not the challenge, the more that helps him in this second milling is, located in the cab 28. The second mechanic adjusts the rotation angle of the turntable 19 and, consequently, the reception console 22, and the angle of its inclination in the vertical plane using hydromechanical lifting / lowering of 26. Second engineer controls the rotation mechanism of the valve 17 and thereby using the rotary valve 16 directs the flow of the breed alternately in the compartment 10, and after filling it in the compartment 11 of the hopper 9. The second mechanic also handles the alternate discharge of material from the compartments of the hopper 9 by including hydromechanical 14 and 15 move the unloading of the heads 12 and 13. Second engineer controls the lifting and lowering entry 5 and exit 6 flyovers mechanisms with forced lifting-lowering 7. As you fill breed the next compartment of the hopper 9 of the dump truck is under discharge bottom, respectively 12 or 13, down through the mechanism of forced lifting-lowering 7 entry the rack 5 on the deck 4, and out the discharge hopper bottoms on the exit ramp 6, down through the mechanism of forced lifting-lowering 7.

During the movement of self-propelled loading hopper breed with unloading console milling harvester enters the boot device 24 of the reception console 22, and then the belt conveyor 23. With the belt conveyor, is it with the unloading of the drum 25, rock falls into the chute 27 and through it by gravity to the rotary valve 16, which is also gravity-isolated from each other compartments 10 or 11.

When the selective development of an array of overburden rock send in one of the compartments of the hopper, and minerals in the other compartment.

The essential features that distinguish self-propelled transfer bunker, allow to obtain the following technical result:

- ability to work complete with milling machines in open-cast mining;

- reduce downtime, milling combine when replacing vehicles and thereby improve the productivity and efficiency of work performed;

- to reduce vehicle downtime under load.

Control unit (102) comprises switchover unit, imaging device (104) and communication line. Imaging device (104) is connected with communication line and can be arranged to display inner space of transport container (34) during loading. This system comprises also the user interface accessible from carrier (32) cabin (38) and connected with communication line. Said user interface comprises switchboard control switch to start and to terminate loading. User interface (110) includes goods loading display (28).

SUBSTANCE: proposed loading-unloading device (1) represents a mobile structure. Container (5) is located on truck replaceable body (3), container face side (6) opens and closes and tightly fits loading-unloading container (2) for loose materials. Container (5) accommodates telescopic tube (16) to load-unload vessel (2) with drive unit (17) and attachment (22) connected to silo with loose material to carry loose material into or out of container (2). It also accommodates suction unit (24) with transportation air outlet (26), motor-compressor unit (31) and transportation air inlet to force compressed air into container (2), dust separator (27) and control and service unit (25).

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metering out equipment and it can be used for delivery of dust forming materials with subsequent metered out dispensing. Proposed hopper for loose materials contains agitator in form of cone. Hopper itself is made in form of truncated cone. Agitator is rigidly secured on axle connected with vibration source for vertical displacement. Size of agitator cone is chosen so that diameter of its base is 2-5% smaller than diameter of outlet hole of hopper.

FIELD: rock loading systems, particularly to load rock in dump-trucks with the use of mine excavator.

SUBSTANCE: system comprises hopper with outlet orifice and outlet orifice closing means. The system also has at least two modules arranged at mine face so that the modules may be moved and filled with rock by mine excavator. Each hopper has volume corresponding to load capacity of dump-trucks to be used. Outlet orifice closing means is made as pinned gate. Pedal is pivotally installed on frame slide at acute angle to slide base and may be rotated towards dump-truck driving direction. The pedal may rotate in vertical plane and is installed so that rear dump-truck wheels may be moved over the pedal. Pedal and free end of the gate are pivotally connected one to another through two control-rods and form articulated parallelogram. Hinge, which connects gate with control-rods, is fastened to counterweights by two flexible members and angle pulley so that counterweights may be displaced in vertical plane along frame posts. The hopper is provided with damping means brought into cooperation with the gate.

EFFECT: provision of continuous loading and undisturbed mine excavator operation.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for uniform and continuous delivery of lump and loose shelf fuel materials from bin into cars. According to proposed method, feeder housing is provided with intake and outlet flanges, housing accommodates turnable shafts with sprockets and endless traction chains, slide for moving and discharge of fuel material through port of outlet flange. Feeder is furnished with traction chain tension adjusters with scrapers fitted on cheeks, and drive shaft is into rotation at speed commensurable with delivery of fuel material from bin. Scrapers are made of metal and their contact surface is additionally strengthened. Semiautomatic inspection hydraulic hatches are found of feeder. Tensioners provide uniform load on bearing of drive and driven shafts.

EFFECT: increased service live and provision of uniform wear of gear surfaces of feeder sprockets and endless chain rollers.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for uniform and continuous delivery of lump and loose materials of shelf from hopper into fuel installations of domestic or defense applications. According to proposed method, endless belt is mounted on tension and drive drums with tensions of belt to hold material on support rotary rollers from port of hopper tom discharge port. Tension and drive drums are brought into interaction with output shaft of drive which is set for discrete feeding of endless belt, material is carried by endless belt resting on support rotary rollers from port of hopper to discharge port, lower profile of nonworking section of endless belt is arranged in dynamic opposite to working section of endless belt at minimum distance from each other in zone of border sections of charging and section of vulcanization, and unit of tensions section and drive section are made in feeder as extreme ones and enclosed in common outer housing of belt feeder in which intake flange is made. Tensioning of endless belt is carried out at butt joining of end sections of endless belt and is correlated to temperature of its heating in vulcanization section, and tight seals of statically motionless butt joints increase action onto interconnected contact surfaces of endless belt. Carried material and/or articles in vulcanization section are heated to vulcanization temperature by delivering energy to heating device. Proposed method provides practically new possibilities of use of feeder for different purposes with quick readjustment of technological processes in different industries, particularly, processing of coal, rubber articles from vulcanized rubber to ready made article and for other purposes in industrial production. Along with high capacity of proposed feeder it guarantees high quality of product and safety of personnel engaged in production.

EFFECT: improved economy and provision of high capacity.

FIELD: mining industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loading devices used to deliver rock to truck body in quarry. Proposed loading device contains hopper, hopper frame, gate with movable plates with opening/closing drive. Lower cut of hopper is tilted at acute angle to horizontal from dump truck to be loaded and it is furnished with crawler gate. Frame of gate is provided with running rolls which can be displaced along guides secured on hopper frame at angle of tilting equal to that of lower cut of hopper. Bracket pointed downwards is secured on frame of gate for engagement with rear cut of dump truck body. Support roller is installed on opposite side of frame for engagement with lever equipped with counterweight which is installed by means of hinge joints on hopper for turning in vertical plane. In initial position lever forms acute angle with vertical with displacement of counterweight towards opposite side relative to hopper wall. Shoes are secured in lower part of hopper frame by means of hinge joints for engagement with rear wheels of dump truck.

EFFECT: provision of metered out delivery of large lump rock, reduced time of loading of dump truck and downtime of excavator.

FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of powder oxidiser used in production of mixed solid rocket propellant. Proposed method may be used in whatever industry wherein powder mixes are transferred. It comprises loading oxidiser in horizontal cylindrical container with horizontal activating rotor with plough-type blades. Loading is performed with rotor revolving with linear speed on blade outer diameter varying from 0.3 to 0.7 m/s. Oxidiser loaded in container, it is carried into movable platform and, further, by remote means, into oxidiser proportioning cabin, and jointed to unloader. Container lock is opened and activating rotor drive is cut in to blade linear speed on blade outer diameter varying from 2.8 to 4.0 m/s so that to unload oxidiser from container into unloader.

EFFECT: reduced loss of fine fractions, ruling of crushing of coarse and medium fractions, reduced servicing costs.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of packing bitumen in disposable packages to it to be carried in cold state. Proposed method consists in fabricating disposable packages from flexible plastic material with melting point varying from 20 to 50C above bitumen softening point. Prior to packing, bitumen is cooled down to bitumen softening point. Plant intended for implementation of said method, incorporates plate-type heat exchanger wherein temperature difference between cooling medium and bitumen at heat exchanger outlet makes 10 to 25C, preferably from 15 to 20C. Proposed plant comprises also return pipeline branched off upstream of filling gate valve and runs back into store vessel. To keep up constant temperature, said plate heat exchanger is provided with electric heating elements.

EFFECT: possibility to select package that can melt with bitumen without affecting bitumen quality.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vibration equipment. Vibration floor comprises independent vibration modules each including frame 14 accommodating bearing material 12 whereon metal sheet 9 is arranged. Said metal sheet is secured to vibration element 10 and rigidity element 9 and held in place by only peripheral sealing membrane 11, and, as an version, rests on compression spring 13. Bearing material can have ribs to deform metal sheet to make transverse corrugation under action of stored material weight.

EFFECT: vibration modules are dust impermeable, do not propagate vibration and increase efficiency of feeding powder-like materials from hoppers, ships, railroad cars etc.

FIELD: conveyor making.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method and device for filling of storage (10) for loose materials of large volume with fluidised material to prevent exfoliation caused by pneumatic or gas flows. Method consists in the fact that controlled loading of material is realised with the help of supply pipeline (12), supply conduit (16) and air or gas conduit (22) to upper part of storage (10) of high volume to wall (26) of storage and down to material surface at the bottom (19) of high volume storage (10). Loading of material is combined with even and controlled pumping of air or gas, which is performed by means of device comprising one or several substantially annular suction pipelines (32) located directly under cover (20) of storage or having annular suction slot at the outlet openings (24) for material.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of storage loading by elimination of loose material exfoliation.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to auxiliary transport equipment, particularly to gates and is designed mainly for shutting off outlet apertures of ore chutes in mines; it can be also implemented for outlet of lump loads from hoppers. The ore chute gate contains two cylinder bottoms installed under an outlet port secured on two cranks; the said bottoms are designed to rotate in vertical plane into opposite directions against horizontal axes. The axes are located on outer sides of vertical walls of a sleeve and parallel to them. The cylinder bottoms of cranks are arranged overhung with the length of arc corresponding to right angle; free ends of bottoms are directed inside the sleeve. Kinematical connection between cranks is made in form of additional cranks secured on axes. Free ends of cranks are connected with rods of two double-piston-rod actuating cylinders oriented horizontally and assembled with gaps relative to two other walls of the sleeve. In their initial position at an open gate the cranks are oriented horizontally, while the additional cranks form the angle of 45 degrees with the walls of the sleeve; the additional cranks are designed to interact after turn into the direction of the sleeve at the angle of 90 degrees with stops secured on the sleeve. A shield with two sloping surfaces is installed inside the sleeve at the level of axes and parallel to them; the said shield overlaps the end flanges of the cylinder bottoms in plane when the gate is closed and is oriented along the axis of sleeve symmetry. Free ends of the shield are arranged in slots of the side walls of the sleeve and are designed to set off the shield in vertical and horizontal planes. The shield is spring loaded towards brackets of the sleeve by means of a compression spring. At the ends of the shield there are installed unbalance vibrators; their axes are parallel to a lengthwise axis of the shield. Dimensions of the gate are chosen considering the following ratio R=0.5B+a, r<0.355[0.5(B-b)+a-c], where R is radius of the crank, m, r is radius of additional crank, m, B is the width of the outlet port of the sleeve, m, a is the distance between the axis and inside surface of the sleeve wall, m, b is total distance between piston rods and piston rods and end walls of the actuating cylinder for final positions of the piston rods, m, c is the height of the piston rod of the actuating cylinder, m. A replaceable component out of wear and shock resistant material is installed on top of the shield with two sloping surfaces.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation at unloading oversize lumps through outlet port of ore chute, eliminating possibility of jamming of separate lumps of unloaded bulk between cylinder bottoms and supporting them cranks and avoiding doming.

SUBSTANCE: chain gate contains two rings located under outlet of large-sized load runout arrangement. Two rings are located one over another and oriented in horizontal planes. Rings are interconnected by vertically oriented round-link chains fixed on the rings by their free ends. Casing is mounted on base which rests on lower ring when the gate is open; upper ring consists of cylinders having various diameters and interconnected by horizontal shelf. Lower cylinder of larger diameter is provided with shelf on which ring gear is mounted for rotation drive gear interacting with it. Traveling track wheels are located along inside perimeter of lower cylinder. These track wheels are able to travel along circular rail mounted on casing top.

EFFECT: simplification of chain gate construction design; reducing of its height and increase of operation reliability.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used, primarily, for shutting off the orepass holes at mining enterprises, as well as for letting the large-size objects from the hoppers. In compliance with the invention, the chain gate lower ring incorporates ledges to interact with vertically arranged guides of cylindrical casing enclosing with a gap the gate chains. The upper ring is made up of different-diameter coaxial cylinders interconnected by a horizontal flange. Greater-diameter lower cylinder is furnished with a flat horizontal flange bent outward. The said flange lower surface accommodates a toothed rim interacting with the turn drive gear, the said turn drive being fastened on the casing outer surface. The chain curtain is made up of alternating round-link chains with various linear mass ensured by varying rod diameters and chain pitch. Note that the smaller linear mass chain length is assumed to be greater than that of adjacent greater linear mass chains.
